    A wonderful Hotel that conveys Japanese tradition.

    The architectural design by Kengo Kuma and the live koto performance create an unparalleled and captivating experience that sets this accommodation apart from others. At my home, I have a piece by the same artist in my Japanese-style room, and I am always impressed by the exquisite expression of traditional Japanese woodwork. Recently, on a separate visit, I enjoyed dining and spa services. As always, the valet staff provided courteous service, which alone deserves a 5-star rating. This time, instead of jogging around the Imperial Palace due to the heat, I opted for a walk (partly jogging) from Hie Shrine to Azabudai Hills via Toranomon Hills (using underground passages as well). Lately, I've been mindful of calorie intake, so most of my meals were at the Club Lounge. Although neither my spouse nor I drink much alcohol, we found the food quality exceptional and delicious. The staff also offered attentive service throughout our stay. On the second day, we started with an early morning visit to Hie Shrine followed by a walk before utilizing the gym and pool within the accommodation. A few minor points for improvement: - Room slippers were not available until after using the pool on our second day. - The menu at each time slot in the Club Lounge lacked variety. - There was no prior explanation about cocktail hour's main dish being limited to one plate per person (it was slightly embarrassing when our additional order was declined). - The layout between pool and bathing areas was somewhat confusing; entering through what resembled an emergency exit door felt out of place. That said, with Diamond benefits such as complimentary gift sweets along with early check-in and late check-out privileges included in our stay package—we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this accommodation!

    Excellent club lounge service!

    The food quality offered at the Club Lounge is exceptional! We enjoyed an abundance of fresh fruits, high-grade sweets, delicious sandwiches, and luxurious champagne. The cocktail time food was flawless as well! The sophisticated Japanese-style Room offers stunning views of the Imperial Palace and the National Diet Building. The attentive hospitality of the staff was delightful, and we would love to visit again.

    Relaxing Time for Three Mature Ladies

    This was our second visit to Capitol with this group. It took some time to align everyone's schedules, but we finally made it happen. We enjoyed delicious food while having delightful conversations and spent a very relaxing time together. Thank you so much! The champagne and the plate of confit trout at the lounge were exceptional. For breakfast, we chose the Japanese set meal "Suizen" at ORIGAMI, which was absolutely perfect. It’s been a long time since we’ve had such a leisurely day, and we look forward to visiting again soon!

    I was very satisfied again this time.

    We stayed on the club floor to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We checked in while enjoying champagne and fresh sweets from Akasaka Shiono at the club lounge. It's rare to find a lounge that offers champagne at this stage, so I hope this service continues. The fresh sweets from Shiono were a delightful touch. After check-in, we moved straight to afternoon tea time. The cakes were delicious, especially the mango pudding and the fluffy sponge cake filled with fruits, which I particularly enjoyed. We continued with champagne and later had some soft drinks as well. There were many staff members available this time, so they always asked about drink refills at just the right timing. After indulging in plenty of sweets, we headed to our room where a birthday gift for my daughter was waiting on the table—a music box with a different tune than before, which made her very happy. While I relaxed, my daughter went to her favorite gym until cocktail time arrived. The much-anticipated cocktail time featured roast beef again this time—tender and flavorful meat that was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed more champagne followed by beer and soft drinks as well as all of the dishes served in boxes; everything was satisfying and tasty! Once again, drink orders were taken promptly throughout this period too. For breakfast, my daughter ordered truffle omelet while I chose eggs benedict along with salad, soup, yogurt, and fruits for a hearty meal. Check-out was also done at the lounge where we enjoyed tea and sweets one last time before leaving with an impression of exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. We'll be visiting again in August!

    It was my first solo staycation, and I was nervous before arriving. However, all the staff members treated me with such kindness and professionalism that my nerves were eased in the best way possible, allowing me to fully enjoy a fulfilling staycation. Beyond the excellent service, everything about the hotel—from its ambiance, views, design, cleanliness and luxury feel to the room service meals—was absolutely perfect.     We had a truly wonderful time.

    Taking the opportunity of my daughter's employment in Tokyo, I started staying at hotels in Tokyo several times a year. Searching for accommodations based on reviews and websites has become an enjoyable activity. This time, I stayed at your hotel's Club Lounge, which I had been curious about for some time. The Club Lounge met my expectations, offering a stunning view through its large windows. The National Diet Building was visible below, and even the Rainbow Bridge could be seen in the distance. The food during afternoon tea and cocktail time was elaborate and made with excellent ingredients. The steak prepared to order during cocktail time was particularly delicious. My father, who is over 90 years old and accompanied us on this trip, was deeply impressed as well. As for beverages, while the alcoholic options were great, the soft drinks—especially juices—stood out with their quality and attention to detail. The guest room we stayed in was a corner twin with an extra bed added for three people but still offered ample space. From our room's window, we could see landmarks such as the National Stadium and Akasaka Palace; even Mount Fuji appeared in view the next morning. It felt like we could see almost all of Tokyo's famous sights except for Tokyo Tower. The staff at the Club Lounge provided exceptional service that allowed us to spend a very comfortable time there. Thanks to them, this trip became one of our most memorable visits to Tokyo yet. My father mentioned wanting to stay again this autumn; when that happens, we look forward to your hospitality once more!

    It may depend on personal values and purposes, but this might be the best Hotel in Tokyo. The view includes the National Diet Building, making it truly unique among luxury hotels. Famous politicians were present at the breakfast venue.

    It is a good Hotel.

    It was my first stay in a while, but the quality of service remained as high as before. Every staff member I interacted with was polite and attentive. I used the in-room dining service three times, and the Japanese breakfast, in particular, was visually stunning, beautifully arranged, and of course, incredibly delicious. I also enjoyed my favorite fried rice twice and was very satisfied. While this may not be a flashy hotel, the level of hospitality is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is calm and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

    Enjoy the Ultimate Experience at the Club Lounge

    Staying at this hotel is a blissful experience. The rooms are high-class, simple modern, clean, and very relaxing. The club lounge is exceptional. The food offered is beautifully presented and delicious, while the drinks are carefully selected for their origin and ingredients, offering outstanding flavors. I was deeply impressed by the taste of the morning vegetable juice I tried for the first time and the delicate texture of the hot milk. I am filled with gratitude for the subtle yet attentive, kind, and warm hospitality of the lounge staff.     Reward yourself for your hard work...

    Occasionally, I treat myself to a stay here as a reward for my hard work. The attentive service always impresses me. While luxury ryokans are nice, this hotel is more than sufficient as a rewarding accommodation for a Tokyo trip filled with movies and theater.     The Club Room offers an exceptional view of the National Diet Building, providing breathtaking scenery. The room is adorned with traditional Japanese crafts and artworks, creating the atmosphere of a stay-in museum. The concierge shared insights and background stories about the pieces, allowing for a truly enriching experience. The light meals served in the Club Room are thoughtfully curated, featuring additive-free juices made from domestic ingredients, Western-style abalone dishes prepared fresh upon order, fruits, rice crackers, and more—all deliciously satisfying. Above all, the hospitality and attentiveness of the concierges in the Club Room were outstanding. When I requested additional scones because they were so delightful, a concierge noticed and brought them warm. Upon asking for hot green tea, they carefully selected a teapot with colors that complemented green tea from Fukagawa Seiji's collection—an example of their impeccable attention to detail that left me deeply impressed. The guest room was clean and designed in a modern Japanese style unique to this Hotel brand—a space perfect for relaxation. If I may suggest one improvement: given how much emphasis was placed on using domestic ingredients for food and beverages in the Club Room, it would have been nice if even basic amenities like disposable cleansing products had origins that offered more reassurance regarding their quality or country of manufacture.

    Thought-provoking

    I stayed here two years ago and had a great impression, so this is my second stay. I enjoyed a luxurious stay on the club floor, as well as the pool and spa. The free rental of training wear, shoes, and swimsuits is a delightful service. On the club floor, I noticed long-term guests making various requests, which staff and chefs addressed each time. However, it was disappointing to see staff being reprimanded by some guests. It seemed that other guests' requests were declined while all of one particular guest's demands were met—likely a special guest—but it didn’t leave the best impression. I hope the club floor staff can strive to provide satisfactory service for all guests equally.

    A highly satisfying Hotel

    I stayed with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Thanks to the IKYU Diamond Member benefits, we enjoyed nearly 24 hours of hotel stay from early check-in to late check-out. The quality of food at the club lounge was excellent and very delicious. The staff were attentive, promptly bringing drink menus when our glasses were empty, making the experience comfortable and pleasant. During cocktail time, we received a birthday dessert plate along with kind celebratory words, which made us very happy. Our room was on the 29th floor and impeccably clean. The view was great, and we had a relaxing time watching Netflix and YouTube in the room! The pajamas were separate pieces and very comfortable to wear, and the turndown service was excellent as well. We also visited the pool. It required removing makeup and wearing a swim cap before entering. While I thought couples might find this inconvenient—especially for women who may not want to remove their makeup or wear a swim cap—it wasn’t an issue for us as we removed our makeup and enjoyed swimming in the clean pool with its jacuzzi facilities providing additional comfort. We used valet service during our stay as well; while enjoying tea and snacks in the lounge at checkout time, a staff member kindly asked if they could load our large luggage into our car ahead of time. When we left for the hotel entrance shortly after finishing up in the lounge, both our car preparation and luggage loading had already been taken care of—a definite plus point! Although it’s not an inexpensive hotel where I can frequently stay, I would love to book again with a club lounge plan for another special occasion or anniversary in the future. Thank you so much!

    Before check-in, we ...

    Before check-in, we enjoyed lunch at Origami again. It was simply delicious as always. We appreciate the thoughtful seating arrangements. Thank you very much. We love the luxurious and clean atmosphere of SaRyoh. Moreover, the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff always exceed expectations, leaving no room for complaints. It's exceptional. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet T this time. However, everything we requested in advance was handled perfectly, and our only regret is not being able to thank T in person. Next time we stay, I hope to express my gratitude directly to T while seeing their face again. At that time, I would like to convey my special thanks once more. We will definitely return!

    Excellent hospitality

    I stayed with my two daughters. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite room, and both the parents and children were very excited. The view from the window was particularly wonderful, so much so that we wanted to keep looking at it. The hospitality of the lounge staff was also the best we've ever experienced. We felt a warmth that is not found in foreign-owned hotels. We will definitely use it again.

    Music Box

    I stayed at the property for an early birthday celebration. I was surprised when a plate of assorted fruits suddenly appeared in the lounge, and it had "Happy Birthday" written on it, which made me very happy. Also, there was a small music box placed on the table in the room as a gift. In other hotels, I've often received chocolates or other food items, so I was incredibly touched by the music box. It was unfortunate that the amenities like shampoo were of the installed type, but everything else was satisfactory. The staff treated me very well. Thank you very much.

    As it was a celebrat...

    As it was a celebratory stay, thank you for fulfilling our request for a high-floor room with a good view and for the gift. While I felt it was an excellent hotel as rumored, there were some points of concern that I wanted to share in hopes of staying again in the future. ① There was no guidance to the room, and the suitcase we left over an hour before entering the room was delivered later. ② The club lounge had many staff members, making it less relaxing; if there are so many people, they should be assigned to guide guests to their rooms as mentioned in point ①. Especially during checkout when using the lounge, dishes were cleared immediately after eating which did not feel pleasant. ③ Although we appreciated the room's view and gifts greatly, there were no words from staff on that day which felt lonely; seeing multiple guests being celebrated with fruit plates by staff during lounge use also left mixed feelings. ④ Regarding breakfast, the rice was dry; if you're going to provide new rice from Uonuma Koshihikari with an explanation attached, improvement is needed. ⑥ If you could announce Japanese sweets before ordering welcome drinks so we can consider drinks accordingly—it would enhance excitement if delicious Japanese sweets are paired with matcha or Japanese tea rather than other drink options. Having used restaurants and sustainable tables multiple times showed attention to detail across various aspects; I found everyone including chefs charming too. Looking forward to next time as well!

    Happy Time with Your Beloved Dog

    I stayed at my favorite Capitol for my 60th birthday celebration. This time, I was nervous because I brought my dog along, but everyone warmly welcomed us, and we had a very happy time. I am grateful for the warm hospitality, including the delightful messages and gifts for me and even cute clothes and treats for my dog. It's amazing that you still remember when I forgot my contact lens solution about ten years ago and always have it ready at the sink! The Plan to stay with dogs is ending this month, so next time I'll enjoy a relaxing stay with my family. Thank you always for providing such wonderfully happy moments.

    I was able to relax.

    I was able to spend a leisurely and elegant time alone. From check-in, I didn't step outside and used room service to relieve my work fatigue. I was able to watch Netflix, so I wasn't bored. It was a hotel I wanted to stay at once, so I'm glad I used it this time. The view was towards Shinjuku, so next time I would like to request a view towards the National Diet Building. The price range of luxury hotels has exceeded 100,000 yen, and this time it was in the 70,000 yen range. I think it might be a bit cheaper to stay in January or February. A luxury hotel with a view bath from the room. Most hotels have blinds or shades that can be closed with a switch. Here, it was shoji screens. It matched the room's atmosphere and was nice. I received a gift of sweets as a diamond benefit. It was nice to be able to use early check-in and late check-out.

    A Long-Awaited Return to the Capitol

    It had been a while since my last stay, but it was as wonderful as ever at this Hotel. They accommodated my early arrival, allowing me to check in early, which was very helpful. I also used the pool, and it was very pleasant. The staff's service was also delightful. The breakfast didn't have a wide variety, but each item was delicious and of high quality. The coffee was also great. It would be nice if there were more options, including some Japanese-style dishes. I had a very pleasant stay. If I may add, it would be great if the gym could be used for free as well.

    A Comfortable Lounge

    From the moment I entered the Hotel, the warm hospitality of the female staff member at the entrance raised my expectations for my stay. Overall, the lounge was very comfortable. Although it was a small, limited-capacity Accommodation, there were plenty of staff on hand, promptly replacing drinks and clearing finished dishes at just the right time. Their quick and courteous service made me feel truly at ease. Of course, food refills were also consistently well taken care of, so I could relax and enjoy my time. I would love to stay again if I have another opportunity.

    The spirit of unwavering hospitality

    It was my first stay in about two years. There were various updates, but the unchanged parts provided a sense of reassurance. The unwavering spirit of hospitality as the flagship of Tokyu Hotels was still present. Being next to Hie Shrine, it offers a truly serene environment. It is conveniently connected directly to the subway station, but the absence of a large shopping mall makes the lobby area calm. The view from the Room on the side of the National Diet Building offers an overwhelming sense of openness. If you want to stay quietly and leisurely, this is the place. The lobby lounge Origami offers excellent cost performance. Seeing the authentic doorman's uniform makes me feel excited, thinking "I've arrived." If I had to say, I would be happy if there were "original" (coffee) drip packs in the Room. I was able to relax again this time.

    The staff's courteous hospitality was very pleasant. I was very happy to enjoy delicious food and plenty of my favorite champagne. The Japanese-modern guest room and the spa were also very clean and comfortable.

    Not quite beyond expectations...

    This was my first stay. I had high expectations, so I was left with a slightly disappointing impression. The person in charge of check-in seemed to be a newcomer, but they were earnest and polite, leaving a good impression. The room was basically cleaned well. However, I was concerned about small details, such as large dust on the pajamas and clumps of hair on the carpet. I used room service for meals. Although I had made a reservation in advance, there were not enough cutlery for the number of people. I didn't know there were fries under the chicken basket, so I asked for extra fries and ended up leaving some uneaten. I wish they had mentioned it when ordering. Among the hotels I have visited so far, the location was particularly appealing. I will try again if I have the opportunity.

    Stay in the heart of Japan

    It was a great experience as it was my first time staying at a hotel where I could look down on the National Diet Building and the Prime Minister's Office from above. The room's layout was unique, with a distinctive atmosphere not found in other hotels, which was nice. I only slept there as I attended a party at night, but I was concerned about the narrow bed. Even though it was Hollywood style, I thought a slightly wider bed would be better! The bath was designed for foreigners and was slightly difficult to enter, but it was spacious and nice. I thought the amenities were good, but a slightly larger body towel would have been more convenient. I tried using the Nespresso coffee machine, but the switch was reversed, which was troublesome. I wanted coffee, but it turned into espresso, and when I pressed the espresso switch, it became coffee. Since I own a machine myself, I was surprised that the switch was reversed. I requested the Origami buffet for breakfast. Each dish was delicious, and I wanted to enjoy more, but the egg dish ordered first was plentiful, and it was a shame I couldn't eat everything. The Japanese food also looked delicious, so I would like to try it next time if I have the chance. The lounge was at the counter, but I thought it was the counter of a first-class hotel. The only disappointment was that if the male bartender had a smile, the heavy atmosphere would have been better. A woman participated in the assist, but I still felt the overall atmosphere was heavy. The underground parking lot was spacious and excellent, but the passageway was too steep. Furthermore, the elevator from the parking lot on the third basement floor to the lobby was slow. It may be related to the commercial floor, but the elevator is complicated. However, the staff felt close to first-class. What surprised me the most was that while I was attending a party, my wife was alone, and during the short time she went to the convenience store, they provided hospitality with a new setting. Additionally, I was impressed by the high quality of the breakfast venue staff. It is an internationally rich place, but I commend them for providing not only ordinary service but also language-proficient and attentive service. Even when staying at a reasonably good hotel, it wasn't to that extent. There were a few shortcomings, but overall, I thought it was a wonderful hotel. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
