    A Long-Awaited Family Trip

    We stayed here for a family trip. The room on the top floor had a great view, and we were able to relax comfortably. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The freshly baked bread at breakfast the next day was delicious. Lastly, the staff left a very good impression with their excellent service. We would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    Excellent

    Although I am not the reserver, I reserved Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower for my child due to their plans. Initially, we were supposed to reserve the Sky King Club Lounge, but since they said they didn’t need breakfast or lounge access, we chose a room without those options. However, on the day of accommodation, they decided they needed breakfast and lounge access after all and added them at their own expense. It seems both the room and the lounge/breakfast were great! Next time, the reserver themselves will visit in September. Looking forward to it!

    It was a very good H...

    It was a very good Hotel. I would consider staying again. Two points of concern were that the sound from the toilet in the Room could be heard in the guest room, and the buffet was not very impressive. Other than that, I think it is an excellent Hotel.

    Great place to stay.

    I booked this Hotel for a one-night stay due to an event on that day. Just one station away from Nagoya Station, the Hotel offers a peaceful and open environment, perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended for business trips or simple overnight stays. The night view is also beautiful. The dinner buffet happened to not suit my taste during my visit, which slightly lowered my rating, but I believe it would be excellent at other times. Although the pillows were surely cleaned, they had an odor similar to what I’ve experienced in some overseas hotels—like an aging smell—which was unpleasant. Providing pillow spray rentals would be a great improvement.

    I had a relaxing stay this time as well.

    This was my third stay. There were no Twin Rooms available, so I stayed in a Double Room this time, but the bed size was perfectly fine for a comfortable rest. As always, coming from nearby Gifu, my purpose for staying is to relax in the lounge without going anywhere else. Once again, I was able to fully unwind during this visit. The matcha Mont Blanc in the lounge was delicious, and I also enjoyed the luxurious night-time offerings like salmon, cheese, and mussels. Thank you for the wonderful treats! The welcoming staff and counter staff provided excellent service as always. The lounge staff were familiar faces from previous stays, which made me smile to myself. Breakfast remained consistently delicious as well. I look forward to staying again when I want another relaxing getaway!

    Stunning view

    Although it is a bit inconvenient as you need to take one station from Nagoya Station, the location was quiet and pleasant. The view from the restroom on the front floor was stunning. The view from the Room was also amazing, and despite being compact, it was clean and very comfortable. The only disappointment was finding a used slipper (possibly left by the previous guest) on the floor when entering the Room. Thanks to the Diamond privilege, I could extend my checkout time until 2:00 PM, allowing me to relax in my Room after sightseeing before departure. The ReFa hair dryer was excellent as well. I would love to stay here again!

    Excellent value for money.

    Highly recommended if you have a car, considering the service, view, and price. The fitness gym only has treadmills, but this is not a drawback.

    Neither good nor bad.

    We stayed as a family of three. At check-in, the front desk staff seemed to be a new employee and appeared quite unsure. While we initially thought, "Everyone starts somewhere!" and looked on kindly, their wrinkled shirt collar, slouched posture, lack of smile, and quiet voice gave an impression that they might not yet be ready for customer service. Out of the three card keys we received, two did not work. The Room was relatively new and nice; however, the bed linens felt slightly damp. Additionally, since there was no changing area in the bathroom, my son felt embarrassed. Breakfast was reasonably tasty with various local Nagoya specialties to enjoy. Although our table in the lounge area was a bit far from where food was served due to full seating elsewhere, it was quiet and pleasant overall.

    The view is spectacular.

    The view from the window is absolutely stunning, and you could spend hours just gazing at it. Other highlights include: 1) If you need additional amenities, you can request them online, and they will be delivered to your door at your specified time. 2) The magnifying mirror on the wall in addition to the sink mirror was very convenient to use. It might have been helpful if there were clearer and larger signs for the elevator that goes directly from the parking lot to the Hotel lobby.

    First Stay

    This was my first time staying at this accommodation as I hadn't had the chance before. Thank you for preparing a nice room for me; I was able to relax during my stay. The staff were efficient and attentive, which made the experience very pleasant. Overall, I was satisfied, but there are a few points I'd like to mention personally: First, while making phone calls in the room, the signal was poor and kept disconnecting multiple times (for reference, I use Docomo; I'm not sure about other carriers). Also, it was a bit disappointing that there were no bathrobes provided at this class of accommodation. The Club Lounge had fewer options for drinks and food compared to other hotels. It would also be great if breakfast could be served in the lounge for those who have access to it, rather than only in the restaurant. I apologize for comparing with other hotels and thank you again for your hospitality. If I have another opportunity to stay here in the future, I'll look forward to it!

    The view is spectacular.

    The view from the top floor was absolutely stunning. The in-room dining options, such as steak and pizza, were also delicious. This Hotel is perfect for a discreet getaway. It would have been amazing to enjoy the scenery while soaking in the bath, but perhaps that design wasn't approved?

    It was the best stay!

    Both the facilities and services were highly satisfying. Skincare amenities by Mikimoto, showerhead, hairdryer, and iron by ReFa were all excellent. The view from the Room was stunning, making for a wonderful stay!

    Looks great.

    The overall cleanliness of the Room was lacking, with trash on the carpet and hair on the bed, which was unpleasant. A right-opening refrigerator was installed inside a left-opening door, making it inconvenient. Perhaps due to this mismatch, many guests might have tried to open the refrigerator incorrectly, causing it to wobble and feel unstable. This was uncomfortable. The battery cover of the provided clock was missing, which diminished the Hotel experience for me. The view from the Room's window overlooked train tracks; this might be enjoyable for young boys who like trains. The breakfast buffet had delicious gelato and hitsumabushi that were very impressive.

    We highly recommend the Club Lounge!

    Last time, I chose a Plan that included access to the Club Lounge. The quality was excellent, and I highly recommend it! The Room had an amazing view that provided a sense of escape from everyday life, and I was very satisfied. Previously, I noticed stains and odors on the bathroom (toilet and sink) floors, but this time the toilet floor in my Room was waterproofed, which gave it a clean feel—much appreciated. However, while overall Room design is important, I think it would be better if the bathroom area or sink floor were also waterproofed or equipped with large absorbent bath mats. The standard thin bath mat felt insufficient as stepping out of the shower to dry off or blow-dry hair left the carpet damp or caused hair to fall onto it—this slightly affected my comfort. It would be great if this could be improved!

    To conclude the year

    We stayed at the accommodation last year-end and were extremely satisfied as a family, so we made a reservation quite early this year. Just like last year, we relaxed in the club lounge, strolled around Nagoya city, and indulged in the luxury of falling asleep while enjoying the night view. My husband loved the financiers available at your lounge the most, my son enjoyed various cheeses, my daughter adored Mont Blanc desserts, and I cherished non-alcoholic champagne—perfect rewards for a year of hard work. We hope to use your accommodation again next year to toast together with smiles as a family. Thank you very much for taking care of us during such a busy time at the end of the year.

    The club lounge was generous.

    Stayed for the first time in 5 years and had a wonderful Hotel stay. The front desk staff provided clear and pleasant explanations, making it the best experience with front desk service recently. At the Club Lounge, I enjoyed welcome sweets along with a variety of other desserts. The cocktail time was also impressive with a great selection of dishes and sweets. Serving pie soup at the lounge was a delightful surprise! Breakfast included unique dishes not found in other Hotels, making it an enjoyable start to the day. The most surprising feature was the automatic pancake maker! My favorite point about the Room was the laundry basket provided. I didn’t use any amenities as I brought my own, but they seemed to have bamboo-based items prepared thoughtfully. The 70m² Room I used to stay in has become too expensive now, but this time’s 32.8m² Room was more than sufficient for me. It was such an excellent experience that I immediately made my next Reservation after this stay! Thank you very much!

    For those who love high floors and night views, this is a must.

    Due to being busy, I apologize for the delay in posting the review. Since all the rooms are on high floors, the view (especially the night view) is amazing, and I find myself staying at this hotel whenever I visit Nagoya. This time, I stayed in a room on the top floor, so the night view felt even more beautiful. (I recommend the slightly larger corner room) I also use the lounge every time, and the seasonal Mont Blanc was very delicious. The response from the staff, starting with the front desk, was very good, and I am already looking forward to staying again next time.

    The view is great, the food is excellent, and the relaxation is top-notch, making it a very enjoyable Hotel. You will definitely want to come back. On sunny days, you can enjoy the pleasant view and relax at your leisure. There is a wide variety of drinks to choose from easily. The welcome cake was superb.

    I was satisfied.

    Perhaps because the holiday and the following day were weekdays, or because the New Year's holidays had just ended, there were fewer people than expected, allowing us to relax. The lounge was comfortable, and we stayed there for a long time, but it was dark by the window due to the lack of lighting, so it would have been nice to have a lamp. It was a bit disappointing that there was no sake or shochu among the alcoholic beverages. The Room had no walls between the washbasin and the dressing area, so it would have been nice to have a partition. However, the evening buffet and the meals in the lounge were very delicious. We enjoyed watching trains from the train-view Room and relaxed while gazing at the Nakagawa Canal from the toilet. The shampoo and conditioner in the bath had a pleasant fragrance and feel. The Hollywood twin beds were also very comfortable to sleep in. Overall, it was so enjoyable that I would like to visit again. Although I live in Nagoya City, I experienced a relaxing trip.

    It was good.

    I used this place during the New Year holidays three years ago and had a comfortable stay, so I decided to use it again this year. Expecting it to be crowded due to the holiday season, I noticed some improvements compared to three years ago, making my stay even more comfortable. Although there were many people waiting to check in, there was a system that allowed us to see our waiting number and how many groups were ahead of us on our smartphones. While waiting, there were drink services, and it seemed like more chairs were added in the lobby, so I didn't feel like I waited long. I thought the club lounge might be too crowded to relax, but the atmosphere was pleasant, and I was able to unwind comfortably. The staff here were experienced and friendly, even when it was busy. I was able to spend a relaxing time with my family. I would like to use this place again if I can take time off during the New Year holidays.

    It was good.

    The view from the window was great, and the cleaning was thorough, making it a wonderful hotel. However, it was my fault, but I missed breakfast because I overslept, even though I had made a reservation with breakfast included. It would be more considerate if you could contact the room when there is a reservation but the guest does not show up at the dining area. My self-management is the biggest issue, though. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Luxury

    This is my second stay, with my family. The staff, cleanliness, air conditioning in the Facility, amenities, and night view are excellent... Also, the breakfast, which is a morning delight, is delicious in both Japanese and Western styles, and I tend to overeat. The menu has a Nagoya feel. It is the perfect place as an oasis for the heart.
