The flexibility to extend the accommodation period at the last minute, store luggage, and handle even privacy-related matters with exceptional care was truly impressive. To anyone reading this, I want to say that this hotel is outstanding. The staff's adaptability and high level of experience were a great learning experience for me. Although my stay was primarily for business purposes this time, whether my destination is Nishinomiya, Sannomiya, or Himeji, I will always choose to stay here (especially since the express train stops nearby, making it convenient to go anywhere). I travel across the whole country for work trips, but in this region, this hotel is my only choice. If you prioritize new facilities or fully equipped amenities above all else, you might find some dissatisfaction. However, more than those aspects, their personalized and flexible service tailored to each guest's needs was incredibly comfortable and even contributed positively to my performance at work the next day.
