    Relaxing Birthday Getaway

    I had a very relaxing stay this time as well. The staff's kind words were truly heartwarming. The food was just to my liking and delicious! The cocktails and ochazuke after dinner were also incredibly tasty. I enjoyed the open-air bath multiple times. The room was spacious, and the sofa was perfect for relaxing. Although I booked knowing that the bedroom is on the second floor, it was a bit inconvenient not being able to lie down immediately. For someone like me with slight mobility issues, a single-floor layout might be more suitable. Still, there's no doubt that I had a wonderfully relaxing time here. Thank you for celebrating my birthday as well! It was exactly the relaxing trip I hoped for, and I'm very satisfied!

    Family Trip

    We stayed at this accommodation for a family trip during our two-day break and were completely satisfied with everything. The location of the accommodation had a hidden, secluded feel, allowing us to enjoy a quiet stay. Both dinner and breakfast were served in the room, letting us relax while dining, and the 12:00 checkout time was absolutely delightful. The kids loved having karaoke in the room and stayed entertained throughout. The room's bath was an onsen with wonderful hot water. We would love to visit again!

    Accommodation for Couples

    This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive accommodation, and it was absolutely wonderful. At first, I thought about going to a convenience store to buy cup noodles and other items, but everything I needed was already provided. The light snacks in the lounge, dinner, and bar time were all exceptional. The room was very clean, allowing me to relax comfortably. The bread served at dinner was so delicious that I had seconds twice! This was the most fulfilling stay I've ever experienced. I would love to stay here again next time. I'm also considering gifting this accommodation experience to my parents. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!

    Completely satisfied.

    Due to difficulty in coordinating family schedules, we searched for accommodation two days before our stay. Fortunately, a triple maisonette with a private open-air bath was available, so we immediately made the reservation. The delicious-looking cuisine and all-inclusive option were also very appealing. The room was comfortable, and the private bath with a gentle breeze felt wonderful. The meals featured refined light flavors with exquisite dashi broth and were served in just the right portions. While younger guests found it slightly insufficient, they could adjust by enjoying ochazuke during bar time or having instant ramen snacks provided. What delighted us most was the private open-air bath that we could use anytime. The high-quality water worked wonders on back pain and muscle aches, making them feel almost nonexistent. Breakfast also featured dishes based on elegant dashi flavors; everything was delicious, especially the thickly sliced dried horse mackerel—it was exceptional! It’s regrettable that we couldn’t finish everything due to being too full. With limited rooms available at this accommodation, there were no issues finding seats during bar time or relaxing comfortably anywhere on-site. We had such an amazing holiday here that we look forward to visiting again next time!

    Highly satisfied!

    I used the Maternity Plan for my stay this time. There was a section to input any ingredients to avoid beforehand, and I also received a confirmation call two days prior to my stay. On the day, I appreciated the service of non-caffeine tea leaves and the provision of blankets and cushions during meals. Although I couldn't finish everything due to morning sickness returning, the food was very delicious! The staff were very polite and kind, showing great care from start to finish, which made my stay pleasant. It was an accommodation that makes me want to use it again.

    As a gift to create memories as a couple before the birthday and childbirth, I arranged this. The staff provided courteous assistance even before the stay.     Reliable Hospitality

    On the day of our stay, we considered canceling due to a tsunami warning, but after receiving a message that we could be picked up in Atami, we decided to proceed with our accommodation. This place feels like a hidden retreat for adults and is always relaxing and rejuvenating no matter how many times we visit. Although check-in was slightly crowded this time due to overlapping schedules, it is usually very quiet and comfortable. I have read reviews about what defines luxury, but considering the price and meal quality here, I always feel it is top-notch. While there are minor inconveniences such as no dressing area for the room bath, it’s not an issue when staying with close friends. If the maisonette type feels inconvenient, there’s also the option of using a suite room. This time again, I couldn’t make it to bar time as I fell asleep early. Next time, I hope to enjoy their special ochazuke dish. Thank you always for your heartfelt hospitality!

    Although the weather...

    Although the weather was unfortunate, the open-air bath in the Room surrounded by trees was very relaxing. The staff's attentiveness was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were of a very high standard and delicious, but it would have been even better if we could choose between Japanese or Western-style breakfast.

    It was a blissful time.

    We stayed as a couple, and despite the unfortunate bad weather preventing us from going out, we fully enjoyed our time within the facility. The attentive service provided by everyone made us feel true hospitality, and my wife was very pleased. The meals were carefully prepared and absolutely satisfying. Additionally, the private Onsen was exceptional. One small note: since it was summer, we wished for easy access to ice but assumed it wasn't available as we might have overlooked it. My wife and I have decided to alternate between MORI and UMI once a year moving forward. Thank you very much!

    You will always receive a warm welcome.

    I have visited multiple times and am always warmly welcomed, allowing me to enjoy a pleasant stay. With a limited number of rooms, the staff's attention to detail is exceptional, making it feel more like returning home than just visiting an accommodation. It is heartwarming to see familiar staff members as well as new ones. The free-flow drinks allow my spouse and me to enjoy alcohol together, and treats like bar-time ochazuke or prosciutto are delightful highlights beyond the meals. One minor concern was with the meals and bath amenities. While I don't think the chef has changed, I noticed slight differences in meal quantity and quality that made me wonder. Additionally, water stains on the shampoo bottles in the bath caught my attention. This is an accommodation I wish to revisit regularly, so I hope these areas can be improved for an even better experience!

    All-Inclusive Hotel with Karaoke

    Accessible by car. The road around Lake Ippeki is slightly narrow, making access a bit challenging. Check-in is at the lobby, where a welcome drink is provided. Stayed in a maisonette-type room; the separation between the living room and bedroom feels noticeable. The bed is spacious. The private open-air bath in the room is slightly small, and the reserved open-air bath has a slight chlorine smell. Meals are very filling, with breakfast being particularly enjoyable. Drinks and light snacks are always free, and there’s a bar time offering special drinks. Free karaoke use is available and can be used until 12:00 if not occupied.

    It was an accommodation where you could enjoy "resting."

    I visited during a break in the rainy season. Although the Kanto region was enveloped in heat, staying at this accommodation nestled in the forest allowed me to enjoy a refreshing and pleasant time. The private bath was my favorite; it offered a different charm from the large public bath, allowing me to relax and unwind, which was wonderful. Additionally, with fewer guests staying at this accommodation, there was no bustling atmosphere, making it even more peaceful and relaxing. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again during another season. The staff were all friendly and provided impeccable service, which made my stay even better. Thank you very much!

    Gratitude and inspiration!

    This was my second visit following March. The room had almost everything I needed, so I only brought a light bag with a makeup pouch and a change of clothes. I fully enjoyed the delicious meals, drinks, bar time, the private bath, and the in-room bath—truly wonderful moments. In the morning, I unfortunately felt unwell. The front desk staff provided exceptional assistance during that time. Although I couldn't touch my breakfast and felt sorry for missing out on part of my trip, their kindness eased my worries and lifted my spirits. Later on, other staff members also offered warm words that seemed to even ease my discomfort... Thank you so much! (I truly appreciated the 12:00 checkout as well...) Without a doubt, this accommodation is known for its excellent service by all staff members. I left with a warm heart full of gratitude and emotion. Next time, I'll make sure to be in perfect health so I can enjoy breakfast too! Thank you very much for everything this time around!

    I had a relaxing and peaceful time.

    Following our stay at UMI, we also enjoyed our time at MORI. It was convenient and appreciated that we could go to meals and the open-air Onsen in loungewear. The staff's polite and calm demeanor, as well as the relaxed all-inclusive dining experience, left a great impression. The temperature of the Onsen in both the private open-air bath in our Room and the family bath was perfect, making it very enjoyable. We also had fun with karaoke. If I had to mention something, there were some steps throughout the facility that required a bit of attention. Additionally, there was no greeting upon arrival or send-off upon departure, but it didn’t bother us much. We were able to spend a quiet and satisfying time here. Thank you very much!

    We had a wonderful time.

    Truly breathtaking. Time flows quietly in the forest, and as the hotel's name suggests, you are soothed by the refreshing scent of trees. The room is beautifully arranged and impeccably clean. Meals are thoughtfully presented, and when you open the automatic window in the bath, a rich green aroma fills the air. Above all, I was deeply moved by the warm hospitality of the staff. Their smiles and kind words were natural and gentle, making this hotel No.1 among all ryokans and hotels I have visited so far. In August, I plan to gift my sons a stay at this hotel. I've also already reserved a plan for October in the same room for myself. This is a hotel that provides profound tranquility that makes you want to visit again and again.     We stayed at the accommodation for my mother's 77th birthday trip, and everything was excellent—the room, the meals, and the bath. The staff were also very kind, making it a truly wonderful memory. It was so perfect that I can't think of anything else to wish for—truly all-inclusive! I would definitely love to stay at this ryokan again.

    Second stay

    The staff's service is absolutely outstanding! Despite my first stay being two years ago, they remembered that I don't drink alcohol and prepared the Room's refrigerator with only soft drinks. They also remembered my previous Multiple Night Stay, which made me very happy! I will definitely stay here again!

    I visited again.

    It has been exactly one year since my first stay at this accommodation, and I have returned several times over the past year. With a small number of rooms, the staff's attention to detail is evident, but what truly makes this accommodation special is the wonderful team. The meals are perfectly portioned, allowing us to enjoy each dish without feeling overwhelmed. As we love drinks, the all-inclusive option feels incredibly worthwhile. Dinner is always satisfying, but the highlight for us is undoubtedly the "Mago Chazuke" served as a late-night snack during bar time—it's so good that it keeps bringing us back! And breakfast? No matter how many times we stay here, it never fails to amaze us. The baths are private and can be reserved by checking availability on your phone; we've never had to wait so far. Thank you once again for warmly welcoming us with a "Welcome back." We look forward to our next visit!

    An interesting accommodation, but just shy of being a luxury accommodation.

    I unknowingly made a reservation at an accommodation run by the Pasela Group, known for their karaoke services. There was a karaoke facility available for free use within the premises, and although I had no idea beforehand, I ended up enjoying it quite a bit. As for the food, I was hoping for dishes that incorporated more local ingredients abundantly, but it fell short of my expectations. While it wasn’t bad, it didn’t measure up compared to accommodations in the same price range. The bathroom in the room was oddly positioned and only suitable for one person, so we ended up using the private baths quite often. The system for these private baths was excellent—unlike other places where you can only reserve by time slots or need to contact the front desk—which made checking availability and going spontaneously very convenient. Perhaps because there are fewer rooms here, both baths were always available whenever we wanted to use them. The staff members were all polite and kind. If you're used to service at ryokans or hotels, their approach might feel slightly different; however, knowing that this is run by a karaoke company somehow makes perfect sense!

    Excellent hospitality

    The Room, meals, bath, and Facility were all impeccable and absolutely wonderful in every detail. We stayed for our wedding anniversary trip and were very satisfied with the surprise service.     Wonderful

    With only 7 rooms, you can enjoy a peaceful stay without the hustle and bustle of crowds. The service was excellent, making for a very satisfying trip. It's a property I would like to visit again after a long time. While the price is reasonable, I believe the satisfaction level is high.

    We used the facility...

    We used the facility for my son's 22nd birthday. From check-in, the atmosphere was quite elegant, and having a welcome drink was wonderful. However, there were a few disappointing points. Since the main purpose of our visit was to celebrate my son's 22nd birthday, we had high expectations for the restaurant. Unfortunately, various tables that were not celebrating received similar presentations, so it didn't feel special at all. The staff also took photos automatically, which made the presentation somewhat lackluster. It was slightly disappointing that we weren't congratulated when leaving either. Perhaps I expected too much given the price point. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were very attentive and had lovely smiles; it would have been nice if they had been in charge of dinner as well. Additionally, it was quite disappointing that there was only one hairdryer in the private bath area. While this might be due to voltage issues, having just one hairdryer for a bath accommodating up to six people seems inadequate. I mention these points because everything else was so good.

    For those who love maisonettes, this is a great Hotel.

    The bedroom is a maisonette, so some people might find it a bit challenging. Other than that, the service is excellent, there’s a karaoke box, the food is delicious, and the drinks are all-you-can-drink—perfect for those who love to drink. However, there are only two private baths, so depending on the time, you might have to wait.
