    Recommended for families with children

    We stayed for two nights with our 1- and 3-year-old children. The location is excellent, which was a huge help when traveling with kids. There are other Hotels close to the park, but this Hotel offers separate bath and toilet areas in every Room, and beds that are at least 120 cm wide, so we felt comfortable and at ease. We requested a Hollywood twin setup and bed guards in advance, and everything was perfectly prepared on the day of our stay, making it very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a microwave and water dispenser on each floor. We had no trouble preparing hot water for formula or warming baby food. All of the Hotel staff were very kind. They gave our children coins for capsule toys and greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay truly pleasant.

    Perfect location near USJ!

    It was a great deal, including a ¥3,000 meal coupon usable in the park and ¥1,000 to use at shops in the Hotel. We left our luggage and enjoyed USJ at a relaxed pace. The Room was spacious, so we could unwind comfortably. Thank you very much.

    USJ Summer Vacation

    Because our child couldn’t wait and we left early, we arrived before check-in and planned to just leave our luggage, but you let us into our Room right away, which was a huge help. Thanks to that, we were able to rest a little before entering the park at 15:00. Breakfast offered a wide variety of Hawaii-inspired dishes, and our child really enjoyed it. Just one thing: it said the park was 1 minute from the Hotel, but we kept going in and out from the front entrance thinking “Huh?” During breakfast, we realized there was a back entrance on the opposite side that opens right in front of the park. Since we didn’t know about it, it felt like we missed out a bit. Of course, it’s also our fault for not noticing the back entrance on our way back from the park, but with the crowds at closing time it was hard to find. If possible, it would have been helpful to be told about it at check-in. We didn’t go to the park on day two, so it was disappointing that we couldn’t really experience how convenient it is. Still, our child seemed very satisfied overall. Thank you for taking care of us!

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed with a friend and my daughter (three of us). The location right in front of USJ was extremely convenient, making it the perfect Hotel for fully enjoying the park. The Room was clean, and housekeeping was thorough down to every corner, so we had a very comfortable stay. They also stored our luggage on the day of check-in, which allowed us to enjoy sightseeing and the park without any hassle. The front desk staff were cheerful and energetic, and their service was truly pleasant. One small point: I got a little lost on the way to the luggage storage area. The staff explained it carefully in person, but it may be a bit hard to find for first-time guests. More signage would make it even better. Breakfast was served in an auxiliary venue, but it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. There was a good variety of options, everything was delicious, and we were very satisfied. Thanks to this stay, we made many wonderful memories together and had a truly lovely trip. When visiting USJ again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Stayed near USJ with my son’s family.

    We stayed on July 20 with my son’s family. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, and it was very crowded, but while we waited, we were offered welcome drinks, and our grandchild received a coin to use the capsule toy machine. We were able to check in in about 30 minutes and were given a Room next to my son’s family. The Room was spacious at 40 m², with the toilet and bath separate. It was great to be able to relax in the large bathtub. The amenities were well stocked, and breakfast had a wide variety of options. The poke bowl, pineapple, and fried bananas were unusual and delicious. We came by car and were glad we could park near the Hotel entrance on the second floor. The Room was large and had tea, soup, and coffee available, so it was nice to boil water and enjoy hot drinks. We had a relaxing stay.

    A Wonderful Memory

    When we stayed here as a parent and child eight years ago, I hoped to stay again someday. This time, my daughter—now working—wanted to stay here with her two close friends for their trip to Universal. Hoping it would become a wonderful memory for the three of them, I requested a high-floor Room if possible. I was told it would depend on availability that day, but after check-in my daughter happily messaged me that they had been upgraded and given a high-floor Room. She also said the Room had double sinks in the bathroom, which was perfect for three women, and they were very satisfied. Even after coming back late from Universal, they were able to relax comfortably and said they would like to stay again. Everything felt clean and well maintained, so I rate it highly. There are many Hotels nearby, but this is one I would definitely recommend.

    Perfect for large groups.

    The Facility is truly well equipped, with a laundry area on each floor. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, making it extremely convenient.

    Make the most of your USJ visit!

    This Hotel is right in front of the park! Not only is the location great, but the facilities and service were also very satisfying. There were a few minor issues, such as slightly stained wallpaper, but the value for money is excellent!

    Please check in upon arrival!

    I have a dust allergy, so it was disappointing. Right after we arrived, my daughter wiped the shelf above the head of the bed, and there was so much dust it formed clumps… It seemed like it hadn’t been wiped for quite some time. The Room was otherwise clean, but it made me feel a bit unwell. They had even provided extra towels, so I was satisfied until then… I wiped the shelf by the window as well, but I think a check is necessary.

    A moderately sized Room (plenty of space to open two suitcases).

    Close to USJ, which was great. A Room with No Meals Included for 12,000 yen. We chose this because we were switching to a larger Room the next day. For the second day, whether you request Room cleaning or not, there are no additional services, but they brought us towels as soon as we asked—much appreciated. With a 0-year-old and a 3-year-old, using a baby crib plus beds for two adults didn’t feel cramped. There’s an onigiri shop nearby that we wanted to try, so we didn’t add breakfast.

    Good for families with children Spacious Room Close to Universal Studios Japan Breakfast: Above average

    The Room was spacious and nice, but there were many spots where dust had built up on the bed and window ledge, so it’s probably best to wipe them down before use. ~What was good~ ・The Room is spacious, so you can easily walk around even with a stroller. ・They accommodated requests for extra towels and brought them to the Room. ・Two bathroom sinks made it convenient to use. ・The hair dryer was a quiet ReFa. One area for improvement: I told them late at night that I wanted to use a courier service the next day, and I had to go to the front desk myself to pick up a cardboard box. Since it was after my child had fallen asleep, I wished they could have brought it to me. However, the next day they helped by loading our luggage onto a cart right before checkout, which was very helpful.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    As an IKYU Diamond member benefit, we were delighted with the generous services, including late check-out until 1:00 p.m., a JPY 1,000 voucher usable at SHAKE SHACK and other venues, and a fresh chocolate gift. (At SHAKE SHACK, simply showing our room key even came with a complimentary drink service.) Perhaps because of the location right in front of USJ, the exceptionally friendly hospitality from the staff at SHAKE SHACK and at the breakfast venue was especially memorable. Breakfast was a Hawaiian buffet with fun island-style options such as poke bowls, banana fritters, and pineapple fritters. The bread was freshly baked, and there was also an excellent selection of Japanese dishes—tooro (grated yam), tofu, and shijimi clam miso soup were particularly delicious. It was also interesting to see their strong commitment to reducing food waste. We especially liked the croquettes made by repurposing nikujaga. Used dishes were cleared promptly, and overall everything was very well attended to—we truly appreciated it. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    Your First Japanese-Style Room

    It was my first time staying in a Japanese-style Room. It was very spacious, and our family of four could relax and enjoy our time. I’m thinking of choosing a Japanese-style Room again next time.

    A great-value Plan with Diamond Member benefits. It was wonderful. The complimentary fresh chocolate and the shop voucher were delightful gifts! I loved this Room! I’d definitely like to stay again. Close to the park, high-quality amenities, and a great hair dryer. A bathroom with a separate washing area is a must-have point for me. The coin laundry was also easy to use and very helpful.

    As usual.

    I’ve been staying here about twice a year for the past few years. I’ve also stayed at several nearby partner Hotels, but this one feels like the best fit for me. The Hotel has a calm overall color scheme, and the front desk staff are courteous and gentle in their manner, which I really appreciate. As for the breakfast buffet, I’d love to see a few more Japanese dishes, but I’m very satisfied overall and will be back again in December.

    If it weren’t right in front of USJ, I definitely wouldn’t stay here.

    I visit USJ every time for the Amex private night, and since I have children, I stayed at a Hotel that is almost directly connected to USJ. I booked it just to have a place to sleep, but it turned out to be on the “Luxury Floor,” so check-in was at a dedicated counter. However, it was “luxury” in name only. A rude woman (late 40s) handled everything mechanically. Even though we had lots of luggage and kids with us, no one helped carry our bags to the Room. There was no dedicated elevator either. Breakfast was in a crowded, ordinary venue, and in the end there was a long line, so we bought food elsewhere and ate in the Room while relaxing and looking out at USJ. Basically, despite having “Luxury” in the name, there was nothing special about the experience. At ¥100,000 for two nights it’s not luxury to begin with, so being told it was “luxury” at check-in felt strange. [Pros] - None [Cons] - The bathroom floor is slippery - The shower area isn’t enclosed, so water splashes everywhere - Only a small amount of water is provided (three 500 ml bottles), which is nowhere near enough—honestly unnecessary - They charge the full parking fee

    The closest to USJ.

    Our family of four stayed for one night after spending the day at USJ. This was our third stay in the past year. We always stay after visiting USJ, and it’s truly close! Even our tired kids manage to walk back to the Hotel. This time, we were amazingly upgraded on the day of arrival to a Room on the 17th floor overlooking the park. Relaxing while enjoying the park’s night view was wonderful, and the kids were thrilled. The 40 m² Room was spacious, and it didn’t feel cramped at all even for four people. Having a separate bath and toilet with a washing area is also a huge help when traveling with children. Personally, I also like that they don’t place plastic bottles in the Room and instead use water dispensers on each floor. I hope they continue these SDGs initiatives. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much for another wonderful stay!

    Close to Universal Studios!

    I stayed here to visit USJ. I was surprised at how much closer the Hotel was to the park than I expected. Getting there was very easy, and the great location makes it perfect for enjoying the park from opening to closing. This time I chose a Plan with parking included, which was a huge help—I didn’t have to look for parking or worry about fees. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the corner where you can make your own hamburger! Overall, it’s a Hotel I was satisfied with in terms of location, service, and food. Next time, I’d love to stay in a Room with a park view.

    Breakfast is delicious.

    I stayed here when visiting USJ for the first time in a while. It’s located midway between the station and USJ, and both entrances are close, which made it very convenient. There are plenty of elevators, so getting to my Room was smooth. Above all, the breakfast was delicious—I loved the Hawaii-inspired menu items like French toast and burgers. I’d like to stay again.

    The breakfast selection is limited.

    At the breakfast buffet, there were not many salad options, and most of the bread rolls were quite small. This may have been to reduce food waste, but it felt a bit lacking. The guest room was clean, and we were satisfied with the towels and amenities. We had a Reservation for a twin room, but it was more spacious than expected and had three 120 cm beds.

    Close to the park

    It’s the closest to the park, so you can easily return to your Room, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby—very convenient. The staff were very kind, and we had a comfortable stay.

    Deliberately blunt.

    There was no wall between the Room’s bedroom and washroom. It seems to be part of the design, and lowering the blind provides privacy.\nHowever, the blind had not been cleaned and was covered in dust.

    Our family of eight had a wonderful time.

    We stayed as a group of eight—my two daughters and four grandchildren. The Room was comfortable, and the buffet was excellent. Last time it featured muscat grapes, but this time it was a strawberry party. We were able to relax and really enjoyed our stay.

    An omelet turns into a Minion!

    We stayed on the middle day of a long holiday weekend. Pre-check-in was smooth, and we were able to leave our luggage and fully enjoy USJ. Above all, being so close to the park gave us peace of mind and made it a day we could truly enjoy to the fullest. Breakfast also had an amazing variety—the freshly made French toast was outstanding, and turning the omelet into a Minion was impressive! We would definitely like to stay again if we have the chance.

    Park Front Hotel

    The location couldn’t be more convenient, and the park-view outlook is wonderful. However, the Room is only equipped for sleeping and isn’t suitable for long stays, so it inevitably ends up being just a one-night stay. Everything else is excellent.

    After spending the day out, it was a huge help that the park was so close. The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax. It was really nice to be able to enjoy a welcome drink in the lobby right after arrival. The only disappointing thing was that a group in another Room was being too loud, and their voices bothered us.

    It was great.

    I stayed on a Plan where the Room type is assigned by the Accommodation. It was a short stay, but I was able to relax. Since there were also international guests, many of them were probably going to Universal Studios, and some left the restaurant before 8:00 when breakfast started, so it seemed like they were moving according to the park’s opening time. Unexpectedly, watching that scene was quite enjoyable. Thank you very much.

    We ordered an optional cake, and they prepared it for us! They accommodated our requests, and every staff member was courteous. The Room was clean, the view was wonderful, and it made for an amazing trip!
