Fufu Kyukaruizawa -Seiyo no Mori-

Having visited Yoko no Kaze before, we stayed here this year. Our family has grown, and our daughter-in-law joined us as well. They kindly prepared Rooms next to each other for us. At Kumoba Terrace, we took our time enjoying alcohol and fresh juice, and the lit bonfire and birch forest were truly soothing. In the spacious, clean Room, we relaxed in the Onsen brought from Ueda City. The cuisine was outstanding—seasonal and beautifully presented. We enjoyed everything from the scallop takikomi rice to dessert, though the portions were a bit large for me. As it was our daughter-in-law’s birthday month, we requested a surprise message plate. She was very happy, which made us glad as well. Thanks to the thoughtful staff, we were able to add another precious family memory. Thank you very much.

We stay here every year when we visit Karuizawa.We usually switch Hotels between the first and second nights, but each time we end up saying, “Fufu is better after all.”The meals are delicious, and the hassun presentation was beautifully arranged.We also appreciate how smooth the check-in and check-out procedures are.We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Karuizawa.
