    A conveniently located Hotel with beautiful night views

    It was a very clean and convenient Hotel. It is family-friendly for guests with children and has a luxurious feel. For breakfast, I was happy to enjoy Nagoya specialties such as hitsumabushi and miso katsu. The gelato was also very delicious. At night, we could see fireworks. The night view was also very beautiful. During the day, you can see many trains, so this Hotel is also recommended for train lovers.

    My Daughter’s Birthday Trip

    This trip was to take our daughter, who is turning two, to the Nagoya Anpanman Museum, and this was our third stay at the Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower. She really loved the city views and trains from the high floor, and the Room was clean, so we were able to enjoy a wonderful time together as a family. When we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!!

    The view is amazing.

    I’m a local. It was a corner Room, and it was amazing both day and night. It reminded me that Nagoya’s night view is not to be underestimated. The lounge was also very comfortable— wonderful. I’ll visit again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first stay here. I stayed with Club Lounge access, and I was very satisfied with the drinks and food in the lounge. The only issue was that the air conditioning was too strong and it felt cold. When I requested a blanket, it was provided promptly, which really helped. The guest room was compact but very functional, and having a separate bath and toilet with a spacious bathroom allowed me to relax in the tub. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. I just wish there had been desserts like mini cakes. Overall, I was very satisfied, and it’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    We stayed as a group...

    We stayed as a group of four: a 1.5-year-old, a 7-year-old, and two adults. - Rates: Children of elementary school age and under can use Child Sharing Existing Bedding for free, and there was no buffet charge for our 1.5-year-old, so it felt like an excellent value. - Room: From the moment we entered, we noticed an unpleasant smell—possibly from the air conditioning or humidity. We also saw quite a few noticeable stains on the floor. The Room seemed well cleaned overall, but the number of stains made it look less tidy than it actually was. The view from the Room was wonderful—we enjoyed the night skyline and a beautiful sunrise early in the morning. You can see far across Nagoya, which was really exciting! The in-room bath was spacious enough to relax comfortably. We were also happy that both the shower head and hair dryer were ReFa. - Dining: We used the dinner and breakfast buffets. Both offered a wide variety with high quality in each dish—overall, a very satisfying buffet experience. There were also many items that were easy to share with our 1.5-year-old (grilled vegetables, meatballs, edamame, fries, cherry tomatoes, tofu, fruit, etc.), which we really appreciated. For adults as well: dinner had great appetizers, steak, and time-limited pasta; breakfast featured Nagoya specialties such as hitsumabushi and chicken wings, plus made-to-order omelets cooked on the spot—all very enjoyable. Gelato was available at both dinner and breakfast too, and it was delicious.

    The best Accommodation

    After a business trip to another prefecture, I came to Nagoya. I stayed for two nights three years ago and everything was comfortable, so this time I returned and made a Reservation at this Hotel without hesitation. I was offered an upgrade and stayed for two nights on the top 36th floor in a Premium Junior Suite King (Nagoya Station side). There were two of us (a child and me), but we booked as two adults rather than Child Sharing Existing Bedding because meals and other items would incur additional charges. The Room was incredibly spacious, and my child was thrilled! Even when we went out, we couldn’t wait to get back to the Hotel Room—it was that comfortable, and we had the happiest time. If I could make one request, I would have liked to watch streaming services such as Prime Video (with my own subscription) in the Room. We also had breakfast and dinner included for both nights, so we were able to enjoy the Wednesday-only butter-grilled abalone, which we both loved. However, on the second day the menu other than the abalone was exactly the same, so it would have been nice if there were even small changes every other day. I had planned to buy LEGOLAND tickets through Asoview!, but instead purchased them at the Hotel front desk. We were able to buy them at a discount and also received a LEGO minifigure as a gift. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an exceptionally comfortable stay—I can’t express enough gratitude (tears). We plan to visit Nagoya again next year, and I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again.

    My daughter’s family...

    My daughter’s family, who were back home for a visit, said they found it very comfortable, including the view from the window. I have stayed here before myself, which is why I recommended it this time. If I have another chance to visit Nagoya, I will definitely stay again.

    I don’t like capsule coffee.

    Please provide drip coffee in the Room (pour-over with hot water). Capsule coffee is too strong and does not allow for a relaxing coffee time. I do not drink espresso.

    My expectations were too high.

    It was a girls’ get-together for three. At the last minute, one person couldn’t join due to feeling unwell, so we called the Hotel. Since it was prepaid, I won’t mention the price, but I assumed the Room would be set up for two guests. However, an extra rollaway bed was still left in place, so the Room felt just as cramped as before, which was disappointing. Breakfast had a good variety and featured many Nagoya specialties—which makes sense given the location—but everything tasted quite heavily seasoned, which was also disappointing.

    Maybe it’s only the view.

    I stayed here for the first time because Marriott properties have been mostly city-view lately. The view was great, but the sub-front desk on the first floor felt quiet and lacking. I wish the Club Level breakfast had been separated from the regular breakfast.

    A Luxurious Solo Trip to Nagoya

    This time, I was finally able to stay in the popular Nagoya Station View room I had been hoping for. The view from the 34th floor was amazing, and I enjoyed the scenery while making coffee with the coffee machine. It rained at night, so the night view was a bit disappointing. From the moment I arrived at the front desk on the 31st floor, the Hotel’s atmosphere was wonderful—it felt like a castle in the sky. The atrium was also breathtaking. I loved the room design that made me feel as if I were up in the clouds. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and it was especially comfortable that the washbasin area is completely separate as well. It is also directly connected to Sasashima-raibu Station, so I could get there without getting wet in the rain. For breakfast, I enjoyed a buffet at “Tenku” on the 31st floor. Everything was delicious and very satisfying—from local Nagoya specialties like omelets with Hatcho miso sauce cooked by a chef, hitsumabushi, and miso katsu, to homemade gelato. The weather was clear that day, and I could see a beautiful blue sky from my seat. This is a highly recommended Hotel—please do try staying here at least once!

    A Relaxing Hotel Stay

    On the last day of the holiday weekend, I was able to enjoy a relaxing, luxurious space and time with my elderly mother. It was my first time using the club lounge, so I was excited and a little nervous, but we truly enjoyed the changing views throughout the day, along with the drinks and sweets—it was a very satisfying Hotel stay. The only slight disappointment was that although I had heard about the Mont Blanc from the front desk staff, no one around us seemed to be having it, so I assumed it had already ended. Looking back, I wish I had asked a staff member later (haha). Still, my mother enjoyed it so much that it simply became something to look forward to next time. She especially loved the wonderful view from our Room—relaxing on the sofa by the window while watching the Shinkansen and other trains come and go—so I’m really glad I decided to bring her. The breakfast buffet the next morning was also great; we were guided to a window-side seat with a beautiful view, and with such a wide variety of dishes, we both ended up eating far too much. This trip also doubled as celebrations for Mother’s Day and her 88th birthday (Beiju), and since I’m also a mother myself, I was able to relax and feel refreshed as well. Thank you very much. Now that I know we can have such a wonderful time without traveling far, I would definitely like to stay again.

    The corner Room offered a wonderful panoramic view.

    I was very satisfied with the view from the Room and how comfortable the club lounge was. However, considering the Room grade, the amenities were somewhat disappointing. The refrigerator had only one bottle of water per person. Also, for breakfast on both days, we were not seated by the window, which was disappointing. Still, because of that view, if I have the chance I would like to stay again in a Room with a different angle.

    Air conditioning performance may vary by area.

    From around 11:00 PM for about two hours, the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was so hot that I woke up. It didn’t happen at other times, though… Otherwise, I think it’s a wonderful Hotel with nothing to complain about.

    Traveling with an Elderly Mother

    I stayed here with my elderly mother, and the staff promptly and kindly arranged a wheelchair and taxi, which made our stay very comfortable. The front desk staff spoke slowly with a warm smile, making everything easy to understand and very pleasant. Since all Rooms are on the upper floors, the night view was beautiful, and everything felt clean and well maintained. The bathroom has a separate washing area, so you can relax in the bath—great for families as well. The breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of both Japanese and Western dishes. The desserts were also outstanding, with several kinds of gelato—everything was delicious and very satisfying.

    Everything is excellent in every way.

    I’ve probably stayed here more than 10 times in total, and I think everything is perfect—the Room, housekeeping, cleanliness, interior design, and the staff’s service. I visit Nagoya a few times a year for work or sightseeing, and this Accommodation is my only choice. I’m looking forward to my next stay. Just one request—since I often stay with children and there are quite a few young kids at the breakfast buffet as well, I’d be happy if there were even a small selection of kid-friendly foods. For example: yakisoba noodles, pasta, hamburg steak patties, fried chicken (karaage), or rice seasoning (furikake).

    I stayed for two nights and had a very comfortable time. Everything was wonderful, but the breakfast was the only part that fell a bit short. As last time, I was disappointed to find one unfriendly male staff member in the restaurant. It’s a small thing, but I would like you to improve the issue of water being left in the iron from the previous use.

    Truly heavenly

    The view from the Corner Twin Room was amazing. The lounge was quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable, but the Nagoya Station view made me want to go back to my Room even more. The next morning I took a walk to Takashimaya, and thanks to IKYU’s Diamond benefits, checkout was at 1:00 p.m., so I was able to relax in my Room for a while, then have tea in the lounge at the end—an indulgent Hotel stay.

    We received the warmest, best hospitality.

    I chose this Hotel for the night view. The night view was even more stunning than I had imagined, but even more than that, I was truly moved by the thoughtful care I received at check-in and check-out. The service was so attentive and kind from start to finish that it honestly felt like it might have been the first time I’d ever experienced such considerate hospitality. The Room was not only great for the night view, but also very clean overall; the indirect lighting was relaxing, and the amenities were excellent. Having cleansing products available was especially appreciated. I also used the lounge. It was such a comfortable space that I visited many times. Since I booked a Plan with breakfast, I enjoyed that as well. There were Nagoya-style dishes, and everything was delicious. This was my first stay at a Prince-affiliated Hotel, and the hospitality was outstanding, so if I have a chance to visit Nagoya again, I will of course stay at this Hotel, and even when traveling elsewhere, if there is a Prince-affiliated Hotel available, I would like to stay there too. It truly became a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

    It was a lovely Room.

    We stayed as a family. The wet area (bathroom and vanity) and minibar area can be separated from the bedroom with sliding doors. The wet area was very spacious, and in addition to a double-basin sink there was a makeup corner with a stool, so after our child fell asleep we could leave the lights on in that area, boil water to make tea, and read at the makeup corner without worrying. It’s an unusual layout, but it was functional. The Room was also spacious and clean, and we felt it was a great Room we would like to stay in again. The sweets and cakes served in the lounge were generally quite sweet, and the only savory snack option was nuts. We were also a bit disappointed that the coffee machine couldn’t make milk-based drinks such as café lattes. Cocktail time offered a limited selection—cold meats, cheese, and some fruit. There were few staff in the lounge and it was self-service, which made it easy to relax at our own pace. Breakfast was extremely crowded and didn’t feel very relaxing; for example, steamed rice wasn’t replenished promptly. However, we enjoyed trying local dishes such as kishimen noodles and hitsumabushi. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
