Comfortable.
I stayed here to watch tennis. It’s a short ride from Haneda Airport by limousine bus. Toyosu Outer Market and Senkyakubanrai are right next door, so I enjoyed plenty of great food. Check-in and check-out are easy and convenient with the self-service machines. The large public bath has a great view and is very relaxing. The complimentary late-night soba was delicious, especially with extra toppings.

Large Public Bath
The large public bath is not well ventilated. Could something be done about it?

The view is nice, but
The view is great. However, at check-in, the front desk staff suddenly made a false accusation against me. Even though I did nothing of the sort—not even by a micrometer. I was devastated and frustrated, and it became the worst stay.

IQOS
The IQOS floor was comfortable. The view was great, and I was satisfied. I gave the service 3 stars because there was no explanation about the public bath at check-in, so I went there without knowing the password and felt confused. I would have liked a proper explanation. Other than that, everything was very good, including the IQOS Room. I would like to stay in the same Room again.

As you’d expect from the Kyoritsu Group, the large public bath was excellent. It gets busier as the night goes on, but it’s spacious, so it still felt comfortable. You’ll want to soak again and again. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes across many cuisines, and we were very satisfied. It’s easy to see why so many guests come for it. Choosing between dining at Toyosu Market or in the Hotel is a pleasant dilemma.\nWith plenty of elevators, getting around was smooth and stress-free. We also enjoyed the Tokyo-style night view from our room.\nWe’ll be back again during Golden Week.

Simply the best.
The Room was clean, and since it was a Multiple Night Stay, I added breakfast only for the second day at check-in. The buffet had exactly what I expected—everything was delicious, and I was satisfied. The late-night soba was so crowded that there was a line and almost nowhere to sit, which was a bit disappointing, but the taste was excellent!

It was a clean Hotel. Because there were many guests, it was crowded at breakfast and other times, but even during the busy check-in period, the guidance and directions were accurate and everything went smoothly. We stayed on a high floor above the 10th, but it felt like the windows did not provide much soundproofing, as we could clearly hear traffic noise from outside. The staff were efficient, and even the housekeeping team greeted us cheerfully, which made our stay very pleasant. We would like to stay again.

If you only need Accommodation, that should be fine.
The facilities and rooms are new and comfortable. Although only a few, some Asian inbound guests may be unfamiliar with Japanese customs and manners, which some guests may find bothersome. The service from the older staff members feels somewhat impersonal. I would consider staying again depending on the price.

Could it be an inexperienced staff member?
The Facilities and guest rooms are new, and I think it’s a Hotel well suited for a comfortable stay. Perhaps due to the Hotel’s policy, there were many Asian guests; most were familiar with Japanese etiquette, though some behaved as they would at home (loud conversations, cutting in line, etc.). If you made a Reservation from overseas or are paying with a card issued outside Japan, please note that self check-in machines cannot be used; you must check in at the front desk. The younger staff seemed to be working hard, but some of the older staff were often cold and overly businesslike. Also, please be aware that most items in the vending machines were sold out (likely outsourced).

The bath and its atmosphere are excellent, but I hope the customer service can be improved.
The entrance and the Room had a lovely atmosphere. Overall it was good, but I was very disappointed with the service at checkout and it made me not want to come again. I borrowed a desk lamp for the Room. The system requires guests to return it to the front desk themselves. That in itself is fine, but when I told the staff member, “I’d like to return this lamp,” they curtly said, “Over there.” I think normal customer service would be something like, “Could you please bring it over there?” Also, when I said I wanted to arrange round-trip luggage delivery, they only said, “That’s over there,” which made me feel very uncomfortable. For such a nice Hotel, I hope the service can be improved—then I would want to visit again. The large public bath was very good. It had a fun atmosphere and many different baths. However, one drawback is that the Room is quite dark. When I tried to look at something on my laptop for a bit, it was so dark that I couldn’t see.

Perfect!
The large public bath has an amazing view, and you could stay in it forever! It does get crowded, but it’s spacious so it wasn’t a problem. They offer everything from amenities to complimentary snacks, and we were very satisfied! The late-night noodles were delicious, and the Room was clean and nice.

Includes breakfast and dinner
This is my second stay at La Vista. I wanted to relax and enjoy the Onsen, so I chose the plan with dinner and breakfast included, which was the right choice! The dinner offers excellent value for money. It’s a course meal, allowing you to enjoy various ingredients little by little while admiring the night view—absolutely delicious! Recently, there seem to be fewer foreign guests, so the large public bath was quiet. Despite the cold weather, I could fully enjoy soaking in the bath. It would be even better if more towels were provided.

The Ultimate Bath Time
The cold season is here! Enjoy the Rainbow Bridge night view in Toyosu. Step off the 14th-floor elevator to a soothing aroma, relax in the bathtub with music, and warm up your chilled body. Experience the ultimate healing time!

Excellent!
I have stayed at many of the Kyoritsu Resort Hotels, but as expected, this one is the best. However, the in-house wear is more comfortable at Dormy Inn. It felt a bit stiff for sleeping, so I used my own pajamas. Also, the sauna temperature (women's bath) seemed a bit low. Other than that, everything was excellent! Especially breakfast—it was the best among all Dormy Inns I've visited so far. It turned out to be a very satisfying trip. Thank you very much!

Year-end Accommodation
I stayed on December 29, 2025, but the experience was not as impressive as two years ago, and I was disappointed with the poor service at the front desk. The accommodation was crowded, leading to long waits for the bathing area. Cleaning was insufficient, and despite the year-end rates, it left a poor impression. It was disappointing.

Excellent
I live in Tokyo and regularly stay at La Vista Tokyo Bay. The night view from the large public bath is absolutely stunning. This time, I had a great time with seven friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

The view from the large public bath on the 14th floor was spectacular. I was delighted to find Kabuki-age in the Edo sweets corner. There was no luggage rack in the Room, and I was told they do not provide one, so I had to spread my belongings on the floor. A simple portable option would have been appreciated. Being close to Toyosu Market, I had high expectations for fresh seafood at breakfast but found it a bit disappointing.

Luxurious Night View from the Open-Air Bath
This was our first time staying as a family. It took about 2 minutes to reach from Shijomae Station. Our Room was a Hollywood Twin on the 8th floor, and the night view was beautiful. What we liked most was that the bathroom, washroom, and toilet were all separate, so even if someone occupied the toilet, others could still use the washroom or bath. The public bath had various options including an indoor bath, open-air bath, and three types of saunas. As a sauna enthusiast, I found it highly satisfying. The night view from the open-air bath was also stunning, allowing us to enjoy a luxurious moment. The next morning's breakfast exceeded expectations. Despite rising prices for salmon roe these days, we indulged in an extravagant seafood bowl topped with generous portions of salmon roe, crab meat, and thickly sliced salmon—pure bliss! There were also freshly fried crispy tempura and soba noodles (which I missed eating last year), along with mini cakes and desserts. With so many options available at breakfast alone, I couldn’t decide what to try first—it brought me joy right from the start of my day. By the way, complimentary bottled water is provided in your Room according to the number of guests; however other beverages are not included. If you’d like tea or other drinks in your Room during your stay, it’s better to bring them beforehand or purchase them at a convenience store located just outside near reception. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay here! We would love to visit again someday—thank you for taking care of us!

Stayed with a breakfast-included plan.
This is my third stay at La Vista Tokyo Bay. The room was well-cleaned and maintained. However, when I used the restroom on the lobby floor during check-in, the trash bin for hand towels was overflowing. I understand it can be busy, but encountering such a situation immediately upon arrival leaves a poor impression. I hope this can be improved. The bath facilities were clean and enjoyable, and being able to use them right after arrival is excellent. However, this time I noticed two individuals with tattoos using the bath despite it being prohibited. If tattoos are not allowed, I strongly urge stricter enforcement of this rule. I apologize for saying this, but such incidents would not occur in higher-grade hotels. While I understand it may be difficult to monitor everything closely, if you have a no-tattoo policy in place, please ensure its thorough implementation.

Hmm...
The night view location might be the selling point, but over 50,000 yen for this... no repeat for me. Perhaps it's just the times we live in, but paying over 50,000 yen and having an automated check-in system is unacceptable. Thank you for the learning experience.

Popular among Chinese guests.
Thank you for accommodating my dietary needs as I informed you in advance about my pregnancy. There seemed to be a large number of Chinese guests. In the bath area, there was a Chinese woman using her smartphone, and staff members addressed the issue (I was concerned about whether they checked if any photos or videos were taken since there were toddlers and young children present). The room had an unpleasant surprise; perhaps due to the busy season, I found a partially eaten rice ball under the sofa left by a previous guest. While the facility and staff were excellent, I believe improving guest manners would enhance the experience. The paid pool was very enjoyable.

The night view is spectacular.
This was my second stay. Last time, I enjoyed the Sumida River view from the 6th floor, but this time I stayed in a 4-person room on the 12th floor and was deeply impressed by the breathtaking view of Rainbow Bridge and Sumida River through the spacious open windows. (I could even see Mt. Fuji.) Guests staying on the 12th floor or higher can enjoy free food and drinks at the café on the first floor, which is convenient for a light dinner. (I wasn’t aware of this plan, so I had dinner outside and only managed to have one draft beer and some light snacks here…) The view of Harumi, Tsukiji, and Tokyo Skytree from the women’s open-air bath was also spectacular. For breakfast this time, I ate in the market area nearby; however, during my previous stay, I enjoyed the buffet inside the hotel with its delicious seafood selection.

Fully satisfied with the course dinner.
We stayed with 15 people in 8 rooms. We booked a dinner-included Plan, and although we were informed beforehand that seating everyone at one table would be difficult, on the day of our visit, arrangements were made for all 15 of us to sit together. The white tablecloths and beautifully set cutlery were perfect for our New Year gathering, leaving the entire family deeply impressed! Surrounded by her great-grandchildren aged 2, 8, and 10, my 92-year-old mother was overjoyed. Moreover, every dish was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The final choices of sticky rice dumplings or cheese platter were also outstanding! It was a dinner highly praised by every family member. We sincerely thank you. However, we noticed a few concerns: no staff at the front desk during checkout and the cleanliness of the large public bath (it would be appreciated if water could be continuously replenished in the bath). Due to these issues, we rated our overall experience as four stars.

The open-air bath was absolutely amazing!
Scenic open-air Onsen, luxurious breakfast, touch-panel automated check-in and check-out... everything was efficient, the service was excellent, and it was very comfortable. There are plenty of elevators with great views. The interior has a pleasant fragrance. The Room is quiet with no noise from neighbors. The Onsen is clean, and the view from the sauna is fantastic. There’s even an ice cream service—truly outstanding service! The Hokkaido-themed breakfast fair and late-night soba (ramen) were incredibly delicious. Thank you so much! I definitely want to visit again!

About the Lobby Kiosk
Using the kiosk in the lobby, my daughter took a taxi to her home in Gotanda. When calling the taxi via the kiosk, a message appeared requesting an advance payment of 8,000 yen, which was paid upfront. Although she was able to take the taxi without any issues, the meter fare upon arrival at her home was 5,700 yen. While it is convenient and helpful to call a taxi through the kiosk, I find the advance payment system somewhat puzzling. The Hotel itself always provides a pleasant stay whenever we visit; however, I decided to share this experience regarding the kiosk this time.
