We had a wonderful time on our trip to Kyoto.
The airport limousine bus stop and the passageway to the station’s north exit were both very close, which was very convenient. My wife loves watching the Shinkansen, and I think the view from the window was great as well. It was a little disappointing for us that it wasn’t an east-facing Room, and that the bathroom lighting was dim. The lobby chairs were very comfortable, and services such as coffee were excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We would like to stay again.

The Room you stayed in is a special one—the only Room in our Hotel where you can view the Shinkansen up close. We hope it became a memorable experience for her. Thank you as well for your valuable feedback regarding our east-facing Rooms and the bathroom lighting. While our east-facing Rooms do not offer views of the Shinkansen, they feature a wonderful panoramic view of Kyoto’s cityscape. We would be grateful if you would stay with us again on your next visit and enjoy a different side of Kyoto. Regarding the bathroom lighting, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
