    A Hotel with a beautiful night view of USJ.

    The hotel had many foreign guests, and the handsome front desk staff spoke fluent English. However, during check-in and check-out, there were no greetings like "Welcome" or "Thank you," as the service was quite businesslike. I was touched when the handsome hotel staff brought my luggage to the room after it had been delivered. The room had three beds for three people, two sofas, and a bright and lively atmosphere with a view of the bustling street leading to USJ. The two sinks in the bathroom were very convenient. Amenities were plentiful, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and allowed for a relaxing soak in the tub. Hand towels were also provided. The hairdryer was easy to use. The room's interior featured photos of classic American scenes. There were plenty of elevators available, so they arrived quickly. For dinner at the Hawaiian restaurant downstairs, we enjoyed sparkling night views while being served wine individually—it felt luxurious. Dinner time wasn’t crowded; we could freely choose from various food and drinks. The hamburg steak and braised pork dishes were especially delicious, as well as desserts and fruits. Breakfast was extremely crowded; we waited quite a while in the hallway due to many guests being present. Popular food items had long lines which made me give up on some choices—leaving breakfast less satisfying overall. Check-out time was at 12 PM so I relaxed in my room until then; however, an earthquake struck causing loud creaking sounds from reinforced concrete structures swaying heavily—it scared me enough that I rushed downstairs immediately which dampened my experience slightly. It would have been better if there were more sofas near reception since seating options are limited—this felt inconveniently lacking comfort-wise despite Lawson convenience store & Tully’s Coffee nearby adding convenience factor!

    Facility Management...

    Conveniently located near the park entrance, this Hotel offers great amenities such as parking for large vehicles. However, the cleanliness of the smoking area was disappointing. The situation was so poor that it could potentially lead to a fire hazard. Although I informed the staff, it remained uncleaned even late at night. While this may not matter to non-smokers, it was unfortunate that my concern went unaddressed despite notifying the staff. This stood out particularly because everything else about the Hotel was excellent.

    I have stayed at and dined in other nearby accommodations, but this was my first time using Park Front. I completed the check-in process early in the morning and went to the desk at check-in time to receive my key card, but I was met with a response that felt like, "What are you here for?" Even after giving my name, they seemed confused and asked if I hadn't received the card case. There was no prior mention of needing to submit anything during the process, so being asked "You didn't get it?" in that tone felt unpleasant. It left me feeling upset even before entering my room. As an official USJ accommodation, I had high expectations for meals and used both breakfast and dinner services; however, compared to nearby accommodations, it was simply "average." Neither particularly delicious nor bad. The food inside the park is "very delicious," while nearby accommodations offer meals that are "fairly good," so I had hoped for a similar level but ended up disappointed. Items like salads or raw eggs served as-is were fine; dressings or pickled plums likely sourced externally were decent too—but things like meat preparation or seasoning were just too plain. Using machines to serve rice resulted in spills all around every time someone used them—it really killed any appetite I had left. The self-proclaimed Osaka specialty mixed juice turned out more like generic fruit juice rather than authentic Osaka-style mixed juice—another letdown. I don't think I'll be dining here again. Additionally: restrooms near restaurants remained broken over two days; functioning ones lacked toilet paper entirely! Room facilities themselves weren’t particularly impressive given their accommodation fee—just average overall—and honestly felt more reliant on its prime location right by USJ rather than focusing much effort into service quality itself...

    Thanks to the Wi-Fi ...

    Thanks to the Wi-Fi router placed in the Room, the internet connection was very convenient and useful. The Christmas season meals are absolutely fantastic. It's a mystery why steak is unavailable during other times of the year. If it were offered year-round, I would consider staying just for the meals without even visiting the park. Also, I would really appreciate it if towel hangers could be installed on the walls. And about the parking... It’s quite narrow, so it's stressful for guests to worry about whether they can park until they arrive.

    I booked two rooms, one for my son and his wife, and one for us. It was their first time staying here, and they seemed very excited even before the trip. My son initially wanted an Onsen, but I recommended The Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan because the bathroom with a washing area allows for a more private and relaxing experience. As expected, he was delighted and said it was "great!" The bath salts provided also gave them an "Onsen-like" experience. Being the closest hotel to Universal Studios Japan is definitely appreciated after a tiring day. However, although we had booked two separate rooms this time, it was disappointing that our room did not include the Diamond Member benefits as initially indicated during the Reservation process. The benefits were applied to my son's room instead, which made them happy—so bringing them along felt worthwhile in the end. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Peace of mind,

    This year, I stayed here three times. I checked in after 9 a.m., and as always, the front desk staff provided courteous service—thank you. The facility is well-maintained and clean overall, and the room is equipped with a humidifying air purifier, which is very helpful. The room's calm and modern decor allowed me to sleep soundly, so I plan to stay here again when visiting USJ next time. On a side note, the Christmas tree in the main lobby was beautifully decorated, making me feel that the year-end season has truly arrived.

    It was a very comfortable stay.

    We stayed for two days with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old. We had made several requests in advance, such as receiving luggage and borrowing items, and everything was prepared exactly as we hoped, which was very helpful. The staff we spoke to on the phone and at the front desk were all very pleasant. The Room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and it provided a relaxing space to unwind from the trip's fatigue. In addition to being close to the station and park, there are restaurants and a convenience store within the facility, making it extremely convenient for families with small children like ours. We would definitely like to stay here again when visiting USJ. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience!

    This was our second ...

    This was our second stay this year. Stayed with children. The location is absolutely perfect. You can enjoy yourself until the last minute, and there are plenty of shops around, which is very convenient. It's great that you can see the entire park from the room. There is also parking available, making it convenient for those coming from outside the prefecture. It would be nice if the meals had a bit more of a USJ vibe.

    Always reliable and reassuring.

    The closest location to the park allows you to easily return to the Hotel for a rest whenever you're tired, as long as you have a pass. The staff are friendly and amazing! Thank you, I'll visit again!

    Comfortable stay.

    Stayed for 4 nights to visit the Expo. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious, especially the freshly made French toast. The Room was clean and spacious, and having a separate bath and toilet was great. The coin laundry was convenient for reducing luggage. The Hotel is surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores, and it's close to Universal City Station, making it very convenient. I would love to stay here again when visiting USJ next time. Highly recommended Hotel!

    Quality of Front Desk Staff

    At check-in, I was pressured to apply for a group company card as if it were mandatory. Whether it was due to quotas or incentives, the lack of explanation and taking advantage of guests' lack of knowledge felt unprofessional for a hotel check-in staff. This left me with mixed feelings from the start of my stay. The room was slightly small but well-organized, clean, and tidy. The bathroom area was meticulously cleaned, and amenities were plentiful. However, the linens seemed worn out, and some had lingering odors, which was disappointing. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of unique menu options that added to the resort-like atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service with great attention to detail and were especially accommodating towards children—absolutely flawless. The rules regarding luggage storage before check-in or after check-out were unclear about whether they were free or charged. This information came from another front desk staff member after I had already wasted time and money using coin lockers on the second floor—leaving me feeling frustrated until the end. While its convenience and delicious meals make me want to stay again, it no longer feels like a one-of-a-kind experience. Additionally, during my stay, there seemed to be ongoing repairs on their internet connection resulting in extremely poor connectivity—a matter of bad timing perhaps. Lastly, I hope they enable TV mirroring in the future for added convenience.

    I happened to complete the reservation and stayed at the accommodation. The room was spacious, clean, and I had a comfortable stay. All the front desk staff were polite and made my stay pleasant. It was very close to Universal Studios, which was helpful after a tiring day. I would love to use this accommodation again! Thank you very much!

    This Hotel has become our go-to choice, and once again, we had a fulfilling three-day, two-night stay. As an IKYU Diamond Member, I was looking forward to the Room. Although I didn’t make any specific requests, it turned out to be exactly what I hoped for. The chocolates provided were also delicious and brought us great joy! There are many reasons why we choose this place, but one of the main ones is its convenience. It’s close to the park, has an attached convenience store, plenty of restaurants nearby, and the Facility is well-equipped (the double sink in particular is a big plus). There are still many more appealing aspects here. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you for your continued hospitality.

    Located adjacent to USJ

    Truly park-front, you can feel the park atmosphere from the moment you check in. The hospitality and service maintain this vibe, leaving a positive impression. A great choice if you're visiting USJ. As for the Facility, it was slightly inconvenient that there were no outlets by the bedside.

    Great location, worth revisiting.

    USJ is right in front, making it truly convenient and appreciated. We stayed for 2 nights, and despite it being a busy season with almost full occupancy, we were given a Room with a partial park view, which was wonderful. Although our stay was short, we were very satisfied with this comfortable Hotel.

    Cost-effective Hotel

    This was our first stay. Despite the high demand for accommodations due to the Expo, we found this accommodation to be very cost-effective. The location is excellent, close to USJ and the station. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious with a separate bath area and toilet, which was a great feature for our family with a small child. There was also a Halloween mystery-solving event that delighted our 4-year-old child. We would love to stay here again!

    Differences in staff service?

    The location near Universal Studios and the overall quality of the rooms were satisfying. However, there was one disappointing aspect, which leaves room for improvement, so I rated my overall satisfaction as 4. The issue was that responses from Hotel staff varied regarding the same matter. While I will omit specific details, on this occasion, I asked a question about the following morning on the night before checkout and received instructions from the Hotel. However, when following those instructions in the morning, I was given completely different directions and corrections. When I disclosed my previous interaction from the night before, they reverted to their original instructions as if nothing had happened. This suggests there is no unified Q&A system in place and that each staff member provides answers based on their own judgment. Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on service quality.

    Disappointed

    This was my third stay. I booked the same plan as last time, but the room I was guided to felt like a mistake—it was a small room that didn’t match the photos of the listed rooms. Despite being on the top floor and labeled as "luxury," it felt cramped to the point of suffocation, making me question what part of it was supposed to be luxurious. It was worse than a Business Hotel. During my previous two stays, I stayed in rooms matching the photos and had a comfortable experience. Even when I arrived early for check-in, they accommodated me promptly, which is why I chose to return to this Hotel. While some differences in room layout are understandable, this time I couldn’t help but wonder if it really measured 30 square meters as stated—it felt more like 20 square meters or less. The bed also seemed smaller due to how tight the space felt. Charging luxury prices for such a room seems unreasonable; if such rooms exist, they should be included in your photo listings. Although I requested and received a different room after speaking with reception—which resolved part of my dissatisfaction—I am disappointed that on my third visit with an identical plan, I was initially assigned such an unsuitable room. It’s disheartening that even after multiple stays at this Hotel, this kind of treatment occurred... When making reservations previously, staff mentioned they would try their best to accommodate specific requests regarding rooms whenever possible; however, despite staying here just three months ago (in June) and booking shortly thereafter for this visit—there seemed no consideration from your side. In fact—I’ve stayed here three times within one year. Just when I'd thought I'd found my favorite Hotel—this experience left me deeply disappointed. Is it because it's only my third stay? Or is it related somehow to pricing? Check-in took much longer than usual; perhaps someone checked rates during check-in and decided on assigning me that particular cheapest option available? It made me feel disrespected—and instead of relaxing at what should have been an enjoyable accommodation—I left feeling drained by frustration instead. Additionally: amenities were either incorrect or missing entirely during each stay recently—further diminishing overall service quality perception over time too! This recent Accommodation left nothing but bad feelings lingering throughout its duration unfortunately… Thank you nonetheless though—for arranging alternative Room eventually! However moving forward—we’ll refrain from choosing future stays here altogether now sadly enough…

    The staff, though mostly young, were very friendly and responsive with bright smiles, which left a great impression. With USJ right in front of the hotel and many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, it was a very comfortable stay. I would love to stay here again!

    This time, we arrive...

    This time, we arrived at noon and were lucky to find our Room already prepared when we planned to just leave our luggage. After enjoying Universal Studios with Horai as the main attraction, we had a relaxing stay. The bath was spacious enough to stretch out and relieve our fatigue. With a checkout time at noon, it was wonderful to have such a leisurely experience.

    I love it and keep coming back!

    Stayed with a 2-year-old child. The plan did not include dinner, but we used the buffet in the hotel. There were many kid-friendly options like hamburg steak and soup, and the roast beef and desserts were delicious, making it enjoyable for adults as well. Breakfast also had a wide variety of choices, making us want to relax rather than rush to USJ early. Since the park is right in front of the accommodation, we could take another stroll in the park after dinner with our child who had trouble sleeping at night. If it were a hotel farther away, we probably wouldn't have considered doing that. The staff's hospitality was excellent, and we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Stayed for 3 nights....

    Stayed for 3 nights. I thought it was a very good Hotel, but the entire bathroom ceiling (including the downlight cover) had black mold of various sizes, which was very unpleasant. I've never seen a Hotel with such a dirty bathroom before. It seems like the ceiling hasn't been cleaned for quite some time. Other than that, there were no issues.

    As always, it was excellent.

    I visited with my daughter from Tokyo to enjoy the Expo and USJ. As always, the location was extremely convenient, the service was very prompt, and amenities like ice machines on each floor made our stay very comfortable. The magnetic room signs were also very user-friendly. One suggestion: during a Multiple Night Stay, it would be helpful to have an option for towel replacement only without changing the sheets. When I selected "towel replacement only" meaning no sheet change, I noticed that the trash we had gathered in the room was left as is. I believe many guests might appreciate an option where trash disposal and towel replacement are done without full cleaning of the room. That said, I will definitely stay here again!

    I chose this Hotel b...

    I chose this Hotel because it is right in front of USJ, but I felt that the distance was not much different from other nearby hotels. However, the luxurious appearance and lobby were very exciting. The Room was spacious, and although I am not a fan of fabric sofas, the faux leather sofa was clean and nice. It was great to have two pairs of slippers provided. This is not a request for improvement but rather my personal thoughts on what could be better: I wondered if the bed cushions are washed every time; I think it would be fine without them. There was only enough lotion for one use; having enough for morning and evening would be better. The scent of the shampoo and conditioner did not meet my expectations; single-use packages might feel more reassuring. It would be helpful to have a list of nearby restaurants available. While exploring local eateries can be fun, it can also be tiring when you're exhausted—having a list makes finding places easier. Additionally, receiving information about Hotel-affiliated services in paper form would also be appreciated.

    It was a wonderful stay.

    This was my first visit, and I stayed for one week. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations based on the reviews, but my stay turned out to be absolutely wonderful in the best way possible. The room was impeccably clean, including the bathroom and sink area, with no trace of mold anywhere, making it a very pleasant experience. As for meals, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its wide variety of Japanese and Western options as well as fresh fruits. The selection was abundant and delicious every day without getting repetitive. All tableware provided was spotless and hygienic, allowing me to enjoy my meals with peace of mind. The phone service from the room to the front desk was excellent; there wasn’t a single unpleasant moment during my stay. One morning when I stayed until just before breakfast closing time, an older male chef came out from the kitchen with a warm smile and kind words that truly touched me—it felt like a heartfelt gesture that brightened my day immensely. This trip’s purpose was visiting Universal Studios Japan (USJ) and Expo City; however, next year when I visit USJ again, I would definitely choose this hotel once more! Thank you so much for taking care of me during this week-long stay—it has left me with wonderful memories!
