    Corner Room with Train View

At check-in, our Room was upgraded, and we were able to relax in a lovely, spacious Room with a great view of the trains until the 12:00 check-out time. The Onsen was excellent as well. The only disappointment was that the weather was cloudy with some rain, so we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji. All the staff were very pleasant, and we would love to stay again.

    No parking available.

A Hotel that feels like it’s built right over the tracks at Mishima Station. From the local train platforms and the panoramic bath, you can even see the Shinkansen depot—great fun for train lovers. The Room is also stylish, with a corner view and a wonderful sight of Mt. Fuji right in front of you. The panoramic bath was very relaxing, dinner was delicious, and the morning buffet was well curated with no unnecessary dishes. However, the Hotel has no parking lot. There was no advance notice at Reservation or in the Check Reservation email that there is no parking. There is an adjacent paid parking lot with 15 spaces; when it’s full, you have to find parking nearby yourself—and of course pay out of pocket. My husband’s foot hurt, so he parked nearby; when we returned to the Hotel and found a space open, he moved the car again. At that time, the female staff member’s response was terrible—she didn’t say anything like “We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by having no parking,” and just stood there. I strongly complained that it’s unacceptable for a Hotel not to inform guests in advance. When I asked whether other guests had complained as well, she said yes—so why hasn’t this been improved? As a service business, this is unacceptable. Check-in left us very upset and my husband even said he wanted to leave. The staff training is extremely poor, but it is otherwise a good Hotel. My husband says he will never come again, but I liked it—so next time I may visit by Shinkansen without worrying about parking. I hope you will retrain your staff.

The large public bath on the 14th floor is outstanding—one of Mishima’s leading Hotels.

I’d been wanting to stay at this Hotel after reading Reviews for some time. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji, but the service, cleanliness, and interior design were all excellent, making for a very satisfying stay. If we had been able to see Mt. Fuji from the large window in our room, it would have been even more wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, and the large public bath on the 14th floor was fantastic. Breakfast also featured Mishima-style dishes, and the dried fish was especially delicious. The staff at check-in were outstanding as well, and it became a pleasant and memorable Accommodation experience. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    A Pleasant Hotel

The Room was clean, and the view of Mt. Fuji was amazing. The service was excellent, and I ended up drinking quite a lot by myself at the restaurant. The parking area was a bit hard to find, so it would have been helpful to have a sign on the roadside.

    Mishima: Family Trip with Kids

One-night family trip with an elementary school-aged child. We had a Room with a view of Mt. Fuji, and they set up an extra bed for us. It was cloudy on the first day, but the next morning it was crystal clear! The Room wasn’t very large, but it wasn’t a problem. You can see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath, but if you sit on the edge in the open-air bath, you can’t see it. There aren’t many hair dryers, and some people monopolize them, so having more would be helpful. We had dinner around the station area and breakfast was a buffet. There isn’t enough space to place your tray—so even if you want to add ketchup to an omelet, you have to reach toward the back of the counter in a cramped spot and it feels like you might spill. Of course it’s difficult for kids too, so I’d like them to add more tray space or find another solution. The Japanese items like shirasu (whitebait) and mentaiko were delicious! The local Mishima croquettes were great too! Mishima Station itself has very few restaurants nearby (and even when there are some, they’re expensive), so having dining recommendations (kid-friendly) would be helpful.

At breakfast, a stranger left food on the table without permission.

Although the breakfast venue used assigned seating, another guest placed their food on my table while I was away getting food. I later learned they had mistaken the seat, but finding unfamiliar food suddenly left on my table frightened me and I could not enjoy breakfast calmly. If you operate assigned seating, please make the guidance and signage clearer so guests do not sit at the wrong table.

    Thank you very much.

I stayed here while visiting a friend. It’s perfect for children who love the Shinkansen. Thank you for lending me an umbrella and pressing the elevator button so I could get on quickly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the open-air bath—I wish there had been a little more privacy. Still, I had a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

Missing amenities on the second night

It seems that amenities for the second night are not provided unless you contact the hotel. I put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and went out in the afternoon. When I returned to my Room at night, none of the amenities had been replenished (nothing was hung on the doorknob), so I called the front desk. They asked, “What do you need?” and it seemed I had to list each item one by one. The bath mat I forgot to request was not delivered. Even though I did not make a Reservation for an eco Plan, I was surprised and frustrated by this inattentive service that required me to specify everything myself.

    Mount Fuji and the Shinkansen

Although it was the rainy season, we were able to enjoy seeing Mt. Fuji when it appeared. From the large public bath and the open-air bath, we could not only view Mt. Fuji but also watch trains coming and going from Mishima Station, and we ended up staying in the baths longer than expected. What was disappointing was that the toilet bowl in the restroom was small and comparable to an inexpensive Business Hotel. The breakfast tastes good, but considering the price, there are not many options, so I think satisfaction may decrease during a Multiple Night Stay.

    Thank you.

The clean Room, the top-floor Onsen, and the breakfast were all excellent. Thank you as well for kindly explaining the parking. If I had to mention one thing, I was a bit concerned about how streamlined the front desk operation felt. Please consider expanding the front desk area. I would like to stay again.

Although it was the rainy season, Mount Fuji showed its peak a little.

This trip was planned with the purpose of staying at this Hotel. From the lobby, Room, restaurant, and baths, we could see Mt. Fuji—and it was wonderful to enjoy the view during our stay as well as the next morning and afternoon. It’s an outstanding Hotel. It’s also close to the station, and while everything you need is right in front of the station, the area still feels calm—another big plus. Breakfast was delicious, and with plenty of space between seats, we could relax from the morning. With the station right in front of our Room, we could watch Shinkansen trains, freight trains, and other trains all day long. From here are a couple of requests: It might be nice to have relaxation chairs in the open-air bath area. I’d be happy if there were a water dispenser where guests can fill their own bottles. I already have a Reservation for next week as well—looking forward to staying again!

Enjoy views of both the Shinkansen and Mt. Fuji.

The location is almost directly connected to Mishima Station, with many great restaurants nearby. The Room is clean and functional, but the real highlight is the view from the large public bath and the restaurant. It’s fun to be able to see both the Shinkansen and Mt. Fuji at the same time.

    Great location, but…

The location is excellent—right in front of the station with views of Mt. Fuji—so I have stayed here many times. However, this was my first time using the large public bath, and it was terrible. I checked the Facility crowd level on the TV before going, but it became extremely crowded partway through. The changing area was packed, and there wasn’t even space to dry off. In the bath area, many foreign guests entered without rinsing their bodies first. On top of that, it was noisy. I think proper etiquette for using the Facility should be thoroughly explained at check-in. Breakfast also didn’t offer much that tasted good... Unless you are here for business or golf, if the weather prevents you from seeing Mt. Fuji, overall satisfaction will be quite low.

It was a very pleasant stay.

This was my first stay. The location near the station is extremely convenient, and the guest room and Facility were both excellent. Above all, the panoramic large public bath was very relaxing, and I was highly satisfied. I would definitely like to stay again.

All the staff were very kind, and I felt at ease throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and it was hard to choose—everything was delicious. Unfortunately, it was cloudy so I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji from the Room, but the Room was spacious, bright, and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The bed was also very comfortable. If I come to Mishima again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    Traveling with my daughter

A relaxing getaway with my daughter, who lives alone in Tokyo and works hard. We took a trip to Mt. Fuji, and although the weather was unfortunately bad due to a typhoon, the clouds cleared just as we were leaving, and we were moved to see Mt. Fuji so beautifully. We had made a Reservation for a good Room for that reason, so it really worked out well. We use Tokyu Hotel properties in various locations every time, and this was truly a memorable trip. Thank you.

    I stayed in a Japanese-Western style room.

We stayed in a Japanese-Western style Room with four adults. We could see Mt. Fuji from the window, which was great. Since you can look down on the railway tracks, it’s also a good choice for train lovers. The downside is that once two futons are laid out in the tatami area, it feels full and makes it hard to open things like the refrigerator door. The unit bath had a damp odor, which spoiled the nice fragrance in the lobby and hallways. We didn’t use the in-room bath because there is a large public bath, but it was still disappointing. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant inside the Hotel building and breakfast at the cafe. Great value for money—we were very satisfied!

    Conveniently located near the station.

This was my first trip to Mishima, and I made a Reservation one month in advance. I originally wanted to stay two nights, but there was no availability—probably because of Golden Week—so I ended up staying just one night. It must be that popular. The Facility is new and very conveniently located close to the station. Overall, I was satisfied, but there was no mirror in the Room for doing makeup. I think many women would appreciate it if you could provide one in the future (the bathroom mirror has weak lighting, and the angle of sunlight makes it difficult to apply makeup). Also, breakfast felt like it had fewer options than expected. I would be even more satisfied if there were more meat choices, or Mishima-style items such as eel or fresh sashimi. There was a Nespresso machine in the Room, but I really appreciated being able to take coffee to go from the breakfast area (since I can adjust the amount of milk myself, I actually preferred this over the Nespresso machine). I also thought it would be even more comfortable if there were complimentary coffee and similar services available in the Hotel lobby. The view of Mt. Fuji was amazing and became a wonderful memory.

    Stay for golf

Although beautiful Mt. Fuji can be seen behind the front desk, unfortunately it was clearly visible only on the second day. I met up with friends at the Hotel and stayed together, enjoying breakfast, golf, dinner nearby, lunch, and eel. If I can visit again, I’d love to go to the lovely bar.

We could see Mt. Fuji every day!

The fact that you can see Mt. Fuji from the Room, and that the large public bath is on the rooftop. With Tully’s and a dried-fish shop on the 1st floor, and a restaurant on the 2nd floor, plus being close to the station, I’d give it an almost perfect score. What is disappointing every time is this: The front desk staff seem unsure of what they’re doing. This time as well, when issuing my Receipt, I was kept waiting. In the past, I also had to wait quite a long time to have my luggage shipped. That’s the only downside. Please continue improving staff training. At check-in I was asked which newspaper I wanted and requested The Shizuoka Shimbun, but it wasn’t delivered even for one day. I’m very satisfied with the Room cleaning and amenities—just as you’d expect from Tokyu. Whenever I stay in Mishima, I always stay here, and I’d like to continue doing so in the future.

A lovely Hotel near the station

Conveniently located near the station, this Accommodation is easy to reach by train. The view from the Room was great, and although the interior is compact, it was comfortable. One downside was that for three guests, one person had to sleep on a futon. The floor mattress was very thin and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep. It would be much better with an extra mattress! Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious.

Please improve the breakfast and other aspects.

Thank you for upgrading my reserved Room. The guest room, Facility, and service were all of a satisfactory quality. However, I would like to request improvements in two areas. First, I had trouble finding the parking entrance and got lost, so clearer guidance would be helpful. Second, an upgrade to the breakfast. Personally, I place great importance on a Hotel’s breakfast because it affects how I feel for the rest of the day. This time, the food seemed low in salt overall—almost like health food—and it didn’t make me want seconds. How about offering at least one made-to-order item as a highlight menu item, or increasing the number of dishes? Those are my two points. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    A calm and relaxing atmosphere

The Room had a calm atmosphere, and we could also enjoy a view of Mt. Fuji. Due to the location, you may occasionally hear train noise, but personally it didn’t bother me. The station is nearby and convenient, so I’d like to stay here again next time.

Thank you for a wonderful stay.

At a reasonable price, we enjoyed delicious meals, a scenic-view bath, and the beautiful Mt. Fuji! Thank you very much. During dinner, I was not used to pouring drinks and made a mistake, causing inconvenience. I am truly grateful for the staff’s kindness. Your subtle and gracious response was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.

    A spacious, relaxing space

Due to road closures caused by heavy snowfall, I ended up staying here at short notice. Even though it’s a Hotel right by the station, the hallways and elevators are spacious, and the staff were calm and attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent—dashi ochazuke, dried fish, croquettes, and other local flavors—great value for the price. In the middle of a hectic schedule, this unexpected stay was truly relaxing. Thank you very much.

It was supposed to be Tajima Glass’s Mt. Fuji tumbler, but…

I stayed here again after a long time. My favorite Hotel in Mishima. It’s new, and as a Tokyu Hotel, both the Facility and service are outstanding. Above all, the bath on the top floor and the breakfast in the scenic restaurant just below it are exceptional. They even serve freshly grilled dried fish. The Mt. Fuji–side twin Room is spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows and a built-in sofa by the window where you can stretch out—perfect for relaxing in your Room. Of course, on a clear day you’ll have Mt. Fuji right in front of you. On lower floors, you can also enjoy watching the Izuhakone Railway (Izu-Hakone Railway), JR Tokaido Line, and Tokaido Shinkansen—surprisingly fun views. When I stayed on the 3rd floor before, I made eye contact with some young people waiting for their train on the platform; I waved at them and they waved back (lol). There are Mt. Fuji motifs throughout the Room. The provided glass was supposed to be a Tajima Glass Mt. Fuji tumbler... but it was just a regular tumbler. From what I’ve seen in Reviews, some Rooms do have the Mt. Fuji tumbler—maybe it got broken? A bit disappointing. Lately, though, prices have gone up so it’s not as easy to stay here casually anymore. But IKYU sometimes runs Point Rate-up promotions, which can make it quite reasonable if you time it right—this off-season stay was an incredible 50% off! One ongoing issue for me is parking: the parking lot under the Hotel is small, so you may end up using an outside coin parking lot, and it can feel like you’re searching for a spot. Since it’s directly connected to the station, this won’t be a problem if you arrive by train. I’d like to stay again.
