    We had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed here after going to see a theater performance with my child. It was late, so the check-in machine wasn’t crowded, but during busy times, is the front desk available? Since some guests may not be familiar with the machine, I think it would be better if the front desk were open as well. I paid in advance, but I was charged an additional 700 yen. Because there was no breakdown shown, I couldn’t tell whether it was the Hot Spring Tax or Tokyo’s Accommodation Tax. I assume it was one of those, but shouldn’t it be clearly displayed on the machine? There was no luggage rack in the Room. Since we were traveling as two people, it was very inconvenient. I wish there had been one available even as a rental. At checkout time, the elevators were so crowded that I had to let several go by. I felt this would be inconvenient for guests using wheelchairs or strollers. Other than that, everything was great. I will visit again.

    Location, breakfast, complimentary late-night noodles, and a large public bath

    The staff spoke politely and clearly, and they regularly came to tidy up the bath area, which left a great impression. The Room was non-smoking, but it had a slight smell like it used to be a smoking room, which was disappointing. I opened the window and slept with the temperature set a bit lower. The baths weren’t very crowded even on Sunday, and after bathing we received ice cream at night and Yakult in the morning. The views were amazing everywhere—from the lobby to the elevator hall to the Room—and the scenery was outstanding throughout. Despite the odor in the Room, I’d still give it an overall perfect score. It was also nice that breakfast salad offered lots of leafy greens to choose from. I’ll definitely come again!

    Looking forward to breakfast.

    I couldn’t forget the wide variety and deliciousness of the breakfast buffet from my previous stay, so I chose to stay here again. I thoroughly enjoyed the seafood. The open-air bath in the large public bath was also very relaxing. All of the staff on the lobby floor were courteous and efficient in assisting with check-in, parking guidance, and lending a wine cooler. Thank you very much.

    The large public bath was excellent.

    I stayed here for a fan event in Ariake. It was a shame I missed the late-night soba and couldn’t try it, but otherwise my stay was very comfortable. The large public bath was crowded at night so I skipped it, but it was pleasant in the morning. It was spacious with a great view. I’d like to stay here again.

    Unchanged charm since our opening, with even more to look forward to

    I have stayed here many times since it first opened, often when I have errands at nearby facilities, and even now—years later—the Hotel is kept clean throughout, including the common areas and guest rooms, making for a very comfortable stay. The highlight is definitely the large public bath on the top floor. The view is wonderful, and I look forward to it every time. If I had one wish, it would be for a slightly larger open-air bath so it could be enjoyed even more leisurely. There are many international guests as well, and during this stay I saw someone using a smartphone while sitting on a chair in the open-air bath area. They likely weren’t aware of the rules for the public bath, but to help everyone feel comfortable using it, I would appreciate more thorough multilingual guidance and reminders from the Hotel. Also, recently it feels like there are fewer items at the breakfast buffet than before. I don’t actually eat that many dishes myself, but I remember that the wide variety used to be one of the biggest attractions of breakfast here. Because this is a favorite Hotel that I’ve stayed at many times, I hope to see the previous full breakfast selection return.

    This was our fourth stay. Thank you for the kind and attentive service from the staff. We were very satisfied with the Onsen, which we could use even late at night, as well as the ice cream, Yakult, and drinks available afterward. It was a wonderful three-day stay.     Enjoy a scenic view bath and a seafood rice bowl—convenient for sightseeing in Toyosu

    Just steps from Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome Line, the Hotel is also accessible by Toei bus from Tokyo Station and Shimbashi Station, and is only a few minutes’ walk to Toyosu Market and Senkyaku Banrai—an extremely convenient location. With the Yurikamome Line, it’s easy to get to Toyosu and the Odaiba area as well, making this Hotel a great base for sightseeing around Tokyo. I stayed in the La Vista Hollywood Twin with Balcony View Bath (36 sqm). The most memorable feature was the view bath: spacious enough for two people, and it fills quickly. From the window, you can see toward Kachidoki and Chuo City, and at night I was able to enjoy a relaxing city skyline view. At times I could hear some traffic noise from outside, but noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway was hardly noticeable. The bed was slightly firm, and two types of pillows with different firmness were provided. Wi-Fi and air conditioning were comfortable, and amenities are picked up as needed from the lobby floor. Guests staying in rooms with “La Vista” in the name can use the café lounge until 10:00 PM, where you can enjoy soft drinks as well as alcohol such as beer and sours, along with light snacks. The large public bath includes three indoor baths, two open-air baths, and a spacious sauna. There is also a regularly changing “special bath”; this time it was lukewarm water, which felt especially pleasant during this hot summer season. The late-night soba served from 10:00 PM is also popular—and being able to get refills is a nice touch. Breakfast offers an extensive selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes centered around their signature seafood rice bowl. In addition to creating your own seafood bowl, it’s fun to compare sashimi such as salmon and tuna with different soy sauces of your choice. Refills were handled smoothly as well. It was crowded around 8:00 AM; if you want a window-side seat, visiting in the 7 o’clock hour is recommended. Guests ranged widely from solo travelers to couples and families. This Hotel is highly recommended not only for those who want to enjoy Toyosu Market or Senkyaku Banrai but also for visitors sightseeing around Tokyo Station, Ginza, or Shimbashi. With its café lounge access (for eligible rooms), large public bath facilities, late-night soba service، и breakfast seafood bowls، I truly enjoyed every part of my stay at this Hotel itself.

    No mistake.

    I often stay with Dormy Hotels, but this was my first time at La Vista Tokyo Bay. While it is a little away from central areas like Ginza and Ueno, the parking fee is lower, and the lot is spacious and easy to park in. As it’s in the bay area, the views are great, and it’s right next to the popular Toyosu Market (personally I don’t find it that appealing), so in a way you could say it’s a convenient location. The rooms were clean, and with plenty of elevators I didn’t feel any stress getting around. On the day I stayed, it was extremely hot and there was also heavy rain like a sudden evening downpour, so the top-floor Onsen was truly appreciated—and on top of that, there were complimentary ice cream after bathing and Yakult service. I felt you can’t go wrong staying at La Vista. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, which I enjoyed as well.

    The large public bath on the top floor of the Hotel had an amazing view. The breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. I would like to stay here again.

    The Onsen is wonderful.

    I was captivated by the rooftop Onsen, where I could soak while enjoying the stunning night view. I was glad to learn it’s operated by the same company as the local Ryujin no Yu. I also appreciated that they offer the same post-bath Yakult and late-night soba. After visiting the market in the morning, it was great to enjoy high-quality ingredients at a seafood all-you-can-eat restaurant. I’d love to stay again.

    It was wonderful.

    No Meals Included, but we had dinner at the Hotel restaurant and enjoyed a delicious meal with a great view. The food was excellent. The Room was spacious and comfortable. There were no disposable slippers, so it would have been nice if they had been provided.

    An all-purpose Hotel

    I wanted to enjoy a night view again after a long time, and I was able to make a same-day Reservation. Simple is best! A relaxing time watching the Harumi and Toyosu night views as the hours pass. Time to unwind in the top-floor Onsen and spa. With great access, this Hotel is perfect for both travel and everyday stays.

    Highly satisfied

    The Room had a sofa and table, so I could relax comfortably. The large public bath on the top floor also had great views, and I was able to unwind. I would like to stay again.

    Cloakroom Staff

    I was served by a staff member wearing a trainee name badge who seemed extremely unmotivated. Even when I handed over the tag at check-in, they took only the luggage tag without looking and assisted me with an indescribable expression. It was the first time in a while that I experienced such unpleasant service. Thank you.

    I was able to sleep soundly at the Hotel for the first time in a long while.

    This was my first stay in two years. I stay at Hotels about three days a month, but I haven’t been able to sleep well. The night before, I also couldn’t sleep well at another Hotel. Here, the air conditioning airflow and noise didn’t bother me, and perhaps thanks to the relaxing effect of the Onsen, I slept through the night without waking up.

    The breakfast buffet was amazing! The night view from the Onsen and the smooth access from the lobby The location was great, and the staff were kind. Everything was wonderful. I’ll definitely come again someday!

    Although the location and Facility are excellent, the staff’s service level is disappointing, and we hope to see improvement. With the current Hotel boom across the whole country, staff training may not be keeping up.

    The Best Scenic Bath and Location

    Yurikamome Shijo-mae Station is connected to the Hotel via a covered walkway. Easy access to the neighboring Senkyaku Banrai as well. The bath temperature is just right, and at night you can even see Tokyo Skytree. I will stay here again.

    The location was exc...

    The location was excellent, and the Room offered a spectacular view, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of menu items made with carefully selected ingredients. We especially enjoyed the freshly squeezed juice and the whitebait tempura, which were unique and a pleasant surprise. The Onsen was also clean and very relaxing. One small disappointment was that the hair dryer did not have a cool-shot button. Overall, everything was of a high standard and we had a wonderful stay. We would love to visit again.

    I stay at various Ho...

    I stay at various Hotels, but the amenities here were underwhelming. I stayed with my child, but there were two adult sets provided, and no pajamas were prepared for my child. For the price, there wasn’t anything in particular I would recommend. If I had to mention one positive, the Onsen had an open-air bath and we could see Tokyo Skytree, so the view was nice. The air purifier in the Room was also noisy, so I stopped using it! For some reason, the refrigerator also gets noisy at times. The Room also had an odor—I'm not sure if it was cigarette smoke or mold— but it didn’t smell very pleasant. The toilet smelled nice! You may have trouble if you don’t bring your own makeup remover and face wash. I stayed because there was an event nearby, but I won’t be returning.

    It was great.

    It was a very good value Hotel. I enjoyed the seafood at breakfast, and the lounge was great as well. The night view from the Room was wonderful. However, one thing stood out: the cleaning wasn’t thorough. Dust had built up and turned white on the louvered section of the black sliding door that separates the bathroom area from the Room, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months. Still, since it’s an inexpensive Hotel, I suppose it can’t be helped—that’s my impression.

    Isn’t it fine to just do it here?

    We stayed at La Vista Force as a base for visiting teamLab and sightseeing in Odaiba, as a family of three. The Room was spacious and very clean. You can see Senkyakubanrai from the balcony, so the night view is stunning. It would be nice to have chairs on the balcony. Although it isn’t clearly stated in the Plan details, we were able to use the first-floor lounge, where there was a great service offering light snacks, sweets, and alcoholic drinks. With thoughtful services such as a large public bath, late-night ramen, and salmon roe seafood bowls—plus excellent Facilities like an on-site pharmacy and convenience store, microwaves on each floor, and more—we were extremely satisfied with our stay. If you’re considering an average luxury Hotel, I think you’ll be more satisfied here. We were also able to arrange late check-out for 3,300 yen per hour. I’ve stayed at several Kyoritsu Resort Hotels, but this one is my favorite.

    [Cons] - The toilet is located near the entrance, and you have to put on outdoor shoes and go outside to use it. The layout is very poor. - The slippers are reused and not clean, which is unhygienic. The Room was not particularly clean either. - A group that seemed to be there for an inspection took photos in the post-bath area; it was noisy and uncomfortable. - There were many foreign guests in the bath area. [Pros] - The late-night soba came with toppings and was tasty. - Automated check-in/out was quick and easy. - Extra towels are free of charge. - The breakfast buffet had a decent variety (nothing especially outstanding, though). - It was nice that there were different types of baths. - There were several kinds of complimentary post-bath ice cream, which was a plus.

    About Our Hospitality

    The service at the Hotel front desk and in the lobby was poor, even compared with other properties in the same group. The staff were mostly young and showed no sense of hospitality. This was my first stay, and it was very disappointing. Please provide better training for the front desk staff.

    Not as much as the first time...

    I first stayed here for the first time when there was a live concert in Toyosu at the end of last August, and I remembered it as a good Hotel, so this was my second stay. However, the location of my Room this time was extremely poor. It was on the 3rd floor and close to the road, so it was very noisy. I had planned to relax in my Room, so that was disappointing. I’m embarrassed to say that it was so noisy that I asked if I could move Rooms, but I was told that all Rooms of the same type were fully booked and they could not change my Room. I didn’t know this during my previous stay, but there is complimentary late-night soba served at night, and I had it this time. I was very satisfied with that. The bath was also very pleasant and nice. Overall, maybe it was just bad luck, but because of how noisy the Room was, I would rate my satisfaction as 3.

    I felt refreshed.

    This was my second stay. This Hotel is recommended for guests who prefer to make the most of the Facilities and provided services on their own, rather than expecting extensive hospitality. This time I chose a single Room. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and it has a microwave, a freezer, cooking equipment like an insulated soup jar, and a comfortable amount of space.
