    Best value for money!

    A very beautiful hotel. Since it is located in the city, the view from the room was not great, but the rooms are arranged around a courtyard, and the shared corridor side felt open and spacious. The staff provided very polite service, making for a pleasant stay. When I mentioned it was a birthday trip, I found a cute handwritten message card in my room, which touched me deeply! Thank you so much. The amenities were satisfying, and there were many items available for free rental—I used a curling iron during my stay. Breakfast featured many delicious dishes made with ingredients from Ishikawa Prefecture, which made me very happy. I think this place offers excellent value for money. The only disappointment was mold in the bathroom of our room—especially at the bottom of the bathroom door... If that area had been clean as well, it would have been perfect. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

    It was wonderful.

    It was a wonderful accommodation. The Kanazawa crafts displayed in the hallway were beautiful, and the room was spacious, clean, and relaxing. The design where the interior is not immediately visible from the hallway added charm and showed thoughtful consideration. I also appreciated that it was a room where you take off your shoes to enter. Additionally, during dinner time, we were provided with shuttle service to Kanazawa Station. The bus driver and all staff members were polite and left a great impression. The breakfast menu had many options and was delicious as well. Although I forgot something at the accommodation, they handled it promptly and courteously for which I am very grateful. I would love to visit this accommodation again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    It was my first time using this accommodation, and everything, including the facility, staff, breakfast, and shuttle service, was of high quality. I often visit Kanazawa and found this place to be one I would like to make my regular accommodation.

    It was a highly satisfying accommodation.

    Stayed for one night on March 30th. Upon arrival by car, the parking lot was explained clearly. The front desk welcomed me warmly with a wonderful smile. The room was clean and well-maintained, making the stay very pleasant. Both the room and bathroom were spacious, with a washing area included, which was satisfying. All services were top-notch, and breakfast was almost perfect. I would definitely choose the same hotel again for my next stay in Kanazawa. A free shuttle bus to and from Kanazawa Station was provided, which was very convenient. After dinner when returning from the station to the hotel, although the shuttle bus was full, they immediately suggested using a taxi with the fare covered by the hotel—this level of service felt exceptionally high-class.

    The Hotel was very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very kind, which made for a great experience. However, the hairdryer in the public bath had extremely weak airflow. Since I have long hair, it didn’t dry at all. As it wasn’t drying quickly, more people started to gather, so I had no choice but to use the Room's hairdryer instead. Other than that, I was satisfied.

    I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    I stayed at this hotel before the COVID-19 pandemic and was impressed with the room, staff service, and breakfast, so I decided to stay here again. This time, I made a reservation to let my aunt relax. The room was upgraded from Comfort Deluxe to Corner Family, which was spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. As before, I was extremely satisfied with the staff's kind and attentive service, the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, and the comfortable room. My aunt also mentioned that it had been a long time since she felt so relaxed and was very pleased. It turned out to be a truly wonderful trip for both of us. I would definitely like to use this accommodation again when visiting Kanazawa next time. Thank you very much!

    It was wonderful!

    I had to find accommodation in Kanazawa unexpectedly and started searching around 9 PM. I found this place available, with parking, located in a residential area? It also had a large bath and looked nice in the photos, so I decided to give it a try without high expectations. Upon arrival, the staff came out to greet us and helped carry our luggage. I was surprised by such service at this price! Even though it was around 10 PM, the front desk staff explained everything very politely with a smile. Everyone was so kind and attentive that it lifted my spirits despite being tired. The room layout was impressive—separating the bedroom and living area with central water facilities. It felt cozy like home! The design inspired me for future plans of building a small house (maybe for retirement?). Despite being compact, it had well-organized features like closets and a refrigerator. After bathing, we relaxed on chairs in the living corner while watching TV together as a couple. The bed surrounded by walls with indirect lighting provided comfort and allowed us to sleep soundly. The hotel’s overall design followed recent trends (Japanese modern style?), giving off lightness and brightness that made it very relaxing. Although the large bath wasn’t an Onsen, Kanazawa’s high-quality water made for an excellent warming experience. There wasn’t an open-air bath; however, through glass windows overlooking a beautiful garden outside gave off semi-open-air vibes. The complimentary ice cream service was also delightful! Breakfast was delicious too! Watching omelets freshly prepared right before me—and they were amazing—I tried both special sauce options available. There were plenty of other dishes as well served on lovely Kanazawa-style plates and trays. There’s even a gym which my husband enthusiastically used early in the morning! With coffee services available too—it truly felt like everything we needed was provided. We both wished we could have stayed longer or worked here during multiple night stays… This time we only stayed one night but will definitely return if visiting Kanazawa again! Thank you so much!

    Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    At the end of February, during a long weekend, we spontaneously decided to head to Kanazawa. We were so unplanned that we even booked the Hotel while on the move. The Hotel exceeded our expectations—it was incredibly clean, the Room was spacious and lovely, and having a large public bath was an absolute blessing. Breakfast was, of course, excellent. Thanks to advice from the staff, we had an amazing dinner at an izakaya restaurant. The next day, we used the Kanazawa Adventure Bus and were surprised to find that it was just us two passengers on such a large bus! With both a driver and guide accompanying us, it felt like such a luxurious way to travel. It turned out to be an unforgettable trip!

    Luxurious and fully equipped.

    Free lockers and a free bus service. It's the first time I've seen a bus running late into the night—amazing! I didn't use it, but having sushi and other delivery options is fantastic. Even though there's a large public bath, the Room's bathroom isn't a unit bath but has a spacious tub. The Room was clean and perfect with no complaints at all. I definitely want to stay here again when I visit Kanazawa!

    Cozy Hotel

    Everywhere was clean, and the staff service was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable for this price. The tourist spots are east of the station, while the hotel is west, but with a shuttle service running twice an hour and the last bus at 10 PM, it was very convenient for sightseeing and dining out. We used the shuttle service multiple times during our two-night stay, and every driver provided careful driving in a clean vehicle with outstanding service. We also joined the hotel's Shirakawa-go tour this time, which exceeded expectations. Not only was it clean as expected, but the seats were so comfortable that they reminded me of first-class train seating. It was an exceptional tour experience. While not a luxurious hotel, everything is well-maintained at a reasonable price point—far exceeding my initial expectations!

    Family Trip for Two Households with Children

    We stayed in the Corner Family Room, 75 sqm (Japanese-Western style), for a two-family trip. The room was not only spacious but also had a small Japanese-style room attached to the main bedroom, making it very convenient for two families. Although not an Onsen, there is a large public bath with towels provided, so there's no need to bring your own. The lounge next to the front desk offers free drinks, allowing guests to enjoy coffee, tea, or roasted green tea freely both at night and in the morning. There is also a free laundry facility with three dryers and detergent provided, making it easy to use. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. Although we stayed for just one night this time, we would love to stay longer on our next visit!

    Always the Best Hotel

    Since its opening, this has been a wonderful Hotel, and I always choose it when I want to relax in Kanazawa. However, it is far from the station, and the number of shuttle buses is limited. This time, I used the shuttle bus to return, but even though I boarded on time, they delayed departure to accommodate latecomers by using auxiliary seats. As a result, I almost missed my Shinkansen despite being punctual. If check-out times are busy, please increase the number of buses and ensure adherence to schedules.

    It was extremely affordable.

    - Guest Rooms & Amenities The rooms were extremely clean and sophisticated, as expected from a newly opened hotel. It was very comfortable, and as the hotel's concept suggests, it felt like living there. Despite having many guests, there was no noise disturbance. The only minor issue was that sometimes YouTube was accessible, and sometimes it wasn't. - Customer Service The service was also very refined, with everyone responding smoothly and with a smile. Before arriving, I missed a train and experienced JR delays, which made me quite late and a bit irritated. However, the calm and smiling response from the front desk staff quickly eased my irritation. The shuttle service between Kanazawa Station and the hotel was also excellent. The driver was very kind. However, the lack of shuttle services at 19:30 and 20:00 from Kanazawa Station was unexpectedly inconvenient. Since the shops at Kanazawa Station close at 20:00, it was a bit tough to kill 30 minutes. - Onsen & Bath The large bath was only an indoor bath, but when I went, it was almost like having it all to myself, allowing for a very relaxing experience. The water temperature was slightly hot, providing a thorough warm-up. I also enjoyed the free massage chair. It was nice that it wasn't crowded. - Facility The sophisticated atmosphere permeated the hotel, and even with a multiple night stay, I never got bored and was able to spend my time very comfortably. The shop might be a bit lacking. - Dining Although it was only breakfast, it was extremely delicious. It was the most satisfying part of this trip. I also went to eat sushi at Kanazawa Station, but the satisfaction level was higher here. Even with a multiple night stay, the menu was properly changed, which was impressive. Also, I don't think it was mentioned on the website, but the delivery menu was very extensive, so it should be highlighted. If I had known in advance, I would have used delivery for one of the two nights' dinners. - Satisfaction With all this content at this price, I thought such a reasonable stay is rare. I was glad to have stayed at such a great hotel. Thank you very much.

    It was a very comfortable Hotel!

    We stayed one night in the Premium Twin Room as a family. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also large! We were able to relax comfortably. Although we only had breakfast, it was absolutely delicious! There were various types of omelets made right in front of us, Kanazawa oden, Kanazawa curry, and many dishes using local ingredients, allowing us to fully enjoy the flavors of Kanazawa. We would love to visit again!

    A Hotel I would like to use again.

    The hotel was thoughtfully designed, even though I chose it without much knowledge of Kanazawa and based on a magazine recommendation. The room was functional with just the right amount of facilities and amenities. The toilet had a partition, and the bathroom with a washing area was one of the deciding factors, but since there was a public bath available, I ended up not using it. Breakfast is included, served buffet-style with plenty of variety, and everything tasted great! Honestly, there were almost no downsides except for its location not being in an entertainment district. However, this wasn’t much of an issue as there is a shuttle service available. My friend who came along felt the same way, and we decided to stay here again next time!

    ● There are lockers available at Kanazawa Station for use before and after check-in, which is very convenient. You don't have to search for empty coin lockers at the station or carry heavy luggage while waiting for check-in or your train. It was a great help. ● The free shuttle bus from Kanazawa Station to the hotel is also very convenient. In rainy Kanazawa, as long as you get to the station, you can reach the hotel without getting wet. The driver was very polite and left a good impression. ● The restrooms in both the guest rooms and lobby are clean and well-maintained. There are sofas placed in various spots with views of the courtyard, making it relaxing. The trees in the courtyard were beautifully colored with autumn leaves, providing a soothing effect. ● Both the onsen and room baths were thoroughly cleaned. I particularly liked how comfortable the bathtub in our room was—it fit perfectly! Since my new house construction just started, I decided to change my bathtub type urgently because it was made by T◯◯O as well! ● Regarding customer service, we felt that their approach struck a perfect balance—not too intrusive but attentive enough when needed. ● Breakfast had good reviews but fell slightly short of expectations; however, we enjoyed the Japanese dishes served. ● A minor downside would be related to room wear and indoor footwear: brighter colors or more options for women's room wear would be nice, and walking in their footwear could be improved.     Based on reviews, I chose Sainoniwa Hotel as my accommodation in Kanazawa. Everything was clean, the staff's smiles and excellent service were impressive, and the room was spacious enough. The breakfast was sufficient in quality, quantity, and variety. Although it is a bit far from the station, there is a shuttle service which is very convenient. The price is also reasonable compared to hotels near the station. As someone who loves traveling and goes out several times a month, I can say this hotel offers an exceptionally high level of satisfaction. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I visit Kanazawa next time.

    I used it for my wife's birthday.

    We stayed here for my wife's birthday during our first trip to Kanazawa. The Shuttle Service driver from Kanazawa Station was very kind and even offered to take care of our luggage in advance. At the front desk, the staff noticed my wife holding a cake and thoughtfully provided a plate and fork for us. Although I should have informed them beforehand, I made a last-minute request at the front desk asking if they could prepare something for my wife's birthday. They kindly prepared a handwritten note and a gift for her. When we boarded the final Shuttle Service, the front desk staff even came to greet us on the bus. The Room and garden were beautiful, breakfast was delicious, but above all, we were deeply impressed by the thoughtful hospitality of the staff. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Kanazawa!

    We enjoyed our late summer family vacation here. The well-maintained garden and the peaceful atmosphere inside the Hotel were truly relaxing. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a comfortable space to unwind. We fully enjoyed the bath facilities and looked forward to breakfast, which lived up to its description on the website with a wide variety of options. We even managed to secure the limited omelet, which was delicious. We stayed for two nights, saying it felt too good to leave for sightseeing!     I stayed here with my mother for a long-awaited trip. From check-in to check-out, there was not a single moment of concern. The staff's kind hospitality, the clean facilities, and the well-equipped Room made our stay highly satisfying. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including dishes made with local vegetables and treats like monaka ice cream. The creamy omelet with finely chopped lotus root was particularly delicious. After returning home, I realized my mother had forgotten something and contacted the Hotel. Despite it being late at night, they responded promptly and courteously over the phone. Thank you so much!
