Multiple Night Stay (3 nights)

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of three nights. The entire Facility was clean and well maintained, the staff were polite and kind, and the large public bath was excellent. However, my Room had no windows (no natural light from outside). It wouldn’t have bothered me for one night, but during a three-night stay it was quite depressing not to feel any daylight while in the Room. Next time, I’ll be sure to confirm this before booking.

We are truly honored to hear that you were satisfied with our hospitality, the large public bath, and the cleanliness of the Hotel during your three-day stay. However, we sincerely apologize for causing you discomfort regarding the Room window during your Multiple Night Stay. We deeply regret this. Our Hotel is located in a residential area where Kyoto’s traditional streetscape remains. In order to protect the privacy of our neighbors, some Rooms are fitted with frosted glass windows and are designed so that they cannot be opened and do not offer an outside view. If you consider staying with us again, we would appreciate it if you could choose one of the following Room types: “Superior Twin,” “Deluxe Twin,” or “Junior Suite Twin.” These Rooms offer an outside view and allow the windows to be opened. We take your valuable feedback seriously and will continue striving to improve our services so that every guest can enjoy a more comfortable stay in any Room.
