    The breakfast quality is excellent.

    I chose this accommodation due to the excellent reputation of the club lounge and its convenient access from Naha Airport. In conclusion, I highly recommend a multiple night stay. First, the ocean view from the room was stunning, especially with the clear weather during my stay. At the club lounge, you can enjoy meals while admiring beautiful scenery, and in the evening, cocktails are prepared for you. The breakfast was what I looked forward to most—it had the widest variety of bread among all hotels I've stayed at so far. Even with a 2-night stay, it was impossible to try all of them! The clam chowder and island pork sausages were also exceptionally delicious. I was delighted that amenities were provided in ACCA KAPPA bottles. Since my visit was in January, it turned out to be a very cost-effective stay. Thank you very much!

    A wonderful Hotel.

    It was my first stay, and it was wonderful. The lounge and illuminations were excellent. It would be even better with a spa. I wish there was an Onsen. I will visit again.

    It was a very lovely Hotel.

    I have visited Okinawa several times and always choose a Hotel I truly want to stay at without compromise. This time, I chose this new Hotel that I hadn't stayed at before, and I was very satisfied. I always use the club lounge wherever I stay, but the variety of items here surprised me. The breakfast bread was small enough to try various kinds, beautifully decorated, visually appealing, and delicious—perfect for bread lovers like me. Although I rarely stay at the same Hotel twice, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Okinawa. However, it was a bit disappointing that the lounge closed early in the evening, making it hard to relax fully. Other Hotels often have bar time after cocktail hours so you can enjoy a leisurely evening. In terms of overall experience, this was top-class so far!

    The sunset was incredibly beautiful. It was warmer than expected, and I was happy to have easy access to the beachside. From the balcony of the Room, the sound of the pool water was quite loud, making it a bit hard to hear the waves, which was slightly disappointing. The breakfast was very luxurious with a wide variety of options that made it hard to choose what to eat. It felt like a place where staying 2-3 nights would be enjoyable! The staff provided excellent service; thank you for taking care of us.

    Everything, including the location and facilities, was excellent!

    This was my first time staying here. I used the Club Floor, and everything, including the Room and service, was excellent. If I may make one request, it would be to have white rice available in the Club Floor Lounge. While there was a great selection of delicious bread, as a Japanese guest, I found myself wanting white rice. It would be wonderful if you could provide just curry and white rice. I had a very relaxing stay and will definitely return!

    I stayed in a room with access to the club lounge and had an extremely satisfying experience both in terms of facilities and service. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view was particularly stunning, allowing us to fully enjoy the beautiful Okinawan scenery. However, I would appreciate it if the quality of the hairdryer could be improved. The club lounge had a calm atmosphere with high-quality service, and the staff's courteous hospitality left a lasting impression. Additionally, as this stay was partly to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we informed them in advance. On our checkout day, we received an unexpected thoughtful gift and a message card that warmed our hearts—both my spouse and I were deeply grateful for such hospitality. We read it in the car on our way back but felt that receiving it at check-in would have made it even more touching. The entire hotel, especially the South Wing building, had a serene ambiance that allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in an extraordinary experience during our stay. I look forward to visiting again someday. Thank you to all the staff for providing such wonderful moments!

    The final farewell is unfortunate.

    I used to stay at hotels in the northern area every year, but this year I stayed at this Hotel for the first time. The Facility was clean, the view was excellent, the ocean was right in front of us, the illuminations were stunning, and the meals were fulfilling—everything was perfect. However, during checkout payment and farewell near the lobby entrance area, staff seemed indifferent. I wanted to request a photo near the door but couldn’t as they were busy attending to other guests. In the end, we couldn’t ask for a commemorative photo and had to take a selfie before leaving due to time constraints. It would be great if more staff could be allocated during checkout hours for farewells. While the Facility, location, and meals were excellent, it felt slightly disappointing that our final experience wasn’t as fulfilling due to these issues. Still, it’s an otherwise wonderful Hotel!

    Club Lounge

    Stayed for two nights during New Year's in a Room with Club Lounge access. Spent a relaxing time at the Hotel. The Hotel was clean, and although I thought it might be crowded due to the New Year, I was able to enjoy a peaceful time in the Club Lounge. The breakfast bread was truly delicious, and I would love to visit again.

    Are reservations through IKYU considered adjustment slots?

    This is my fifth stay at this accommodation. I reserved the "Premier Room Premier Twin (Ocean View) located in the South Wing, designed for elegance, on floors 3-8" over a month ago. However, I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. The view from the balcony was mostly obstructed by the roof of the facility on the 2nd floor and could hardly be called an ocean view—more like a partial ocean view that should be clearly labeled as such for floors 3-4. During my previous reservation through IKYU.com, I was also assigned to a corner room in the North Wing. It seems that reservations made through OTAs like IKYU or Churatoku are given lower priority in hotel PMS systems and are often allocated to adjustment rooms regardless of how early you reserve. In hindsight, I regret not requesting a room change upon check-in. Despite arriving shortly after check-in began at 3 PM, I was still assigned to a low-floor room on the 3rd floor. The experience between staying on floors like 8th versus 3rd is vastly different even under the same plan. Currently, with events like "Moonlight Wonder Illumination" being held, rooms on floors 3-4 offer no visibility of poolside illuminations. - On the 8th floor: A breathtaking ocean view with illuminated pools below. - On the 3rd floor: A roof covered with artificial turf along with birds and flies flying around. The price remains identical despite these stark differences in experience; this cannot simply be dismissed as "a risk of unfavorable plan design." When asking reception staff about why some guests are allocated to higher versus lower floors, their response was simply "It's luck." When further asked if there’s always potential for being placed in low-floor rooms during future stays despite early reservations or high rates (nearly ¥60k per night), they confirmed that possibility without hesitation—making it hard to justify taking such risks again. However, staff did suggest making specific requests during reservation ("6th–8th floor preferred") rather than vague ones ("high-floor preferred"). Additionally contacting them closer toward your stay date via phone may help confirm availability directly beforehand. I hope this information proves helpful for those planning their stay here!

    It was excellent.

    Stayed for 2 nights from New Year's Day and enjoyed an elegant New Year with the excellent location and Hotel Facility. I look forward to staying again next New Year.

    Not a premium option.

    I stayed in the Premier Twin room, which is considered a higher category excluding the club floor, but being on the 3rd floor facing the pool, the view was terrible. The room was offset, making half of the view just a wall. This room should not be labeled as "Premier." I felt deceived. The name or category should be downgraded. The sofa in the room had multiple stains and lacked proper maintenance. It’s hard to believe this hotel opened only three years ago. In the bathroom, it took an unusually long time for hot water to come out during my morning shower. Additionally, the balcony sofa was covered in sand(?) and unfit for sitting. Swallows seemed to inhabit this hotel as several of them were flying at high speed right outside my window all morning, making it unpleasant even inside my room due to their constant presence in my line of sight. Bottle amenities were also not provided for all guests staying in the room. Paying 50,000 yen per night (likely due to seasonal pricing) felt absurdly overpriced for such an experience. I hope this review helps future guests make an informed decision about their stay here.

    Excellent

    This was our second visit. We came to celebrate our child's birthday. We were given a treat for the celebration and were placed on the top floor, which we truly appreciated. The housekeeping staff was very polite and attentive. For our meal, we had sushi, and they kindly adjusted it to include only salmon, which is our child's favorite. Thank you so much for everything. We look forward to visiting again!

    I love Okinawa and v...

    I love Okinawa and visit various hotels with my spouse several times a year. Our main purpose is always to relax and enjoy drinks, and this time we visited Ryukyu Hotel & Resort Nashiro Beach for the first time. The club room, including the staff's hospitality, was excellent. The illuminations added to the experience, creating wonderful Christmas memories, and it was a perfect way to end the year at this hotel. Next time, I would like to visit during a warmer season for a Multiple Night Stay and enjoy the pool as well. Thank you very much!

    A hotel I had been curious about for a while. I chose it because it also has illuminations. After checking in at the lounge, I enjoyed the view of the sea and illuminations from there. When I returned to my Room, the turndown service had prepared the bed with Herb tea and chocolates... It was such an elegant and relaxing Hotel. I now have another Hotel I want to revisit!

    Excellent Hospitality

    Second stay at the accommodation. Just like last time, I stayed in a room with club lounge access to celebrate a birthday. This time, as it was slightly earlier than the actual birthday, I hadn't informed the hotel. However, during check-in, the staff asked if this might be a celebratory stay. When I explained it was an early birthday celebration, they not only offered their congratulations but also prepared a commemorative gift and message card in the room. Despite it being three years since my last visit, I was deeply moved by such warm hospitality. Additionally, all staff members were exceptional—those who responded promptly to inquiries and requests and those who were friendly—making my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself is luxurious with beautiful views and an elegant lounge. However, what truly enhances its charm is the hospitality and smiles of its staff.

    A bit disappointing

    Thank you for remembering it was my third visit and guiding me to the top-floor Room. However, I was very disappointed as I had been looking forward to enjoying the terrace and the heated pool's jacuzzi, but due to a fly infestation and indoor pool construction, I couldn't. Additionally, I planned to watch Netflix in the Room but was told it wasn't available, making one of the days quite dull. I did appreciate that you briefly opened the lounge terrace for us; it allowed for a pleasant moment. I also enjoyed having fresh Orion beer and plenty of delicious bread in the morning.     Definitely great!

    Stayed in April this year and had such a great experience that I visited again. The access, location, room, and club lounge are all excellent. I definitely want to stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Okinawa. Highly recommend a multiple night stay.

    The ocean view is spectacular.

    I stayed for two nights to attend a colleague's wedding and reception. The sunset ceremony and the spacious reception venue made for a beautiful resort wedding. Thanks to choosing a high-floor room, I stayed on the top floor with stunning views of the hotel's pool and beach. At night, the starry sky was breathtaking. Since there was nothing around the hotel and I didn’t rent a car, I spent my time leisurely strolling along the beach in front of the hotel or enjoying tea at the lobby lounge. The weather was perfect, allowing me to fully appreciate how the colors of the sea and sky changed from morning to evening! The breakfast buffet was very satisfying; however, for lunch, there were only two options: either returning to the same buffet or dining at a soba noodle restaurant. It would be great if there were more choices available!

    I want to visit again.

    I was considering another Hotel, but I saw this one on TV by chance and decided to stay here. The calm atmosphere of the lounge and the ongoing light-up event became one of my wonderful memories of Okinawa. It was also conveniently close to my main destination, the Himeyuri Tower. I would love to come back again.

    Impressive services all around!!

    I stayed at this accommodation as a reward trip for myself in 2025. I was very excited, especially since it came highly recommended by a friend! I chose a plan that included lounge access, but honestly, I didn’t have high expectations. However, the warm hospitality during check-in and the staff who kindly carried my luggage to the room made me feel at ease. The lounge exceeded my expectations with its extensive menu, impeccable cleanliness, and the attentive care of every single staff member—it was truly impressive! Although I’ve stayed at many wonderful hotels before, this experience ranks in my personal TOP 3—it was exceptional. The final touch that moved me was when I got into my car after checking out: there were mineral water bottles and hand towels thoughtfully placed in the drink holders! Next year, I plan to stay here regularly. Thank you for providing such an extraordinary time that nourished both my heart and body!

    The staff's hospitality is exceptional.

    We stayed for a birthday trip with my wife. We were provided a room on the top floor with an amazing view. The Hotel was clean throughout, and we had a very comfortable stay. The atmosphere of the club lounge was excellent, and enjoying the sunset with live piano music while sipping on the Hotel's original cocktails felt truly extraordinary. At the heated pool, I noticed there was no swimsuit dryer in the men's changing room, while there was one in the women's changing room. When I mentioned this to a female staff member at the Hotel, she kindly helped me dry my swimsuit, which I greatly appreciated. The hospitality of this Hotel's staff is truly exceptional. One small disappointment was that I found the food selection at the club lounge slightly lacking. I would love to visit this Hotel again when traveling to Okinawa. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories!

    We stayed for one night after returning from a cruise. The clean Room and the staff's excellent service were impressive. The breakfast at the club lounge was delicious, and the bread lived up to its reputation. It was a wonderful resort stay, and I’m glad we chose this Hotel. I would love to visit this Hotel again.

    Traveling in Okinawa Without a Rental Car

    We were on a couple's trip focusing on hotel stays and had previously traveled mainly around Onna Village and the northern area. Since this hotel opened in 2022, we decided to visit as it caught our interest. November in Okinawa offered a comfortable climate perfect for sightseeing, with temperatures suitable for short sleeves. We took a direct limousine bus from Naha Airport to the hotel. The Nashiro lunch buffet we had reserved exceeded our expectations—not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was stunningly beautiful. The free-flowing sparkling wine added to our satisfaction. However, we ended up eating too much and couldn’t enjoy much at the club lounge or even have dinner later—something we reflected on afterward! We stayed for two nights, and everything from the breathtaking view from our room to the exceptional service by staff made it one of our best hotel stays ever.

    The service was excellent.

    We stayed here for the first time as my husband received a birthday holiday from his company. The service and staff were excellent. However, there was one unfortunate incident. On November 16th, the last day of the lazy river pool, we checked in and used the pool, where we found two baby birds floating lifelessly near the building side of the lazy river. I gently removed one and placed it near a bush by the pool stairs. Perhaps there is a nest nearby? It was heartbreaking to see this. If possible, I hope measures can be taken to locate nests and prevent such incidents in the future. We would love to stay here again when we visit Okinawa!

    It lived up to its reputation.

    I chose to stay here for the first time because of its great reviews. I was amazed by the staff's hospitality, the cleanliness of the Room, and especially the variety of breakfast options. It's the best Hotel I've ever stayed at. The taste was also excellent, and I was very satisfied. Being close to the airport is another plus, so this will now be my go-to Hotel. The Hotel is so large that I almost got lost!

    Simply amazing

    For three consecutive years, I have been staying here. After trying various Hotels in Okinawa, I finally feel like I've found one that suits my preferences. It is clean and sophisticated, with excellent lounge services and wonderful staff. The direct limousine service to the airport is also very convenient. I also appreciate thoughtful features like the laundry status being viewable from the Room. I can't wait to stay again soon!

    Stay at the dream Hotel

    Stayed with a friend visiting from Tokyo. The facility was gorgeous, and the moment we entered, we were excited for a wonderful hotel stay. However, there was a noticeable difference in the hospitality of the staff. Some left a great impression, while others made us question if this was really the standard of this hotel, which was disappointing. There were moments at both the front desk and restaurant where interactions felt slightly unpleasant. I enjoy monthly hotel stays within Okinawa as a personal treat and had considered this accommodation as a potential repeat option, but now I’m unsure about returning. It would be appreciated if bottle amenities and skincare amenities could be provided in sufficient quantities for all guests in the room without needing to call reception each time—it dampens the mood during what should be an enjoyable resort stay. Considering that we didn’t choose an inexpensive room, attention to such details would have been expected. This accommodation came highly recommended by someone who stayed here earlier this summer, so it’s unfortunate that our experience didn’t meet expectations.
