    Thank you very much.

    We stayed at the accommodation to celebrate my wife's birthday. A handwritten birthday card was provided, which made her very happy. We brought along our two small children, and bed guards and children's amenities were prepared for us, which we greatly appreciated. This is definitely a hotel we would love to stay at again.

    A Hotel You'll Want to Stay at Again and Again

    This is my fourth stay this year. The interior was different from the previous room, which felt very refreshing. I am sensitive to noise and usually dislike staying at hotels, but I have never found this Hotel noisy and had another comfortable stay this time (you can hear some hallway noise, but it’s within an acceptable range). Its proximity to USJ and the separate toilet and bathroom are also appealing features. My friend who stayed with me said they want to stay at this Hotel again for our next trip and were very satisfied. The reception staff and all the Hotel staff were kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when visiting USJ next time!

    Family trip to Universal Studios with toddlers - Accommodation

    Overall, it was great. We stayed in a Family Room and could see Universal Studios from our room. However, I couldn't find the convenience store in the Hotel, and the directions were unclear, which was a bit disappointing. I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    Perfect location for visiting USJ.

    We stayed for one night and two days, visiting the Osaka Expo on the first day and USJ on the second. After the Osaka Expo, we had dinner at nearby facilities and did not use the Hotel's dining services. The Room was standard, but they had prepared a baby crib and toddler pajamas as requested in advance. Before heading to USJ, we checked out and left our luggage at the front desk. Upon returning, they gave stickers to our two children and greeted us warmly, which made them very happy. We would definitely like to stay here again!

    Conveniently located for visiting USJ.

    The main purpose of the reservation was for the Expo. It is convenient as it takes about 15 minutes by taxi from the Hotel to the Expo. I decided to change to a Multiple Night Stay at the last minute, but when I tried to rebook a Room, there were no vacancies. I managed to book one night through the official website, but it was disappointing that Diamond Member benefits were not available through IKYU.com while there were vacancies on the official site. Breakfast was a buffet at a Hawaiian-style restaurant. The taste wasn’t particularly great, possibly because there are many children in this area, but it wasn’t bad either. What surprised me most was the Facility in the Room. There were no charging outlets! Only old-style outlets that couldn’t be used for modern devices. The drinks provided included just one stick of coffee and one each of green tea and soup portions—not very generous offerings. Another surprise was that there was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom sink area! This is my first time staying at a Hotel without one. Since this is an official USJ Hotel, it might be sufficient for those who prioritize convenience for visiting USJ over luxurious Facilities or amenities—it’s very close and convenient if you’re heading to USJ. However, I missed out on trying their welcome drink as service ended at 6 PM—this seems too early!

    Much appreciated.

    Always a pleasure to stay here. The closest location to Universal Studios Japan is incredibly convenient, especially for tired bodies. The assistance during departure is also very helpful. Additionally, the welcome drink was a nice touch, and being offered another on the way out was refreshing after a long day. The Room setup with separate toilet and bath is much appreciated. A relaxing bath with provided bath salts truly hits the spot after an exhausting day. It would be great if staff were more informed about Universal Studios Japan updates, such as earlier-than-scheduled opening times (e.g., "Today it opened at XX:XX"). Thank you!

    The 21st floor offer...

    The 21st floor offered an amazing view of the park. The elevator had a great atmosphere, and the kids loved it. The access to USJ is excellent, so we would love to stay here again.

    I stayed here to visit the Expo!

    Stayed for 2 nights with a preschooler. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, and we were very satisfied. The amenities, including lotion, emulsion, and makeup remover already provided in the bathroom, were a nice touch! (In hotels without these items, I usually have to buy a travel set.) Check-out was smooth as it only required dropping the key in the box.

    Wi-Fi is extremely weak.

    - The Wi-Fi is exceptionally weak, to the point where even opening the Yahoo homepage is difficult. - At the restaurant's dinner buffet, service noticeably worsens after about three rounds of ordering steak or tempura. For example, when ordering "2 shrimp and 1 shishito pepper," I was asked to repeat it three times with an unpleasant attitude. My wife was served steak cut into three pieces, each about the size of a thumb. Other than that, it’s a very good Hotel.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    This is my second stay. I stayed with the same plan last time as well. The room was spacious and very comfortable. From this room, I could see a bit of the USJ park, which was great. However, I felt that the internet connection could be better. It would be nice if that could be improved.

    Calm and relaxing atmosphere

    I used this accommodation to visit Universal Studios Japan with a friend from Kobe. When I stayed here last December, I felt the friendliness of the front staff due to their polite and approachable demeanor, so I decided to stay again this time. Once again, I completed the check-in process in the morning and left my luggage, and their courteous service remained consistent, leaving a positive impression. The hotel has a calm atmosphere and is very clean. I would like to stay here again when visiting Universal Studios Japan in December.

    Everything except the internet connection is excellent.

    The closest location to USJ, discounts for nearby facilities, friendly staff, and interior design that aligns with the USJ theme make it a place you'll want to stay forever. Rooms are equipped with separate bath, toilet, and sink areas. Amenities and hairdryers provided are of high quality. I only tried breakfast this time, but it has significantly improved compared to my visit about four years ago. I highly recommend including breakfast in your stay. The only downside is the communication environment. The hotel's Wi-Fi is almost unusable; even loading a browser takes considerable time. During my New Year’s stay, there was a notice about "connection issues due to facility construction," but even without construction, the connection remains poor. If you inform the front desk, they can provide an in-room router and cable; however, this doesn't guarantee significant improvement. Connection quality may vary depending on the room's location. If connectivity issues persist and other rooms are available, they do accommodate room changes when possible. However, connection speed likely depends on hotel occupancy levels as well—streaming videos comfortably is difficult at best. Even regular web pages load slowly enough that reading e-books might be challenging too. Additionally worth noting: The hotel area still operates on 4G networks outside its premises—so connectivity struggles extend beyond just inside their walls! Other minor facility-related concerns include non-functional bidets near restaurant restrooms or refrigerators freezing beverages despite warnings explicitly stating otherwise ("not suitable storing frozen items"). Facility maintenance checks could definitely use improvement given these recurring small-scale inconveniences detract slightly from overall experience—but staff professionalism compensates somewhat! Despite shortcomings mentioned above regarding Facility management oversight specifically—it remains an excellent choice overall whenever planning trips visiting Universal Studios Japan again future stays likely anticipated!

    Stayed on the luxury floor.

    Last year, I stayed on a standard floor, but this time I stayed on the luxury floor. The Room didn't feel much different from last time. While amenities like shampoo were upgraded to L'Occitane, drinking water was self-service from the water dispenser on each floor. Hmm? Was it the water or the ice that tasted bad? It would have been nice to at least receive one complimentary bottle of water. Disappointing.

    A comfortable Hotel close to the park

    We visited Universal Studios Japan as a family from Tokyo. This was our third stay at this hotel. Although we arrived earlier than the check-in time, we were kindly accommodated early and even received an upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. Whenever we visit Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is always our first choice. The amenities are excellent, and we are very satisfied with them. Personally, I was especially happy with the ReFa hair dryer. We will definitely come again! Thank you once again for a wonderful stay!

    This is the place to stay when visiting USJ.

    I made a Reservation to visit USJ. The atmosphere in the lobby was lovely, and the Hotel staff were very friendly. The Room was spacious, and the amenities were well-prepared. There was even a shoe dryer, which was incredibly helpful as it rained, allowing us to dry my daughter's sneakers. The bathroom was convenient with both a bathtub and a washing area available. The fresh chocolates we received as part of the diamond benefits were so delicious that I wanted to buy some to take home! The breakfast buffet was also delightful. I would love to stay here again when visiting USJ in the future.

    The bed is inexpensive.

    Stayed for two nights in the Premium Superior Floor Park View Family Room. The mattress on the bed was thin. I couldn't sleep well. For a hotel of this level, I would expect more investment in the beds. The mattress quality was comparable to lower-tier Business Hotels. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

    This was my first time staying here to visit Universal Studios. The location is close to the park, and everything from the front desk to the Room was clean and very comfortable. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Expo and USJ

    Stayed at this hotel for its convenient access to the Kansai Expo and USJ. The location is very close to the station and easy to find. Although we arrived before check-in time, we were kindly informed that our room was ready, allowing us to enter early, which was very helpful. We stayed in a connecting room as planned, which was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities. There is also a convenience store on the first floor. Additionally, as Diamond members, we received a 1,000 yen coupon that we used for breakfast at Tully's on the first floor. Access to USJ and the Expo is excellent; buses reserved from nearby Sakurajima Station take you directly to the West Gate of the Expo, and it’s about a 30-minute taxi ride back. The convenience was outstanding! I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    It was perfect and convenient as we had children with us. The nearby City Walk made it easy to find food options. We were satisfied with the service and cleanliness, but the Wi-Fi was weak; it would have been better if the connection was more stable. Other than that, we were very satisfied and would love to stay again!

    Very good Hotel, but Wi-Fi has issues.

    The service is always very polite. Taxi arrangements are handled smoothly, and the breakfast includes many features that children can enjoy. The location is the closest to USJ, making it an excellent choice for visiting the park; however, the Wi-Fi speed is extremely slow, with a download speed of only about 4Mbps, making regular internet use difficult. The Hotel also offers Switch dock rentals and child-friendly services, as well as laundry facilities and water dispensers on each floor, providing many advantages.

    Room dust

    Stayed for 3 nights. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate washing area, making it very comfortable for our family with children. However, there was a lot of dust on the surface of the sliding door, and even the legs of the table were slightly covered in white dust, which was disappointing. While visible areas were clean, hidden spots were dusty.

    Second time

    This was my second stay to visit Universal Studios Japan. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was nice. However, a door for the dressing area would be appreciated. The water from the water dispenser tasted bad and was undrinkable, which made it inconvenient as the vending machine is only located in the locker room on the 2nd floor. I tried the breakfast buffet for the first time. Even after 8:30 AM, there was a long line. The variety and quality of dishes were underwhelming considering the price, and staff lacked friendliness. I probably won't use it again. The chocolate provided as part of Diamond benefits was delicious but having its expiration date on my check-in day is disappointing. I will stay here again when visiting Universal Studios Japan. Thank you!

    Very convenient as it is very close to the park.

    Very close to the park, the Plan with a 1:00 PM checkout allows you to easily return to your Room for a relaxing break after enjoying the park. Additionally, with separate bath and toilet facilities, you can unwind in the bathtub and relieve your fatigue. The breakfast is also varied and delicious. This Hotel is the most convenient choice when fully enjoying your time at the park.

    Used with my daughter's family

    The Room was spacious, and the entire building was filled with the USJ atmosphere. Above all, having USJ right in front of us was fantastic. The staff's service was courteous, and the breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious—absolutely excellent. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Accommodation after one year

    There used to be bottled mineral water in the Room last year, but this time it seems there were water dispensers on each floor. I found it inconvenient and unsanitary, so I did not use the water dispenser. I tried the dinner buffet, but 7,000 yen for that content felt overpriced.
