    A standout property with excellent airport access

    I stayed here the night before to catch an early-morning flight departing from Haneda. On the day of my stay, there was torrential rain and the weather was severe enough that alerts equivalent to Level 4 were issued. Precisely because conditions were so bad, I was reminded just how convenient this Hotel is thanks to its easy access to Haneda Airport. The peace of mind that comes from a shorter travel time the next morning is a major advantage when taking an early flight. The Hotel is new, and both the common areas and guest rooms are clean and well maintained. I chose it for the practical purpose of staying near the airport, but it didn’t feel like a purely access-focused Hotel; I found it comfortable overall, including the design. This time I stayed in a riverside twin room. Normally, I think the view would be one of this Hotel’s highlights, but unfortunately it was pouring rain that day. Also, due to the bad weather, I couldn’t go out onto the rooftop area I had been looking forward to. Not being able to enjoy a Haneda-style view was my biggest disappointment during this stay. That said, this isn’t the Hotel’s fault at all, so I’d like to return on a day with better weather. One slightly unexpected point was that there aren’t as many restaurants around the Hotel as I had assumed. Especially with such poor weather and limited ability to walk around much this time, dinner options were somewhat limited. Even so, if your top priority is using Haneda Airport early in the morning, I think it offers an excellent balance of location convenience along with being new and comfortable. It’s particularly convenient for staying overnight before an early flight—and in stormy weather like this trip, its location felt even more valuable. Next time, I’d love to visit on a clear day and enjoy the rooftop view as well.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here for a Multiple Night Stay due to travel on both domestic and international flights. This might be my third stay. The location is excellent, and it’s a Hotel with great access. I had a lot of luggage, but it’s close enough that taxi fares aren’t a concern. You can reach Terminal 3 in just one stop, so it’s very convenient for going out to eat or as a base for collecting shrine stamps at nearby shrines. I really appreciate that the toilet and bath are separate. Having a separate washing area is also very helpful. I’ve also stayed at an airport-connected Hotel, but the Room was small... Our family traveling with a 1-year-old was very satisfied with the spacious Room here. Our child didn’t get bored in the Room and wants to stay at this Hotel again next time. The lovely amenities also show thoughtful attention. Metropolitan is my top recommendation.

    I stayed here the night before my flight from Haneda. The place is simple, but everything you need is provided, and both the Room and the building are clean. There’s also a rooftop where I could enjoy the airport night view that I couldn’t see from my Room. I think you can fully enjoy your stay even if you’re not using the airport. Recommended for plane lovers. One note: if you take the Keikyu rapid service to the airport, it does not stop at Tenkubashi Station, so please be careful.

    The view was amazing.

    The rooftop view is breathtaking. You can see all the way from Yokohama to Tokyo and toward Chiba, and it felt wonderfully open and spacious. Our Room was the most affordable option, but the interior was lovely, and we enjoyed the bubble-bath amenity twice—morning and night. And above all, the breakfast! A calm atmosphere with plenty of Japanese dishes. The shrimp dumplings and kinpira bamboo shoots were so delicious that I went back for seconds again and again. Thank you to all the staff for your courteous service.

    Perfect for after a live concert.

    Used after a live concert. The twin beds were spacious and comfortable to sleep in. My husband said it was the best sleep he’s had at any recent stay. The wood-style flooring also felt clean and well maintained. The bathroom has a separate bathtub. The riverside view wasn’t great, but the large windows were pleasant. The night view from the rooftop terrace was wonderful. The staff were kind and courteous, and the Shuttle Service driver was also very helpful. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    I’d love to stay here again!!

    I stayed here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was stylish and spotless, and all the staff were very friendly, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The amenities were well stocked, so I could stay without bringing anything. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The only thing I wished for was tomato juice. I also enjoyed watching planes take off and land from the rooftop terrace. I think the sky and Mt. Fuji would be even clearer from autumn through winter. It’s close to the station, so it’s a great option for early morning flights or late arrivals as well. Having a convenience store right nearby was also very handy. This is a Hotel I’d love to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    We were extremely satisfied!

    This was a wonderful Hotel that aviation lovers will adore. Every time I looked out at the view from my Room, and every time I walked down the hallway, I felt excited. It was also great to have a gym, since I like to stay on top of my health even while traveling. Breakfast made me happy too, with homemade items and Eitaro’s sweet red bean paste. This Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it’s filled with little extra delights. I’ll be back!

    Perfect for aviation enthusiasts!

    I chose this Hotel because I definitely wanted to see airplanes from the Room, and it was amazing! Even though it wasn’t the runway, the apron was right in front of me, so I could enjoy watching planes from morning to night. The weather was great, so I also enjoyed the view from the rooftop! Thank you as well for accommodating my various requests. If I have another chance, next time I’d love to watch the planes from a suite Room.

    Relax and unwind while watching the planes.

    I’ve been staying here many times since it first opened, usually for an overnight stay before using Haneda Airport. This time, instead of a pre-flight stay, I chose the airport-side to enjoy a Hotel stay and watching the planes. The staff are polished and courteous, always very attentive and pleasant. At check-in, they kindly reminded me that it can be windy on the rooftop and to take care. The Room was spotless, and the bathroom and toilet are separate; the bathtub is spacious and very relaxing. From the Room, you can see Haneda Airport’s B runway right in front of you, with great views of takeoffs and landings. Beyond the runway, you can also see Terminal 3 with aircraft from international airlines parked there. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Hotel to Anamori Inari Shrine—perfect for a morning stroll and a visit. I was completely satisfied in every way, so I highly recommend this Hotel if you’re staying overnight near Haneda Airport.

    The staff are kind, and the Hotel is clean.

    I made a Reservation for a short-stay Plan with breakfast included. Check-in was from 8:00 PM, but they let me complete the process about 10 minutes early and I was able to enter my Room. Check-in is done at a machine, but the staff kindly guided me, so it was easy. The interior design felt very “airport Hotel,” which was fun. The view from the rooftop is great as well. There aren’t many elevators, so there can be a short wait, but if you know that in advance, I don’t think it’s an issue. What I especially want to mention is how kind the staff are. I had a problem (regarding JR Hotel membership) and asked for help; they handled it carefully and resolved it. Also, I got blisters from new shoes and after my bath I asked—just in case—whether they had bandages, and they kindly delivered them all the way to my Room. It really helped. The bathtub in the Room was wide with plenty of hot water, which was very relaxing. The male staff member at checkout was also polite, and everything left a great impression from start to finish. I’ve stayed at many hotels around this area, but personally this is the best Hotel. I’d love to stay again.

    Quiet Haneda Stay

    This was my second stay, as I needed to stay near Haneda. From the Hotel rooftop in front of Tenkubashi Station, you can enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo’s night skyline. Thank you very much for upgrading my Room. Thank you again for accommodating my late check-in this time as well.

    A comfortable Hotel with convenient access

    Just one stop from Haneda Airport. You can check in without getting wet, even on rainy days! Buses to the Kawasaki area also stop right in front of the Hotel. The bathroom and washroom were spacious, making for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money.

    Perfect for aviation enthusiasts

    I stayed at this Hotel near Haneda because I was returning home the day after being discharged from the hospital and wanted to minimize travel distance. I really enjoyed the airport that never sleeps. It was quiet and very comfortable, and the staff were kind. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Aviation enthusiast

    As an aviation fan, I was completely satisfied… You can of course watch from the rooftop, but the view from inside felt closer, and thanks to the wind direction I could see takeoffs and landings from various angles, so I was very happy. The Hotel is also located right by the station, so I could drop off my suitcase and head out. The only downside was that the toilet paper holder in the restroom was positioned awkwardly and hard to reach, which was a bit disappointing—but everything else was perfect. If I have another chance, I’d love to stay again for plane spotting.

    Haneda Airport Photography

    I made a Reservation because my father, who enjoys photography, wanted to take photos of airplanes. He was very happy that he could even photograph rare aircraft from the Room. Based on other Reviews saying the view is great, I’d like to stay there myself someday.

    A highly rated Hotel!

    I enjoy weekend Hotel stays in Tokyo and Yokohama to refresh. Depending on the Room, you can see planes lined up right in front of you—an amazing location where you can enjoy a view you won’t find anywhere else! As an aviation fan, I love being able to experience the airport’s different faces morning, noon, and night, and I always have a wonderful time. The staff are also very kind. I often stay at Metropolitan Hotels, and the staff are consistently well trained, so no matter which one I choose, I can spend a great time. I’m already looking forward to my next stay—it motivates me to work hard every day. Thank you very much!

    A Hotel near the airport that gets you in the mood for your trip

    Stayed here the night before an overseas trip. Around Tenkubashi Station, there are surprisingly few places open late at night, but having both the Keikyu Line and the Monorail gives peace of mind—you can still manage even if one line stops running. The interior and the view from the Room both evoke air travel, and it was exciting to stay here. The amenities were great too, with basic skincare provided and shampoo that felt and smelled nice. I’d like to stay again when I need a night before or after a flight at Haneda.

    We had a wonderful time.

    Everyone on the Hotel staff, the Room, and the meals—everything was wonderful. At check-in, it was an automated check-in machine, but a staff member kindly explained everything, so I was able to check in smoothly. When they saw that I had my suitcase and several plastic bottles with me, they asked if they could help carry them to my Room, which made me very happy. Since all my luggage was heavy, it was a huge help. The Room was clean, and the bathroom had a spacious tub and washing area, so I could relax and soak for a long time. I especially liked the bubble bath additive—it smelled great. Breakfast was delicious across the board. The Fukagawa-meshi in particular was so good that I went back for seconds. The homemade jam was also delicious! I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you for such a wonderful time.

    The hotel is clean, comfortable, and good value for money. It’s a great option if you have an early morning flight. They provide a shuttle bus to the terminals starting at 4:00 a.m.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I’ve wanted to stay here for a long time, and I finally had the chance this time. Seeing airplanes from the window was such a joy! The bath was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, so I was able to relax and rest well. Next time, I’d like to visit the restaurant too.     Beware of strong winds on the rooftop terrace!

    Stayed the night before an early-morning flight from Haneda. We arrived before check-in, so we explored around DiverCity and planned to relax on the rooftop terrace... but thanks to the strong winds at Haneda, it was tough even to sit—pretty typical around the airport. When using the early-morning Shuttle Service bus, a staff member kindly escorted us and said, “Have a safe trip.” It really lifted our spirits before departure. Would like to stay again.

    Stunning 360-degree views

    At the airport, for a layover, I stayed without high expectations—more out of necessity... But at night, the runway lights, and the beautiful night views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower were stunning. The next morning, I was moved by a vivid red sunrise over Tokyo Bay—something I had never seen in Tokyo before... At breakfast, I could see Mt. Fuji from the restaurant, and I was completely satisfied with the wonderful views. The Hotel staff were also excellent, and if I have another chance, I would like to stay again even without flying.

    A stylish and comfortable Hotel

    I stayed here because I had an early morning flight the next day. The Room was very stylish and clean. Since the rooftop terrace is near Tenkubashi Station, it’s a bit far from the airport, so you can’t see planes as close as the Reviews suggest. Also, I think it’s a design flaw, but when you sit down you can’t really see the runway or the planes at all. The runway is quite far away, so if you want to watch planes up close, a Hotel directly connected to the airport is probably best. That said, I was very satisfied to stay at such a stylish and clean Hotel this close to the airport at this price. It was so comfortable that I checked out later than planned the next morning, and I couldn’t find where the station was right away—I really panicked.

    The Room layout is perfect!

    I use various Hotels through IKYU, and although this Hotel is compact, it is very well designed—I felt the person who designed it did an excellent job. 1) Plenty of hangers that can be hung along the wall 2) Well-stocked amenities, including bath salts 3) Convenient hooks for hanging bath towels 4) Helpful use of the shelf under the TV 5) High ceilings and a sense of openness (maybe only on the 5th floor) 6) Above all, strong shower water pressure (completely different from those overpriced Hotels directly connected to Haneda Airport) 7) Good rates (depending on the season) 8) Airport shuttle bus available (limited capacity) 9) From the airport, if you read the signs carefully, you can take an elevator to the opposite platform and arrive using only escalators without using stairs. It was a great Hotel that I would like to use again for a night before or after a flight.

    I felt soothed by the sky.

    Even if you’re not particularly interested in airplanes, I wanted to stay in a Room with this kind of rare view, so this was my first time staying here. The hallway to the Room and the airplanes visible from the Room instantly got me excited! It’s not very spacious, but it was very clean, and I liked how it was simple while still having airplane-like touches such as the light switches. My only personal downside (since I have short arms and legs) was that the counter chair was too high, and the toilet switch and toilet paper were too far behind me to reach easily. I stopped by the rooftop observation deck before check-out, and the view was amazing. I was happy to see Mt. Fuji even though it looked small! It was very relaxing.

    Conveniently located with easy access from the station.

    With direct access from the station, it’s very convenient. The Facility is new and clean. The view is also great. Note that the only convenience store is not open 24 hours. There don’t seem to be any restaurants within walking distance other than those in the station-connected building, which can be inconvenient for night owls. It’s a good option if you’re just going to a concert and need a place to sleep.
