Kobe Marriott Hotel

It’s a very convenient location, close to Kobe Station and within walking distance of Mosaic and other attractions.I have stayed here every year since it was Crown Palace.In the past, the in-room facilities felt a bit outdated, and I was especially concerned about the plumbing.This time, with the change in management, the facilities have been renewed and I was able to stay comfortably.I usually choose a Plan that includes breakfast, but this time I also had dinner once at the on-site restaurant.Since it has only been about six months since the management change, they seemed short-staffed, and the service felt somewhat lacking.We had dinner as a group of 10, but they said they couldn’t prepare course menus for everyone, so we ordered à la carte instead.The food was very delicious.Breakfast on both mornings was a buffet at the same restaurant, but I felt the selection was slightly limited.The omelet made by the chef was excellent.I would like to stay again next time as well, so I hope to see further improvements going forward.

The Accommodation was reasonably priced, and all the staff provided pleasant service. In particular, the female staff member at the spa who seemed to be in her 40s or 50s was exceptionally courteous and wonderful. When I visit Kobe, I would like to stay here again.
