Skye Niseko

It felt like an extraordinary Hotel experience, as if we were traveling abroad. Both the Japanese staff and the fun international staff provided wonderfully pleasant service, making our stay even more enjoyable. At dinner, they introduced the menu, and our middle- and high-school-aged children were able to enjoy the meal while chatting. At breakfast, we could also see beautiful Mt. Yotei. The fresh sashimi and Hokkaido vegetables in particular were truly delicious. The Room was spacious, with an island kitchen that felt like something overseas. There was a separate bath and shower Room, two toilets, and TVs in each Room. The private bath was a big hit with our teenage daughter as well. As a mother, I was especially grateful for the washing machine in the Room—it really helped to be able to wash clothes that got wet during river rafting in Niseko! Just a short walk away is Tokyu Grand Hirafu’s activity Facility, where our whole family enjoyed pickleball from the morning. There are also photo spots, so we could make good use of even the small amount of time before check-in or after check-out without wasting it—and capture great memories too! It was such a wonderful Hotel that made us think, “We want to come back!”

For our first stay in Niseko, we spent a long time deciding which Hotel to choose, and choosing this one was absolutely the right decision. As other Reviews mention, everyone at the front desk and all staff were genuinely pleasant and highly professional. They responded quickly to every request we had, which made for a truly comfortable stay. (Thank you very much for your consideration regarding the parking—your help meant a lot!)Given Niseko’s international atmosphere, many of the staff were from overseas, but their Japanese was excellent with no issues at all. Some were impressively polite and attentive in their communication, which really left an impression on us.Above all, we were amazed by the Room. The large windows offered a spectacular view of Mt. Yotei right in front of us! The living and dining area was furnished with tasteful pieces throughout—clean, spacious, relaxing, and very comfortable. The bright white kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the refrigerator was large as well. We kept saying it felt like being abroad—it was that comfortable. Each bedroom also had its own bath and toilet, plus there was a washer and dryer, which was extremely convenient. Our family is already talking about staying longer next time.The restaurant inside the Hotel also had a wonderful atmosphere. At dinner time especially, the staff’s warm smiles made us feel welcome—they took family photos for us and even prepared a lovely anniversary dessert plate for my parents. It was such a heartwarming experience (thank you). We made a Reservation for the course meal; while each portion wasn’t overly large on its own, there were many dishes featuring Hokkaido ingredients, and by dessert we were completely full. We also appreciated how flexibly they accommodated ingredients we don’t eat.The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety and everything tasted great; they cleared plates promptly as well, which helped a lot. We stayed two nights (a Multiple Night Stay), and looked forward to breakfast each morning.The Onsen facilities were also convenient—you can make a Reservation anytime if the private Onsen is available. If I had to mention one thing: it would be even better if the public bath area (including the changing room) were brighter and more spacious.We traveled around several places in Hokkaido on this trip, but among them all this Hotel stood out as number one—for hospitality from the staff members , Rooms ,and meals . Our whole family is looking forward to visiting again next time—thank you in advance!
