    Accommodation for Two Families

    I stayed at the accommodation to attend a relative's wedding. The room was very convenient for accommodating two households. Since my grandchild is a toddler, I ordered various supplies, and the prompt and kind response was very helpful. I arrived by taxi but returned to Nagoya Station by train, and the access was excellent. I would like to use this accommodation again.

    Family Trip to LEGOLAND

    We stayed at the accommodation on the day we visited Legoland. The buffet dinner we added at the last minute was delicious, and from the room, we could watch bullet trains and various other trains, which our child enjoyed. We would like to stay here again when visiting Legoland.

    Sky Hotel!

    This is my third stay at this accommodation. At check-in, the front desk staff said, "Thank you for always staying with us," which made me happy. I think my last stay was about a year ago! When I opened the door and entered the room, it felt like being in the sky! You can enjoy an amazing view. The room is not particularly spacious, but the bath and toilet are separate, and there is a washing area in the bathroom. It’s a very comfortable hotel to stay at. I will definitely use this accommodation whenever I visit Nagoya.

    A Hotel with Great Views and a Relaxing Atmosphere

    I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Although it was a short visit due to my busy sightseeing schedule, I wished I could have stayed longer. - The view from the room was excellent, and I could see the Shinkansen clearly. The night view was also beautiful. (The train noise did not bother me, and I slept soundly.) - Being directly connected to the station was convenient, yet the hotel itself was quiet and allowed for a restful stay. - There were convenience stores and drugstores on the first floor of the building where the hotel is located, which was very handy. - Breakfast offered many Nagoya specialties to enjoy, and the dinner buffet was luxurious as well. - Inquiries regarding accommodation were handled with great care and politeness.

    Mother-Daughter Nagoya Trip

    I stayed here during a trip to Nagoya and Toba with my mother in her late 70s. We arrived in Nagoya much earlier than the check-in time, but they kindly stored our two suitcases and even placed them in the Room beforehand, which was very helpful. The Room was on the 35th floor. It was beautifully maintained, had a fantastic view, ample space to relax, and I enjoyed delicious beer while admiring the night view. The bed's firmness was comfortable, and there were two types of pillows with different heights and firmness provided. The bath amenities were excellent; the ReFa showerhead and bathtub that retained heat well made for a very relaxing experience. The hairdryer was also by ReFa, and there was a coffee machine with capsule coffee—very convenient! If I may add one suggestion: it would be great if there were more female-oriented amenities like cleansing cream. Breakfast was served buffet-style. There were plenty of Nagoya specialties available, all of which were delicious—hitsumabushi (eel rice), miso katsu (miso pork cutlet), desserts, bakery items—you name it! The staff at the front desk provided excellent service with warm smiles. I would love to stay here again if I visit Nagoya in the future!

    Couple's Trip

    This is my second time staying here as I often visit Nagoya. Since my first stay, both my spouse and I have been very impressed. The reception service, room, amenities, and everything else are impeccable at this hotel. Especially the bathroom with a washing area, separate toilet and sink, and magnifying mirror. Whenever I visit Nagoya, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

    The view is spectacular.

    We stayed for two nights as a family. The rooms are located on the 32nd floor and above, offering an amazing view. We chose this place because the bathroom and toilet are separate, but there was no chair or bucket in the bathroom. Having at least a chair would be helpful for elderly guests. Amenities were provided, but oddly, there was no shower cap, so you’ll need to bring your own. Unfortunately, the meals were disappointing—the rice tasted like imported rice and was not good, with limited variety overall. Additionally, cups were made of plastic, which was underwhelming. However, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby where you can get food instead if needed.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The Hotel was as beautiful as shown in the pictures on the introduction page. The club lounge offered a spacious area with dim lighting, creating a relaxing atmosphere, and there was a wide variety of drinks to enjoy. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It would have been even better if there was a chair in the bathroom, but it’s definitely a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    New and clean Hotel

    The Hotel itself is absolutely flawless. The building is new, everything feels brand-new. The Room is very clean, and the view is fantastic. It offers a stay that anyone can enjoy. The only drawback is the access. It’s a bit far to walk from Nagoya Station, so you’ll need to either take a taxi each time or ride a train for one stop at 15-minute intervals. Additionally, it’s located away from bustling areas like Sakae and further from the city center, which might be inconvenient for some. If access isn’t an issue for you, this Hotel comes highly recommended.

    Everything except the meals was excellent.

    The Room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The night view was also beautiful. Perhaps because it was a weekday, the Hotel was quiet and had a great environment. However, I deducted points due to the breakfast being extremely disappointing. Honestly, even breakfasts at Business Hotels seem to put in more effort and offer tastier options. The front desk staff were friendly, but the breakfast staff lacked smiles and seemed robotic. While I don't expect them to be overly cheerful, couldn't they show just a bit more friendliness? It felt like such a waste of potential. The food was cold and seemed mostly like frozen items? I recommend having breakfast at a nearby café instead. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

    Not cleaned

    I had high expectations for this accommodation, but it was disappointing. Upon entering the room, I was shocked to find cookie crumbs and hair on the floor, indicating that it hadn't been vacuumed. The Diamond Member benefits were not provided unless I specifically asked for them, and the club lounge was also disappointing with no replenishment of evening fruits or cheese and very limited options. For nearly 50,000 yen, this experience is unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night with my elderly mother. The corner Room had an amazing view. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Thank you. However, there were no chairs or washbasins in the bathroom, which seemed to be a bit difficult for my elderly mother. For the price of this Room, I thought the refrigerator could have been stocked with more drinks and options. The club lounge also had a limited selection of items. As for the dinner buffet, while there was a wide variety of dishes, the taste was honestly underwhelming. At night, there were sounds and vibrations as if someone was running around somewhere, making it hard to fall asleep.

    Club Lounge & Breakfast

    This was my first 2-night, 3-day stay in Nagoya, and the accommodation itself was very clean. I stayed on the 36th floor, and the room was well-maintained, making my stay extremely comfortable. In the lounge, however, there were limited drink and snack options, and it was disappointing that there was only one type of beer available. Additionally, there were few lounge staff members, which resulted in slow cleanup service—this was unfortunate. As for breakfast, I felt that the variety of dishes could have been better; however, the taste was excellent. The hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice) in particular was especially delicious.

    Relax with friends at the Hotel

    This time, instead of a rushed stay, I enjoyed a relaxing hotel life with my friends. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we couldn't enjoy the view, but we made up for it by spending a leisurely time in the room. It was a bit disappointing that there wasn't much space to change clothes in the bathroom area of the room. The lounge had a great atmosphere and was very comfortable and lovely. However, I did notice that some dishes were left empty for quite some time... While discussing directions to tomorrow's destination in the lounge, one of the staff kindly brought us brochures and maps, which was very helpful. The front desk staff were also kind and provided excellent service with warm smiles. Thank you for taking care of us!

    Great views and excellent access, making it an ideal base.

    We stayed in a connecting room for two nights during the last week of August as a base for our late summer family trip to Ghibli Park. Even with six people, the room didn’t feel too cramped and was spacious enough to relax. However, we found it slightly inconvenient as there wasn’t enough space to enjoy light meals together in the room. The bathtub in the bathroom was larger than expected and very practical, which we appreciated. This time, we chose a no-meal Plan, but next time, we hope to make better use of the Hotel by including dining at their restaurant. (Feedback) On our first night, I informed the front desk that one person would be leaving on the second night and requested that one bed be removed from our room. While they acknowledged this request at check-in, it wasn’t communicated properly to housekeeping staff as nothing had been changed when we returned to our room on the second day. Considering this is a reputable Hotel, I hope such communication issues will be addressed more thoroughly in the future.

    Stayed here for the first time.

    This was my first stay. The hotel's lobby, hallways, and room interiors were stunning. The room offered a breathtaking view and provided a sense of escape from the ordinary. However, the Hida beef shabu-shabu course, priced at just under 12,000 yen per person, had delicious meat but the rice porridge and dessert resembling almond tofu were not enjoyable at all. Additionally, despite requesting the birthday plate to be served after dessert as a surprise, the waiter stood in front of us with it when we checked in at the restaurant. It ruined the surprise and was truly disappointing. The bathroom in the room lacked a chair, and due to its design, the body towel did not lather properly at all. While customer service was excellent as expected from Prince Hotel staff, certain aspects reminded me that it is still just another Prince Hotel after all.

    Great ambiance

    We made a reservation for two women to relax at the hotel. The staff at check-in were quite young, but their professional service was very soothing. The room had an unfamiliar layout without a dressing area, but the bathtub and washing area were spacious and clean, and the toilet was also large and comfortable. The lounge had a great atmosphere, making it enjoyable even without going out anywhere. It was a hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

    Stunning view!

    The view of intersecting trains and cars was mesmerizing and could be watched endlessly. Stepping outside, you’ll find convenience stores, drugstores, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I chose this Hotel for its separate bath and toilet facilities, which turned out to be an excellent decision. I tried the buffet for both dinner and breakfast, but I highly recommend the breakfast. Featuring Nagoya specialties, it truly lived up to the Prince name! The hospitality was outstanding as well—I loved it so much that I’d choose this Hotel again when visiting Nagoya… or even visit Nagoya just to stay at this Hotel!

    The view was beautif...

    The view was beautiful, and the facility was well-equipped. However, the humidity in the room was unbearable and uncomfortable. At the dinner buffet, after being guided to our table, my child wanted to see trains, so we checked for availability at a window-side seat but were told it was fully booked. Later, we were informed that one seat was actually available and that we could move to a window-side seat for an additional fee of 1,000 yen per person. We declined as we didn’t want to pay extra just to change seats. It felt strange that they initially said it was fully booked but then offered a paid option for changing seats—this left us with some distrust. If not for this incident, it would have been a nice hotel with clean surroundings and average staff service overall.

    This Hotel...

    First of all, everything was excellent—the staff, the Facility, and more. It may be because I hadn't stayed at such a Hotel for decades since having children, but I was particularly impressed by the front desk staff. Despite being young, their demeanor reflected high quality, which was an experience I hadn't had in a long time. I chose this Hotel looking forward to using the lounge, and it turned out to be absolutely the right decision. During tea time, my children couldn't stop eating treats like matcha Mont Blanc and financiers (which they usually don't prefer), even asking for seconds immediately—it must have been incredibly delicious. Meanwhile, adults enjoyed sparkling wine leisurely during the day. Since it was a weekday, the lounge wasn't crowded; we could relax quietly and my wife was very satisfied as well. After dinner, we visited again to enjoy drinks while admiring the night view from a high floor in a serene atmosphere—it was refreshing and made for an excellent time. The only slight disappointment was that breakfast service didn't seem to run smoothly. However, its content was wonderful; even though I wasn't feeling well that morning myself, it made me want to try it again next time. Lastly, being able to use the lounge after checkout allowed us to confirm our plans before departure—this level of service is something I've never experienced before at any other Hotel. It made our stay comfortable until the very end and left us extremely pleased. I chose this place because I love Tokyo Shiba's Prince Hotels—and once again Prince did not disappoint; it truly exceeded expectations! When staying in Nagoya next time as well—I will definitely return here!

    Clean and luxurious atmosphere. Equipped with a ReFa shower head, hair dryer, and illuminated mirror at the sink. Designed with features that delight women. The nearest station is on the Aonami Line; trains are infrequent, so plan accordingly. About a 10-minute walk from the guest rooms to the platform—checking schedules in advance will help. Taxi ride to Nagoya takes about 8 minutes and costs approximately 1,000 yen. There is a drugstore and convenience store within the building.

    Corner Room

    This was my first time staying here, recommended by a staff member who previously worked at the Prince Tower. I stayed in a corner room, and it was the best corner room I’ve ever experienced. My friend also agreed that they would love to stay here again. It was amazing! However, there was one issue—behind the shampoo bottle in the bathroom, I found used bath salt packaging left by a previous guest. It made me wonder if cleaning or inspection had been missed, which was a bit disappointing.
