    I had a relaxing time.

    We made a same-day reservation for Saturday and enjoyed a relaxing stay in a room on the 50th floor. The beef steak and strawberry shortcake from room service were delicious, and we were satisfied with the freshly baked croissants and various dishes at breakfast. The only downside was that out-of-season yellow dust slightly obscured the view from our room's window. Thank you very much!

    Spectacular View Hotel

    This was my first stay. The corner room on the 49th floor offered an amazing view, especially the breathtaking night scenery. The hotel is conveniently connected directly to the station. However, the amenities were lacking; the hairbrush felt cheap, and the shampoo and other toiletries were similar to those found in a Business Hotel. There was no turndown service. The TV was not a smart TV, so streaming services were unavailable. The staff's response was quick and left a good impression.

    Stay Above the Clouds

    I stayed in a Club Floor room. I expected it to be different from other rooms, but the amenities and interior did not seem significantly different. The Club Floor I was looking forward to featured a spacious area with high ceilings and plenty of seating. During presentation time, there were carefully crafted dishes, and the cocktail time menu included substantial meals. Despite being busy, the staff were attentive, allowing me to have an enjoyable experience. Thank you very much. This is a wonderful Hotel that I would love to visit again and again.

    The Best View

    The cozy Room offered a unique and unparalleled view. The club lounge was spacious with a wide variety of options, allowing for a relaxing experience. However, the cocktail instructions were written in small print and difficult to read in the dim lighting. It would have been better if some measures or improvements were made to address this issue, even without staff assistance.

    Evening cocktails are available at the Club Lounge.

    A regular at Osaka Marriott. The view is amazing, the Facility is excellent, and the location is perfect with direct access to Metro Tennoji Station. The staff service is outstanding as well. However, the evening cocktails at the Club Lounge are not tasty—actually quite bad. It's been two years since I thought it might improve over time, but something about the seasoning seems off. My wife heads straight to other restaurants, while I settle for sparkling wine because I don't want to waste it. Breakfast is delicious though. Hoping it gets better soon!

    The view is spectacular!

    If you're choosing a room based on the view, this Hotel is the perfect choice! I enjoyed both the setting sun and the rising sun. The location is convenient, so I plan to stay here again next time. As for the breakfast buffet, while most of the Japanese side dishes and salads were pre-packaged and even boiled vegetables were frozen (which I think is common for hotels in this class), there was a wide variety overall, including fresh fruits. It was enjoyable to choose from many options, and I felt it was worth the price.

    Unfortunately, it did not live up to its reputation.

    This hotel has a good reputation, so I was really looking forward to my stay. However, during check-in, I had to wait in a long line for over 30 minutes, which was very exhausting. I've stayed at many accommodations before, but I've never experienced such a long wait. It seemed like this might be common here as the staff didn’t appear particularly apologetic (just offering insincere apologies). The staff seemed rushed and lacked grace in their actions, giving off an impression of being overwhelmed. When spoken to, they smiled initially but quickly returned to an expressionless demeanor—it felt intimidating. The room had a great view and was very nice overall; however, the bathroom cleaning seemed careless as there were hairs clogging the drain, which was unpleasant. The lounge offered a wide variety of drinks and food; however, the food wasn’t very tasty. I think this is a hotel with good facilities and location but lacking in other aspects.

    The Corner Twin Room offered a stunning view.

    I stayed at the accommodation due to errands in Tennoji. The location is excellent, and this was one of my multiple stays here, which was once again wonderful. I had dinner through room service at night, and every dish was delicious. The room is so comfortable that I never get bored no matter how long I stay. The view from the bath was also amazing. Additionally, I received a ticket to enjoy tea in the lounge, so I had tea there. The only thing that bothered me was that one of the staff members seemed indifferent and handled serving carelessly. However, the atmosphere of the place is lovely, and everything else about this hotel is impeccable... In any case, I think I'll be staying here again in the future. This hotel remains fantastic no matter how many times I visit! Thank you very much for another wonderful stay!!

    We stayed at Marriott for a special occasion. The staff carefully coordinated with us in advance, and the surprise was a great success. It became a truly wonderful memory! We will definitely stay again!

    Facility

    Upon entering the room, there was an unusual smell. It turned out to be a moldy odor coming from the air conditioner. The smell disappears when the air conditioner is turned off. Other than that, the room seemed to be cleaned thoroughly. At the bar, some foreign guests were speaking on their phones using speakers, making it less of a relaxing environment. For these reasons, I would not consider revisiting.

    A Hotel That Always Brings Peace of Mind

    As the title suggests, I used to choose the clubhouse for accommodation, but this time I opted for a different choice considering meals. However, the staff's exceptional service remained as outstanding as ever, which I truly appreciated. After spending several days with uncomfortable sleep due to certain reasons, being able to enjoy a wonderful night's rest on this bed made a huge difference. This experience reaffirmed my desire to stay here whenever I'm in Osaka. Thank you to all the staff!

    Excellent

    The staff's service was truly exceptional. As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, a staff member greeted me warmly. There were also Anglo-Saxon and African staff members who spoke perfect Japanese, which was impressive. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered an extensive variety of dishes—so many that it was impossible to try everything even with just a bite of each. Every dish was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I completely forgot to take any photos!

    The hospitality at this hotel is exceptional. At the front desk, the staff kindly exchanged the IKYU Diamond Member drink tickets I had discussed prior to my stay for Harukas Observatory tickets. Additionally, I invited one guest to the club lounge by paying an extra fee, and they generously provided an observatory ticket for my guest as well. Thanks to this, I had a highly satisfying hotel stay. The staff at the club lounge were always attentive, checking if there was anything we needed and engaging in friendly conversations, making it an enjoyable experience at the lounge. I was also assigned a room on the top floor as requested, and the view from the room was spectacular. I will definitely visit again!

    A wonderful Hotel.

    The view from the high-floor Room is spectacular. The moon felt incredibly close. All the staff were very pleasant, making my stay comfortable. However, one disappointment was the limited variety of breakfast options on the club floor.

    The staff is excellent.

    Before our visit, we confirmed parking availability and received prompt responses. The phone service was also polite. On the day of arrival, staff at the entrance made it easy to find our way. The night view was truly stunning. However, we expected discount tickets for Abeno Harukas but did not receive any, so we enjoyed the view from our Room instead. A room issue on the day was resolved immediately, and an apology was offered during checkout—great coordination among staff. Breakfast was delicious and excellent. Above all, the quality of guests staying here stood out; even families with children were well-mannered. It’s a relaxing Hotel where I’d love to stay again. Next time, I hope to enjoy a lounge-access plan!

    Stay in Your Dream Room

    This time, I stayed in a room with two windows and a view bath, allowing me to fully enjoy the scenery. Regarding breakfast, I usually use the club lounge, but it would be nice to also have access to the restaurant on the lobby floor.

    Stay as a couple after visiting the Osaka Expo

    The view from the window was absolutely stunning and left me deeply impressed, so I decided to stay with my family at the end of this month to celebrate my birthday. I am really looking forward to it. The lounge felt a bit underwhelming.

    I was able to relax and spend time comfortably in the Room.

    I always enjoy staying in the Premium Corner Twin Room for its view and functionality, and this time was no exception—it was a comfortable stay. Despite being located in the lively Tennoji area, I love how calm it feels as soon as you step into the Hotel lobby floor. This time, however, the check-in line was longer than usual, and there were some foreign guests attempting to cut in line who had to be addressed. It seemed like a challenging situation for the Hotel staff...

    The view is absolutely stunning!

    The view was amazing. Before my stay, I thought the view couldn't compare to Tokyo, but I was wrong. Perhaps it's because there are no high-rise buildings of the same level nearby, the area is well-organized, and it looks like it's framed by mountains. The wide horizontal windows made me want to gaze out endlessly and lose track of time. Check-in and check-out were handled flexibly with appropriate guidance, so I was satisfied with the service as well. As for breakfast, the made-to-order omelets and poached eggs were a bit underwhelming; if they are short-staffed, perhaps they could just serve regular egg dishes instead... but maybe it was just a one-time issue. I also thought that more consideration could be given to the size and placement of plates for serving food. That said, overall everything from croissants to warm dishes tasted great! There’s an Expo merchandise shop in Kintetsu Department Store located in the same building where I could conveniently purchase items without waiting in line. The location is excellent for exploring Osaka, making my trip enjoyable and fulfilling. This has become one of the hotels I'd like to stay at again!

    Check-in may involve a queue.

    This was my second stay as I had a good impression last time. However, this time, despite being a weekday, the check-in process took too long, which was disappointing. This is the first Hotel where even Club Room guests have to stand in line. It would be better if check-in could be done in the lounge. The fact that no additional counters were opened despite the long line made it even more frustrating. Additionally, I experienced some dissatisfaction with service as my requests were forgotten in the lounge. That said, the Room was convenient with a completely separate toilet and had an excellent view. The Club Lounge is spacious, and Diamond Member benefits are well-provided, which was satisfying overall.

    Hotel with Excellent View

    Stayed in an Upper Floor Club Corner Twin Room on the 50th floor. The large windows offered a stunning view of Osaka, and the view from the bathroom was equally impressive, making shower time enjoyable multiple times. Amenities were excellent, air conditioning was comfortable, and the room's soundproofing and heat insulation were perfect. The club lounge space had high ceilings, was very spacious, relaxing, and offered a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. The staff provided exceptional service, making for a pleasant experience. While I often use hotel lounges during staycations across various locations, one disappointment here was that no beef dishes were available at any time. It was my first time encountering a lounge menu without roast beef. However, as the room itself exceeded expectations, I would definitely like to stay again!

    It was wonderful to stay at a high-rise Hotel on the 55th floor for the first time. I visited Osaka for the Expo, and the location was very convenient with easy access to JR Tennoji Station and Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. The Hotel lobby is on the 19th floor, offering great views, but the night view of Midosuji from the 55th floor was truly breathtaking. Despite it being rainy season, I was lucky enough to catch a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast was excellent, though I felt there could be some improvement in afternoon tea service. The room was well-maintained, and I appreciated having bath salts available. While I was out, additional bottled water had been placed in my room, which helped me avoid dehydration at the Expo venue. At check-in, I chose Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper and later requested Nikkei Shimbun at 5 AM. Although they mentioned it would depend on availability, it arrived promptly—this made me very happy! There were no extra charges even though I received two newspapers; this surprised me greatly! Thank you so much for your hospitality—I truly appreciate it. Next time, I'd like to stay with my wife!

    A Wonderful Experience

    I used the IKYU Diamond Member experience. Since it’s a place I pass by every day on my commute, I thought there was no need to stay overnight, but I decided to treat myself with a stay at a luxury hotel. Reserved a Club Deluxe Twin Room (with lounge access) on the 53rd–55th floors. Membership benefits included free parking and drink vouchers. Checked in at 3 PM and enjoyed tea time with cakes and fruits in the lounge, dinner time from 5:30 PM, and bar time from 7:30 PM—all in elegance. Most of the guests seemed to be foreigners. The view from the room on the 53rd floor was spectacular. It was a rainy day with low clouds, making it feel like looking at a sea of clouds. The night view sparkled beautifully as expected. The staff's service was excellent, and the room was clean and well-maintained for a comfortable stay. It would be great if there were portable makeup mirrors available in the room since preparing in front of just one sink can get crowded when three women are sharing—having even foldable mirrors for use at the table would be helpful. Check-out was at 1 PM, allowing us to enjoy our stay leisurely until departure.

    This was my second stay. The hotel is a bit too luxurious for me, so I use it for special occasions or when there are good deals available. The accommodation, including the reception, room, and view, was impeccable. It was as comfortable as the price suggested. I had a relaxing time and loved the room's interior design, so I would like to stay again. However, there was one disappointing incident during breakfast. While I stepped away to get dessert and returned to my seat, everything had been cleared away as preparations were being made for new guests. Despite leaving my napkin on the back of the chair and placing a "still dining" card on the table to indicate that I hadn't finished eating yet, everything was removed. What shocked me most emotionally was witnessing my chair being disinfected with alcohol right in front of me. While I understand that alcohol disinfection is necessary protocol, when I informed the staff member that I hadn't finished eating yet, not only could I not sit down because the chair was still wet with alcohol but also my tea—which I'd planned to enjoy with dessert—had already been taken away. This left me feeling very disappointed at such an early hour of the day. The staff member in question offered only a light apology without much remorse or concern about what had happened. Whether this decision came from their own judgment or instructions from someone else remains unclear; however, regardless of who made this call—more attention should be paid towards understanding signals like napkin placement or dining cards indicating ongoing meals! Even if guests truly leave after finishing meals—it feels rushed & impolite clearing things up immediately without allowing lingering moments reflecting Japan’s unique hospitality virtues emphasizing thoughtfulness/careful consideration towards others’ experiences! That said—the taste/variety offered during breakfast itself were excellent & delicious!
