    Access to the airpor...

    Access to the airport and Tenkubashi was very convenient. Since my flight to Shanghai was at 9:10 AM, I completed check-in just an hour after waking up! The Hotel's interior design inspired by the airport is also great.

    Sunrise and Mount Fuji view from the rooftop on the second morning

    The Room offers views of Haneda Airport and Tokyo landmarks such as Tokyo Tower, Skytree, and Rainbow Bridge, with beautiful night scenery. I truly love this Hotel.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed the night before my early morning flight. Usually, I stay at a hotel directly connected to Terminal 3, but since I was traveling with a toddler who just started walking, I looked for a spacious room with play space. It was the perfect choice; we had a very comfortable stay. There are dining options around the hotel, and we could take our child outside to enjoy the night view and watch airplanes for a change of pace. The convenience store nearby was also very helpful for families with children. Although it’s just one station from Haneda Airport, we used taxis both ways due to our large luggage. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you!

    Unfortunately, the weather isn't great...

    I stayed here the night before my early morning flight. The unique feature of this hotel is that you can book a room with a view of the aircraft parking area. Unfortunately, due to severe weather with strong wind and rain, I couldn't enjoy the view as planned. There is also a rooftop deck where you can watch planes take off and land, but I had to give up on that too because of the bad weather. I'll definitely try again next time! The room was comfortable, and the staff were kind and attentive—everything was perfect. Additionally, there’s a free shuttle bus from this hotel to Haneda Terminal, which was very convenient!

    I stayed at the Hote...

    I stayed at the Hotel for one night due to a late arrival at Haneda. It was very convenient from the terminal and worked out well. The Room was smaller than I expected, but considering the price, it seemed reasonable. However, I thought that if they had removed the bathtub and designed it with just a shower booth, the Room would have been more spacious, leaving enough room to open a suitcase comfortably. The Hotel was clean, and breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I think I will stay here again if I need accommodation near Haneda in the future.

    Ideal for early morning airport access

    I stayed overnight to catch an early morning international flight from Haneda Airport. After having dinner at a restaurant in the airport, I headed to the hotel, which is located right next to the airport grounds. Seeing airplanes parked right in front of me was very exciting. After checking in and taking the elevator down, I was pleasantly surprised again. The hallway is designed like a runway, making you feel as if you are an airplane yourself on your way to your room. This place is a dream for airplane enthusiasts. It felt like my trip had already started even before boarding my flight, which made for an amazing experience. If you're looking for accommodation near Haneda Airport, I highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located right in front of Tenkubashi Station on either the Keikyu Line or Monorail, making it very easy to get to Haneda Airport. The room I stayed in wasn’t very spacious but was comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

    This is a highly satisfying Hotel.

    I enjoy staying at hotels in Tokyo and Yokohama on weekends to refresh myself. This hotel is one of my favorites, and I have stayed here several times. Since it is relatively new, the rooms are clean, and the housekeeping is thorough. The staff members are kind and pleasant, ensuring a comfortable stay. There are no issues with the hotel itself; however, there is only one convenience store nearby, and its closing hours on weekends vary between 3 PM or 5 PM, which can be inconvenient for shopping. I recommend completing your shopping before checking in. Being close to Haneda Airport makes it an enjoyable experience for aviation enthusiasts like me as some rooms offer great views of the runway. It’s always a delightful time staying here. This hotel remains a charming choice that I plan to use occasionally in the future. I often stay at various Metropolitan series hotels, and every time I am impressed by how well-trained and friendly their staff members are across all locations. I look forward to visiting again next time—thank you very much!

    Airplane Paradise

    I booked a room with a view of Haneda Airport's runway! The runway-themed decor from the elevator to the room was exciting and kept me thrilled all the way. Once inside, I was greeted by large windows showcasing airplanes! I could watch takeoffs and landings up close, as well as planes waiting nearby. The observation deck was nice, but the airport felt a bit far away and slightly hard to see due to its height and distance depending on the time of day. It wasn't quite what I imagined for an observation deck, which was a little disappointing—but that's just being picky (haha). Being just a 1-minute walk from Tenkubashi Station and having smooth access to terminals via monorail made it very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied! This is definitely a Hotel I'd like to use again. Thank you so much!

    Stayed at the accommodation due to its proximity to Zepp Haneda for a live event. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the interior was clean with charming airplane-themed decor, including hallways designed like runways. For breakfast, I enjoyed trying a kale yogurt drink for the first time and loved having pho, which was delicious. The room had a large bed, and I relaxed while watching planes lined up through the window. However, I found it slightly inconvenient that there wasn’t enough space in the bathroom to place items like a hairdryer or cups; I ended up moving unused cups and other amenities into the room. I also struggled with figuring out how to use the bathtub stopper but managed by holding it down manually to fill it with water. The towels felt quite worn out, which surprised me a little. As for pajamas, one of them had an odd smell around the collar area when I first wore it; however, after changing into another set provided in the room, everything was fine. I arrived earlier than 3 PM check-in time and waited seated for some time without being approached by staff until noticing other guests checking themselves in at kiosks. When asking a tall male staff member standing nearby about check-in procedures, he directed me to line up for self-check-in instead of assisting directly or providing guidance proactively. While I initially expected counter service from staff during check-in based on their presence in the lobby area—perhaps they could consider offering verbal assistance such as "Guests waiting to check in may proceed here." On checkout day though (unlike my arrival experience), another male staff member kindly approached me before self-checking out—making this process smooth and pleasant overall! Thank you very much!

    Since the accommodation is relatively close to Haneda Airport, I never stayed overnight for a flight. However, I wanted to take my time exploring the airport instead of rushing through it as usual, so I decided to stay here. Having stayed at other Metropolitan Hotels with good impressions and knowing this was a new hotel, my expectations were high—and they were met. The design leading from the elevator to the guest rooms felt like walking on a runway and was exciting. Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an open view from the window! The planes parked surprisingly close were impressive. Although slightly distant, watching planes land one after another on the runway kept me entertained without getting bored. Being near the edge of the parking area allowed me to see aircraft undergoing maintenance right in front of me. From the rooftop, you can enjoy 360-degree views; visiting in the evening allowed me to see Mount Fuji's silhouette. As for amenities, there was no tea provided. What I thought was bath salts turned out to be bath gel—I should have checked beforehand since it didn’t foam after filling up with water already. The sink was small and made washing my face challenging. However, there was a basic skincare set included that I initially thought wasn’t available. The hotel is part of Haneda Innovation City and located in Area A when you exit above ground via escalator from the station—it’s at the far left end. While you can access it from inside buildings too, it's easier to go outside into an open plaza and enter through its first-floor entrance for better navigation clarity.

    Beautiful

    This is a new Hotel, and it is clean and well-maintained. Above all, the front desk staff are very polite and pleasant, so I usually choose to stay here for my previous night stays. Even when checking in late at night, they greet you with a smile, which is greatly appreciated.

    At check-in, it was helpful that the staff assisted with the terminal operation, but perhaps because the payment had already been made by card, I was not asked whether I needed a receipt. I had to print it myself later and would have appreciated being asked.

    Service at the Breakfast Restaurant

    I was having breakfast with my 3-year-old child at the restaurant. The place was almost empty, and since my child is still very young, we usually eat side by side. So, we combined two tables for two people to sit together. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, we were forced to separate the tables and sit across from each other because it was "for two people." This made us uncomfortable, so we left immediately. The quality of breakfast wasn't great either, so I will never use this Hotel again.

    Close to Haneda Terminal 3

    I stayed at the accommodation after arriving late at Haneda Terminal 3 and before taking a flight from Narita the next morning. It was very quick to reach from the airport, and I appreciated the warm welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable for a relaxing stay. The amenities were well-prepared, making my short stay pleasant and stress-free. I will definitely choose this accommodation again when staying near Haneda in the future.

    A mistake?

    I booked the room because it was supposed to have an airport view, but I was given a room on the opposite side. I paid an additional fee at the front desk to change to a room with an airport view. Please let me know if there is any reason for this. Also, please provide a simple method for inquiries in such cases!

    The Hotel does not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. Guests are required to go to a convenience store outside. Extremely inconvenient.

    Room with a great view of Haneda Airport and airplanes.

    This was my fifth stay, used for my Tokyo visit after returning from the U.S. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful gestures, which warmed my heart. The room this time had a great view of airplanes at Haneda Airport. On the first day back from the U.S., I spent most of my time in the hotel, and while working on my PC at the room's counter, I was thrilled to see airplanes right outside. This has been my favorite room so far. Thank you so much as always! The attached images show views from the room and rooftop.

    View of Haneda Airport

    I stayed the night before an early morning departure. Located in Zone A of Haneda Innovation City, it was just a few minutes' walk from Tenkubashi Station. The reception area is chic with a black design (slightly dim, making it hard to see your feet), and the self-check-in process was simple. The high-ceilinged hallway leading to the rooms resembles a runway and is stylish. The room had an airport view where I could watch planes take off and land, which made my stay exciting. There’s a lovely desk facing the window, which is very thoughtful. The room itself was new and very clean. The bathroom and toilet are separate for convenience, with the bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a washing area—very practical! The shower offers both rain and handheld options. The bed's spring firmness and sheets were comfortable as well. Amenities provided were minimal but sufficient, including complimentary mineral water. Lighting controls are conveniently located bedside along with charging outlets. The rooftop sky deck on the top floor can be used for free; I enjoyed some evening air there. The training gym is equipped with state-of-the-art machines. I booked early, so it offered great value for money! Since I had an early departure, I didn’t have breakfast; however, offering breakfast from 5 AM would be appreciated in such cases. I’d definitely like to stay here again!

    Recommended for those using Haneda Airport

    I stayed here for a business trip. Since my flight arrived at Haneda Airport late at night, I chose to stay at this accommodation and move to the city center the next day. The luggage storage service was very helpful, allowing me to travel light the following day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, and from my room, I could see many airplanes, which made me very happy as an aviation enthusiast. The hotel hallways featured runway-inspired designs and other airplane-themed details that added excitement to my stay. The bathroom area was clean, bright, and comfortable to use; however, one small issue was that the toilet paper holder's position required some twisting of the body (this might only apply to the room I stayed in). Overall though, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Its proximity to Tenkubashi Station makes it highly convenient for airport users.

    Accurate and comfortable service

    We used several rooms as a group. Since all other guests were from overseas, the pre-arranged procedures made check-in very smooth. The large bathtub and ample amenities were well-received by the international guests, and I personally enjoyed the healthy breakfast menu. The location is convenient, being close to both the monorail and Keikyu stations. Although not within the hotel's control, it was slightly inconvenient that there is only one convenience store nearby, which closes early on weekends. The rooftop with a view of the airport is stunning! The staff's attentive service was also impressive. I would love to visit again if given the chance!

    Enjoy watching planes land during your stay!

    The runway view from the window was amazing, and I enjoyed watching the landings throughout my stay. Especially at night, with planes landing one after another, I couldn't take my eyes off it. The airport at night was sparkling and beautiful. I would love to stay in the same Room again.

    I was amazed by the staff’s attentive, detail-oriented service.

    I used to think airport hotels were simply accommodations for catching a flight, but the staff at this hotel are completely different. I was truly impressed by someone who could deliver the attentive service of a long-established Tokyo Hotel in such a smart way. From now on, whenever I have an early-morning departure from Haneda Airport, I will definitely stay here.
