    I had been curious a...

    I had been curious about this Hotel since its opening and finally got the chance to stay. 【What I liked】 - Very convenient as it is close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby. - The view was amazing both during the day and at night. - The vending machines in the Hotel were well-stocked. - It was great that the bathroom and toilet were separate. - Breakfast met my expectations. There was a local food fair, offering so many options that I couldn’t try everything, which was wonderful. 【What could be improved】 - There was no information provided about the passcode for the women’s public bath (I called reception from my Room phone, and their response was very polite). - Amenities in the lobby were time-restricted, but there was no prior notice about this. - The public bath remained crowded throughout. Perhaps because it was self-check-in, there were no explanations provided, which felt slightly inconvenient. It would be helpful if they placed printed instructions next to the self-check-in machine or in Rooms or displayed them on the Hotel guide screen on Room TVs.

    Overall, I was satisfied! However...

    The men's restroom in the dining area has only one stall and one urinal. Since the stall was occupied for a long time, I had to return to my Room to use the restroom. If possible, it would be great if more stalls could be added. Overall, I am satisfied with the Facility itself.

    Among the Kyoritsu Group, Yonakisoba is the best. The quality of the buffet has slightly declined, but it was still good. The post-bath ice cream brand has changed, which was disappointing, and the variety feels limited. It’s also unfortunate that Yakult is no longer available.

    A Hotel Full of Thoughtful Touches

    I stayed with a 1-night, 2-day breakfast plan. The breakfast lived up to the reviews with an overwhelming variety of dishes, making it hard to decide what to eat and what to skip! The room was a twin on the canal side, offering breathtaking views of the Toyosu skyline and Rainbow Bridge at night—I could have gazed at it forever. Enjoying post-bath ice cream while admiring the night view from the top floor felt like such a luxurious experience. By the way, among the small ice cream options for post-bath treats, only chocolate flavor was missing, and I noticed several guests rummaging around before giving up. The setup where you pick your amenities on the first floor and enjoy welcome drinks like Pocari Sweat felt fresh and delightful. I was also impressed by having a coffee machine near the smoking area entrance. Although it's located in Tokyo, it gave more of a resort hotel vibe than that of a city hotel. Next time, I’d love to use this place as somewhere to refresh myself even when traveling solo!

    It was a very clean and comfortable Hotel.

    This time, I chose La Vista Hotel for my stay as I attended a live concert of my favorite artist that ended late. The hotel is directly connected to the station, and on the way to the hotel, there were a Seven-Eleven and Sugi Pharmacy, with Toyosu Market right in front. Check-in was quick upon entering the hotel, and I enjoyed Pocari Sweat as a welcome drink. Additionally, free Pineapple Candy and Soft Salad snacks were available, which was a pleasant surprise (and they were delicious). The service was impeccable. From the large windows in my room, I could see Bay Bridge and Toyosu Market. The public bath (with an open-air bath) was spacious; soaking at night offered stunning views of Tokyo's nightscape (you can even see Tokyo Skytree from the bath—a truly luxurious experience). What amazed me most was that after bathing, you could enjoy free candy ice cream—unlimited! My mother who accompanied me was also very satisfied and said she would love to stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful time! Of course, our Room was perfect too. I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone!

    It was excellent.

    Stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert at Ariake Arena. The room was clean, and the spacious bathroom was excellent. The Facility's large public bath had great amenities, stunning night views, and above all, the hot spring quality was outstanding, relieving my fatigue. Breakfast was perfect in terms of ingredient freshness, seasoning, and staff service. I truly had an enjoyable stay—thank you very much!

    The night view from the large public bath was excellent.

    It was my first stay. The front desk was more luxurious than I expected, but I was encouraged to use the self-check-in for both check-in and check-out, so there was no interaction with staff during my stay. While functional, it felt a bit lacking in warmth. For this reason, I deducted one point for customer service. The salmon roe I had been looking forward to at breakfast turned out to be trout roe upon closer inspection. Considering the price of salmon roe, it might be understandable. Expecting breakfast to be crowded, I went at 7 AM only to find all window-side seats were taken. When passing by around 9 AM during checkout, there were about 30 people waiting in front of the restaurant—quite surprising. The "night soba" ramen had self-serve toppings like green onions, chashu pork slices, seaweed, and bamboo shoots; this made the process smooth and efficient. Instead of Yakult in the morning, they offered a vinegar drink. The Room was spacious and new overall; very satisfying. If you get off at Ariake Tennis no Mori Station (the next station), you'll find Ariake Garden—a shopping mall with a very large food court.

    It was inconvenient that there was no ice machine on the accommodation floor. However, I was satisfied with the room, large public bath, and meals, so I would like to stay again.

    The bath is excellent.

    The large public bath was excellent, especially the open-air bath which was outstanding. Breakfast was very characteristic of Toyosu, with a variety of fresh seafood, and the morning seafood bowl was delicious. The late-night ramen perfectly satisfied a small appetite.

    I mistakenly made a ...

    I mistakenly made a Reservation for a double Room this time, but you kindly changed it to a twin Room. Thank you! The dinner restaurant staff were also very kind and accommodated our requests. Thank you. However, for breakfast, the seating was not free this time, and the tables were quite close together in a narrow space. It was difficult for my mother, who has trouble walking, to carry her tray through the tight area. I requested a different seat but was told by another staff member that it wasn’t possible. As there was no other option, I had my mother remain seated while I carried her meal for her. Later on, when I noticed an available two-person table with more space nearby, I asked another staff member again about moving seats. This time they kindly agreed and even helped carry my mother's tray to the new table—much appreciated! Last time we had free seating during breakfast which worked very well for us. Aside from this issue with breakfast seating, everything else was as wonderful as last time!

    The view was great and very relaxing.

    Just a one-minute walk from Shijomae Station, this accommodation is adjacent to Toyosu Market and offers stunning views of the Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo Skytree. The breakfast buffet is luxurious with a wide variety of dishes to enjoy. The complimentary drinks and late-night ramen service for guests are also excellent (though I missed trying them). The hotel features a large public bath, perfect for relaxing at your leisure.

    Second time

    We stayed in two rooms, the La Vista Force and the La Vista Hollywood Twin, as a family of five. The Oasis was available for free, allowing us to enjoy beer, alcohol, make and eat parfaits, and have light snacks—it was fantastic! The view from the Corner Single Room we stayed in last time was more impressive than that from the Hollywood Twin Room. So next time, I might request a room farther from the elevator. The family who stayed in the La Vista Force were very satisfied; they said the large public bath was excellent and that their room was spacious, clean, and perfect. Next time, we’d love to visit when La Vista Atami opens!

    It became a very enjoyable memory, but...

    The room, cuisine, and service were all impeccable, allowing us to have a very relaxing stay. Although hesitant to mention this as it was not the hotel's fault, I would like to share my thoughts since it was a special occasion for an important person and the accommodation was not inexpensive. This concerns the bath. The bath itself had excellent views and variety, which we found very satisfying. However, there was a group of Chinese-speaking guests whose excessively loud conversations and lack of manners—such as running around noisily—were extremely disruptive. We could not enjoy our time there and left within less than 10 minutes. It was an unprecedentedly unpleasant experience for us. With inbound tourism continuing to grow, I understand that addressing such issues may be challenging; however, I felt deeply shocked by this experience and wanted to express my feelings here. Thank you for your hospitality.

    If you're visiting Toyosu Market

    The Hotel is conveniently located right outside the Yurakucho Market-mae station, connected by a deck to Toyosu Market and Senkyakubanrai. The Hotel is clean, the Room is spacious, and while other La Vista locations were great too, this one feels exceptional. Start your stay by dropping off your luggage at the Hotel before heading to Senkyakubanrai. Enjoy strolling and sampling food there, then return to the Hotel for a rest or relax in the large public Onsen bath. The views from everywhere are stunning and truly soothing. With a convenience store right in front of you, you can also revisit Senkyakubanrai if you'd like. The late-night ramen served at 10 PM was as delicious as ever! In the morning, take a refreshing dip in the Onsen before enjoying an early breakfast featuring fresh seafood that rivals Hakodate's offerings in taste! After breakfast, I took another nap while my husband enjoyed a leisurely morning bath at the public Onsen. Check-out was smooth with no elevator delays—everything went perfectly! We will definitely visit again—thank you so much!

    We gifted a stay at this hotel to our brother, who always takes care of our mother. The room was on a high floor with a great view, and the night view from the large public bath was also amazing. He said it felt like a dream. Thanks to this, we were able to give him a relaxing time.

    The night view from the Onsen is stunning.

    Thank you for the special anniversary rate for your 3rd anniversary. This was our third visit, and my friend tried the night soba for the first time. We enjoyed it together while admiring the night view. It was a bit sad that Tokyo Tower is no longer visible, and we noticed that its sign has been removed from the open-air bath area. We hope Skytree will remain visible in the future. We love the night view from the Onsen, and with such a delicious and varied breakfast, we look forward to visiting many more times!

    When traveling to th...

    When traveling to the countryside, I often stay at hotels by Kyoritsu Resort, so I had been interested in this hotel for a while. I made a reservation to enjoy onsen and a nice meal for my daughter's birthday. The hospitality at the dinner restaurant was impressive. A beautiful birthday message and an assortment of sweets were presented on the dessert plate. It was heartwarming that they noticed my comment from the reservation without me having to ask—I'm glad I always choose Kyoritsu Resort. The onsen allowed us to check its availability from our room, and the night view was stunning. However, it was disappointing to find two strands of hair left in the drawer with the hairdryer in our room. The inside of the drawer is white, so it stood out immediately. This is why I had to deduct some points here.

    Excellent location

    We stayed here so our child could attend an event at LaLaport Toyosu, and it was a wonderful three days. In the evening we walked to teamLab, had lunch at Senkyaku Banrai, and whenever we worked up a sweat we returned to the Hotel to enjoy the Onsen and have some ice cream. At night, we also enjoyed the complimentary late-night soba. Thank you very much.

    The perfect experience for your wife's birthday

    I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my wife's birthday, and honestly, it was amazing. The location is fantastic, directly connected to Toyosu Market and Senkyakubanrai. In this heat, there was zero stress from traveling. Without any physical exhaustion, we could fully enjoy our time. Additionally, during our stay, we planned to see two performances by the Shiki Theatre Company along the Yurikamome Line. This made travel seamless with no wasted time; returning to the Hotel after each performance was a breeze—just one ride on the Yurikamome line—and incredibly comfortable without any stress. Above all else, the bath facilities were outstanding. The bath on the top floor is spacious with great views and excellent water quality; it even has a sauna for extended relaxation. During our Multiple Night Stay, I used it twice daily for about 4 hours each day without ever getting bored! There’s also an open-air bath with stunning views—the night scenery is breathtakingly beautiful with airplanes taking off looking absolutely mesmerizing. The women’s bath features amenities like a mist sauna not available in the men’s area; my wife was thoroughly satisfied. And then there’s their signature late-night ramen service starting at 10 PM! My wife went every single night during our stay and loved it so much that she planned her daily schedule around having ramen at 10 PM! Seeing her so happy made me truly delighted as well. On top of that (and even more impressive), breakfast was incredible! During our visit, they happened to be hosting an Okinawa & Kyushu Fair featuring delicious southern specialties. My wife looked forward to breakfast every morning and would set goals like “Tomorrow I’m definitely having curry!” (laughs). They also served seafood bowls where you could choose your own toppings—it was super fun and absolutely delicious! Even small details stood out—like how elevators always arrived promptly whenever needed—a rare convenience indeed. After evening baths came complimentary ice pops—a perfect touch of hospitality leaving nothing more to ask for. Celebrating my wife's birthday here turned out to be the best gift ever—a truly unforgettable experience among recent trips we've taken together. I wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much again—we look forward to staying here in future visits!

    The night view is spectacular.

    I stayed at the Hotel I had always wanted to try, as it was available at a discounted price. The room was very clean and spacious, with access to a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the cityscape. The bath while enjoying the night view was absolutely amazing. As a special perk of the room, I had free access to the lounge, which offered a wide variety of drinks along with fruits and snacks, making it feel very worthwhile. Breakfast lived up to its reputation for being of very high quality. The seafood was delicious as expected, but since there happened to be a Kyushu Fair during my stay, I also got to enjoy local dishes from various prefectures in Kyushu, which made me extremely satisfied. I would love to stay here again!

    The bath is wonderful... The sofa in the Room is not comfortable.

    We stayed overnight on a short trip as a couple for the first time in a while. Although it was just the two of us, we splurged on a fourth-person Room. The room was certainly spacious, but the sofa felt slightly cheap with hard backrests and armrests, lacking any sense of luxury. The bath was amazing! The view and atmosphere were fantastic, offering an oasis-like experience in the city! The service was impeccable; however, I felt that the sofa, which is key to relaxation in the Room, was disappointing.

    This is my second stay. Same 13th floor again! I didn’t even request it this time... I was so happy. The room is spacious, the bath is great both morning and evening, and the breakfast is exquisite. I’m grateful for the affordable price, and I’ve become an even bigger fan! Thank you very much.

    I would love to visit this Hotel again.

    Having visited several times since its opening, I know this Hotel is exceptional. The open-air bath is relaxing, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. This time, there was a Kyushu & Okinawa Fair featuring local specialty dishes, which were delightful. The only downside was that the walls of the Room seemed thin, as I could often hear banging noises from the neighboring Room. While this is not a fault of the Hotel but rather an issue with individual guest manners, it did slightly affect my experience. That said, my desire to visit this wonderful Hotel again remains genuine.

    Onsen, Guest Rooms, Dining - Complete Satisfaction!

    Stayed for a total of 2 nights: the first night with dinner and breakfast included, and the second night with breakfast included. This was my fourth stay at a hotel from the Kyoritsu Group. 【Facility & Amenities】 The entire accommodation was very clean. The lobby was spacious, clean, and comfortable to wait in. The facility guide provided at check-in was very clear and helpful for utilizing the facilities and free services conveniently. However, it was disappointing that areas like the changing room, onsen waiting area, elevator hall, and inside the elevator were quite hot. Even during a short time after returning from the onsen, I ended up sweating significantly. This issue did not occur at other three locations I’ve stayed at before; hence I deducted one point. 【Guest Room & Amenities】 The guest room we stayed in this time was very clean with an excellent view and spacious enough for two people staying two nights. The partition door between the bedroom and entrance area in Kyoritsu Group’s rooms is fantastic—it made our stay more comfortable by improving air conditioning efficiency as well as soundproofing. Since we stayed for two nights, we exchanged towels and loungewear near reception smoothly without any issues. While basic amenities were provided, all necessary items were available. 【Service & Hospitality】 Efforts to alleviate check-in congestion through adjusted check-in times or guiding guests to self-check-in machines left a good impression. Staff members were also very pleasant. 【Onsen & Bath】 As expected of an "onsen yokozuna"! Spacious with great views! The sauna was also enjoyable. There were plenty of washing stations making it comfortable to use overall. Being able to access it continuously from 3 PM overnight likely helps reduce crowding too; however, many guests mentioned how hot they felt due to what seemed like high temperature settings in changing rooms—this could be improved. 【Dining】 Considering that part of the plan price covers breakfast only on one day while dinner is included another day—I found everything exceeded expectations! A seven-course meal featuring delicious fish dishes alongside meat options impressed me greatly! Breakfast focused mainly on seafood which satisfied me entirely as well! Additionally enjoyed using their bar both evenings—everything tasted amazing leaving us fully content! 【Overall Satisfaction】 Aside from air conditioning concerns mentioned earlier—it truly turned out being such satisfying experience overall!! Definitely planning future visits again soon!! Prior reaching out via email regarding inquiries since this marked first-time visit here—their prompt yet courteous responses ensured smooth preparation leading into highly enjoyable stay across these memorable two days/nights spent together there!!     The large public bath and breakfast are luxurious, and the Room is similar to Dormy.

    I have used Dormy at several locations, and in Tokyo, I usually stay at Korakuen. However, this time I tried La Vista for the first time. It was closer to the city center than I expected, with a resort-like atmosphere right in front of Tokyo Bay. The night view was stunning, and it was enjoyable to see the bustling Toyosu Market—making this stay different from my usual visits to Tokyo. The large public bath was spacious and relaxing, with a comfortable open-air bath as well. Since it was a weekday during a less busy period, there were no issues with crowding; however, it might feel slightly cramped on weekends or during peak times. The breakfast is famous for its wide variety of options—it truly lived up to its reputation and was very enjoyable. Sashimi seemed particularly popular among guests, but I personally loved being able to eat plenty of delicious watermelon. The Room we stayed in was standard-sized and similar to Dormy’s design—only differing in wallpaper colors. In hindsight, opting for a slightly larger Room would have been better. The front desk staff had quite dry interactions—they were efficient but lacked warmth or hospitality. For example, when heading out briefly to the convenience store they said "Have a nice trip," but upon returning just minutes later they mechanically directed me back toward check-in procedures again—it felt impersonal and disappointing. However, one male staff member at the cloakroom stood out with thoughtful service that felt more fitting for Hotel staff. Although there were some minor disappointments overall it was an excellent experience! I would love to visit again!

    A scenic city-view bath with stunning vistas—enjoy it twice, in the morning and at night.

    The top-floor Onsen was amazing—at night, I enjoyed the beautiful city lights and the glow of yakatabune boats, and in the morning, I could soak while looking out at the Skytree, clusters of high-rise buildings, and the sparkling waterfront of Tokyo Bay. The signature late-night soba was also a treat, with more topping options than other Kyoritsu Resort Hotels. One disappointment was that there were no takeaway cups at the breakfast buffet drink station, so I couldn’t take coffee back to my Room and relax. If takeaway cups were available, it might also help ease the heavy crowding on weekends and at peak times.
