  From check-in to che...

  From check-in to check-out, the staff’s service was truly outstanding, and we could always feel their thoughtful attention to detail. The Hotel’s interior design is filled with art and playful touches, so there were fresh surprises throughout our stay and we never got bored. The room was very clean, and the amenities were excellent as well. What impressed us most was breakfast. Every dish was superb, but the Spanish mackerel in particular is unforgettable. Also, as a guest benefit, having exclusive time to enjoy the view from the observation deck was pure bliss. Quietly taking in Nagoya’s cityscape felt like a true luxury—something unique to this Hotel. We stayed here for an anniversary this time, and we would love to stay again whenever we visit Nagoya for any reason.

  Excellent

  I learned there was a Hotel in Nagoya Tower and made a Reservation because I wanted to stay there. When I arrived at Nagoya Tower feeling excited and looked for the entrance, it was very windy and cold, but the Hotel staff were waiting in front of the entrance at check-in time. I truly felt their hospitality. Inside the Hotel, art is everywhere, creating a soothing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and their love for the Hotel came through in their explanations of the art and the Room. They have carefully selected items from Japan and the Tokai region; even the chairs were wonderful, and the bed was an airweave mattress. I use airweave at home as well, so having such great comfort here was a big plus. The small sweets in my Room and three types of green tea were delightful, and breakfast—made with carefully chosen ingredients—was delicious. It was a stay that healed both my mind and body. Thank you very much.

We sincerely appreciate your attention to our carefully selected items from Japan and the Tokai region. Your comments about enjoying a comfortable rest with airweave bedding, the pairing of six kinds of petit sweets (mignardises) and three types of tea in your Room, and your satisfaction all the way through breakfast are truly encouraging to us. The “airweave” you enjoyed was custom-made exclusively for our Hotel. It is a high-resilience mattress produced at a factory in Kota Town, Nukata District, Aichi Prefecture. With excellent resilience, the mattress pad responds smoothly to body movement and supports deep sleep by allowing natural turning during sleep. The three-dimensionally intertwined airfiber supports the body from every direction, distributing pressure evenly and reducing strain—an outstanding mattress indeed. Airweave has also gained attention after being adopted for both the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Village and the Paris Olympics. It is an SDGs-conscious product that can be fully washed and is recyclable. We hope you enjoyed its “zero-gravity” feel. To live up to your words that both your mind and body were healed, we will continue striving to provide an even more refined and memorable stay.   It was a Hotel full of hospitality.

  I stayed here recently while sightseeing in Nagoya. The location is close to Sakae Station, and above all, the hospitality was outstanding. We made Reservations for two Rooms for four people—“L03 - Forest View Twin” and “L07 - Standard Twin.” Both were wonderful, and I was especially impressed by the view from “L03 - Forest View Twin.” One of the Hotel’s highlights—the private use of the observatory exclusively for guests—was a truly valuable experience. We were able to relax and enjoy both the night view and the sunrise. All staff members were kind, guidance was very smooth, and we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious. In particular, the egg over rice made with freshly cooked clay-pot white rice was exceptional. I would love to stay again when I visit Nagoya.

His work titled “Rolling Times” is a unique piece that can be seen as either the base of the TV Tower or even like a cat. Mr. Morikita’s lobby artwork, “THE TOWER,” is made using walnut wood. Rather than treating it like museum art that must not be touched, it was created as a piece in a public space that naturally invites interaction. The planets and crescent moon based on the Seven Principles of Light gently rotate, and as night falls, the artwork gradually transforms. We would be delighted if you also discover another hidden work reflected in the full moon cast onto the floor. We are also very happy to know that you were able to relax and enjoy special moments such as the night view and sunrise at our guest-only observation deck (Rooftop Salon), an experience unique to our Hotel.   It was an Accommodation full of warm hospitality.

  It truly felt like a Michelin-awarded Accommodation—everything was perfect from the welcome to the send-off. The only minor things were that the incense-like scent in the entrance up to the elevator felt a bit strong at first, and I wished there had been a towel rack by the sink. Other than that, both the welcome tea and sweets and the breakfast were really delicious (personally, the TKG was the best!), and the Room was very relaxing—I enjoyed my stay right up until checkout at 12:00. I also enjoyed chatting with the staff. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come to Nagoya.

For breakfast, we focus on locally sourced ingredients, and we also use tableware created by artists from the Tokai region. The eggs are a premium brand called “Tamayura Kohaku,” produced by Kohaku Farm in Miyoshi City, Aichi Prefecture—an exceptionally rare selection. They are limited to eggs laid only during what is said to be a two-month period in a hen’s lifetime when vitality is at its peak, and they are known for their high nutritional value and rich flavor. We also prepare a luxurious Japanese-style breakfast by cooking Mie Prefecture’s branded rice “Musubi-no-Kami” in an Aichi-made Vermicular pot, timed specifically for each guest.   A One-of-a-Kind Art Hotel

  Each Room features different artwork, and the smoking Room is filled with Yoshitomo Nara’s works. We enjoyed an experience you can only see and savor here. The staff’s hospitality was also excellent, making for a wonderful vacation.

  A wonderful accommodation with exceptional hospitality.

  We stayed for one night on our way back from Ghibli Park. From the chic, relaxing interior and attentive service to the well-stocked amenities, spotless bathroom facilities, and truly delicious breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. Above all, the hospitality was outstanding. Thanks to the staff’s consistently courteous support throughout our stay, we genuinely felt that we were very glad we chose to stay here. There are also guest-only services available, and it’s a shame we couldn’t take advantage of them this time due to fatigue. We would love to use them on our next stay. The only point we noticed was the Room size. It felt a bit more compact than what we had imagined from the photos shown at the time of Reservation (which may have been due to my own oversight). Given the price, I had expected a larger Room, so I was honestly a little surprised when I first entered. That said, it was far more comfortable than that concern might suggest, and overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything.

  Stay at a small luxury Hotel.

  This was my first stay as a solo traveler. From check-in, the hospitality was wonderful. I enjoyed the pairing of tea and bite-sized pastries, the art in the Room, and the beautiful view outside. Dinner and breakfast were full of delightful surprises as well—service unlike anywhere else. Also, guests only can access the observation deck late at night and early in the morning for limited hours, and it was amazing to take in a panoramic view of the city. It’s wonderful that the entire Hotel feels like a work of art, but what stands out most is the hospitality of all the staff. It was a truly heartwarming stay. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.

  The entire Hotel is beautifully designed, with outstanding works by many artists displayed throughout. The furniture and lighting are also thoughtfully selected, making it feel like living in a grand art museum. In addition, having exclusive access to the view from the 90-meter tower top at night and in the morning is truly a rare experience. Thanks to the special stained-glass piece prepared by the Hotel staff, my daughter’s 19th birthday became even more memorable. The Japanese-style breakfast was also delicate and delicious, and our family of three had a wonderful two-day, one-night stay here. It was truly an unforgettable Accommodation experience! Highly recommended!

  A Hotel That Sparks Excitement and Inspires the Senses

  I visited for the first time to coincide with an event at Aichi Arts Theater. The theater is just a short walk away, which was very convenient. I was looking forward to staying at a Hotel inside the nationally designated Important Cultural Property TV Tower, where you can also enjoy art experiences, and it exceeded my expectations with so many exciting moments. My Room was upgraded as a Diamond member benefit, and I enjoyed watching the illuminated Oasis 21 and taking a relaxing bath while gazing at the steel structural framework. The welcome tea paired with baked sweets was adorable and delicious. Since I was traveling solo, I felt a bit hesitant about dining in a restaurant filled with couples and groups, so I chose room service for dinner. The quality was excellent and everything tasted wonderful; I especially appreciated ingredients with visible producers, such as Manten Wagyu. The glass of champagne was an RM label I tried for the first time, and I could really sense their attention to detail. The egg-over-rice at breakfast was also outstanding. The collage art experience was enjoyable and gave me many new insights along the way. Having access to the observation deck late at night and at sunrise—exclusive to guests—was truly luxurious. Many of the staff were young, and they were consistently polite and kind. I would definitely like to stay again when visiting Aichi Arts Theater. (Solo female trip #3)

  I stayed at THE TOWE...

  I stayed at THE TOWER HOTEL NAGOYA on my first trip to Nagoya. The experience of staying inside the TV Tower—something you can rarely do anywhere else—was already a truly special memory. Throughout the Room and the building, the tower’s original structure has been beautifully preserved, and I was deeply drawn to the space where old and new blend so seamlessly. Staying here itself feels like the unique highlight of this Hotel. At check-in, we were welcomed with a pairing of three kinds of tea and sweets that delighted both the eyes and the palate, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. The guest-only observation deck was another unforgettable experience—I felt as if I had Nagoya’s night view all to myself, and it left me genuinely moved. Even the presentation around the door leading to the deck is wonderful, making even adults feel excited. As for breakfast, honestly, there is nothing to criticize. From foie gras pudding to an “ultimate” egg-on-rice dish, I knew nothing about Nagoya cuisine before this trip—but this Hotel’s flavors became my very definition of “the taste of Nagoya.” That makes me truly happy. Every member of staff looked me in the eye and treated me with great care; their warm smiles and gentle manner made my entire stay comfortable from start to finish. Today, there are very few craftsmen with such skills, making it impossible to replicate this construction method—truly making this tower one-of-a-kind.   I stayed for one nig...

  I stayed for one night. The Hotel staff were always smiling and provided warm and hospitable service throughout my stay. When I asked about sightseeing in Nagoya, they didn't just follow a manual but listened to my preferences and opinions, thoughtfully considering them together with me, which left a strong impression. It was truly an exceptional experience. This time, I focused on enjoying the Hotel stay itself, and with a 12:00 checkout time, I was able to relax in the Room at my own pace. The Room had two chairs, which made it even more comfortable to unwind. The Hotel also featured many art pieces throughout the premises, creating an exciting atmosphere with its spatial design. The meals were perfectly seasoned—not too strong—and absolutely delicious.

  Unforgettable First Trip to Nagoya

  Thank you so much to the staff who waited outside for us on the check-in day despite the cold weather. We apologize for keeping you waiting. The Hotel staff always welcomed us with heartfelt smiles and warm greetings, which truly moved us. I wanted to express my gratitude even more, but my language skills were not sufficient, leaving me feeling frustrated. This experience has motivated me to continue studying Japanese diligently. Regarding the birthday surprise, everything was handled smoothly from the initial email consultation stage, allowing me to entrust it with confidence. The arrangements on the day were absolutely wonderful and filled with thoughtful attention to detail. It was such a perfect service that I was more touched than even the birthday girl herself! The celebratory cake was also incredibly delicious. Breakfast exceeded all expectations as it wasn’t a typical buffet but an exquisite kaiseki-style meal of exceptional quality. The detailed explanation of ingredient origins and being able to choose from five types of soy sauce for tamago kake gohan (rice topped with raw egg) left us amazed! The restaurant staff also provided very courteous explanations. Additionally, the scenery around the Hotel was indescribably beautiful. Inside the tower, we enjoyed exploring a mysterious elevator and hidden works by Yoshitomo Nara, which added great satisfaction to our stay.   Stay at a wonderful Hotel near the TV Tower!

  I stayed at this hotel, located in the TV Tower, for a concert. I was very excited and curious about the experience as I checked in! My room was L13, offering an incredible view overlooking Hisaya Odori Park. In the room, I enjoyed three types of tea and high-quality sweets, along with complimentary drinks from the refrigerator. As a guest, I had exclusive access to the observation deck after 10 PM through a secret entrance—it was such a fun experience! With a checkout time of 12 PM, I could enjoy breakfast at my own pace. The breakfast portions were small but each dish was of excellent quality and absolutely delicious. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, making my stay very pleasant. The location is extremely convenient, and this has become a hotel I'd love to stay at again when visiting Nagoya!

  Stayed for one night starting January 6th. The room was very lovely, but the highlight was the exclusive observatory experience available to guests after 10 PM. The hidden elevator entrance, which felt like a secret door, added an exciting touch and would have been hard to find without guidance from the hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious, and I was thrilled by the beautiful dessert plate prepared for me. I had casually mentioned staying for a concert of a certain group the day before, and they remembered—such warm hospitality truly moved me. It became a very memorable stay. I would love to visit again!

  It was an enjoyable stay.

  The reserved room was a standard twin without a bathtub, but we were delighted to be upgraded to a park view twin with a bathtub. A bath is truly one of the joys of staying at a hotel in winter. The fusion dinner at Glycine, enjoyed while admiring the night view, was as wonderful as its reputation suggests. Breakfast was also carefully prepared, and every dish was incredibly delicious. All the staff were kind and provided excellent service, making our stay very comfortable. As expected from a hotel with 1 Michelin Key, it was truly exceptional.

  A special Hotel with perfect location, stunning views, and exceptional hospitality.

  I was drawn to the uniqueness of staying inside a TV tower, and it exceeded my expectations with an incredibly satisfying stay.   It was a wonderful stay, worthy of the name of a 4-star Hotel, with attention to every detail.   We had a great time.

  I stayed with a friend, and the hotel offered enjoyable features such as an elevator to the observatory and a quiz to find art, making it more than just a place to stay. The breakfast was very delicious, and the staff were kind. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

The Chubu Electric MIRAI TOWER, originally built as Japan's first consolidated radio tower in 1954, served as a symbol of post-war recovery, offering courage and hope to many. Its exterior remains silver as it was back then and is designated as an Important Cultural Property of Japan. Located within a park, stepping out from the entrance leads directly into lush greenery while offering breathtaking views of Hisaya Odori Park stretching 2 kilometers north to south. The 80-meter water basin on the south side reflects the tower’s image by design, accompanied by mist on both sides creating an effect reminiscent of a "sea of clouds."   Stayed during Christ...

  Stayed during Christmas. The room's window glass was decorated with cute Christmas designs, which was heartwarming and a delightful surprise. Staying inside the tower was a unique experience, and being able to access the observation deck exclusively for guests after closing hours at night was exciting. The breakfast was visually appealing, delicious, and satisfying.

  Accommodation after a year

  Last year, we had to cancel due to COVID-19, but this year we were able to stay without any issues. The accommodation space felt like a hidden room, offering a great sense of privacy. We enjoyed the quiet nighttime view from the tower observatory when no general visitors were around. Breakfast was Japanese-style and more luxurious than expected, leaving us very full—I wish I had done some morning exercise beforehand! The staff provided kind and attentive service. The room design was unique compared to city hotels, adding a nice atmosphere. If you have the chance, why not consider staying here?

  Dream Hotel

  I travel to Nagoya by Shinkansen every month and usually stay near Nagoya Station. This time, I wanted a special experience, so I chose my favorite hotel. This was my third stay, and as expected (or even beyond), I had a wonderful time. The building and location have a unique charm, but what makes me happiest is the hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff who guided me to my room made me feel truly glad to have chosen this accommodation—it instantly relieved my fatigue. The room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a pleasant stay until check-out. I'm looking forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you very much!

  Staying inside the t...

  Staying inside the tower was a unique and memorable experience. The accommodation featured numerous art pieces, making it enjoyable just to explore the premises. The exclusive access to the observation deck for guests was highly appealing and added a special touch to the stay. Thanks to an IKYU benefit, my room was upgraded, which I greatly appreciated. However, as the upgrade was to a universal room, I felt that the atmosphere of the bathroom differed slightly from that of the rest of the room, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, some aspects of using the bathroom felt slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was delicious, and dining in such a lovely restaurant space made for a pleasant start to my day. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay; however, having an option or prior notice regarding upgraded rooms would provide greater peace of mind for future stays.

  Comfortable stay!

  A Hotel for a Relaxing Stay

  Incorporating the structure of the TV tower as part of the design and preserving it is a wonderful initiative, and the interior of the accommodation, including the rooms, felt very unique. The cleanliness was impeccable, and combined with the hospitality of the staff, I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was delightful; I regret not being able to finish everything. I look forward to enjoying it next time I visit. I would love to make this my regular accommodation when visiting Nagoya.

Each room is designed by a different artist, and the steel framework running through the rooms and interior varies, offering new discoveries and experiences as you explore the hotel. One notable feature is the mosaic tile mural at the front desk, created by Mr. Hiroshi Sugito. This large artwork, made with Kasahara mosaic tiles from Tajimi City in Gifu Prefecture, exudes a warm embrace reminiscent of a dreamlike world through Sugito's distinctive touch. If you take a closer look, you'll notice that it gradually reveals views from the south side of our hotel. Currently, large-scale developments are underway on this southern side with plans for several 200-meter skyscrapers under construction. Amidst these changing landscapes, this artwork captures a miraculous moment just before major renovations of both the tower and park began. Our hotel has undergone an unprecedented renovation as part of its transformation into an accommodation facility—a process filled with many stories worth sharing!
