    It exceeded my expectations!

    We stayed for three nights during the Obon holidays. It’s about a 5–6 minute taxi ride from Kanazawa Station. There is also a shuttle bus between the station and the Hotel, but unfortunately the schedule didn’t work for us, so we couldn’t use it even once. You can check the bus timetable on the Room TV, but it might have been even more convenient if we could have received a printed timetable at the front desk in advance. The location is right in a residential area, and it didn’t seem like there were any convenience stores nearby. However, there are drink vending machines inside the Hotel, and the lounge offers free takeout coffee and juices. Our Room was the most standard twin type, but it was spacious and very clean. Each Room has an entry space with a sliding door, which may be why we didn’t hear any noise from the hallway at all—very comfortable. The bathroom area was very easy to use; the bath was spacious, and plenty of high-quality linens were provided. The highly rated breakfast exceeded our expectations—everything was truly delicious! We enjoyed local specialties as well as Western, Japanese, Chinese dishes and sweets without getting bored over all three days. Finally, the staff hospitality was outstanding! From check-in to check-out, everyone in every department greeted us with warm smiles and genuine care, making our stay in Kanazawa truly wonderful.

    This is my second stay.

    Since dinner isn’t included, there is a shuttle bus to and from the Kanazawa Station area, which makes it easy to go out to eat. Even though it’s one Room, the bath and toilet are in the middle, so it feels like the space is divided, which I liked. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options; the Kanazawa curry is delicious, and there are plenty of side dishes too—it's a luxurious breakfast that I really enjoyed. As soon as you enter the Hotel entrance, it smells wonderful, which I loved. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kanazawa.

    Highly satisfied

    It was a very relaxing two days. They quickly noticed something I had left behind in my Room and brought it to me before the bus departed. This is a highly recommended Hotel for anyone visiting Kanazawa.

    Breakfast

    We came by car, and the parking lot was spacious, so there was no stress. It was a shame that there weren’t more shuttle buses to Kanazawa Station around dinner time. The Room and bathhouse were all clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. We stayed for two nights, and I looked forward to breakfast on the second day as well. I forgot something in the Room, but they checked it right after checkout and called me immediately, so I could go back to pick it up—great quick response from the staff. I’d like to visit again.

    The meals and the garden were wonderful!

    Because it is located in a residential area, the view is, frankly speaking, not much to write home about... However, the courtyard and Facilities were exceptionally well appointed, and we were very satisfied. We only had breakfast, but starting the day with a seafood rice bowl was a real treat... it was exquisite. The staff’s service was truly pleasant! It was our first time here, but this Hotel made us fall in love with Kanazawa. We will definitely stay again next time.

    Exceeded expectations!

    Thank you for the upgrade. I had a very comfortable stay. For that price, the comfort was outstanding—excellent value for money. It’s close to the station, but since it’s in a residential area, it was quiet. The Shuttle Service driver also made a great impression. The staff welcomed me warmly, which felt wonderful. There is no dinner service, but there was a recommended restaurant map, so I was able to enjoy a delicious dinner. I also used the lockers about 3 minutes from the station, which was very helpful. What stayed with me most was being seen off by bus to the station after checkout. I received a proper farewell greeting and it reminded me of Kagaya. Of course, it’s on a different scale, but I truly felt the hospitality. This is an Accommodation I would definitely like to use again.

    The frequent shuttle...

    The frequent shuttle bus service was very helpful. The staff were outstanding as well. We only had breakfast, but the food was excellent. Overall, it didn’t feel overcrowded, so everything seemed well taken care of throughout. Considering the level of service for this price, it was truly a great stay.

    When I entered the Hotel and checked in, the front desk staff greeted me with a wonderful smile, which made me very happy. The Room was also spotless, and I was pleasantly surprised. Breakfast in the morning was great—I felt like I could enjoy all of Kanazawa’s flavors. I would love to stay again.

    Highly satisfied!

    I stayed here with my elderly mother. The staff were wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. There is a lounge on the first floor where you can enjoy coffee and Kanazawa bōcha, and the seating layout was relaxing. The view from the windows was also beautiful. Breakfast included Kanazawa specialties and was delicious. The bath was a little small, so I deducted one point. As exterior wall construction was underway, we couldn’t access the rooftop terrace. If I have another chance to visit Kanazawa, I’d love to try again next time. I will recommend it to friends. Thank you very much.

    Stayed overnight on a business trip to Kanazawa Checked in using the Shuttle Service from the station The lobby was clean and sophisticated, and the guest room was also great The air conditioner noise in the room was a little noticeable (Perhaps because the overall atmosphere is so pleasantly quiet...) I’ll come again for a private trip!

    We were very satisfied.

    I stayed for one night with a friend. We picked up dinner outside and checked in, and the front desk staff noticed and kindly prepared small plates and cutlery for us, which made us feel truly welcomed. Thanks to that, we really enjoyed our meal. The Room and bath facilities were well maintained and the service was attentive, so we had a very comfortable stay. We chose this Accommodation because we heard the breakfast was delicious, and every dish was excellent. There were also many local specialties, so it was hard to decide how much to eat. When I visit Kanazawa again, I will definitely stay here again.

    Although it’s in a residential neighborhood,

    Although it’s a bit far from the station, the shuttle bus and free lockers were very convenient. After getting tired from walking around town, it felt wonderful to be welcomed back with a simple “Welcome home” when returning on the shuttle bus.

    Staying with my father, who uses a wheelchair

    I booked this Hotel because I was looking for a barrier-free room. When I requested a shower chair in the notes at the time of my Reservation, the Hotel staff kindly suggested grab bars for the bathtub and a non-slip mat—thank you very much. The long handrail on the wall beside the bed was especially helpful when transferring to and from my wheelchair. The next day, after visiting Kenrokuen Garden just after the rain, my wheelchair was covered in gravel and I couldn’t bring it into the room (shoes are removed in the room). At lunchtime, I asked the front desk if I could borrow a wheelchair from the Hotel. When we returned after dinner, while we were parking, a front desk staff member had already prepared it for us. The staff shared information smoothly, and it made our stay truly excellent. Breakfast was also delicious. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    An Accommodation with Wonderful, Outstanding Hospitality

    The entire Accommodation was spotless, and we had a very comfortable stay. We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, and the breakfast was excellent. For guests staying multiple nights, the menu changed significantly between the first and second day. For example, almost all of the bread selection was different, which we really enjoyed. The staff were polite and kind. When I was about to do laundry using the washing machine on the first floor, they spoke to me and said, “If you’d like, we can use the Hotel’s commercial washer for you, and once it’s done we’ll bring it to your Room.” They returned our laundry soft and fluffy and placed it in our Room, which was a huge help. There is no Plan with dinner included, but Shuttle Service to Kanazawa Station runs until late, so you can enjoy local dinner around the station area. On top of that, the accommodation rate is very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kanazawa. Thank you very much.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    Our family of four stayed in a Corner Family Room, and it was very spacious and comfortable. Since it is a little away from the downtown area, the surroundings were quiet and we could relax at ease. The Hotel staff were also very considerate of guests’ feelings, which made our stay pleasant. Lastly, breakfast was delicious, just as mentioned in the Reviews. We would like to stay here again when visiting Kanazawa.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    This time, three of us—my friend, my grandchild, and I—stayed with you. Because of allergies, we requested adjustments to the bedding, and we truly appreciate how kindly you accommodated us. We checked in after dinner, and everything was handled very smoothly. The Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. No matter how many times we stay, stepping into the Room always makes me feel happy. The children’s amenities and slippers are also adorable. I had been looking forward to breakfast, so I took my time and enjoyed a very satisfying meal. At check-out, we received a souvenir and you also took a commemorative photo for us—it became a wonderful memory. We took the Shuttle Service to the station; it was very comfortable, and the driver’s service was excellent. If I may make one small request: it would be great if the vending machines offered hot drinks and plain hot water. When traveling with children, preparing a kettle can be difficult, so having that available would be appreciated. I am completely satisfied every time we stay. We look forward to visiting again. Lastly, thank you as well for the postcard sent to our home by your front desk staff. I apologize for posting this review late due to various circumstances.

    All staff were very ...

    All staff were very kind and welcomed us warmly, and the Hotel had a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The shuttle bus driver was also extremely helpful and told us, “If the bus is full, you can charge the taxi fare to the front desk.” I was truly moved by such thoughtful service. I understand how challenging it is to run a Hotel, so I gratefully accepted the offer in spirit only. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

    A Hotel That Lives Up to Its Reviews

    I stayed here this time because the Reviews were so good and it caught my interest. I left my luggage in the Hotel’s dedicated coin lockers near Kanazawa Station and took a stroll. I then took the Shuttle Service to the Hotel, and because it was raining, a staff member guided me to the entrance while holding an umbrella for me, and I checked in. Check-out was a relaxed 12:00. Not only are there Kanazawa-style crafts throughout the building, but there are also crafts displayed in front of each Room. Even though there is a large public bath (bathhouse), my spacious Room also had a bathroom with a separate washing area. The welcome sweet was rakugan. In addition to the usual bottled water and tea bags, there was instant coffee with gold leaf. The amenities included basic skincare items, all thoughtfully packaged with environmental considerations. The surrounding view is unfortunately not great, but inside the Hotel alone you can fully enjoy a Kanazawa atmosphere, with many thoughtful touches that made it very comfortable. I chose the Plan with dinner including all-you-can-eat roast beef; outside alcohol was allowed, and since it was buffet-style there was a wide variety of dishes—very satisfying. One drawback was that I could only adjust the temperature from within the Room; it was set to cooling mode and I couldn’t change it myself. It felt cold that day, so this was inconvenient. After I spoke with the front desk and they switched it to heating, they called to confirm—this consideration really showed how wonderful the staff are. From the rooftop terrace on the 5th floor, you can enjoy views toward Mt. Hakusan. Just as in the Reviews, it truly felt like an Accommodation where both the Facility and staff were excellent.

    A simple, lovely Hotel with no unnecessary extras.

    Although it is away from Kanazawa Station, the Hotel offers a quiet setting and spacious rooms. The large public bath, dining area, lounge, and other Facilities were clean, and the staff’s minimal yet attentive hospitality and service made for a comfortable stay.

    Beautiful Accommodation

    The staff’s hospitality was wonderful. The Hotel was clean, and we were very satisfied. We chose a trip to Kanazawa as a Mother’s Day gift and stayed at this Hotel for the first time, and my mother was also very pleased. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    Thank you for hosting us for one night on our trip to Kanazawa. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The Room was spotless in every corner, and the bath was spacious and relaxing, though the water temperature was a bit hot for me. There was a wide variety of dishes, all delicious—so much so that I ended up eating too much even at breakfast. It was such a wonderful Hotel that next time I’d like to come to Kanazawa just to stay here.

    I made a Reservation...

    I made a Reservation after reading Reviews saying the breakfast was delicious. The breakfast, made with plenty of local ingredients, was just as the Reviews said—truly excellent. The Room was spacious, and even with four adults staying, we were able to relax comfortably. After check-out, we used the guest-only lockers, which were very convenient and much appreciated. It’s a bit of a walk from the station to the lockers, so an umbrella is essential on rainy days.

    As well-reviewed as expected.

    It was my first time staying here. We traveled as a group of five including my parents, and we also used a corner Room. From the moment we arrived at the parking lot, we were warmly welcomed and they helped move our luggage. Check-in was smooth, the explanations were easy to understand, and I appreciated that they kindly offered to explain everything to everyone if we wanted. The Room was more than spacious enough, and the amenities were well stocked. There is also a large public bath, which was clean and very nice. There’s a spot on the rooftop where you can enjoy the view, and I was moved by seeing the sunrise in the morning. The famous breakfast really was incredibly delicious—another highlight. There aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but it’s not an issue if you buy what you need in advance. When I asked about charging my phone, they lent me what I needed right away, which was very helpful. When I visit Ishikawa again, I would definitely like to stay here.

    Highly recommended.

    The staff are wonderful. I was truly impressed by the housekeeping team’s friendly greetings and their courtesy in seeing us off until the elevator doors closed. Everything felt very clean and comfortable, making it a Hotel where you can relax inside without sightseeing—perfect for peace of mind and one you’ll want to return to. Breakfast was also excellent: not a typical buffet, but a carefully crafted menu with a chef’s touch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kanazawa!
