    Stunning 360-degree views

    At the airport, for a layover, I stayed without high expectations—more out of necessity... But at night, the runway lights, and the beautiful night views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower were stunning. The next morning, I was moved by a vivid red sunrise over Tokyo Bay—something I had never seen in Tokyo before... At breakfast, I could see Mt. Fuji from the restaurant, and I was completely satisfied with the wonderful views. The Hotel staff were also excellent, and if I have another chance, I would like to stay again even without flying.

    A stylish and comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here because I had an early morning flight the next day. The Room was very stylish and clean. Since the rooftop terrace is near Tenkubashi Station, it’s a bit far from the airport, so you can’t see planes as close as the Reviews suggest. Also, I think it’s a design flaw, but when you sit down you can’t really see the runway or the planes at all. The runway is quite far away, so if you want to watch planes up close, a Hotel directly connected to the airport is probably best. That said, I was very satisfied to stay at such a stylish and clean Hotel this close to the airport at this price. It was so comfortable that I checked out later than planned the next morning, and I couldn’t find where the station was right away—I really panicked.

    The Room layout is perfect!

    I use various Hotels through IKYU, and although this Hotel is compact, it is very well designed—I felt the person who designed it did an excellent job. 1) Plenty of hangers that can be hung along the wall 2) Well-stocked amenities, including bath salts 3) Convenient hooks for hanging bath towels 4) Helpful use of the shelf under the TV 5) High ceilings and a sense of openness (maybe only on the 5th floor) 6) Above all, strong shower water pressure (completely different from those overpriced Hotels directly connected to Haneda Airport) 7) Good rates (depending on the season) 8) Airport shuttle bus available (limited capacity) 9) From the airport, if you read the signs carefully, you can take an elevator to the opposite platform and arrive using only escalators without using stairs. It was a great Hotel that I would like to use again for a night before or after a flight.

    I felt soothed by the sky.

    Even if you’re not particularly interested in airplanes, I wanted to stay in a Room with this kind of rare view, so this was my first time staying here. The hallway to the Room and the airplanes visible from the Room instantly got me excited! It’s not very spacious, but it was very clean, and I liked how it was simple while still having airplane-like touches such as the light switches. My only personal downside (since I have short arms and legs) was that the counter chair was too high, and the toilet switch and toilet paper were too far behind me to reach easily. I stopped by the rooftop observation deck before check-out, and the view was amazing. I was happy to see Mt. Fuji even though it looked small! It was very relaxing.

    Conveniently located with easy access from the station.

    With direct access from the station, it’s very convenient. The Facility is new and clean. The view is also great. Note that the only convenience store is not open 24 hours. There don’t seem to be any restaurants within walking distance other than those in the station-connected building, which can be inconvenient for night owls. It’s a good option if you’re just going to a concert and need a place to sleep.

    I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Haneda. It was great—close to the station and also close to Zepp Haneda.\nAfter getting off the elevator, the runway-themed design in front of the Room was wonderful. I couldn’t help taking a photo.\nThe Room isn’t very large, but it’s new and felt clean.\nThe breakfast area was bright, and you can see airplanes through the windows. The selection was healthy with plenty of variety.\nI forgot there was a rooftop lounge with views of Haneda Airport, so I went in the morning and missed the night view, which was a bit disappointing.\nI’d like to stay again next time.

    A Hotel with Airplane Views from the Room

    I stayed here for a live show at Zepp Haneda. Since it’s in Haneda, I wanted to see planes too, so I made a Reservation for a runway-side Room. I had a great view of planes landing from the window. From the rooftop, the Tokyo night view and the runway lights were beautiful. There are sofas on the rooftop so you can relax, but the plants are tall, and once you sit down the view can be blocked. The Room was compact but very functional. The bath, toilet, and sink were all separate. When I Reserved it was listed as a 3-piece unit bath, so this was a pleasant surprise. The nightwear was pajama-style with separate top and bottom. In addition to bath towels and face towels, there were also hand towels, which was convenient for washing hands. Luggage storage is locker-style, so you can access your belongings as many times as you like without bothering staff. I’d love to stay again.

    I was treated terribly by a female staff member in charge of serving at the breakfast buffet.

    During breakfast, guests are required to place a large “Dining” card on the table while eating. I first had salad, coffee, and water. Partway through, when I got up to get yogurt, I placed the “Dining” card in a clearly visible spot on the table and went to get yogurt and bread. When I returned to my seat, I was shocked to see a female serving staff member in her 50s–60s starting to clear my plates and my half-finished coffee onto a large tray. When she saw me back at the table, she said, “Oh! Are you still drinking your coffee? I thought you were finished!” What surprised me even more was that while saying, “Are you still drinking your coffee?”, she tried to return the cup and saucer she had already cleared—on top of which there was even a cleaning cloth… It was unpleasant and made me feel sick. The front desk staff and the Hotel itself were truly wonderful, which makes this very disappointing. The rude behavior of the breakfast serving staff member (a middle-aged woman) ruined everything. It became an awful morning that left me feeling terrible right before departing on my trip. On top of that, this same staff member kept loudly asking other Hotel employees questions like, “Don’t we have time cards?” and “Is facial recognition enough?” about clocking in—right in front of guests—and I really wish she would not do that.

    This is my second st...

    This is my second stay. I use it when I have an early flight the next day, and it’s very close to the station. The Room is clean, and the amenities are well stocked. The shampoo and conditioner also smell great, and my hair feels really good the next day. Highly recommended.

    A Comfortable Stay

    After seeing photos of the Hotel interior, I liked how each new Hotel has a clear concept, so I stayed here when I had a chance to be in the area. Because it’s near Haneda Airport, there are stylish design touches throughout that evoke the airport and airplanes. The Room I stayed in even had a counter where you can sit and vaguely watch planes—something I hadn’t experienced before. Since everything is new, the Room was clean and comfortable, and what surprised me most was how spacious and relaxing the bathtub was. Breakfast was far more substantial than I expected (sorry for underestimating it!): udon, Fukagawa-meshi, rice porridge, plus takeaway coffee. What I liked most was the type of guests. In the morning elevator, Japanese business travelers who clearly looked like they were about to depart would get on with a focused air, smoothly leave their luggage at the front desk, and grab a quick breakfast. I also got the impression there were many Western guests who seemed to have just arrived and were staying here as their first stop… In other words (maybe just by chance), I didn’t see inbound tour groups using this as a base for several days of sightseeing. There were no Rooms where people wedge door hooks to go back and forth between friends’ or family members’ Rooms without key cards, no loud door-slamming noises—overall it was quiet. That may be why even the breakfast area felt calm and clean. This stay made me think that choosing a Hotel with its guest mix in mind might make for an even more comfortable experience going forward. I’d love to stay again.

    The long-awaited airplane view was captivating, offering a charm quite different from Narita.

    I occasionally need to stay overnight in Chiba, and when I’m not in a rush, I enjoy staying at lovely Hotels in central Tokyo. Since I haven’t had a chance to fly for a while, I decided on a whim to visit. Chiba has many great Hotels around Maihama and Makuhari, seaside resorts, and Narita—so I wondered what Haneda would be like. I’m glad I chose this Hotel.\n\nAs the staff explained, it’s not strictly an airport view—you can see where the planes are parked—but that was more than enough. Even at night, you can clearly watch takeoffs and landings, and the parked aircraft are right below.\n\nThe Room is functional but slightly small, and the sink area isn’t unnecessarily spacious either, but the furniture is stylish. Aside from Hotels directly connected to the airport, this may offer one of the best plane views.\n\nThere are also plenty of shops inside the airport—Haneda really is impressive. Thank you very much.

    Third stay

    This was my third stay, just as the title says. I love airplanes, so I stayed in a Room with a view of the planes. I had delicious food and great drinks at Haneda, enjoyed a footbath at the Innovation Center, and then relaxed in my Hotel Room while watching the planes again—an absolutely perfect holiday. Even though I didn’t go anywhere in particular, watching other travelers at Haneda still gets me excited. I highly recommend enjoying it this way too!

    Temporary Accommodation Due to Flight Cancellation

    My flight scheduled to depart around 6:00 p.m. was canceled, so I needed a place to stay at short notice. I have stayed at other Hotels near Haneda Airport, but this one had a chic atmosphere and made for a wonderful stay. Since I had an early domestic flight departing at 7:00 a.m. the next day, breakfast started at 6:00 a.m., so I ate quickly in about 10 minutes and headed out. It would be even better if the breakfast start time could be set a little earlier to better suit airport travelers.

    See you next time.

    Check-in and check-out operations at JR Hotel group properties have sometimes been less than ideal, but this new Hotel was smooth, and the assistance was excellent. Located in Shinkaichi, it is quiet and has great access from the station. The Room was surprisingly spacious compared with a same-group Hotel in central Tokyo that costs nearly twice as much, and the amenities were even better. If my schedule allows, I would like to stay here again depending on the purpose of my trip, as it is clean and reasonably priced.

    A Hotel with runway views—irresistible for aviation lovers.

    I originally had a Reservation for three nights at different Hotels (one night each), but to avoid moving luggage, I changed it to a Multiple Night Stay for two nights. This was my second stay, about a year and five months after the first. Last time I had a riverside Room, but this time I chose an airport-side Room. I never got tired of watching planes take off from the runway for ages—it was great fun. The high counter-style desk and chair look nice, but they are not very practical for me. Still, I ended up using them quite a bit. It’s a shame there’s no coffee maker, but once you exit Tenkubashi Station (Monorail) North Exit and turn 90 degrees to the right, you can see the Hotel building and reach it in one minute. (Last time I used the Keikyu Line, so it took a few more minutes.) You can also enjoy views of the airport, and the Hotel itself has an airport-inspired design—perfect for aviation fans. I almost don’t want to share this tip: while Hotels in central Tokyo keep getting more expensive, if you Reserve early here, it’s surprisingly affordable. Also, since the bathroom is separate from the toilet area, I requested a bath chair. The staff member who brought it said they could prepare one in advance next time. For a moment I was surprised—my previous stay was over a year ago—yet they still remembered and even suggested that for my next visit (even though they couldn’t possibly know when that would be). That kind of thoughtful service made me want to come back again. It’s one of my favorite Hotels.

    My flight arrived la...

    My flight arrived late at Haneda, so I ended up staying for one night at short notice. Since it was my first time staying here, I couldn’t find the Hotel entrance from the monorail station and got lost. I also didn’t know which floor to check in on. Clearer signs would be very helpful. I happened to make it by following someone carrying a suitcase to the first floor. That said, the Room was clean and breakfast was delicious, so I’d like to use this Hotel again when my flight is delayed and I can’t catch the Shinkansen.

    I stayed the night before an early-morning flight. It was my first time at Tenkubashi Station, and the station exits and the Hotel location were a bit hard to find, but it was in a very convenient area. The interior design really set the mood for travel, and the Room was stylish and spacious, so I could easily open my suitcase and get ready. The restaurant food was also delicious.

    I stayed here because my return time was late. The room, bath, and towels were clean, and the amenities were well-prepared, which made me feel at ease. I had a comfortable stay. It was very good.     It was a short stay, but

    Due to a flight delay and lack of transportation, I stayed at a nearby Hotel near the airport. Although I arrived past 1 AM, the front desk staff were kind and accommodating, and the Room was clean, allowing me to have a comfortable stay despite the short time. It was unfortunate that I couldn't use the rooftop observation area, but I look forward to staying here again for a more leisurely visit next time.

    Watching the planes take off from the Room was enjoyable. The service provided by the front desk staff was excellent. The on-site restaurant we used for dinner and breakfast was also delicious. The pasta we had for dinner became my daughter's favorite. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

    Very convenient!

    I stayed here for a live event at Zepp Haneda, and the convenience of being so close that I could go without a coat even in winter was fantastic. Although the table in the twin room was a bit too small, the cost performance was great, and I would definitely stay here again!

    The Room and staff service were excellent, making it a wonderful Hotel. However, the breakfast venue was disappointing as ingredients were not well-prepared, and plates were sometimes unavailable, causing delays in eating. We hope for an improved dining experience where guests can enjoy their meals at any time.

    Unfortunately, we couldn't access the rooftop due to bad weather.

    The interior design inspired by an airport runway is a dream for aviation enthusiasts—absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, due to rain, I couldn't access the rooftop area exclusive to guests, which I was most looking forward to. This was truly disappointing but not the hotel's fault. My room faced the airport side, offering views of the runway and parking area through the window, so that made up for it. Looking forward to next time! The new facilities were clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom area, though overall, the room felt compact.

    The washbasin area is small.

    I stayed here the night before an early morning flight. It was a new and clean Hotel. The bathtub was spacious and nice, but the sink area was so small that it made washing my face difficult—more suited for a child’s size. I wish there had been better balance in design. Since I only stayed for about 8 hours, the cost-performance wasn’t great. A Plan with a 6 AM checkout option would be appreciated.
