    Highly recommended.

    The staff are wonderful. I was truly impressed by the housekeeping team’s friendly greetings and their courtesy in seeing us off until the elevator doors closed. Everything felt very clean and comfortable, making it a Hotel where you can relax inside without sightseeing—perfect for peace of mind and one you’ll want to return to. Breakfast was also excellent: not a typical buffet, but a carefully crafted menu with a chef’s touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kanazawa!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed for two nights while sightseeing in Kanazawa. It’s a bit far from the station, but it was very helpful that the Shuttle Service runs about once every 30 minutes. Especially in winter, walking there can be difficult due to snow, so I recommend using it proactively. Even though the Accommodation Fee was relatively affordable, the breakfast was delicious and I felt it offered great value for money. I also really appreciated being able to use the dedicated lockers near the station on the same day after check-out. One minor concern was that it seemed to take time for the Room air conditioning to start working, making it hard to adjust, and it was also a bit difficult to regulate the bath temperature. When my loungewear got wet and I asked if there was a replacement, they kindly brought one to my Room—overall, I thought the staff provided excellent and attentive service.

    Despite being located in a residential area, the atmosphere was excellent, allowing for a relaxing stay. The cleanliness and amenities of the guest rooms, as well as the hospitality of the staff, were all very pleasant.

    We chose this accommodation because it is family-friendly. The hotel features small steps, spacious beds, a kids' space with building blocks and picture books, and breakfast menus that delight children—showing thoughtful consideration throughout. Despite being family-oriented, the atmosphere is calm and enjoyable for adults as well, making it a satisfying stay for both parents and children. The breakfast lived up to its reputation—it was incredibly delicious. The half-day Kanazawa tour held occasionally is highly recommended and offers great value!

    Wonderful Hotel

    The Hotel staff's sincere and attentive service was truly outstanding. The guest rooms and en-suite bathrooms were spacious and clean, while the lounge and other Facilities, though compact, provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The entire Hotel was impeccably maintained, reflecting the dedication of the staff. Additionally, the meals showcased a strong commitment to local ingredients with a wide variety of dishes that were exceptionally delicious. Although I usually don't enjoy egg dishes at Hotels, I found their egg dishes here to be incredibly tasty. This is definitely a Hotel I would love to visit again.

    The staff were kind and attentive from check-in, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and so comfortable that I wished to stay another night. The hotel was quiet with a very relaxing ambiance. As suggested by the hotel's name, great care seems to have been taken with the garden; the view of the garden from the courtyard and lounge was absolutely beautiful. For this price, the level of service, breakfast, and room quality exceeded expectations. I would definitely love to stay here again.

    Always completely satisfied.

    This was my fourth stay, and as always, I was completely satisfied. The staff's service is professional yet approachable, striking the perfect balance. The room offers a comfortable size and brightness for a pleasant stay. The famous breakfast has a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—I ended up eating too much again! It happened to be crab season, so perhaps due to the high number of guests, the public bath was crowded most of the time, and waiting for it to clear out was tough. However, being able to check the congestion status on the room TV was very convenient. I look forward to staying here again when I visit Kanazawa. Thank you for making my trip enjoyable!

    I think it is a good Hotel for sightseeing in Kanazawa.

    This was my first stay. There are free lockers exclusively for the hotel in front of the station, so I could store my luggage upon arrival in Kanazawa and before leaving while sightseeing. The shuttle service between the hotel and Kanazawa Station runs frequently, which I found convenient. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station, but it feels just as close as staying near the station. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, including local ingredients, and was delicious with great quality. Although it took some time for the air conditioning to warm up, I managed with extra blankets provided by the hotel. Above all, every staff member was very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kanazawa!

    It was excellent.

    The staff were kind and made the stay comfortable. Having an entrance area inside the room was very convenient, and the water dispensers on each floor were much appreciated. However, the indoor slippers were a bit difficult to walk in, and the futon was thin, which might be cold during winter. I would love to visit again!

    The hotel room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep. Breakfast included many Kanazawa-style dishes, which were very satisfying. The shuttle service driver, hotel front desk staff, and dining area staff all provided excellent hospitality, making for an enjoyable trip to Kanazawa.

    I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. The warm and friendly service from the staff left a lasting impression—I couldn't help but think how wonderful they must be as people. The breakfast lived up to its reputation! Even with a two-night stay, the different menu each morning was delightful. For someone like me who enjoys leisurely mornings, starting the day with a relaxing bath followed by delicious food was perfect! Personally, I found the pillow didn't quite suit me... It would be great if lower pillows were available. I look forward to visiting again during my next trip to Kanazawa. Thank you very much!

    It was a comfortable accommodation.

    On the day of arrival, I used the lockers at the station and arrived via the shuttle service from the station. The bright and clean interior, the comfort of the room, and the staff's precise and courteous service were truly wonderful. It was a very pleasant hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed it at a relaxed pace. Thank you very much!

    The breakfast was very delicious.

    Although the hotel is far from the station, there is a Shuttle Service available, and lockers are provided near the station, so it was very convenient. Upon arrival, we were tired and found out that dinner could be delivered to the Hotel, which was very helpful. It was excellent overall. The Room was clean with a great view, and the sunset from the rooftop was beautiful. The entire stay was relaxing. I think it offers excellent value for money. Breakfast met my expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. I believe this is a wonderful Hotel without any notable flaws. When I visit Kanazawa again, I will definitely Complete the Reservation here without hesitation. Thank you for this time!

    It was a highly satisfying stay.

    The heartfelt hospitality of the staff made for a truly wonderful trip. We could check the crowd levels at the bath and breakfast from our room, allowing us to use our time efficiently. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and even though we had a Multiple Night Stay, the menu changed slightly each day, leaving us fully satisfied both mornings. Despite being busy, the staff kindly assisted with dining plans and sightseeing routes in Kanazawa City, and we are also very grateful to the shuttle service driver for their safe driving. This was our second stay, and we have become even bigger fans!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    First of all, the hospitality is excellent. The staff are always smiling and provide kind service. The front desk, Room, bath, and all other areas are clean, well-maintained, and show great attention to detail. Although this is not the Hotel's responsibility, the Room above seemed to have children running around past 10 PM, which was quite noisy. Even considering the above, this was an overall wonderful Hotel. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa. I’m glad I chose this Hotel. Thank you very much.

    Cozy Hotel!

    The building is relatively new and has a clean atmosphere. The staff are very kind and excellent. I only had breakfast, but the variety was exceptional compared to other Hotels, making it an enjoyable and delicious experience. I will definitely visit again!

    A good Hotel as per the reviews.

    I decided to stay based on the high Review ratings on IKYU, and it truly is an excellent Hotel. The public bath itself is appreciated, but since there was no open-air bath, I gave it an average rating. Additionally, whether it's about customer service or meals, the breakfast venue felt a bit small, so I lowered my rating slightly. I would like to stay again.

    Accommodation you'd want to stay at again

    I have visited Kanazawa many times because I love it, but this was my first time staying for 2 nights after successfully completing the reservation. The staff, including those at the front desk, shuttle service drivers, and cleaning staff, all greeted us with smiles and made our stay very pleasant. I had breakfast twice during my stay, and it was a well-prepared buffet without repetitive dishes—very satisfying. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again when I come to Kanazawa and one I would definitely recommend to my family as well.

    Take it easy~

    The service was polite and much appreciated. The Room was comfortable and perfect for relaxing! The shuttle bus between the station and the Hotel ran until late, which was very helpful.

    Would love to stay again.

    A modern fusion-style room where you can relax by taking off your shoes, despite the hotel-style setting. The thoughtful addition of an extra sliding door outside the room's entrance was impressive. The design of this sliding door, along with the hallway carpets and traditional Kanazawa craftsmanship displayed throughout the accommodation, was remarkable. Additionally, every part of the accommodation was impeccably clean, as if newly built. The idea of placing name stickers on indoor geta sandals to prevent mix-ups at the large public bath was also commendable. The staff provided excellent service. Although it is slightly far from Kanazawa Station, the shuttle service was very convenient and operated with exceptional care and politeness. The breakfast offered a wide variety using local ingredients and was highly satisfying. It would be perfect if dinner were also available within the hotel. It’s understandable why there are many female guests staying here. The cost performance is outstanding, reflecting how thoroughly thought-out everything is to enhance guest satisfaction—evident in its high review ratings. While it doesn’t directly affect the stay experience, it’s slightly disappointing that the building's exterior feels somewhat plain compared to its stunning interior decor; a more refined exterior could further elevate its appeal as a hotel. Overall, this is an incredibly charming accommodation that makes me strongly want to stay again when revisiting Kanazawa!

    A highly satisfying accommodation!

    The best accommodation I've ever stayed at! The overall design had a unified Japanese style, and the room was impeccably clean, making it very comfortable to stay in. The room's bath was like one you'd have at home, allowing me to soak and relax thoroughly. I also loved that you take off your shoes before entering the room, which made it feel even more like home. The staff were polite and attentive, showing great care in their service. And the breakfast—absolutely delicious! Every dish brought a smile to my face with its incredible taste. I was completely satisfied with everything and would love to stay here again. One small thing: I thought the air conditioning could be a bit quieter, but I still slept well. Thank you for taking care of me!

    Experience the serene atmosphere of Kanazawa and enjoy a relaxing, leisurely time. The bath facilities were excellent, with real-time crowd information available on the in-room TV guide. I was able to soak in the bath at ease and relieve my travel fatigue. The shrimp sauce omelet served at breakfast was both visually appealing and exquisitely delicious. I would love to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

    Definitely worth a repeat stay!

    Stayed as a pre-night accommodation before boarding a cruise ship from Kanazawa Port the next day. Even without a private car, the free shuttle bus to and from the station was very convenient. True to its name, the hotel offered an extraordinary space that you wouldn't expect so close to the station. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. After returning home from my trip, I received a lovely postcard with a wonderful message from ○○ at the front desk. It made me very happy!

    Unfortunately

    I stayed for two nights at the end of August. It was a very quiet Hotel located in a residential area. However, there was nothing around the Hotel, and no places to shop. The Room was very spacious and comfortable, but perhaps because it was summer vacation, the sound of children running around in the Room above was noisy on the first night only, which left me disappointed. While I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring Rooms, why could I hear this?

    Great value for money

    The facility and services, as well as the breakfast offerings, are excellent, providing great value for the price. I would like to stay here again. One point for improvement: while it may be unavoidable during extreme heat, the air conditioning in the guest room was quite noisy and affected sleep quality.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I stayed for the first time on August 3rd with my daughter and three grandchildren. The Room had a design where you take off your shoes to enter, making it safe for crawling babies, and the spacious Japanese-Western style layout was very satisfying. There were complimentary ice pops in the bath area, and the kids enjoyed playing with origami in the kids' corner. The children's room wear was adorable as well. Since the Hotel is built around a courtyard, the green trees visible from the hallway were refreshing. I was also very satisfied with the Hotel's hospitality. I would love to stay again next summer!
