We had a wonderful time on our trip to Kyoto.
The airport limousine bus stop and the passageway to the station’s north exit were both very close, which was very convenient. My wife loves watching the Shinkansen, and I think the view from the window was great as well. It was a little disappointing for us that it wasn’t an east-facing Room, and that the bathroom lighting was dim. The lobby chairs were very comfortable, and services such as coffee were excellent. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We would like to stay again.

While our east-facing Rooms do not offer views of the Shinkansen, they feature a wonderful panoramic view of Kyoto’s cityscape.
