  For my daughter's birthday celebration

  I chose this hotel to enjoy a relaxing stay with my daughter, who works too hard every day. Everything from the facilities to the food and service was wonderful, and we had a very satisfying time. The amenities were to our liking, and I was hoping to purchase them, but unfortunately, I couldn't. However, I plan to come back again. The reason I rated the bath a 4 is because I couldn't visit the spa and didn't get to experience it. Next time, I hope to use it and give it a 5. Thank you very much!

  I was able to spend my time very leisurely.

  The facilities were new and very good. Just one complaint: Chinese people, with very poor manners, I wish they wouldn't come to Japan. At the breakfast venue, they sneezed repeatedly in front of the buffet without covering with their hands, showing no etiquette, which was extremely unpleasant.

  It was a one-night s...

  It was a one-night stay with drinks, and the customer service and meals were perfect. The disappointing part was that although we booked for three people, some of the amenities were only prepared for two.

  Comfortable, quiet,

  A lovely hotel with luxurious use of wood. It was unfortunate that I couldn't reserve a restaurant for dinner as I booked at the last minute, and was turned away when I went directly to the restaurant on the day (since there are no restaurants nearby). I ended up using room service, but the food was very delicious. I wish they would increase the number of shuttle buses to match check-in and check-out times. I used a taxi both ways.

  A Long-Awaited Trip to Karuizawa

  I used Hotel Indigo for the first time. I was impressed with how wonderful everything was. The room was just the right size. It's a bit of a walk to the bath, but even the corridor leading there was amazing. Everything was great, so my stay at the hotel became a good memory. Thank you very much.

  I recommend it.

  The facility, room, meals, and location all receive a rating of 5. The downsides might be the low water flow of the in-room shower and guests who violate the rules.
