    Mt. Fuji was beautiful.

    I have stayed about five times so far, and this time the view of Mt. Fuji was the most beautiful. However, the guests in the adjacent Room were lively until around 2 a.m., so I couldn't sleep well and checked out before 7 a.m. the next morning. It was a bit disappointing.

    A simple yet high-quality Hotel

    Mishima often has the image of being a day-trip destination, but we planned an overnight stay combining Mishima Taisha Shrine and a view of Mount Fuji. The location is almost directly connected to the station, the Room was comfortable, and the convenience of having meals completed within the tenants of the building made it a very pleasant stay. The Property was also well-cleaned. The only disappointment was the beef in the dinner course. Personally, I would prefer softer ingredients, even if it's not beef. The breakfast, featuring locally sourced ingredients, left a positive impression. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    For use on anniversaries

    Dinner and breakfast utilized. The Facility was very clean as it was newly built, but the dinner service was overall somewhat disappointing. The staff seemed generally unfriendly, and based on that service alone, I wouldn't feel inclined to return. Even though I had informed them of my allergies in advance, I was still asked, "Is it okay that there are no allergens?" which concerned me. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, leaving a good impression. The food was very delicious. I think it would be better if the cleaning frequency in the bath area was increased. With many international guests, the dressing room and shower area were left messy, with used amenities left behind and water running unnecessarily, which was unfortunate. The scenery and food were excellent, and the person I went with was pleased, so I gave it 4 stars. If it were No Meals Included, I would consider coming again.

    Used for entrance exams.

    I used it for my daughter's junior high school entrance exam. The bath on the 14th floor was amazing with a view of Mt. Fuji right in front of us. The room was equipped with an air humidifier and purifier, which was appreciated as influenza was also prevalent. When making the reservation, I requested a quiet floor since it was for the entrance exam, and they kindly placed us next to the stairs, allowing us to have a calm stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, including dried fish, and we enjoyed it very much. I would like to use it again.

    Everything is perfect!

    I visited Mishima for the first time, and it was an incredibly enjoyable stay. First, I was overwhelmed by the amazing view of Mount Fuji from the Room! Bathing in the large public bath while gazing at Mount Fuji was a luxurious relaxation. The meals, especially the charcoal-grilled dried fish for breakfast, were a delightful treat. The hospitality of the staff was also excellent, and I would love to keep coming back.

    Uncomfortable bedding that prevents sleep

    You can enjoy a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from this hotel. The property is very clean, and you can also see Mount Fuji from the large public bath, making it a wonderful stay. The dinner is elaborate, and the staff is kind, attentive, and serves with care. The breakfast features exquisite freshly grilled dried fish, with a wide variety of options, allowing you to enjoy the local specialties of Mishima. However, the bedding was very disappointing. We made a reservation for four people in a corner room. Two people had beds, and two people had futons on tatami mats. The beds were comfortable, but the futons were extremely thin and painful. It was the first time experiencing bedding that was too painful to sleep on. The futon was just over 1 centimeter thick, directly on the tatami, making the hardness of the tatami very noticeable. It was so painful that it was impossible to sleep. Every time I turned over, it was too hard and painful to sleep. In the middle of the night, I spread a bathrobe and bath towels underneath to try to alleviate the back pain. The sleeping comfort was extremely poor. If you plan to sleep on futons in a Japanese-style room, I recommend borrowing multiple towels. It seems advisable to check if there are any mattresses available. Both people who slept on the futons on the tatami experienced back pain for two days. It feels like a point that needs improvement.

    Use as a base for exploring Mishima.

    The entire Hotel feels clean and well-maintained, likely because it is still new. The color scheme of the Room is pleasant, and the amenities are well-equipped considering the price range, leaving no inconvenience. The bathing Facility offers good views, cleanliness, and spaciousness. Previously, there might not have been a Hotel of this class near Mishima Station, so it is an excellent Facility for business and tourism starting from Mishima, including its location.

    this is the first time i booked the hotel through IKYU for two nights. The experience is delightful. This time i booked a twin room with Mt. Fuji view. The room was spacious and very comfortable that is so great for a relaxing atmosphere after a long day sightseeing. One of the highlights was the hot spring that located at top floor also with the great view of Mt.Fuji. However, the hotel does not provide parking spaces. There are many parking lots nearby but each time was returned at night, many of them were full parking, requiring us to waste time searching and waiting, which was very inconvenient for a self driving trip

    Although Mount Fuji was hidden by clouds,

    The deciding factor for staying at this Hotel was the promise of a view of Mount Fuji from the Room. The Room wasn't spacious, but it had large windows and was impeccably clean. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were all kind and courteous, which left a good impression. The breakfast included in the Plan was satisfactory, but even more impressive was the dinner course. I was amazed by the quality for the price, especially the delicious chestnut tart and white coffee ice cream for dessert! Unfortunately, the clouds were not cooperative, and Mount Fuji never made an appearance, but discovering such a good Hotel was a significant gain. I definitely want to return during a time with better weather.

    The Wi-Fi environment is terrible!

    The room's Wi-Fi was available with the specified password input, but we checked the connection environment with a total of four devices: 2 iPhones and 2 iPads. However, on any device, the connection was cut off and unusable after just three minutes. (This was not simultaneous use of four devices, but use of only one device at a time.) In free Wi-Fi environments like libraries, continuous use often results in frequent connection checks every few minutes, but it was very inconvenient that repeated password input did not reconnect. On a separate note, the pillows on the double bed were too high, and there were no replacements available. Since it was late at night, I used the sofa cushions as pillows. The springs of the double bed were "too soft, with too much sinking at the waist" compared to other Business Hotel classes. I am 171cm tall and weigh 61.8kg, and my wife weighs about 50kg, so neither of us is particularly heavy. The bath with sauna was very good. The breakfast was also satisfactory.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The location is close to the station, the building is beautiful, and above all, the view of Mt. Fuji is spectacular. The service and facilities are impeccable.
