    Satisfied again this year

    We visited again this year, just like last year. This time, we booked two rooms with private Onsen baths. The rooms were spacious and impressive. We enjoyed relaxing in the baths at our preferred times. The meals were absolutely delicious—whether it was Japanese cuisine, Italian dishes, teppanyaki, or the Japanese-style breakfast. We wished we could stay forever! Last year, we couldn't see Mount Fuji due to the weather, but this year we were fortunate to enjoy its view throughout our stay. All four of us used the spa and felt so relaxed that we fell asleep right away. The peaceful environment was truly soothing. Every corner of the Hotel is clean and well-maintained; it's a place we'd love to visit again. We're already planning our next trip!

    It was excellent.

    We stayed here to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and everything was perfect. (Room) We stayed in a Deluxe Room with an extra bed as a triple, and it was very spacious with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji. (Bath) The large public bath was spacious, and the lockers were big as well. The hot water felt incredibly relaxing. (Meals) The teppanyaki was cooked with great care, pairing perfectly with champagne and wine—it was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was also very tasty. The anniversary plate we received was stylish and delightful as well. We even received a gift at checkout! Everything exceeded our expectations. If I had to mention one thing, the room lighting could be slightly brighter, but we would love to visit again!

    A touch of luxury for your birthday.

    Since it was my birthday, I chose teppanyaki for dinner to indulge a little... and it was the perfect choice! I was completely satisfied with the room, Onsen, meals, and hospitality. It was the perfect Hotel for a special occasion. I'll visit again on my next birthday!

    Excellent service and room!

    I have stayed at hotels near outlets before, but this hotel is by far the most comfortable. It is located next to the Gotemba Interchange, but there is no noise disturbance. The room is spacious, clean, and highly recommended.

    How many years has it been? I use this place several times every year. This time, there was a birthday celebration prepared in the Room, which was a delightful surprise. The hot water, the Room, and the staff's service were all excellent. I will visit again!

    It exceeded expectations.

    We stayed in the special suite on the top floor as a family of four. The large window in the Room offered a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with high-quality hairdryers provided both in the public bath and in our Room, making it very comfortable. The staff were kind and professional, and the meals were delicious, especially the fish. We would love to stay here again!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    The spacious Room offered a stunning view of Mount Fuji through its large windows. It was the perfect season to enjoy the autumn leaves in the Japanese garden, where we also fed koi fish and enjoyed a fountain show at night. The Hotel was very quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. For dinner, we had a sushi kaiseki meal, which was delicious with beautifully crafted tableware that added to the experience. We visited for our wedding anniversary celebration and were deeply touched by the thoughtful gift we received. Thank you so much! We look forward to visiting again in another season.

    Thank you for the wonderful time.

    I have been a repeat guest at this accommodation. This time, I stayed for the first time in a while two weeks ago and found myself wanting to experience another stay at this hotel again. The well-maintained garden, the spacious and clean room, and the relaxing large public bath that remains calm even with many guests always provide a comforting and healing experience. Additionally, I enjoyed the carefully prepared Japanese breakfast as well as indulging in a luxurious teppanyaki course meal this time. The staff's thoughtful hospitality was heartwarming, even extending their kind attention to my daughter who often accompanies me on these visits. Overall, this hotel is my ultimate place of relaxation. I will definitely visit again soon. Thank you very much for everything! As a small token of appreciation (and just for fun), I tidied up the bath area during my stay! I hope all future guests enjoy their time here as much as I do.

    Fractured a bone on an extra bed.

    2-night, 3-day girls' trip The Facility and Room were clean and had a calming atmosphere. The Japanese-style breakfast was excellent! Although I am used to Hotel stays... I broke my foot in the Room, specifically on an extra bed. There was a tire and rod sticking out from the bed, and despite being cautious, I hit my foot hard against it. The pain was so intense that I couldn't move for a while. When I carefully removed my sock, my left toe was bent at a 60-degree angle—clearly broken to anyone who saw it. I borrowed bandages for first aid and informed the Hotel staff of the details. They said they would assist with any issues during my stay... However... unless the extra bed collapsed or broke causing injury, it would not fall under their responsibility according to the assistant manager—there was no apology. I've stayed at many Hotels before but have never encountered an extra bed with parts sticking out like this—it’s extremely dangerous. It was placed in a frequently used area; if only they had set up the bed differently, this could have been avoided… Even though I wore slippers and lived normally in the space, others also pointed out that this clearly seemed like negligence on part of the Hotel. Dragging my injured foot home after driving for 3.5 hours straight, I went directly to a hospital where they confirmed that my toe was completely broken. It required painful treatment to straighten (excruciating) followed by immobilization—a full recovery will take six weeks. This incident has ruined not just our trip but also daily life overall: canceling flights scheduled two weeks later; work disruptions; leaving me physically and mentally exhausted. While we found what seemed like an amazing Hotel initially—the dangerous placement of beds combined with their lackluster response left me utterly shocked!

    Mount Fuji

    You can see Mount Fuji from the Room, and also enjoy a full view of Mount Fuji from the lounge on the 12th floor. The Room comes with an open-air bath, allowing you to bathe at your preferred time. Conveniently located near the interchange. The large public bath was also excellent. With an outlet mall nearby, I would love to stay here again!

    I stayed here for a ...

    I stayed here for a birthday trip. The location was very convenient with a supermarket, convenience store, outlet mall, and golf course nearby. I tried all the restaurants, and they were all delicious. The Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and had a sense of cleanliness. I loved the scent of the amenities in the Room and used them in the public bath as well. The spa treatment was very relaxing. I was delighted to receive a birthday gift upon departure. It rained for the first three nights, but on the last day, I saw Mount Fuji's beautiful first snowfall, which left me deeply moved. I plan to stay here again when visiting Gotemba. Thank you for taking care of us over these four days!

    The entrance area is narrow, which might make you feel a bit uncertain, but the property features a spacious garden where you can feed koi fish and ducks. Dinner was an authentic kaiseki meal, and the pleasant conversations with the staff made it an enjoyable dining experience.

    A Wonderful Time

    We had another wonderful time enjoying the Onsen and Italian cuisine. The Onsen was at a perfect temperature for both the open-air bath and indoor bath, and although the sauna wasn’t very large, it was comfortable. The cold water bath also had a shower, but it seemed like the shower water might flow into the cold bath? Perhaps clearer instructions on how to use the shower would be helpful. At the Italian restaurant Fenice, both the wine and food were excellent with great value for money. However, while we enjoyed the bread very much, we were surprised to find that requesting butter instead of olive oil for bread came with an additional charge of 220 yen. This was unexpected as we've never encountered a restaurant charging for butter before. Although there was heavy rain in the evening, it cleared up by morning, allowing us to catch occasional glimpses of Mt. Fuji—a truly unforgettable experience!

    40th Wedding Anniversary

    It was a wonderful Hotel, just as the reviews said. The room was spacious and high-grade, with excellent amenities. The bath was uncrowded, spacious, and we had it all to ourselves both right after arrival and early in the morning. The teppanyaki dinner was fantastic, and even the glass wine—both white and red—was delicious. Next time, I would love to stay with abalone and spiny lobster included!

    For our family, which often uses the expressway for trips and visiting relatives, Gotemba is an easy-to-access place to take a break. We usually stay at the standard Hotel next to the outlets for convenience, but this time we chose a Hotel with dinner as the priority to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It turned out to be an even better choice than expected! We chose the luxurious teppanyaki dinner, and every dish made great use of fresh ingredients with simple seasoning that brought out their natural flavors—everything was delicious. We enjoyed taking our time over the meal and conversation. In contrast, the Japanese breakfast had several small dishes lined up, but the selection felt limited, which was a bit disappointing. Our Room on the 11th floor felt spacious even for three guests, and the amenities were well stocked. The staff member who showed us to our Room said, “You can see Mt. Fuji beautifully from this direction,” but it was at quite an angle—which made us laugh. We visited the sky room to enjoy Mt. Fuji as well, but it felt more like a meeting room. That wasn’t an issue for us since Mt. Fuji wasn’t our main purpose… The large public bath was so quiet it felt almost private; it soothed us and helped relieve driving fatigue. If there were a relaxation space to unwind after using the sauna, it would be perfect. We’ve found another Hotel in Gotemba that we’d like to use again.

    Stayed even during a typhoon.

    I always enjoy staying here. To celebrate the 15th anniversary, there were games and candy giveaways, the Facility was comfortable, and I had a great time. My Room preferences were also considered, and I am very satisfied. After check-out, I always enjoy feeding the koi in the pond on the premises.

    Relax in a spacious Room.

    The amenities are fully equipped, and the Room is spacious and comfortable. The fountain show was beyond expectations and truly amazing. I chose a Plan with breakfast included, and it was very delicious. I stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, I couldn't see Mount Fuji. However, I would love to visit again and look forward to enjoying the view of Mount Fuji next time.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay with the Japanese breakfast Plan. The staff at "Ginmeisui," where we had breakfast, were exceptional in their attentiveness, care, and demeanor. The meals were, of course, delicious and highly satisfying. Since the portions were too large for my elderly mother, I requested an adjustment, and from the next morning onward, they kindly served half portions. Before our stay, I inquired about items such as used diaper disposal bags and anti-slip mats for the bath for my mother. They prepared everything we needed, including a bath chair, which was very helpful. In the end, my mother enjoyed the public bath so much that she only used our Room's bath once—I felt a bit sorry about that. The public bath had spacious washing areas and dressing rooms. This allowed my elderly mother to move at her own pace without worrying about inconveniencing others. A cleaning staff member happened to be there when we left and kindly thanked us as we departed—it was heartwarming. The Hotel overall has a quiet atmosphere. We enjoyed views from the top-floor Sky Room, strolled through the garden feeding koi fish in the pond or watching fountain shows several times from our Room's window—all of which allowed us to spend relaxing time within just the Hotel with my elderly mother. Although I live in the same city as this Hotel is located in; it felt like an entirely different world here. I would love to stay again someday but if that's not possible; I'd definitely like to visit just their restaurant instead!

    It was a bit disappointing not being able to choose breakfast.

    The dinner restaurant offers a choice of Japanese cuisine, teppanyaki, or Italian. I chose Italian and was satisfied with both the atmosphere and taste. On the other hand, breakfast is only a Japanese set meal. At this price range, I would have liked an option for Western-style breakfast as well. The Room was adequately spacious and well-appointed; however, the water flow in the room bath was weak, taking over 30 minutes to fill it up. The shower also had low water pressure and flow, making it inconvenient to use. As for the public bath, there is no view due to its location in the city center. The fountain show that I had been looking forward to was more modest than expected. Customer service felt somewhat reserved overall.

    Relax and rejuvenate at the Onsen.

    The meals, the large public bath, and the room were all very satisfying. The meal was teppanyaki, which was incredibly delicious, and the Onsen in the large public bath was spacious and excellent. The only regret is that although we had a room on the Mt. Fuji side, clouds covered it for two days, so we couldn't see it—but that's just luck and can't be helped. However, the room was spacious and clean, with high-quality bed cushions that allowed us to sleep soundly. Thank you very much!

    The staff's service is exceptional—polite, very kind, and the best I've experienced in any hotel I've stayed at. The room is clean, well-maintained, and very quiet. Towels, beverages, and amenities are more than sufficient. The Japanese-style meals for breakfast and dinner are delicious. You can enjoy the open-air bath, fountain show, and feeding koi fish for a fun-filled stay. This is a hotel you'll want to return to again soon!

    Satisfaction guaranteed, the perfect choice!

    We stayed at the accommodation during our family trip from Okinawa. Of course, the hotel offers a great view of Mt. Fuji and has a garden where you can relax. The staff at the front desk and other employees were very accommodating. Additionally, it has good access to Gotemba Outlet and Oshino Hakkai in the neighboring prefecture, making it a meaningful family trip. There are more highlights to mention, but we highly recommend giving it a try! If we have another opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.

    Our family's favorite Hotel.

    For over 10 years, we have been using the special room for family birthdays, and everything from the service to the teppanyaki restaurant meals has always been impeccable. My elderly father loves the calm hotel environment and Onsen, and we created wonderful summer vacation memories as a family. The only reason I deducted one star for the Onsen is that there are no towels available at the Onsen, so you need to bring them from your room. It would be great if towels were provided right after exiting the Onsen (as used towels get wet). When I requested additional towels, I was asked by front desk staff if there weren’t already some in my room. Although it was written that guests could feel free to ask for more towels, it felt slightly awkward to request new ones. If this issue were improved, this would truly be a flawless Hotel!

    Always very satisfied.

    I have probably stayed here about 10 times. Located in Gotemba city, the view from the room is not great, but the scenery from the restaurant and large public bath more than makes up for it. For dinner, I always choose teppanyaki, and the monthly menu is exceptionally delicious. Among all accommodations I’ve stayed at, this is top-class in my opinion. Personally, I enjoy buffet-style breakfasts, so it would be great if there were a breakfast buffet available at the Italian restaurant.

    The facility itself ...

    The facility itself is old, and the drainage in the room's sink is clogged. Both dinner and breakfast were Japanese cuisine, but they were bland. Compared to other hotels or ryokans in the same price range, I would not visit again.
