    For families

We stayed in the penthouse as a family. It was spacious and we really enjoyed it. We’d love to stay again if we have the chance.

    Thank you for arrang...

Thank you for arranging a Room with a view of Mt. Yotei. I chose the breakfast-included Plan. While the selection is not extensive, it was satisfying. The Room was clean and well maintained, and this is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

An even more wonderful Hotel than I expected!

This was our first stay in Niseko, and we spent a long time deciding which Hotel to choose—but choosing this one was absolutely the right decision. As other Reviews mention, everyone at the front desk and all staff were friendly and truly professional. They responded quickly to every request, making our stay extremely comfortable. (Thank you very much for your consideration regarding the parking—it was a huge help!) Given Niseko’s international atmosphere, many of the staff were from overseas, but their Japanese was flawless. Some were impressively polite and attentive in their communication, which really left an impression on us. Above all, we were amazed by the Room. The view of Mt. Yotei right in front of us through the large windows was spectacular! The living and dining area was furnished with tasteful pieces throughout—clean, spacious, relaxing, and genuinely comfortable. The bright white kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the refrigerator was large as well. We kept saying it felt like being abroad—and we were very satisfied with how comfortable it was. Each bedroom also had its own bath and toilet, plus there was a washer and dryer, which made everything so convenient. Our family is already talking about staying longer next time. The restaurant inside the Hotel also had a wonderful atmosphere. At dinner time, all staff greeted us with warm smiles; they took a family photo for us and even prepared a lovely anniversary dessert plate for my parents—making it such a heartwarming experience (thank you). We reserved a course meal; while each portion wasn’t overly large on its own, there were many dishes that showcased Hokkaido ingredients well—and by dessert we were completely full. We also appreciated how flexibly they accommodated ingredients we don’t eat. The breakfast buffet offered great variety and everything tasted excellent; they cleared plates promptly as well, which helped a lot. We stayed two nights (Multiple Night Stay), and looked forward to breakfast each morning. The Onsen facilities were also convenient—you can make a Reservation anytime if the private Onsen is available. If I had one small request: it would be even better if the main public bath area (including the changing room) were brighter and more spacious. We traveled around several places in Hokkaido on this trip, but among them all this Hotel stood out clearly for its hospitality, Room quality, and food. Our whole family is looking forward to visiting again next time—thank you in advance!

This was my favorite Hotel in Niseko.

This was my repeat stay. We had two days of clear skies, and the views were outstanding. The restaurant meals were also delicious for both breakfast and dinner. However, I had an errand and tried calling the front desk from the Room phone about 10 times, but it was busy every time and never connected. I called at various times of day. It felt unacceptable. In the end, I had to call the main number from an outside line. I also went to a private Onsen at my reserved time, but all of them were locked and seemed to be in use by someone else. There was a phone there as well, but no matter how many times I called, it was always busy too. I waited about 10 minutes, but it never went through, so I gave up and used the public bath instead. This is honestly the first Hotel where every call is constantly busy, and it was very inconvenient. Not once did my calls go through during my stay. Yet when I later passed by the front desk, no one appeared to be on the phone. Dinner I also had some concerns about how we were treated at the restaurant. At both check-in and check-out, there was no greeting at the entrance, and I carried our luggage down the stairs myself. I can carry normal luggage myself, but I was traveling with a parent who uses a cane, so while supporting them beside me we also had many bags including theirs. A few years ago, under the previous manager and with other staff members as well, the service was excellent in every way—both facilities and hospitality—and this Hotel used to be one of my favorites. This time was very disappointing. I may stay again in the future, but I hope that issues such as phone availability will have been improved by then.

Enjoy an overseas travel vibe without leaving Japan

I would like to start by saying that this was a truly wonderful Hotel. With that said, I would also like to share a few disappointing points, in the hope that it will become an even better Hotel in the future. 1 From Reservation to check-in At the time I completed the Reservation, I shared three requests in the “Comments to the Accommodation,” but I received no response at all, which was very disappointing. The only reply initially came from a non-Japanese concierge. When I replied and asked what had been done regarding my requests, a Japanese concierge responded. After several email exchanges, two of the items were resolved. The remaining item was not treated as my request and was simply overlooked. It was disappointing to feel that my comments had not been properly read. 2 At check-in Two staff members—one Japanese and one non-Japanese—welcomed us. The Japanese female staff member’s attentive service made me especially happy. However, the check-in procedure was handled by a non-Japanese staff member again. Their Japanese seemed good, but some explanations were insufficient, and I later had to confirm details with another staff member. → The most troubling issue was being told, “The air conditioner is currently set to heating.” Since it was cold outside, I thought that would be fine. However, even after raising the temperature setting in the Room repeatedly, it remained cold. About two hours later when we went out for dinner and checked with the front desk, we were told that it would remain on cooling until 6:30 p.m., and then switch to heating afterward. A Japanese staff member kindly offered to bring an additional heater into our Room, so when we returned from dinner it had warmed up properly. 3 Use of the private Onsen When I went to use it, I struggled to communicate because the staff member did not speak much Japanese. 4 In-Room facilities It was disappointing that accessibility support for guests with disabilities is not sufficient; helping my family member bathe in the Room bathroom was difficult. I would appreciate it if you could install about two grab bars in the bathroom area. The toilet has a bidet function and is comfortable; however, because of how/to what extent toilet paper is provided/compatible (?), paper tended to stick after use, which was unfortunate. These are the points that stood out for me. However, since both the meals were delicious and this is an excellent Hotel overall—and because I would like to stay again—I wanted to share these comments as feedback. I also think it would be helpful if you prepared simple bullet-point instruction sheets for front desk procedures and bath-related guidance.

It was completely stress-free, and all my everyday fatigue just melted away!

Just as the title says. I stayed for a different purpose than other guests (a car touring trip). The staff, Room, Facility, meals (dinner & breakfast), and the large public bath were all excellent! And most importantly for me, they have fully equipped indoor parking! I don’t ski, but this is a Hotel I’d like to stay at year-round.

    Excellent hospitality

The staff's thoughtfulness, smiles, and appearance continue to be excellent, just like last year. This is a Hotel I would like to use again when visiting Niseko.

    Niseko Delightful Journey

My stay at Skye Niseko was very satisfying. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, especially a Chinese-speaking staff member who kindly reminded us multiple times about the bus schedule back to Sapporo—much appreciated. The room was very comfortable, with a beautiful view of Mount Yotei from the window. The European-style bread and ice cream at the deli & cafe were particularly delicious, and the hotel breakfast was also quite good. Overall, it was a delightful summer getaway. I would love to return here for another vacation if given the chance.

    Highly satisfied

From the moment we stepped into the room, our family was amazed by its spaciousness and luxury. We were able to enjoy a relaxing and indulgent time. This accommodation became one of the most memorable highlights of our 3-night, 4-day trip. The room was equipped with cooking utensils and appliances, which was very convenient. I was especially grateful to be able to iron my blouse that had become wrinkled in my suitcase. We also appreciated being able to reserve multiple private onsens, showing your thoughtful consideration. However, while using a private onsen with the door locked, we heard someone trying to turn the doorknob from outside as if attempting to enter. After finishing our bath and stepping out, there was a man standing in front of the door waiting, which was quite frightening. It might have been due to staff not being present at that time for guidance or clarification; however, it would be better if there were some indication like "In Use" displayed during usage for improvement. All staff members greeted us with warm smiles throughout our stay; their hospitality left a great impression on us. The meals were delicious, and we captured stunning photos of Mount Yotei's breathtaking scenery—creating unforgettable memories. Thank you very much!

    Summer in Niseko

I stayed for one night. Parking is available near the hotel. It seems that many international guests stay here. I was a bit disappointed that the welcome drink, which I heard used to include beer, now only offered something like fruit-infused water. Additionally, there was a special accommodation benefit allowing for a late check-out by one hour, but due to miscommunication or misunderstanding of the explanation, I ended up checking out at the regular time. I wish this had been explained more clearly as I would have liked to relax longer. The cleaning staff were somewhat noisy in the hallway as they gathered and chatted near the doors. However, wearing comfortable loungewear provided by the accommodation made my stay pleasant inside the facility. The bath area was quite small and crowded but still enjoyable. The staff stationed near the bath were very polite and attentive. They also seemed to offer items for children. The restaurant served a course meal in the evening and a buffet in the morning—both were delicious and beautifully presented; I'd love to eat there again! It would be nice if they offered an all-you-can-drink option since beer prices are high. All of the staff members had warm smiles and were wonderful throughout my stay. Being able to move around comfortably in loungewear was also convenient for me during my visit here. Overall, it feels like a youthful accommodation with great energy—I’d love to stay again if given another opportunity!

    The bathroom was disappointing.

The lack of an outdoor bath and the uncomfortably high temperature in the dressing room due to no air conditioning were negative points. However, the Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious.

    The penthouse Room is excellent.

Stayed in the penthouse for two nights during Golden Week. It was a quiet atmosphere, possibly because it was the off-season in Niseko and there were no foreign visitors around. The room had very high ceilings, was spacious, and incredibly stylish! However, the Onsen is only available as an outdoor open-air bath, which is completely visible from various angles unless you wear a swimsuit. The neighboring penthouse, rooms below the penthouse next door, and condos on the opposite side all have clear views of it. When I asked Hotel staff about this concern, they suggested wearing a gown close to the bathtub if needed... but honestly, even with partitions in place, what's visible remains visible! We couldn't fully relax in the open-air bath due to this issue; only men ended up using it amidst an awkward tension. It would have been great if there were an Onsen inside our room instead since women who couldn’t use the outdoor bath felt like they missed out. I wonder if foreign guests never raised concerns about this visibility issue before? Additionally, while there’s a dedicated parking space for penthouse guests, there are no reserved seats at breakfast venues. During busy times you may need to wait or be seated at cramped tables. Some dishes weren’t replenished promptly either—this part was disappointing.

A stay you'll want to repeat!

The room was wonderful with both a great view and excellent comfort, allowing us to enjoy an exceptional time. The kitchen and laundry were equipped with high-grade appliances, making them very convenient to use—highly recommended for a Multiple Night Stay. Instead of a buffet, delicious meals were served in appropriate portions with great care, which was very satisfying. The desserts at both dinner and breakfast were the best we've ever had among any Hotel we've stayed at. The staff members were cheerful and pleasant as well.

    First Summer in Niseko

Thank you for providing such a luxurious experience. It was our first time visiting Niseko in the summer, and we were delighted with the spacious and open room, which had a unique charm different from the Onsen Ryokans we usually visit. My parents were very satisfied and happy as well! We also enjoyed using the complimentary private bath, which felt truly indulgent. All of your staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided excellent service, for which we are deeply grateful. Thank you so much for taking care of us during our stay!

    Sky Penthouse

Stayed for two consecutive years. I usually stay at international chain Hotels, but the excellence of this place is evident the moment you open the Room door. The spacious entrance is truly impressive. The open-air bath is large enough to comfortably fit four adults, and having such a spacious balcony with this size bath is rare! It's an experience you can only have here. The Room itself is very spacious with high ceilings, making it feel absolutely wonderful. However, the open-air bath in this Room can be overlooked from the neighboring building despite some partitions, which feels a bit embarrassing. Last year, I stayed in a south-facing Room on the ski resort side with views of Mt. Yotei and expected the same this time, but ended up in a north-facing ski resort view Room instead—quite disappointing. While Mt. Yotei can be seen from one corner of the balcony, having a good view really matters! The photos showed Mt. Yotei visible from inside the living area; I recommend confirming when booking if that's important to you. The first-floor "Kumo" restaurant serves excellent food! We opted for a lighter dinner course that exceeded expectations both in taste and value—it was surprisingly delicious! Breakfast was also fantastic with unlimited salmon roe toppings and more. In summer Niseko has limited dining options, but this restaurant alone makes me want to come back just for dinner—it’s that good!

    This was our second ...

This was our second stay following last year. Last year, there was a welcome drink, but this year there wasn't. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite for three people. A portable bed was placed in the living room, and the twin beds in the separate room were uncomfortably narrow, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The living room only had lace curtains, indicating that it wasn’t originally designed for sleeping arrangements. The person who slept in the living room woke up early due to bright sunlight streaming in. As for dinner, while it might be sufficient for those with smaller appetites and had an elegant presentation with plates and such, the portion size was disappointing. We stayed here to celebrate a special occasion but felt sad as no acknowledgment of this was made during our stay. We chose a "no view" room category; however, even so, the window scenery left much to be desired. Last year's experience was so good that I recommended it to others; unfortunately, after this visit, I don't think we will return again.

The Room with a view of Mount Yotei is wonderful.

I think it's a cost-effective hotel with direct access to the ski resort, an onsen, and a view of Mt. Yotei. The breakfast was also plentiful with a wide variety. The room only had heating and no air conditioning, with only small windows, so I think it would be extremely hot in the summer. I stayed in October, but in the morning, the room temperature rose significantly just from the sunlight, and it was hot.

    It was a bit disappointing.

I have been using this place every winter and was satisfied, so I visited this summer. I thought it was highly reliable, but there was a mite problem... While sleeping on the futon, my feet started to itch, and at first, I thought it was due to dryness. However, when I woke up in the morning, I saw a white transparent-looking bug walking on the sheets, so I realized it was a mite. My skin also turned red, and I wanted to change rooms, but I heard it was fully booked, so I endured it. I feel disappointed, wondering if the room I happened to stay in was one that wasn't used often. Since my impression from previous visits was good, this stay left me with mixed feelings.
