    I chose this hotel o...

    I chose this hotel over a ryokan for my solo trip to enjoy the bath, as it had good reviews. The room was clean, the staff were excellent, and I was able to relax. The sauna and large public bath were also clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji this time, but I would love to come back again for that view. The fish at breakfast was delicious. Lastly, the toilet paper in the room had a Mt. Fuji fold, and even the glasses featured Mt. Fuji designs—such thoughtful details were wonderful!

    We used it for a family trip.

    We stayed here for a family trip. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to see Mt. Fuji, but the rooftop public bath at the Hotel was clean and very relaxing. It was very convenient that we could leave our luggage before check-in. The Room had large windows, and I imagine the view would have been amazing on a clear day. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. The location was excellent, making it a great base for exploring nearby attractions. Next time, I hope to enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from our Room or the public bath!

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Located in a lively area near the station, the interior of the hotel is quiet and comfortable. I used a Plan with breakfast included, and it was delicious, providing a great start to the day. The process for using the large public bath on the top floor was very well thought out (you can go quickly in your Room wear with a prepared set), which impressed me. Since the weather was nice, I also enjoyed a view of Mount Fuji from my Room. I traveled by car, but having more detailed parking information in advance would have been even better. I would love to stay here again!

    Two nights for two people, including one child.

    The view from the Room is excellent. The Room cleaning is great, amenities are good, air conditioning works well, bed cushions are comfortable, and the bedding is nice. Breakfast was also good. I had a comfortable stay. One small note: the air conditioning in the breakfast area was too strong and it felt cold. Please consider saving energy!

    Although I did not use the dining services, I was very satisfied with the room and bath. However, if I were to point out a few drawbacks: ■ Room For solo travelers, there is no issue. However, for two or more guests, it would have been better if there were partition doors or curtain rolls separating the room from the water facilities (sink, bath, toilet). With fewer hotels offering unit baths these days, having a combined bath and toilet was quite disappointing. (Since the large public bath is well-equipped, perhaps converting the in-room bath into a shower room and separating it from the toilet could be an option.) ■ Large Public Bath - Cleaning I personally didn’t mind it much; however, my wife felt that cleaning in the large public bath area was not thorough enough. Compared to slightly higher-end accommodations where staff are constantly cleaning and collecting trash to maintain cleanliness at all times, this service seemed somewhat lacking. ■ View Another point—though unavoidable—is that while I believe the view is one of this accommodation's main attractions, on our stay day clouds obscured Mount Fuji entirely. While weather conditions cannot be helped at all, they do seem to significantly affect satisfaction with this hotel. ■ Overall Impression Though slightly pricier than a business hotel: considering its location (close to station; restaurants within building; near Rakujuen Park), rooms' quality/bath/service overall satisfaction remains high! When visiting Mishima/Numazu areas again—I’d love staying here once more! (The Southeast Asian female staff member assisting us at reception left an excellent impression.) Thank you very much!

    We look forward to welcoming you again.

    Staying at this Hotel alone makes visiting Mishima worthwhile. I didn't use the bath in the Room but enjoyed the panoramic bath instead—it was absolutely amazing. There were some minor cleaning issues in the Room (such as dirt under the curtain rail), so please take note of that. The Fuji-view side Room is a must! The Mishima croquette served at breakfast was also very delicious. Thank you!

    Comfortable Hotel

    The Hotel was very clean. The Room was not spacious but very comfortable. The large public bath allowed for a relaxing soak, relieving fatigue. Meals were enjoyed both in the morning and evening; however, dinner time seemed a bit noisy due to many corporate gatherings. The restaurant staff were very kind and attentive. At the front desk, it took some time as there was a new staff member; additional support from other staff would have been helpful. Unfortunately, I couldn't see Mt. Fuji this time, so I hope to visit again for another chance!

    Hotels that effectively allow foreign guests to use smartphones inside the large public bath.

    The entrance door to the men's bath on the top floor has a small, inconspicuous sign stating "携帯電話使用禁止" and "Don’t use mobile phone," while a larger, more noticeable sign displays "NO PHOTOS," "禁止拍照" (Chinese for no photography), and Korean text. Foreign guests are likely to notice only the large multilingual signs. During my visit, I encountered someone using a smartphone in the bath, which was extremely unpleasant. To prevent issues such as unauthorized photography or accidental inclusion in photos, it is recommended to prohibit mobile phones entirely in the bathing area and unify all signage regardless of language. (2) There were no visible signs regarding tattoos or body art, so it seems likely that individuals with tattoos may also use the baths. (3) The mattress on the bed is too soft and could be quite uncomfortable for those with back pain.

    It was very comfortable and pleasant.

    It was my first stay in a while, but as always, the cleanliness including the room and the open-air bath were exceptional. Unfortunately, Mount Fuji was mostly hidden by clouds. Since the Mount Fuji side is slightly more expensive than the City side, it would be nice to have some kind of service when Mount Fuji cannot be seen.

    A Satisfying 3-Day, 2-Night Trip!

    This time, I was able to reserve Mishima Tokyu Hotel after a long time. I have used it about five times. As expected, Mishima Tokyu Hotel is very convenient. The staff are kind, the bath is clean, and the view is great. This time, I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Yaizu, Numazu Port, Atami, and Shuzenji and was very satisfied. Thank you very much!

    Wonderful Hotel

    Despite the reasonable price, it was a stay filled with hospitality. This was my second visit, and I felt even more of the staff's dedication compared to last time. It is a Hotel I would love to visit again.

    HAWAII LOVE！

    Grilled horse mackerel fillet is delicious.

    I usually book a plan with breakfast included, but this time I added dinner as well. The conclusion is that dinner isn't necessary. The grilled horse mackerel for breakfast was as delicious as ever, and I also enjoyed the eggs benedict. The staff were all very polite and provided excellent service. Conveniently located near Mishima Station, this hotel is highly recommended for its accessibility and ease of use. The large public bath wasn't too crowded and was comfortable to use. However, since the room curtains are roll screens, they don't block out the morning sunlight, so it would be great if that could be improved.

    Although we couldn't see Mount Fuji, we could still feel its presence.

    Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji, but there were many elements inside the Hotel that made us feel connected to Mt. Fuji, even in places like the restroom in our room. The use of wood throughout the property added a clean and pleasant atmosphere. However, the privacy screen for the open-air bath felt unnecessary—it would be wonderful if improvements could be made so guests can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji while soaking in the bath. Like many modern Hotels, there were many foreign staff members, but they communicated well in Japanese and provided polite and attentive service.

    Although we couldn't...

    Although we couldn't see Mount Fuji, the hallways, guest rooms, baths, and restaurant were all clean and well-lit, allowing us to relax comfortably. However, one concern arose. During breakfast service, while some guests were still eating, there was noise from moving tables in preparation for lunch and the clattering of dishes. Additionally, several staff members seemed to be organizing or checking near the drink station. These actions felt lacking in consideration and etiquette. On a positive note, we enjoyed a whole grilled fish along with other beautifully presented and delicious dishes. If you decide to visit again on a whim via the Shinkansen train line, you'll find wonderful experiences waiting near the station! Next time around, please consider including breakfast at a scenic spot with great food as part of your stay! Thank you very much!

    I would like to use it again when I visit Mishima.

    Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to buy souvenirs. The view from the rooftop observation bath is stunning, and I woke up at 5 AM for the first time to enjoy it. Clean, comfortable, and excellent service from the Hotel staff. Thank you very much!

    Enjoy the Open-Air Hot Spring

    I enjoyed the open-air bath in the evening and the next morning. Despite the unfortunate weather, I relaxed while watching the clouds, buildings, and trains. It was interesting and made me happy. The staff's courteous service was much appreciated, creating a wonderful memory. Next time, I would like to make an early Reservation with meals included.

    The location and Onsen are excellent.

    I stayed for one night each in a Mount Fuji view room and a city view room during my visit to Mishima. The location is incredibly convenient, being very close to Mishima Station. The onsen was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a stress-free experience. Despite many tourists, including foreigners, staying at the accommodation, the onsen's ample space made it feel uncrowded. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having towels placed in a basket in the room, making it easy for everyone to head straight to the onsen without confusion. Both the Mount Fuji view and city view rooms were clean and comfortable. As expected from its name, the Mount Fuji view room offered stunning views of Mount Fuji through the window, which was truly refreshing.

    New and clean, but the coffee on the front floor is not great. Wi-Fi disconnects every few minutes. The bath on the top floor is very pleasant.

    The view from the window is spectacular!

    I stayed here for a solo trip. I had reserved a City View Room, but they kindly changed it to the Mt. Fuji side, which was amazing. I was able to enjoy a clear view of Mt. Fuji early in the morning. The room featured small details like glasses and hairdryer bags with Mt. Fuji designs, which I found charming and unique. The atmosphere of the room was calm and relaxing. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious!

    Filial piety

    After more than 20 years, I went on a trip with my parents. We decided on this Hotel where we could see Mount Fuji, which we climbed when I was young. The view was wonderful, but unfortunately, we could only see Mount Fuji from the Room for a few minutes. However, we enjoyed watching the Shinkansen and local trains. The Room was clean and the amenities were good as well. We chose a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, but for elderly people... We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The Hotel staff included many pleasant people, but there were also some who weren't so much; it's a bit disappointing for such a lovely Hotel. It's a Hotel I'd like to stay at again. Thank you to all the Hotel staff who responded kindly and gently. I was able to show filial piety.

    Breakfast

    Breakfast lineup easy for the elderly to eat The view from the restaurant is very good, and my parents were pleased. The Room is also new and clean, with a good view from the Room.

    When making a reservation, careful consideration of the room type is necessary.

    Overall, the staff are kind. The room I reserved this time had a unit bath and was as compact as a Business Hotel, so if you want a more spacious room, I recommend directly asking the Hotel for detailed information on room types and ranks. It was cheap enough to affect the comfort of your stay. There were no issues with drainage. By the way, the washbasin is also narrow. Considering these points, I had doubts about the pricing for those who trust in Tokyu Hotel's brand. There are three elevators available, and they operated relatively quickly.
