    Beautiful night view

    Check-in and check-out are automated, which may appeal to some but not to others. While the interior is that of a Business Hotel, the pricing is more in line with a City Hotel, so it depends on how you view this balance. The night view is stunning and definitely worth seeing.

    Lovely Room with Rainbow Bridge View

    A wonderful Room with a stunning view of the Tokyo Bay nightscape right in front. The large public bath offered various types of baths and saunas, and the night view from there was also enjoyable. Both dinner and breakfast provided satisfaction beyond their price. However, it would have been more convenient if the amenities on the second floor were already in the Room from the beginning. I look forward to staying at this favorite Hotel again in the future.

    It was a good Hotel, but...

    Close to the station, great views, and an excellent top-floor public bath. However, the rude attitude of one female staff member at the front desk ruined the experience. Disappointing.

    Good

    I have developed a hobby of enjoying "hocance" and have been staying at various hotels around the Kanto area. While I usually prefer accommodations with lounges, this place more than makes up for it with its night soba, stunning bath views, and excellent breakfast.

    Easy to use.

    I had business in Ariake and Toyosu, so I chose this Hotel for its convenient location near the station and the availability of a large public bath with a sauna. It was very reasonably priced and overall a good experience. As part of the Kyoritsu Resort group, their service is excellent, and you can see thoughtful touches throughout the property. However, perhaps due to its large scale, it felt somewhat chaotic at times, and I noticed some areas where cleaning could be improved. As mentioned in some Reviews I read beforehand, the air quality in the corridor from the front desk to the elevator and inside the elevator itself was quite poor (ventilation? exhaust? sewage?). This left me wondering why it was like that—it really lowered my mood as it’s one of your first impressions when heading to your room. I hope this can be improved in the future. The sauna and bath were spacious and enjoyable! Considering its price point, it's an excellent Hotel overall!

    Large La Vista

    When making the reservation, the non-smoking room was priced significantly higher than the iQOS room, even on the official website, so I reluctantly chose the iQOS room. As a non-smoker, I requested deodorization in advance, and the room was completely odor-free, clean, and perfect. Many thanks to the cleaning staff. However, now it seems that non-smoking rooms are priced equally. It feels odd that smoking rooms—which should require more cleaning effort—are cheaper. Regarding the onsen: only part of it is an indoor bath with transported water from Saitama that is diluted, heated, circulated, and disinfected. This does not feel like a true onsen but rather an imitation. Paying a Hot Spring Tax for this is hard to accept as well—the definition of "onsen" seems too vague. The outdoor bath uses plain water but had almost no chlorine smell; its temperature was stable and very pleasant to use. Considering this location's appeal lies in its scenery rather than hot springs specifically, there’s no need to insist on having an "onsen." Switching entirely to plain water would eliminate both disinfection circulation systems and Hot Spring Tax. Breakfast follows La Vista's usual style of prioritizing variety over quality. Given that this hotel has over 550 rooms, focusing solely on quality may be unrealistic—and that's understandable—but I often find Dormy Inn hotels under Kyoritsu Group in regional areas offer better-tasting breakfasts with higher quality. I stayed here due to nearby commitments but concluded that this hotel isn’t one designed for accommodation as its primary purpose or appeal.

    Completely satisfied again this time!

    Stayed for the second time, drawn by the breakfast buffet. The quality of the breakfast is impeccable. This time, they were hosting a Hokkaido Fair with a lineup of specialty dishes like Genghis Khan lamb and more. While those were tempting, the highlight was definitely the customizable seafood bowl. Piled high with salmon roe, tuna, shrimp, crab, scallops, and salmon—it might even be more satisfying than the premium seafood bowls at the bustling spot next door (though maybe not in terms of ingredient quality). Since it was my second stay, I planned to have multiple bowls but ended up satisfied after just one! There were so many other dishes to try that I could only sample a few before feeling full. I'll have to come back again. Beyond meals, I enjoyed relaxing in the top-floor public bath with its stunning views. Unlimited ice cream after bathing was a nice touch too! Watching the sunset from there was beautiful. They also offered late-night ramen—no complaints when it comes to food. I spent some quiet time in my room as well; however, one minor disappointment was that I couldn't watch YouTube on the room's TV. While watching on my phone is fine, it would’ve been nice to relax in bed and watch on a bigger screen. Other than that small issue, everything else was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed this stay and look forward to visiting again!

    Hotel with the Best Night View

    The view from the window offered various beautiful expressions throughout the day, making it an unforgettable experience. The full moon at dawn was absolutely perfect.

    Everything was perfect.

    I stayed here for a trip with my daughter. The Onsen, restaurant, and the view from the room were excellent, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was also very satisfying.

    I stayed here for a concert. Although I was traveling alone, the room was very quiet, and the large public bath was excellent. I would love to stay here again.

    Overall, it was good.

    We chose a room with a bath, considering the possibility of not being able to use the Onsen. However, the bath seemed unused for a long time and had water stains, making it unpleasant to use. This was disappointing as we had planned to relax and enjoy the night view from our room. The large public bath was extremely crowded. The coin laundry on the women's side was limited in number, and some users did not retrieve their laundry promptly (apparently there is a rule against removing others' items), which caused frustration and competition for usage. Given the number of guests using the baths, it's only natural that many would also need laundry facilities; having less than half of what is available on the men's side is quite inconvenient. Additionally, having them located inside the bathing area made access troublesome. I usually look forward to Dormy Inn's breakfast as it’s always delicious, but this time it didn’t meet expectations. Other than these issues, everything else was mostly good. The staff's service stood out as excellent—they were always smiling and quick to act without fail. Their attentiveness left me with a positive impression throughout my stay.

    The bathroom has a mirror, but the Room does not, so you have to go there to do makeup or style your hair, which is inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great!

    The rating is strict, but I would like to use it again.

    Regarding the guest room and amenities, check-in and check-out are automated, so there is no interaction with staff, making it difficult to evaluate. As for the guest room, there was dust accumulated on the beam above the bed, which led to a low rating. The water inlet of the humidifier was unclear, so its usage remained unknown. The bathroom exceeded expectations and was excellent. The Facility is new and leaves nothing to complain about.

    For a weekend getaway

    We stayed at La Vista Tokyo Bay for a trip to Toyosu with my husband. Since it was the Christmas season, there was a large Christmas tree in the lobby, which was very beautiful. For dinner, we dined at Toki no Niwa located in front of La Vista Tokyo Bay. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, and both the food and drinks were delicious and satisfying. Breakfast was a buffet at La Vista Tokyo Bay, and I was impressed that every dish tasted amazing despite being a buffet. The seat we were guided to had a counter view of the sea, which added to the experience. Even the spacious seats further inside without sea views seemed comfortable for relaxing. The room we stayed in had a view of Skytree; at night, we enjoyed the city lights, and in the morning, we admired beautiful views of the sea. The most impressive part was definitely the Onsen! We thoroughly enjoyed an open-air bath with night views, saunas, and daily changing Onsen options. The women’s bath also had excellent security measures that made it safe to use comfortably. It became a memorable trip for us—thank you so much! We look forward to staying again!

    Famous Breakfast Buffet

    Stayed for 5 days on a business trip. Apologies for starting with a negative note, but the quality of the sashimi at breakfast was honestly not satisfactory. Some pieces had an odor and were dry and tough. While it may be challenging to maintain freshness in a buffet setting, I believe more effort could be made to improve this aspect. Additionally, during busy times with large groups of guests, there were long lines, and I couldn't have breakfast at my preferred time, which was disappointing. It would have been great if there was an option to have breakfast in the room. The bath facilities were excellent—very clean and offering beautiful night views that made for a truly relaxing experience. The staff's service was flexible and accommodating; I had no complaints whatsoever. I would love to stay again if given the opportunity!

    Breakfast was delicious, especially the seafood bowl. However, I noticed that the ladle had sunk into the miso soup pot. When I informed the staff, they simply replaced it with a new ladle without addressing the issue further. Serving miso soup that has been in contact with a ladle handle touched by customers' bare hands shows a lack of awareness regarding food safety and poses serious risks of foodborne illnesses such as norovirus, Bacillus cereus, or E. coli contamination. I strongly urge thorough employee training on food safety practices to prevent such incidents in the future.

    It was comfortable!

    The front floor is equipped with numerous amenities, and both the Room and the bath were comfortable. The bath, in particular, was spacious enough to feel relaxed even during busy times. I would like to use it again when working nearby.

    The rooftop observation bath offers a spectacular experience!

    The popular seafood breakfast buffet was delicious, but what truly captivated me was the breathtaking night view from the rooftop bath of this Hotel. While nature's beauty is always inspiring, I spent a luxurious time soaking in the bath and admiring the stunning lights from the waterfront high-rise apartments for hours. Conveniently located near Market Station, it offers excellent access and is senior-friendly. I look forward to visiting again.

    Amenities in the Roo...

    Amenities in the Room include only a toothbrush. Other necessities can be freely taken from the area near the front desk. Instant coffee and tea bags are also available for self-service, but there are no items like skincare products provided. The riverside location offers an excellent view, especially from the public bath, which is truly stunning. Unlike most public baths that close by midnight, this one operates non-stop until morning, making it a great option for a late-night visit. You can walk to Toyosu Senkyakubanrai without getting wet even on rainy days, which might explain why there are many foreign tourists staying here. One downside was encountering some foreign guests (possibly Chinese) who occupied the sink area in the public bath for an extended time after drying their hair while chatting loudly with hairdryers still running. This made it difficult to use the space to dry my own hair as they didn’t seem considerate of others waiting. In Japan, it's common courtesy to make way for others once you're done using shared facilities. Perhaps adding notices in Chinese or English asking guests to vacate promptly after finishing could help address this issue—though such individuals might not read them anyway...

    I booked La Vista Tokyo Bay while searching for nearby hotels for a live event. Initially, I had no particular expectations as it was just a place to stay, but I was very grateful when my room was upgraded at check-in. The onsen I enjoyed after the live event warmed both my body and soul, providing great relaxation. I never thought of enjoying an onsen in the city, but soaking in an open-air bath while gazing at the sparkling city nightscape was absolutely amazing. My wife also loved the onsen and said she would like to stay again. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I ended up eating too much! Thank you for providing such a wonderful escape from everyday life!

    Safe for families with small children.

    August 13 - Stayed with family (3 people) Convenient location and parking for those traveling by car. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Thank you for your attentive responses to our prior inquiries. The guest room has a double-door structure, making it very quiet. The view from the large public bath is stunningly beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, and we highly recommend adding it if your schedule allows. We look forward to staying again in December!

    It was great.

    I had considered this accommodation before, but this was my first time staying here. I wish I had chosen it earlier. It was clean, had a great view, was close to the station, and the room was excellent. I made a reservation with no meals included but later added breakfast. The variety and taste of the breakfast were surprisingly good. However, I noticed that the room wear had an odor despite being washed. Also, the room felt dark—so much so that it seemed like some lights might have been left off by mistake.

    A perfect getaway to relax with a pool and an Onsen you can enjoy even late at night.

    Last year, we considered and made a Reservation based on my son's wish to visit the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen all night and were very satisfied with the breakfast. There is no other place so close to home that offers such an exotic travel experience. For our next trip, we decided on La Vista and enjoyed autumn in Hokkaido at La Vista Hakodate. Later, I introduced it to a friend with limited time, who also used it. The view from the Room was amazing, and everything from the Onsen to the meals was perfect. This time, we came again as a family for both the pool and Onsen. The views from both the pool and Onsen were stunning, and walking along the seaside helped us relax and forget about daily life. This is a Hotel I would love to visit every month!

    Enjoy Tokyo!

    This is my fourth stay. When friends from out of town visit, we stay together and enjoy a special experience. I used to try various hotels, but now I always choose La Vista when staying in Tokyo. The night view is stunning from anywhere, and the meals are satisfying!
