    A Hotel for a Relaxing Stay

    Incorporating the structure of the TV tower as part of the design and preserving it is a wonderful initiative, and the interior of the accommodation, including the rooms, felt very unique. The cleanliness was impeccable, and combined with the hospitality of the staff, I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was delightful; I regret not being able to finish everything. I look forward to enjoying it next time I visit. I would love to make this my regular accommodation when visiting Nagoya.

    Would love to visit again!

    I stayed for one night with my daughter. The entrance area had a pleasant fragrance, and the well-designed signs around the elevator were lovely. The Room was comfortable with a bed and a cozy corner sofa that felt like a small living room. The welcome drink pairing of sweets and tea was excellent! The night view of Central Park was stunning, making it truly an amazing Hotel. Breakfast was absolutely delicious; it’s just a shame I couldn’t finish everything...

    A wonderful Hotel you'll want to stay at again.

    An artistic space with a calm atmosphere, attentive and meticulous staff, and a sense of comfort made for an unforgettable accommodation experience. The welcome service included three types of aromatic teas paired with matching sweets, all of which were high-quality and delicious. The breakfast, made with seasonal ingredients, was carefully prepared and absolutely satisfying. The room I stayed in had a sofa positioned to face the artwork displayed on the wall, emphasizing the concept of showcasing art. The fact that each room features different pieces is also very appealing. In this spacious environment, I was able to enjoy an extraordinary experience. It’s a wonderful hotel where I would love to stay again.

    Art & Small Luxury at Nagoya's Landmark

    I wanted to visit a shop in Nagoya, and while a day trip was possible, I decided to treat myself for working hard every day. Instead of just shopping, I wanted to relax and do nothing but unwind at the hotel, so I stayed at this recommended accommodation. As soon as you enter the entrance, you're greeted with a wonderful fragrance that is very soothing. My luggage was carried to the room for me, and after receiving an explanation about the room's facilities and amenities, I enjoyed beautifully presented welcome sweets and drinks while listening to records on the player provided in the room. I spent my time reading peacefully. This hotel is perfect for those looking for a relaxing staycation. Although I stayed alone, during breakfast they kindly set up a table by the window with a view outside at the center front area—such thoughtful service! The highly-rated breakfast menu featured elegant flavors throughout: freshly cooked rice (delicious large-grain rice from Mie Prefecture), miso soup made with Hatcho miso, free-range eggs with soy sauce options specifically for tamago kake gohan (rice topped with raw egg), among other carefully crafted dishes that were both delicious and delightful. If I ever stay in Nagoya again, I would definitely choose this accommodation once more. There wasn’t a single unpleasant experience—it was truly worth staying here. Thank you very much!

    The customer service was excellent in every aspect.

    We chose this artistic Hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday and our wedding anniversary, hoping to enjoy both dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was satisfying, but the dinner dishes were a bit too strongly flavored for our taste, which left us slightly puzzled. Perhaps it's because Nagoya is known for its rich flavors like Hatcho miso. However, the delightful breakfast made up for it. We also had the option to take an elevator up to the observation deck and enjoy a 360-degree view of Nagoya at night. Unfortunately, we were the only ones there at that time, which felt unsettling, so we quickly returned without fully enjoying it. In hindsight, visiting in the morning might have been better. Despite everything, the smiles of the staff made us forget any unpleasant moments. We left with only good memories as we returned home to Osaka. Thank you very much to all the staff members! We will definitely visit again when we find another opportunity. Oh yes—there’s something I must express my gratitude for! As an IKYU Diamond member, there seemed to be an option for a Room upgrade; however, since that wasn’t possible during our stay, they kindly gave us two T-shirts and beautiful glasses as parting gifts along with an artistic mini tote bag as a thank-you gesture for completing their survey. We received so much from them—it feels overwhelming! We will cherish these items dearly. Thank you once again!

    An artistic and towering Hotel near Nagoya Station.

    An art-themed hotel located 2-3 subway stops from Nagoya Station. Its location is easy to spot thanks to the tower-like structure. There’s a park right in front, which can also be seen from the room windows. The welcome drinks and sweets were luxurious, offering three types of beverages in small portions and six kinds of sweets. They were delicious! The meals balance traditional flavors with innovative touches. For dinner, there’s even a selection of desserts you can choose yourself after the main course. (Dinner highlights included dishes like Pacific saury, beef, and craft cola, while breakfast featured foie gras pudding, simmered lotus root and dried daikon miso soup, lemon cake—all delightful! The lemon soda provided in the room might be better if it were from another brand.) Guests have access to a special observation deck during nighttime and morning hours; getting there involves an unexpectedly unique route. The hotel’s dedication to art is subtly reflected even in the room guides—compelling enough to make you read them thoroughly! Not only are the paintings in your room artistic but even the "graffiti" found in smoking rooms has its own charm as art. Rooms exude luxury and modernity (there's even an automatic curtain control button!). Staff members are attentive to service details and encourage guests to enjoy every aspect of accommodation—from dining experiences to appreciating art throughout their stay.

    It is a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed for one night with my sister during our trip. The accommodation features artworks by artists from the Tokai region, displayed in the rooms and throughout the hotel, creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Guests can access the observation floor of the TV Tower (at designated times) to enjoy stunning night views and morning scenery. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a luxurious experience. Comparing different soy sauces like tamari soy sauce from local breweries was delightful and truly represented Tokai's flavors—it was delicious! Dining while enjoying the view added to this wonderful experience. Since it was just a one-night stay and we spent much time outside, I wish I could have explored more of what the hotel had to offer, including its art pieces—definitely planning a return visit! The hotel staff were incredibly hospitable—thank you so much!

    Wonderful Hotel

    A wonderful space where the country's valuable architecture blends with a stylish Hotel. The Room windows are large, offering a sense of openness and great views. Located in the center of Nagoya City on the famous 100m road, yet well soundproofed, making the Room very quiet and comfortable. The high level of hospitality allowed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the carefully prepared breakfast was delicious, satisfying, and filling from the morning. The mini baked sweets served during welcome drinks or as dessert after breakfast were tasty and adorable. It would be delightful if they could be purchased as souvenirs. I will definitely visit again!

    Small Luxury

    Second stay. This is a wonderful hotel that makes you want to come back again when checking out. Each room has completely different art and interior design, making it exciting to choose which room to stay in. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided attentive service with great care. The highlight was the breakfast. The beautifully crafted breakfast offered an extraordinary experience, full of vibrant colors and delicious flavors. Be sure to try the special egg over rice!

    A gentle and stylish Hotel

    From the email received after completing the Reservation, we could feel the staff's genuine desire for us to enjoy our stay, leaving a great impression. The upgraded Room, L13 Park View Twin, as part of the Diamond Member benefits, was perfect for our couple's trip despite initial concerns about bed distance. The comfort and quality of sleep won us over completely. My husband even considered purchasing the bathrobe he loved so much. We appreciated that the night observation lounge was exclusive to guests and enjoyed its playful features. Everything from art and crafts to amenities reflected pride in being a hub for Tokai craftsmanship. Starting our 4-night, 5-day trip at The Tower Hotel set such high standards that other Hotels' amenities felt lacking in comparison. If you're looking for a unique Accommodation experience beyond the ordinary, this Hotel is an excellent choice!

    Hotel at the TV Tower

    The view from the park and the tower inside the room gave an exciting feeling of staying in a TV tower, while still allowing for a relaxing time in a chic room. Before check-in, when we mentioned that it was also to celebrate our daughter's new job while leaving our luggage, they prepared a surprise message in the room, which deeply moved us. All the staff were kind, and their subtle hospitality was very comforting.

    A Delightful Stay at the TV Tower

    I visited here to watch the "Coppa Centro Giappone 2025" and was very excited about staying at this small luxury hotel located in a rare TV tower. The space inside this tower, designated as an important cultural property, was an urban oasis wrapped in stunning decorations and design. After check-in, I was guided to Room L12, which offered a breathtaking view of Mizube Hiroba right in front. On that day, the sight of a red Italian car seemingly floating on water added even more charm to the scenery. The welcome service with three types of tea and sweets was delightful. From the sofa, I noticed that one of the trusses forming part of the TV tower's structure ran right through the middle of my room! What would normally be considered an obstruction became a bold statement—truly one of this tower hotel's unique charms. As evening approached, it was time for dinner at Grisine—a highlight I had been eagerly anticipating. Guided by staff to what felt like a hidden entrance behind a secret door heightened my excitement further. I enjoyed their seasonal full-course meal—a fusion that could be described as Japanese-inspired French or French-inspired Japanese cuisine. Every aspect—from ingredients and seasoning to presentation—reflected thoughtful creativity rooted in local pride and provided complete satisfaction. The wine pairing was exquisite too; it broadened my appreciation for wine selections significantly! Ending dinner on such high notes included seeing radiant smiles from kitchen staff visible through open doors upon leaving—it warmed my heart deeply. Back in my comfortable room later that night—the park view under city lights looked stunningly beautiful. Regrettably though (due perhaps partly due overindulgence), missed out experiencing special observation deck hours planned earlier but will prioritize next visit! After restful sleep came much-awaited breakfast next morning featuring overwhelming array dishes crafted using regional produce so abundant initially wondered whether manageable yet proved unfounded worry given irresistible flavors ultimately finishing every last bite including Vermicular rice pot servings entirely! Overall impression conveyed unmistakable dedication ensuring guest satisfaction throughout stay evident everywhere encountered during experience here—from exceptional hospitality extended by all hotel team members making entire duration feel genuinely pleasant indeed!     It was excellent.

    I stayed here for the first time with a friend, and the staff welcomed us with wonderful smiles and provided clear explanations. The meals were delicious and plentiful, leaving us very satisfied. Due to the building's structure, there are a few steps in some areas. If stairs are inconvenient for you, it is recommended to inform this when making your Accommodation Reservation.

    A Hotel Filled with Art

    The smoking area features a message left by Yoshitomo Nara, and the steel frame of the TV tower runs through the Hotel, creating a space filled with surprises, fun, and art. Each Room has a unique charm, making it enjoyable to choose your favorite. Guests can access the observation deck at the top of the TV tower for free at night, offering beautiful night views. The breakfast is exceptionally luxurious and delicious. It was the most comfortable stay I've ever had in a city Hotel.

    Recommended Hotel for Special Anniversaries

    There is no pool or club lounge (but there is a fitness gym), yet the special atmosphere of the Important Cultural Property and the hospitality of the staff left a lasting impression at this hotel. The limited space was transformed into a high-quality environment with art, offering several delightful surprises. This hotel is perfect for special occasions like anniversaries. After check-in, we enjoyed tea time in our room with three types of aromatic teas and exquisite sweets. From our window, we could see the rooftop level of Oasis 21 ("Water Spaceship"), which was perfect for an evening stroll before dinner. Soft drinks in the refrigerator were complimentary, while alcohol was charged; however, as an IKYU Diamond Member benefit, alcohol was also free of charge. The room featured a lyric speaker that displayed song lyrics artistically when connected to an iPhone—allowing for karaoke (in low voice) without a microphone! The shower booth, bathtub, and toilet were all within one space; the shower booth was enclosed by glass walls. The body wash towel provided was from "Oboro Towel." For future guests: Be sure to visit the observation deck exclusive to staying guests after 10 PM (or during sunrise). It’s too good to miss! Staff will guide you through a secret passageway to access it. Breakfast consisted of carefully crafted dishes served one by one; small sweets were offered afterward (and could be taken home if not eaten). We initially reserved Room L04 (Double Room 37 sqm with Shower Booth Only). However, thanks to an upgrade as part of our Diamond Member benefits due to availability, we stayed in Room L13 (Park View Twin 41 sqm with Bathtub). Thank you very much! 【Room L13 - September 2025 Information】 The artwork in this room was created by Hiroshi Sugito. (The mosaic tile artwork on the wall at reception is also by Hiroshi Sugito.) Located centrally on Park's fourth floor—the view from this room was excellent! To its left side through windows stood Oasis 21 beautifully visible. L13 had two desks inside but included one step-level difference within its layout—please take care if elderly individuals are present. 【Parking Information】 Art Park Tokai typically costs over ¥13,000 for parking up until around 21 hours duration—but using discounted parking tickets purchased upon check-in at ¥2,500 allowed us exit slightly under such timeframe successfully instead. Parking resides underground levels B3-B5 beneath Aichi Arts & Culture Center approximately five minutes walking distance away from Hotel itself. 【Dinner】 We booked dinner reservations via IKYU Restaurant platform held same venue where breakfast occurred earlier that day

    A wonderful Hotel where both your heart and body are healed by exceptional hospitality.

    I have stayed at various types of hotels in Nagoya for purposes such as attending live events and ice shows, but this hotel, where I stayed for one night to celebrate a family member's birthday and job offer, has become the best hotel in Nagoya for me. The Corner Double room, upgraded through the IKYU Diamond benefits, had an amazing interior and view. The bedside window overlooking the park featured a heartfelt birthday message that deeply moved the celebrant. Watching the sunrise from the former TV tower observation deck, exclusively accessible to guests, was incredibly healing. The welcome drinks & sweets (my first Japanese tea tasting experience and discovering how delicious canelé can be!) and breakfast (the specialty chawanmushi was pure bliss—I want to return just for it) were of exceptional quality and tastefully presented—simply outstanding! On that day, despite it being mid-September, there was an intense heatwave. When I went to drop off my suitcase before heading to a live event drenched in sweat, they kindly offered me a cold towel and an ice-cold bottle of water with thoughtful concern about heatstroke—it truly touched my heart. They also recommended a nearby wine bar serving Nagoya cuisine with great reviews; everything from taste to atmosphere to service exceeded expectations, making this trip thoroughly satisfying. My heartfelt thanks go out to all the hotel staff! This is truly a special hotel where I would love to stay again on another memorable occasion!

    Local Refreshing Getaway

    In September, I decided to take a refreshing local trip and returned to this Hotel where I had stayed once before. I reserved an L12 Park View Double Room, but thanks to the Diamond Member benefits, I was upgraded to an L10 Park Corner Suite. This allowed me to enjoy the TV Tower Hotel even more—thank you! This Hotel has many attractions, but my main purpose was dining at Glycine. I made a separate reservation for dinner and enjoyed it with my son. The French cuisine with Japanese influences featured plenty of locally sourced ingredients. Not only was the taste exceptional, but the presentation and plates were also delightful. For breakfast, we had a special seat overlooking Hisaya Odori Park directly in front of us. The delicious and hearty breakfast made for a happy start to our day as we savored it leisurely. The room offered stunning park views during both day and night, allowing us to enjoy Sakae's scenery. The steel beams running through the room added unique character as well. At night and early morning, the TV Tower observatory is exclusively available for Hotel guests. We fully enjoyed the nighttime view in private (though we missed out on visiting in the morning due to sleeping in). The 4-star rating is due partly because while there is a spacious bathtub available, it is not an Onsen; additionally, the automatic opening/closing mechanism of the toilet lid seemed slightly misaligned—it made some noise that caught our attention. Overall, it was such a relaxing stay that left me completely satisfied! If given another opportunity, I would love to stay here again!

    - As others have mentioned, the staff's hospitality was truly outstanding. Their genuine enjoyment and pride in their work were evident in their service. - During our visit, there was a display of Kumiko art. The shadows created by the light on the pieces were mesmerizing. Some works were touchable, and the smooth texture and scent of the wood were very soothing. - As part of the Diamond benefits, we received a Room upgrade and complimentary alcohol from the minibar. The bathroom had a chic and calming atmosphere; however, it was slightly too dim for detailed tasks like makeup application. Adjustable lighting would have been appreciated. - Breakfast featured an abundance of local ingredients and was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish all my rice due to its generous portion size. Adding fruits or dairy products would make it even better.

    Cozy Hotel

    I stayed at the accommodation for a live event. This was my third time in Nagoya. Previously, I couldn't find a good hotel... However, this time, the staff were friendly and provided attentive service, making it a very satisfying stay. The room was clean with no issues, and the amenities were stylish and cute. The freshly cooked rice at breakfast was delicious, and my daughter enjoyed it as well. I would like to use this hotel again next time. Thank you for creating wonderful memories!

    A Hotel with Excellent Hospitality

    This was my second stay at this accommodation, and I was impressed by how it has maintained the same level of cleanliness and thorough housekeeping as a few years ago. Once again, I chose the breakfast-included plan, and the lineup of vegetables, fish, and meat was satisfying. The option to choose soy sauce for tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) adds a playful touch that truly warms the heart. There is an exclusive tower observation time for guests, divided into two sessions—late night and early morning—which enhances the sense of exclusivity. With fewer rooms available in total, there’s no crowding, making it perfect for creating memorable travel experiences. The staff's thoughtfulness was exceptional as always, making this another satisfying stay. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again!

    Would love to visit again.

    I stayed here as a treat for myself during a business trip to Nagoya. As a registered tangible cultural property, I thought it might feel a bit formal, but the blend of traditional charm and modern touches created an incredibly comfortable and fulfilling experience. Though it was just a brief moment of rest, I felt like I was on vacation and left feeling refreshed both mentally and physically. Thank you very much!

    Stylish and Clean

    Surrounded by art, I had a truly delightful time. The service, hospitality, and meals were all excellent! The only issue was that the bathroom lighting was too dim for makeup, so I had to do it by the window—but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. I’d love to come back again!

    Staying at Mirai Tower, which I had been curious about for a long time, exceeded my expectations. Not only was the accommodation itself excellent, but the staff at the front desk and restaurant provided attentive service, making it a very pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was both visually appealing and delicious.

    I stayed overnight for a wedding and had a wonderful experience with the unique feeling of staying at the TV Tower and the warm hospitality of the staff. Due to the intense heat, I didn’t go out much, but I visited the observation deck twice, in the evening and morning, to enjoy views of Nagoya city. At the wedding the next day, locals complimented me on choosing such a great place to stay. I would love to stay here again.

    Hotel I want to stay at again

    I had a very relaxing and luxurious time. The welcome drink tea and sweets pairing brought happiness as soon as I arrived in the room. The room was, of course, wonderful, and the art pieces scattered throughout the accommodation made me forget about daily life. Additionally, breakfast was delicious, especially the glossy white rice which was exceptional. The staff's hospitality was attentive, making my stay very pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

    I recently decided to travel to Nagoya and stayed here. I chose this Hotel because the rooms looked beautiful in the photos. The interior was very clean, even more stylish than in the pictures, and had a fantastic atmosphere. Although it felt a bit dim, I still had an enjoyable stay. The location of the Hotel was a bit hard to find, but a staff member stood outside and guided me, which was very helpful. All the staff were kind and left a great impression on me. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

    Would love to stay again!

    I stayed at the accommodation to enjoy a classical concert at Aichi Arts Theater. It is conveniently located close to Sakae Station and the theater, making it a perfect location. The steel frame, a remnant of the TV Tower, in the room was fascinating, and the unlimited access to the observation deck during nighttime and early morning was an enjoyable service. I only had breakfast, but I was very satisfied with the luxurious Japanese meal in the morning. The welcome sweets and tea set were adorable, making it a hotel that women would also love. I would love to stay at this hotel again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!
