    Full relaxation guaranteed

    This is my second visit following September. I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time. Thank you very much. As always, the high level of hospitality from the staff was conveyed, allowing me to have a pleasant time. For dinner, each dish was served with anticipation for both the eyes and taste. The shrimp dish by the chef was incredibly delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tenderness and original flavor of the low-temperature cooked meat. For the late-night snack, I had the sesame rice porridge that I couldn't eat last time because I was too full. Very satisfying. The size of the horse mackerel for breakfast was impressive. Of course, I finished it all. I spent a leisurely time until check-out and then headed home. As with the last time, both of you waved us off with big smiles from behind the hedge, further enhancing the satisfaction of the time spent at Kaze no Kaoru. I will visit again when I can feel the warmth of spring.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We visited for a last trip before my wife gives birth. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. It was a good hotel. Since my wife is pregnant, they were considerate in various ways, allowing us to have a fulfilling day. During dinner, my wife felt a bit unwell, and we might have caused some inconvenience, but both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. It seems like a good energizer for childbirth. There were no complaints, but if I had to say, the automatic door for viewing the scenery from the private bath opens automatically when you press the button, but with the screen door, it didn't feel very open. (I understand there are challenges with insect prevention due to the natural environment in the area...) I thought it would be nice to have an option like a dinner upgrade. Since it's far away, it might be a while before we visit again, but on the way back on the Shinkansen, my wife was eager to come back in full health. We will definitely stay again, so please take care of us then.

    I used it for the fi...

    I used it for the first time. The staff's response was very polite and provided pleasant service. The private bath could be checked with a tablet, which I found to be a very convenient and user-friendly service. The amenities provided were well-equipped, allowing for comfortable use. The disappointing part was the food. I couldn't say it was delicious. However, the Facility and service were very good. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Hospitality

    For about 10 years, I have been spending 2 nights and 3 days at two Stays where I have never stayed before every New Year, but this year, following last year, I stayed for the second time at this Hotel, which I wanted to visit again. Of course, the food, Facility, and bath were excellent, but above all, the hospitality of the staff was truly pleasant, allowing me to relax. Thank you very much.

    Satisfied again this time.

    This is my second stay. Last time, I was so happy and wanted to come back again, so I immediately made a reservation when I found a vacancy at the end of the year. I'm worried that writing how good it was might make it harder to get a reservation, but everything is excellent. It's a hotel that I definitely want to visit again. If I may say, it would be perfect if the onsen was a natural hot spring.

    The ultimate in luxury

    I visited again to take care of my mind and body exhausted from work. As always, I had a luxurious and enjoyable time, achieving my goal! Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality.     A cozy and hospitable Hotel

    It was a very good hotel, quiet and calm. Previously, I visited the UMI side of the same hotel and it was very good, so this time I visited MORI. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the facilities, the meals, and the service were all wonderful, making it a hotel I would want to visit repeatedly!

    A property where you can fully experience happiness.

    The room was spacious enough to relax on the bed, and the Goemon bath while watching the night sky was very satisfying. The boat platter for dinner and the dynamic dried fish for breakfast were astonishing. I would definitely like to repeat my stay at this property.

    Highly recommended for expectant mothers in their stable period!

    I made a reservation with the Maternity Plan. I was looking for a hotel with a free flow for my husband who loves alcohol. Also, I wanted to stay at a quiet hotel before our child is born, so I chose a hotel with a limited number of rooms and age restrictions. As a result, choosing this hotel was truly the right decision, and it became an unforgettable time in my life. From check-in to the lobby and dining venue, they prepared blankets and cushions for us, and the cooking methods were full of thoughtful considerations for pregnancy. Since it was a Maternity Plan, there was a maternity cushion, and it was so comfortable! I fell asleep in two minutes wrapped in it. I was surprised that even panty liners were provided in the amenities. There were mocktails for dinner, so even pregnant women could enjoy the free flow. The bath had no time restrictions, so we could leisurely enjoy the private bath. Maternity life can be tiring and reclusive. I'm really glad we came here at the end. Although it's not child-friendly, I would love to create another opportunity to visit again!

    Stays with excellent hospitality

    All the staff thoughtfully provided services to ensure guest satisfaction. When I tried to enter the open-air bath in the room, I found three caterpillars and decided not to enter, but it was not a problem as I could relatively freely use the private bath. I would like to stay again.

    It was the best Stays.

    I used the property to celebrate my partner's birthday. From the initial welcome by the first staff member upon arrival at the stays, to check-in, and guidance to the room, every process was handled with great courtesy. Additionally, the hotel's exterior and the room's interior cleanliness and atmosphere were wonderful, greatly enhancing my excitement for the stay. Regarding dinner and breakfast, each dish was luxurious and delicious, and the presentation was enjoyable. I had requested in advance for a bouquet to be prepared as a surprise for my partner during the meal, and they graciously accepted and managed it perfectly. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it became a truly wonderful memory. Thank you very much. It is the best property that makes me want to use it again for other occasions, not just birthdays but also anniversaries.

    I was able to spend a very comfortable time from check-in to check-out. I spent the time before dinner cycling and soaking in the Onsen, and headed to the meal with an appetite. The dishes made use of fresh ingredients, and I enjoyed them very much. By the end, I was already full, so I took the dessert to the Room. (In the Room, my second stomach kicked in, and I ate it right away!) Breakfast was also a full course with a variety of fresh ingredients. It was a happy time to enjoy the meal while looking at the garden. On the way back, I was helped by a kind driver who took me to the station.

    Commemorative Trip

    It was a trip to celebrate our 60th birthday with my best friend from high school. When I added a note at the time of Reservation, we were surprised with a wonderful dessert, a commemorative photo with a red vest and hat, and congratulations from all the staff. We were both deeply moved by the unexpected event. Thank you very much. The French dinner and Japanese breakfast were both very delicious and visually pleasing. The late-night snack "Mago Chazuke" at the bar lounge was also very tasty. The Onsen's private bath was spacious and allowed us to relax. All the staff were very kind and courteous, and we were able to relax from the bottom of our hearts. It is a Property we would love to visit again for a commemorative trip.

    It was wonderful!

    I used this property to celebrate my partner's birthday. As a travel enthusiast who has stayed at various stays, I found this hotel to be highly satisfying in every aspect, including meals, room, bath, cleanliness, and the hospitality of the staff. The all-inclusive feature allowing drinks in the lounge and room was delightful, and the karaoke room added to the enjoyment. The surprise birthday plate made it a memorable trip. This stays is highly recommended for adult anniversary trips. I would love to visit again.

    Hotel with Great Satisfaction

    Starting with a welcome sparkling wine, this Hotel offers a highly satisfying experience. I was curious about the free-flow alcohol, but everything was delicious, and the glasses during dinner time were particularly nice! We enjoyed both the private bath and the open-air bath attached to the Room. The detailed amenities are truly appreciated. We also enjoyed karaoke for the first time in a while and had fun during bar time. A 12 o'clock checkout is also a delight! Thank you to all the staff for staying late. I definitely want to visit again.

    Overflowing with hospitality

    I have used Kaze no Kaoru UMI many times, but this was my first time using MORIpremium. As expected from a place with "premium" in its name, the high-quality service provided was overflowing with hospitality, just as the title suggests. Upon arrival, we were greeted by many staff members who guided our car, conveying a sense of welcome and raising our expectations for the upcoming stay. Although the welcome drink and check-in took a little time due to overlapping guests, it allowed us to look around the facility and enjoy a comfortable time. The room was a maisonette type, designed to enjoy the space, but the narrowness of the entrance was somewhat inconvenient. It seems that the room's structure and flow have been considered, though. The taste of the food was impeccable, and the soft beef tongue, a dish not on the menu from the chef, was memorable. The portion size was just right for us, and we were able to enjoy the dessert at the end. (Even at luxury hotels, meals that prioritize quantity over quality can be disappointing.) Unfortunately, we were too full to try the late-night snack. I would like to try it next time. The attentiveness and consideration of the restaurant staff were excellent, and their perfectly timed interactions were outstanding. We used the bar time for a short period, but it enriched our evening. The breakfast featured large horse mackerel with a mild saltiness, which we finished completely. We were so full that we couldn't eat lunch. At checkout, we received baked goods, and the farewell at the entrance, with staff waving big from behind the hedge, left a lasting impression and increased our desire to revisit. Additionally, I regretfully left something behind, but when I contacted them, they kindly sent it to me the same day. It arrived at my home the next day. Overall, the warm human service in every aspect remains in my heart. I will definitely visit again in a different season. Thank you very much.

    I had a good time.

    Recently, I've been staying at accommodations in this price range (just under 100,000 yen for two people per night) quite often, so I'd like to write a review while comparing it to those places and organizing my memories. (I recently started using Ikkyu, so my evaluation criteria might differ from others, but this is just my personal opinion.) I think the best aspect of this inn is the customer service. For example, at many inns, staff often come out to greet you at the entrance upon arrival, but here, the staff were already waiting for us before we even arrived. Additionally, items in the room's storage shelves were clearly labeled with stickers, there was a wide range of amenities (I was surprised to find even contact lens solution!), plenty of towels and foot mats were provided, presumably for use with the in-room open-air bath, and when they noticed my companion was full during dinner, they set up the dessert to be enjoyed in the room. There are countless examples, but I felt that these subtle services were well executed. I rarely give a 5-star rating unless something is exceptional, but the service this time was undoubtedly deserving of 5 stars! On the other hand, the meals were somewhat disappointing. They weren't bad, but they didn't leave a particularly strong impression either... it felt somewhat mediocre. At other inns in this price range, there's usually at least one thing you can talk about even after some time has passed, like "That was amazing!" or "I can't forget that taste!" However, with the meals here, I feel like a year from now, the only thing I'll remember is "The fish at breakfast was huge." Maintaining mediocrity is also challenging, but I hope they can add a little twist by looking at the meals offered at other inns in the same price range. Additionally, there were some minor points, such as the selection of food in the lounge, the small size of the in-room open-air bath, the lobby BGM being on a constant loop, and the late start time for breakfast, which felt somewhat lacking overall. ...I've written quite a bit in a presumptuous manner, but there's no doubt that you can have a good time here! I've added another precious memory. To all the staff who were involved, thank you very much.

    The hospitality is wonderful.

    This was my first visit, and I was impressed by the wonderful hospitality from the welcome to the farewell. Thank you for providing a comfortable private space without excessive interaction during my stay. Above all, both dinner and breakfast were exquisite. I will definitely visit again.
