    I will never go again.

    I confirmed my Reservation in advance by phone and email, but the staff member who handled my check-in that day had no information and I had to explain everything again. After being shown to my Room, it turned out it wasn’t ready, and I was made to stand and wait in front of the door for about five minutes. There was no apology—only “I’ll check.” When I finally got into the Room, staff came in two or three times to retrieve items that had been mistakenly placed there (items intended for another Room), so I couldn’t relax at all. I have never experienced such a terrible check-in. The Accommodation is expensive, but the service is awful and it feels like staff training is inadequate. A Business Hotel would be far better. There was also no explanation of the Diamond member benefit of a 1,000 yen credit unless I asked. I cannot recommend this Hotel. I will never return.

    The Ultimate Refreshment

    We stayed here again after some time away as a treat for my wife. Thanks to your wonderful hospitality, we both felt truly refreshed. Breakfast in the lounge, a relaxing break, coffee time in our Room while enjoying the beautiful ocean and starry sky—and a bed that let us sleep soundly. It was a truly special stay. My heartfelt thanks to all the Hotel staff.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time in a large Hotel in a while. The building is relatively new, and the Facility is very clean. There is a lounge, and from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM a bartender will make cocktails for you. Non-alcoholic cocktails were also available. Breakfast in the lounge is Western-style only, but there are over 25 kinds of bread—all delicious—and the clam chowder was exactly to my taste. There were also overseas tour groups, and it seemed to be a popular Hotel for families with children as well. I thought the view of Meijo Beach from the Hotel would have been amazing on a clear day. Even in the rain, the sea was blue. The view when you enter the entrance was outstanding.

    We had a very satisfying stay.

    This was our first trip to Okinawa in a while since COVID. We used to stay at Hotel Nikko Alivila often. At our children’s request, we chose this property with the conditions of having a reasonably sized pool and easy access to the beach, and it exceeded our expectations. Although the water temperature was a bit low during spring break, we fully enjoyed both the pool and the beach. The Facility is new and clean, and we had no complaints about the Room or the Facility. We had dinner once at “Sanraku,” which was reasonably priced among the on-site restaurants and very tasty. Breakfast was also excellent—we went twice and were very satisfied. Since there is only one breakfast venue, we were able to enter without waiting on weekdays during spring break; however, we felt that the spacing between seats was quite narrow (there were several spots where you couldn’t pass each other without yielding). We also felt that if guests could choose from two more restaurants for breakfast, it would help create a more comfortable flow. Compared with Alivila, there is a shop here as well, but it would be appreciated from a guest perspective if you could add something more like a convenience store. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    A large resort like those overseas.

    This was my second stay. Unlike Onna Village or Nago, it’s only a 20–30 minute taxi ride from Naha Airport and costs around 3,000–4,000 yen. The view of Nashiro Beach from the balcony is a wonderful ocean view that rivals the northern area. All the Facilities are spotless, the building has a true resort feel, there are plenty of restaurant options, and there is also car rental inside the Hotel—everything you need is here. I’d like to return twice a year going forward. One thing to note is that there isn’t really a place to grab light meals for lunch or snacks, and breakfast is completely cleared away by 10:00, so you need to be mindful of that—but it’s totally acceptable. I’d appreciate it if the lounge offered a light snack menu.

    Because it’s a large...

    Because it’s a large Hotel, I was a little worried it might be noisy, but perhaps because we were in the Club Wing, we hardly ran into other guests. It was quiet and relaxing. I also appreciated that you accommodated my request for the Room floor. Even at the breakfast venue, you adjusted our seating, and I was happy with your willingness to meet our requests as much as possible. I would like to stay again.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    The hotel was conveniently located with easy access from the airport, and since I booked a Plan that included access to the club lounge, I was able to relax and really enjoyed my stay. I visited around the pool opening, but it was too cold to use the outdoor pool, which was disappointing. I’d like to come back again when it’s a bit warmer.

    The lounge was great.

    I made a Reservation because I was interested in the beach opening event. However, it was canceled on the day due to strong winds. It was disappointing, but it couldn’t be helped since it was a natural occurrence. The hospitality and service were excellent. The lounge was also great. I would appreciate it even more if it stayed open a little later. The Room was a comfortable size and easy to relax in. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    A Hotel offering a high-quality stay

    My sister and I stayed for two nights. This was our second trip to Okinawa, and this time we wanted to explore the south, which we couldn’t visit last time, so we chose this Hotel for its easy access from the airport—and it was absolutely the right choice! The staff are truly wonderful. We made a few somewhat troublesome requests, and we were deeply impressed by their warm, heartfelt service. The breakfast is as delicious as everyone says! You can also fully enjoy plenty of local specialties. For dinner, on the first night we enjoyed local cuisine in Itoman town, and on the second night we had dinner at MILANO. Both the food and the paired wines were excellent! The view from the window and the atmosphere were lovely as well—highly recommended. If only I had two stomachs, I would have loved to try everything from the dessert wagon. If I had to mention one small drawback, I would have appreciated having a chest of drawers in the Room. For a longer stay, a small dresser would be nice. Having separate toilet and bath is a big plus. Next time, I’d love to bring my husband and son too.

    Facilities and Meals

    It was the lounge Plan, and I was very satisfied with the wide variety of breakfast options. In contrast, the dinner selection was limited and disappointing. The lounge also closed at 20:30; it would have been better if it had stayed open until at least 21:00. The Facility was excellent overall, but it was very disappointing that there was no sauna in the large public bath.

    This Hotel consistently delivers a highly satisfying stay, no matter when you visit.

    I’ve stayed here every year—this may be my fifth time already. I love the spacious Rooms, the pool, the amenities, and above all, the restaurant. The breakfast selection is impressive and delicious, but lunch is even better. Every time, I make a lunch Reservation on my check-in day, enjoy a relaxed meal, then check in to my Room and fully unwind. This time I visited during the more affordable period just before the pool season began, but last year I came in June and really enjoyed the lazy river as well. It would be wonderful to stay again when we can fully enjoy both the pool and the beach. It’s a lovely Hotel where you can spend a relaxing time that feels like an overseas resort. I’ve already decided to stay again next year. I rated hospitality/service as 4: overall it’s more than sufficient, but there are slight differences depending on who you get—so it feels like it could be just one step better. That said, I do think the current service level is already very good.

    As expected of a brand-new Hotel.

    The bathroom combines a bathtub area and a shower booth in one, which is very practical. The wide variety at the breakfast buffet is impressive. From the restaurant table layout to the lobby and hallways, the entire Hotel feels spacious and full of a resort atmosphere. The only minor drawback was the noise from planes flying over the sea in front of the Hotel.

    Last February, three...

    Last February, three generations of women stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time, so this time we brought Dad and stayed as a family of three for 3 nights. Every morning the buffet was delicious; during the day we strolled around the pool and beach; and at night we enjoyed the illuminations—there was fun from morning to night throughout our stay! Highly recommended in February. Above all, it’s close to the airport, so even with a 2- or 3-night stay you can truly relax and enjoy the resort, which we really appreciated. Even in the lowest-grade Room, every Room has an ocean view, so it felt like a special escape. This time I forgot to request some in-Room loan items in advance, but when I asked they brought them right away. Next time we’ll come back for a long stay in summer!!

    Adults-only time

    I stayed for one night to refresh. There is a dedicated bus from the airport, making access very convenient. The lounge was spacious and offered a wide variety of menu options. The Room had an unobstructed ocean view, and I was able to relax from check-in to check-out.

    A Hotel I’d Like to Stay at Again

    The moonlight floating over the sea at dawn was truly mysterious and beautiful. The view from our magnificent Room and the service were excellent, and I wished we could have stayed a little longer, but our one-night stay flew by. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and I wanted to eat more, but after an amazing dinner in Milan the day before my stomach felt heavy, so I was very grateful for the warm rice porridge. Also, even though it was late, they kindly helped us with courier shipping, which was a big help. By making an early Reservation, we got great value for money—this has become one of the Hotels I’d love to visit again.

    A Hotel you would consider staying at again in the future

    I’ve visited Okinawa about 20 times from Kansai, but this was my first time staying at a Hotel in the southern area. We stayed as a group of four in connecting rooms. This Hotel was reasonably priced even with connecting rooms, which really helped. I saw some comments saying there’s nothing nearby, but within a 5-minute drive there were supermarkets and convenience stores open late. Walking would indeed be tough. Since it was year-end, swimming in the sea was of course difficult, but part of the indoor pool and outdoor pool were heated. There are many types of pools, so it seems even more enjoyable in summer. Breakfast was great as rumored, with a wide variety of options. The only thing that concerned me is that for the size of the Hotel, there seem to be too few laundry machines. Also, an unbelievable amount of dust had built up, so I decided not to use them—perhaps it was left by a previous user. I’d like to ask for maintenance/cleaning of the washing machines. Overall, it was a very good Hotel. I’ve stayed at many major Hotels in Okinawa. Satisfaction with this Hotel was high, and it will be one of my options next time I stay in Okinawa.

    This Hotel felt thou...

    This Hotel felt thoughtfully designed with guests in mind. The Plan with lounge access was, even putting it modestly, the best of any Hotel I’ve stayed at. The lounge staff’s warm smiles, the delicious selection of drinks, high-quality appetizers, the fruits lined up in the refrigerator and stylish beverages, and breakfast with plenty of breads and tasty dishes—made even better by the beautiful view. From the Room we could see a large pool, fountains and gardens blending into a sandy beach, and planes taking off and landing at Naha Airport in the distance. We enjoyed an amazing stay—having drinks on the balcony while listening to the waves late into the night. The shop was also impressive, filled with tasteful items like Yachimun pottery and Ryukyu glass that were a joy to browse. The staff were polished as well—I was surprised that when I casually mentioned “birthday” in conversation with a bellboy, it had been shared by check-out time. I’ve stayed at countless Hotels in Okinawa and know there are many wonderful ones. But this Hotel goes above and beyond them. I will definitely be back again. I stayed at several Hotels on this trip, and this one was No. 1.

    The breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection.

    The property was very clean throughout. The breakfast buffet was especially outstanding! There was a great selection of Okinawan specialties, along with plenty of both Japanese and Western options, so it felt like I could try everything I’d been wanting to eat all at once. That was the most memorable part for me! I’d also like to use the pool next time!

    It was my first time staying here, and I was very satisfied. The weather was great, and I truly enjoyed the beautiful sea, the garden pool, and the illuminations—an everyday escape with a real resort feel. Next time, I’d like to come again with my grandchildren.

    It was a Hotel that ...

    It was a Hotel that was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. The staff were also kind. All Rooms have an ocean view, and I was able to relax on the beach while watching the sunset. For meals, I only used the breakfast buffet and the noodle restaurant Sanraku, but both were delicious with plenty of vegetables. Since I rely on public transportation, I was worried about access, but there is a bus service from Kokusai-dori in Naha to the Hotel via the airport, which made getting around convenient. I would like to stay again.

    The lounge is excellent.

    Thank you as always; each time I visit, I can see the service has improved. The Club Lounge in particular is outstanding in every way, and I’ve decided that my last day in Okinawa will always be spent here. I wondered how a limited-time illumination would fit with the blue sea, but it was beautifully colorful. Next time, I’m hoping to hear the sound of the Okinawan sanshin.

    It’s becoming my go-to accommodation.

    This was our fourth stay, and we came on a family trip with our children. The food was delicious, and the garden and Room were both clean and beautiful, so we were able to relax. It was a very satisfying trip. If I had one request, I would like the TV to be upgraded to a smart TV. At the breakfast buffet, it was disappointing to see some overseas guests take large amounts of food but leave most of it uneaten.

    A Place to Relax and Unwind

    Whenever I want to get away from the busyness of everyday life and simply relax, this is the first Hotel that comes to mind. Once again, I was able to enjoy a truly wonderful holiday.

    We stay here every year. Everything is excellent, and our whole family is very satisfied. The staff are courteous and provide warm, welcoming service. We can’t wait to come back again soon.

    We stayed to celebrate a retirement.

    Based on the high Reviews, I visited for a 5-night stay with high expectations. As it is still new, the guest rooms and Facilities were excellent. However, when staying in a club room for 5 nights, the breakfast, lunch, and evening offerings were exactly the same every day; unless they change them at least once every 2–3 days, long-term stays are difficult.

    I always look forward to it.

    Thank you for arranging a Room on a high floor with a beautiful view of the illuminations. Hearing “Welcome back” made me very happy. I was also able to relax and enjoy the delicious afternoon tea in the lounge. I’ve already started planning when to visit next.

    Club Lounge

    Although we do not drink alcohol, the Club Lounge is our favorite. During cocktail time, they always make delicious non-alcoholic cocktails for us. On sunny days, the blue of the sea is truly beautiful, so we recommend it. The view is always wonderful from a Room with Club Lounge access.

    On the way there by ...

    On the way there by taxi, we passed fields and greenhouses, and then a large building (the Hotel) came into view. A bell person immediately helped with our luggage, and we completed check-in on the club floor while enjoying a welcome drink (sanpin tea). The staff’s warm smiles—and occasional conversation about Okinawa-specific family names—made us feel truly at ease. We were staying for our wedding anniversary, and we really appreciated the thoughtful attention and congratulatory words. The view from the Room was breathtaking: a deep blue ocean. We could even see the Kerama Islands and aircraft taking off and landing at Naha Airport! We chose this place because it’s relatively close to Naha, specifically for that reason, so we were very glad we did. The fluffy slippers, separate pajama set, and amenities were more than sufficient. These days some Hotels say “for environmental reasons” they provide no amenities at all (like toothbrushes), but if that leaves guests feeling inconvenienced it takes away from relaxation—so we were grateful everything was provided. The lounge food and drinks included typical items like smoked salmon and cheese, but I’d say the quality was high. During cocktail time, the bartender not only offered the standard menu but also seemed willing to accommodate preferences if they had the liqueurs available. From 18:30 there was also Okinawa soba with a rich dashi broth. Lounge breakfast is mostly bread. There are many varieties, but I did feel a bit disappointed—“If only they had been cut in half so I could try more,” and “There were many cold sandwich-style options...” Other items included chowder soup, vegetable pot-au-feu, something where you pour soup over crispy rice (the only Japanese-style item?), plus standard salad, fruit, drinks—and as I recall beer and wine were available at any time. If you want Japanese food, it seems you can have the restaurant buffet for half price; if we do a Multiple Night Stay next time, I’d like to try that. We made so many wonderful memories here that it’s definitely a Hotel we’d love to return to. Thank you very much for everything.

    Wonderful Hotel

    We stayed on the Club Floor. It was a wonderful Hotel in every way, starting with the valet service. The entire Facility was clean, and everything was excellent—the view from the Room, the amenities, the lounge staff’s hospitality and menu selection, and even how well stocked the shop was. The evening illuminations were better than expected, making it perfect for a nighttime stroll. We stayed to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, and we were very happy to receive thoughtful consideration from the Hotel. One disappointing thing was that while packing to leave, we found a used sock left behind by a previous guest. That really dampened our mood. It was under the curtain, but if it went unnoticed, it suggests that area wasn’t cleaned... I’m truly relieved it wasn’t in my parents’ Room. Other than that, my parents rated the Hotel very highly as well, so I’m glad I chose it as a gift. It’s a Hotel we would love to visit again if we have another opportunity.

    Excellent hardware!

    However, that was all. If you pride yourself on being luxurious, a Hotel's strength lies in its service... but the staff, hospitality, and maintenance (cleaning) were disappointing. Oh, and the bathroom in the guest room was not large enough to stretch your legs. This was also disappointing.
