    An unbeatable location, stunning views, and an excellent breakfast—an outstanding stay with the only drawback being some road noise.

    The location is very convenient, close to both JR Ryogoku Station and the subway station. The Sumida River runs nearby, making it a perfect area for an evening walk or run. The view from the rooftop is wonderful, with a clear sight of Tokyo Skytree. Breakfast doesn’t offer a wide variety, but the taste and quality are excellent. As someone who prefers high-quality breakfast over a large selection, I was very satisfied. The Hotel staff were also very helpful and pleasant. The only downside was that my room faced the road, so it was a bit noisy at night when trucks passed by.

    I had a great time.

    Great location. I was really torn about where to meet up with my daughters who live in Yokohama, but we decided to gather in Ryogoku. It was a great choice. It has convenient access not only to Yokohama, but also to Hamacho, Ginza, Oshiage, and Tokyo Station, so we agreed to get together again as a family before we parted ways. The chanko hot pot at breakfast was delicious.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed in the Wits type room. I’ve always been satisfied with the classy atmosphere, and the Wits room was also great. I like having a separate toilet and a bathroom with a washing area, so it suits my preferences, and I feel the price has settled into a reasonable range. It would be even better if Diamond benefits could be used for options other than sparkling wine. Recently, being able to choose chanko for breakfast is also very appealing. Thank you.

    Assuming it is an excellent Hotel.

    This has been my regular Accommodation in the area, but I feel the cleaning standards have declined year by year. That is the only disappointing point. The staff are very pleasant, and I have never had an unpleasant experience during my stays.

    The Sumida River area is great for a walk.

    After enjoying my usual French toast, I took a walk along the Sumida River and ended up in Asakusa. There are so many people walking and jogging here, which makes it a fun place to be. I discovered charms of your hotel that I hadn’t noticed before, and it has become an even bigger favorite of mine.

    What impressed me mo...

    What impressed me most was the breakfast. Relaxing window-side seating by the riverside. There were four main options, and I chose the open sandwich. The rest was buffet-style. The buffet also had a wide variety of breads: salted butter rolls, croissants, edamame bread, plus cheese, jam, and honey. Soup was carrot soup. Scrambled eggs, sausages, pasta. Salad. Two kinds of ham and carrot rapée. Yogurt, four kinds of fruit, and granola. Coffee jelly panna cotta. Citrus jelly panna cotta. Kuzumochi with purple sweet potato paste and matcha paste. Everything was well-seasoned, made with fresh ingredients, and delicious. Next time I’d like to try the seafood chanko hot pot as well.

    Exceptional value for money

    Located in front of the Kokugikan. It’s not very noticeable from the outside. There is no porte-cochère and no flashy lobby design to impress at first glance. The front desk and restaurant staff—mainly younger team members—offer friendly service, but it’s not like a coffee chain. They maintain true Hotel standards throughout. The sense of distance with guests is just right—perhaps thanks to their own training program. I envy the nearby office workers; if I’m working late, I’d want to stay here at least once a month. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. Fresh orange juice is rare these days—I hope they keep it up. The bread may be delivered from near a certain beer company; it’s delicious. And yes, they also provide the expected butter. With so many Hotels charging sky-high rates in recent years, I think this place sits at the very top among reasonably priced, conscientious Hotels.

    A Comfortable Stay

    I stayed for 7 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Since it is right in front of the Sumida River, you can also enjoy running along the riverside. One of the highlights is being able to have breakfast at a riverside restaurant. You choose one main set from three options, and there is also a buffet with salads, fruit, and more. Because I have dietary restrictions, I could only eat salad, so I asked just in case—and from the next day, they kindly prepared a special main dish separately for me. I was truly grateful. It’s usually difficult for me to enjoy Hotel meals, so I really appreciate their flexible and thoughtful support. It’s also close to JR Ryogoku Station, and the Facility is very clean. The location also seems ideal for sightseeing around Tokyo. If I have another chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

    I was very satisfied.

    I have stayed here several times to watch Grand Sumo. This time, I visited again after a long time to go to the Edo-Tokyo Museum, and I was surprised at how clean the Room was—it didn’t feel like six years had passed. As always, the staff’s warm smiles were wonderful.

    Great location and excellent services

    Thank you very much. Thanks to you, we had a comfortable stay. Although a transfer was required from the nearest station, this is a Hotel we would like to stay at again in this setting. We were very satisfied with everything—the room, meals, service, and surroundings. My companion was also pleased and said I did a great job finding it. We feel we have found an Accommodation we would like to return to for future events.

    This might be the place to stay in Ryogoku.

    I chose this Hotel because I wanted to visit the Edo-Tokyo Museum. I have stayed here several times before, and the toilet is semi-private. Since it’s a private space, I feel a simple roller blind would be appropriate, so it seems strange that there isn’t one. Breakfast is a half-buffet and high quality, so I give it 5 points.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    I had a very comfortable stay. The hotel is extremely close to the JR station, and it is right in front of the Ryogoku Kokugikan, the museum, and the water bus terminal. The Room was also functional, and the bathroom facilities were clean. The on-site restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Thank you very much.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here with my mother after sightseeing around Ryogoku. It’s close to both the station and the Kokugikan, and from our Room we could see banners bearing the names of sumo wrestlers, which made my mother very happy. The staff were very helpful, and the Room was clean, so we felt comfortable staying here. We’ll stay again during the September tournament—I’m looking forward to the miso chanko hot pot at breakfast.

    This trip was comfortable as well. This is not related to the Hotel, but it would have been truly perfect if there had not been river construction work in front of the Hotel.

    It was my first time staying here, and I was very satisfied.

    This was my first stay here, and I was very satisfied with everything, including the restaurant. It’s close to Ryogoku Station, the Ryogoku Kokugikan, and the Edo-Tokyo Museum, and I also enjoyed a walk around the former Yasuda Garden (free admission), which was a nice change of pace. They kindly stored my luggage before and after lunch, which was a great help. Next time I’d love to bring friends and stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I stayed here again ...

    I stayed here again to watch a Grand Sumo tournament. It’s very convenient, right in front of Ryogoku Kokugikan. The Diamond member benefits are also excellent and very comprehensive. Although the staff are all young, they are polite and easy to understand, which leaves a great impression.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    Everything was great! The Room had complimentary mineral water and coffee, and since it was a heated tobacco Room, it didn’t smell and was comfortable. The Room has a separate bath and toilet, the bath comes with Epsom salts, and there’s even hand cream—amazing. For breakfast, you choose a main dish and the rest is buffet-style; it felt upscale and was delicious. The front desk staff made a good impression, though their voices were a bit quiet and hard for me to hear. I’m glad I checked out the lounge on the 9th floor—everything is so stylish. This is a Hotel I’d like to consider again for my next stay.

    We had a comfortable stay!

    We stayed for three nights with three generations of women—my mother, myself, and my daughter. The Room was very functional and comfortable, and we were very satisfied. - Just a short walk from JR Ryogoku Station → It was raining both at arrival and check-out, so the close distance was a big help. - The bathroom and toilet are completely separate and easy to use (both have a decent amount of space). - The washroom has large mirrors on two walls in an L-shape. In addition to the sink, there is a wide free counter space—more than enough even for three women to lay out toiletries and cosmetics. - The rooftop terrace was lovely. At night, we had a beautiful view of Tokyo Skytree. We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo.

    I stayed here for the first time because I had plans in Ryogoku. My Room faced the Sumida River and the Metropolitan Expressway, so I was worried about whether I could sleep with the traffic noise, but they gave me a Room on the 7th floor and I was able to sleep without any issues (you can hear the sound, but since it isn’t voices or other noises, it didn’t affect my sleep). I enjoyed watching the river and the cars. For dinner, I ate at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and had a delicious meal while looking out at the area beneath the Sumida River and expressway. After dinner, I relaxed with a drink while viewing Tokyo Skytree from “Terrace & Lounge,” an exclusive space for guests on the 9th floor. It was quiet and calming, which I really appreciated. Depending on the season, I think the terrace would be especially comfortable. I was feeling very mentally exhausted that day, but this stay helped me feel refreshed. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Ryogoku. (Solo female trip #6)

    Stunning Night View

    The Room had a stunning night view of Tokyo Skytree. In the morning, I enjoyed breakfast while looking out over the Sumida River, and the French toast was delicious. The honey was especially good. It was also close to Ryogoku Station, with Ryogoku Kokugikan just nearby, so the location was great. I would definitely like to stay again.

    It is a clean and lovely Hotel.

    Although it is located right next to the Metropolitan Expressway, the room was quiet and I didn’t notice any noise at all. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. There was parking nearby, but since the Hotel did not have an affiliated parking lot, I’m deducting one point.

    It was excellent.

    This was my first stay, and the view was wonderful from a Room overlooking the Sumida River. It was on the 5th floor and close to the elevated expressway, but I didn’t notice any noise and was able to relax. The bathroom and toilet were separate, the vanity had double sinks, and the bath was spacious and comfortable. The food was also very delicious. Next time, I’d like to try dinner as well.

    An excellent Hotel with everything you need

    We stayed in two rooms with my parents for a sumo viewing trip. I have stayed here before, and the hotel is perfectly located right in front of Ryogoku Kokugikan, offering excellent access. No matter how many times I stay, it is always comfortable and cozy. The rooms were very clean and tidy as always. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything we needed was conveniently placed, making our stay extremely comfortable. The staff seemed to be mostly young but were very polite and provided pleasant service that left a positive impression. The meals were exceptional. Both the dinner course and breakfast accommodated my food preferences while being incredibly delicious. It was 120% satisfaction! The dinner course had a variety of dishes, each with exquisite flavors, culminating in a delightful dessert that made me feel truly happy through food after a long time. Breakfast allowed us to choose the main dish while enjoying salads, fruits, soups, bread, yogurt with granola or side dishes from the buffet—all handmade with high quality! As Diamond members, we also enjoyed complimentary coffee and chocolates as well as drinks at the lounge on the 9th floor while admiring Tokyo Skytree at night—a truly soothing experience. As someone who loves traveling and has stayed at various hotels recently, it’s rare to find one where all three aspects—room quality, staff service level & dining—are so outstandingly balanced like this hotel offers; hence overall satisfaction remains exceptionally high here! It’s evident how hard-working younger employees contribute towards maintaining such standards which deserves appreciation indeed! However only downside during this visit would be being assigned lower-floor-level accommodations despite requesting higher floors away from highway noise when booking early ahead-of-time (5th floor instead). Unfortunately due-to proximity near expressway outside window curtains open revealed traffic sounds disturbing sleep overnight compared prior stays overlooking solely Ryogoku Kokugikan views opposite direction quieter settings preferred previously chosen reservations earlier occasions instead trying new room type combining both Skytree alongside arena scenery simultaneously perhaps overly ambitious decision-making attempt regrettably backfired slightly affecting restfulness aspect negatively somewhat overall still wonderful experience nonetheless hoping return future opportunities again soon thank-you much continued hospitality efforts appreciated greatly forward-looking next visits warmly anticipated regards

    I stayed here for a sumo wrestling event. The location is right in front of the Kokugikan, allowing me to enjoy different views of it both at night and in the morning, which made me very happy. Being along the Sumida River, I could also take pleasant walks—such a great location. The amenities and services were all excellent. I will definitely stay here again next time!
