    Stay on the Club Floor After a Long Time

    I stayed on the Club Floor of this hotel on January 4th, right after the New Year. The hotel's Club Lounge has always been known for its amazing views and delicious food, so I had high expectations—and it was exactly as I imagined. The staff's service was very attentive, and the atmosphere felt pleasantly different from international chain hotels. I would love to visit again for a special occasion.

    Having stayed here before and created wonderful memories, we were excited to return for our wedding anniversary. We both love the frog ornament in the Club Lounge. This time, we stayed for two nights and enjoyed the Club Lounge with the charming frog. The champagne and wine were served at perfect timing, showcasing thoughtful service. The dishes offered in the lounge, such as beef and abalone, were all delicious and brought smiles to our faces. The fruit plate prepared for our anniversary celebration was beautifully presented, and all the staff were kind and welcoming, making it a truly special occasion. The Room was also very comfortable. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again and again—we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

    This was my first time staying for 2 nights. The Club Floor is amazing. The quality of the food is excellent, and both cocktail time and breakfast are served in a course style, making it feel like dining at a restaurant. I was also deeply impressed by the high level of hospitality from the Club Lounge staff as well as staff from other departments. I had a quiet and luxurious stay and am extremely satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to enjoying another Multiple Night Stay in the future.

    I stayed at this Hot...

    I stayed at this Hotel a long time ago and had a great experience, so I chose it as the destination for a trip with my parents. During my previous stay, I enjoyed the Chinese cuisine à la carte buffet at night, which was both delicious and entertaining thanks to the staff. Wanting to share that experience with my parents, I made a reservation for dinner again this time. The service, hospitality, and food were excellent once more, creating wonderful memories for us. The attentiveness of the front desk staff and other team members was outstanding, allowing us to have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We also managed to visit Hie Shrine this time, which we missed before. I would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Modest and refined, not overly flashy but the best Hotel in Japan.

    Understated and high-quality, I believe this is the best Hotel in Japan. The usability of the impeccably maintained Room and the comfort of the Club Lounge SaRyoh are truly exceptional. I was saddened to hear that a staff member who always provided excellent service at the Club Lounge had retired, but once again, I felt warmth and attentiveness from all the staff that is rare in other lounges. On the other hand, this time I had breakfast at ORIGAMI for the first time, but found it disappointing. The staff appeared arrogant with their heads held high as they walked around without paying attention to guests, which was quite unpleasant. I ordered a Japanese set meal but waited about 20 minutes for it to arrive. The roasted green tea served was only one cup, which felt insufficient for my dry morning throat. Even when raising my hand to request a refill, none of the seemingly aimlessly moving staff noticed me. If refills cannot be served promptly, providing tea in a teapot would be appreciated instead. Additionally, I found that rice portions in the Japanese set meal seemed small for men’s appetites; when requesting seconds (which also took some time to get noticed), it took nearly 10 minutes before more rice arrived—served sloppily—which left me disappointed considering this is supposed to be Capitol's standard quality dining experience! After finishing breakfast quickly retreated back into SaRyoh lounge where coffee finally allowed relaxation momentarily regained composure there deciding future breakfasts better enjoyed within SaRyoh itself alternatively opting Room Service meals over ORIGAMI dining altogether henceforth avoiding similar dissatisfaction encountered previously experienced therein altogether entirely! Despite disappointment during breakfast overall still intend returning someday hoping next visit restores reputation reaffirming status Japan’s number-one Hotel deserving title rightfully earned prior occasions fondly remembered cherished alike!

    Excellent

    Lounge with a view of the National Diet Building Room with a view of Hie Shrine Breakfast was enjoyed in the lounge. While there were fewer options compared to Origami, it was just right for us. Too many choices can lead to overeating. The staff's warm words were comforting, and the room was spotless with a very comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. Everything was perfect!

    I had a relaxing stay!

    I live about 10 minutes away from the hotel by taxi. While just dining at the restaurant is fine, staying overnight allows me to enjoy drinks in the club lounge with views of the National Diet Building and Mount Fuji, as well as relax by the pool, making it feel like a true getaway! My elderly mother loves this hotel more than ○kura or ○ress Hotel! Thank you for your thoughtful consideration for seniors during occasions like my son's job celebration and my mother's birthday. I look forward to visiting again!

    Amazing stay experience!!

    We had a wonderful time and created precious memories as a family. The interior was very clean, and the meals provided were absolutely delicious, allowing us to enjoy every moment. What impressed us the most was the hospitality of the staff. Every staff member was polite and warm; not a single person showed indifference. It truly felt like we were being cared for during our stay. We are filled with gratitude for providing such an amazing experience. The clean and beautiful guest rooms, pool, large public bath, and especially the club lounge are places we would love to visit again and again. It was an exceptional Hotel. Thank you very much—we definitely want to return! The breakfast at Origami was incredibly delicious!

    I feel refreshed.

    The lounge staff's attentiveness was exceptional, making our stay comfortable once again. We were deeply touched that a staff member who assisted us during our previous visit remembered our preferences—truly impressive. The variety of food and drinks was extensive, and we found ourselves staying longer than planned. The Room offered a serene atmosphere with Japanese-inspired decor and an exclusive view of the National Diet Building, unique to this Hotel. This time, we tried the pool for the first time and enjoyed it even without swimming skills. The pool staff were also very kind. We would love to stay here again.     I had a relaxing stay.

    The service and hospitality remained consistent, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing stay this year as well. We stayed on the Club Floor to celebrate a special occasion, and we appreciate your responsiveness to our requests from check-in to check-out. The afternoon tea at the Club Floor was delightful, with a wide variety of teas that we thoroughly enjoyed. One point for improvement: I borrowed a hair iron, which was dual-purpose for curling/straightening. However, since the exterior is also made of metal and becomes hot, it is very dangerous to use as a straightener. I ended up burning my neck.

    We enjoyed breakfast...

    We enjoyed breakfast via room service on both occasions, changing the menu each time. The first day was a Japanese-style meal, and the second day was Western-style. The Japanese meal was so luxurious and plentiful that I couldn't believe it had been so long since I last had one. Thank you for the wonderful meals. During our multiple night stay, we were able to meet T-san on the first day. I apologize for imposing despite your busy schedule and regret not being able to properly express my gratitude during our conversation as I spoke too much one-sidedly. T-san, thank you so much for being such a great support to me emotionally. With circumstances around me changing drastically, I'm unsure when I'll be able to stay again; however, if we meet during my next stay, I hope we can continue our previous conversation then. Thank you very much for making this an incredibly pleasant and meaningful stay! It seems like hot days will continue for some time—please take care of yourselves!

    I recently enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay. Before check-in, I had lunch at Origami. The meal, paired with champagne, was absolutely delicious. For the price and quality of a Hotel lunch, it truly satisfied both our appetites and hearts. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Despite being a busy day, stepping into SaRyoh felt like entering a serene and elegant world apart from the everyday hustle. This atmosphere is undoubtedly created by the friendly yet meticulous service of SaRyoh's staff. The luxurious ambiance of SaRyoh is perfect for unwinding from daily stress. There is also an incredibly dashing individual at SaRyoh whose lifestyle, thoughts, and conversations are truly inspiring. Their attention to detail and unwavering dedication are qualities I deeply admire and hope to emulate in my own life as I strive for self-improvement every day.

    I had always wanted to visit this hotel, and my wish finally came true. At the club lounge, I enjoyed plenty of champagne starting with the welcome drink, and the dishes during cocktail time were absolutely delicious. The allergy-friendly accommodations were perfect, not only at the club lounge but also at breakfast at Origami, which deeply impressed me. The bathing facility and room were all wonderful, and during my stay, I even made a reservation for my birthday in January next year. The gift for Diamond members was very elegant—such beautiful sweets that it felt almost too precious to eat. Thank you for a wonderful time!

    A luxurious private trip.

    This was a slightly luxurious solo trip I planned for myself. I stayed in a club floor room that I had been looking forward to. Unfortunately, due to room availability, only rooms facing Hie Shrine were offered, and since I initially hoped for a view of the Imperial Palace or the National Diet Building, it was a bit disappointing. The first room I was shown had some noise issues, likely from an air conditioning compressor located directly below. After consulting with the front desk, they promptly arranged another room for me. A staff member personally guided me to the new room and ensured that the noise level was acceptable—a very thoughtful response. The club floor lounge "SaRyoh" offers not only breakfast but also elevenses, afternoon tea, and dinner service. Since I spent most of my time exploring Tokyo during the day, I couldn't enjoy afternoon tea; however, the evening cocktail hour left a lasting impression. The well-trained staff escorted me to my seat and handed over drink menus (including alcoholic beverages and teas). They also served freshly prepared warm main dishes right at my table. I stayed for three nights, and each night featured different main dishes as well as self-service appetizers—ensuring variety throughout my stay. The appetizers were all delicately crafted with refined flavors that were truly delicious. The club floor rooms are very spacious with firm beds offering excellent support; this meant no back pain upon waking up in the morning. Soundproofing was effective overall; however, being close to the Prime Minister's residence meant occasional helicopter noise during daytime hours. This is an excellent accommodation with impressive attention to detail from its staff and their courteous service!

    The club lounge was excellent.

    The staff at the club lounge were incredibly welcoming and warm. I chose champagne as my welcome drink, and they kindly refilled it when the glass was low, allowing me to enjoy several glasses. As a champagne lover, this made me very happy. Moving on to afternoon tea, they explained the sweets in detail and matched their service to our mood, making it an uplifting experience. There was a wide variety of teas available, and I appreciated the teapot service as well. During the evening cocktail hour, I selected white wine. Again, they refilled my glass when it was low. After switching to red wine later on, they even suggested a red wine tasting for comparison—it was such an enjoyable experience. The savory items were all delicious and beautifully presented in a single case with great style—very impressive! The night view from the lounge was stunningly beautiful. The guest room itself was practical yet comfortable and provided a pleasant stay overall. On the following day, as part of my Diamond Member benefits, I had late check-out until 1 PM. However, around noon there was a knock at the door asking if it wasn’t time for check-out yet. When I mentioned that my check-out time should be 1 PM per my benefits package—they apologized immediately for any misunderstanding. Given today’s circumstances where unexpected knocks can feel unsettling or intrusive—I believe phone confirmation might be more reassuring instead moving forward? Despite minor hiccups like these—the overall atmosphere felt luxurious & special throughout! Thank You So Much For Making This Stay Memorable!!

    I have stayed here many times and this time I used the club for my accommodation. The service is excellent, the meals are impeccable, and the building is just the right size—not too big. No matter how many times I stay, it never gets old and is always comfortable. If you are arriving by car, I recommend using the valet service.

    It’s truly wonderful.

    I love traveling and often stay at top-rated accommodations, but my recent visit to The Capitol Hotel Tokyu reminded me of how exceptional it truly is. What makes it outstanding are the staff's excellent service, the delicious food in the lounge (I didn't use the restaurant this time), and its calm and quiet atmosphere despite being located in the city center.

    The lounge service and meals are exceptional, making this centrally located hotel with a great view a comfortable stay anytime. Once a hidden gem for Japanese guests, it has recently become popular among international tourists, slightly reducing its tranquil atmosphere, which is personally regrettable. Looking forward to staying during the New Year holidays to easily visit Hie Shrine for the first shrine visit of the year.

    First Lounge Experience

    It was my first stay with lounge access. I had stayed in the standard rooms several times before and already knew about the excellent service from the staff and the delicious breakfast, but having lounge access was truly enjoyable. The exceptional hospitality allowed me to fully enjoy the lounge from early check-in to late check-out without hesitation. The variety of cakes during tea time made me excited, and all of the hotel-made sweets were absolutely delicious. The selection of drinks was also extensive, adding to my satisfaction. Since I don't drink alcohol, cocktail hours at hotels often feel a bit lonely for me, but here, I was delighted by a dish featuring sweetfish that could easily be mistaken for a dinner main course. The sweetfish was prepared with great care and tasted amazing. I heard that they alternate between meat and fish dishes to accommodate guests on multiple night stays, which made me want to stay longer next time! As for breakfast, their recommended truffle omelet truly lived up to being called "the ultimate breakfast." Lately, I've been preferring relaxing nearby trips over traveling far away, so this experience brought immense satisfaction. I definitely want to visit again soon! The gym and pool facilities were excellent with great amenities—perfect for hot summer days. The availability of rental items added even more convenience and contributed greatly to my overall satisfaction during this stay. (If there's one thing I'd suggest: it would be nice if there were more vegetables available either at night or in the morning.) Thank you so much to all the staff members!

    It had been six months since my last stay, but once again, I was able to enjoy a delightful and fulfilling experience. Upon arrival, I first headed to Suiren for lunch. Thank you for the wonderful meal. After finishing the teppanyaki lunch, I was smoothly guided to SaRyoh. I am grateful to the front desk staff. As always, the attentiveness of the SaRyoh staff is exceptional, promptly addressing all my requests. I deeply appreciate their constant care and feel almost apologetic for receiving so much attention. Their thoughtfulness is truly remarkable. The reason I keep wanting to return is undoubtedly due to the efforts of every single member of the SaRyoh team. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting T-san for the first time this year. It brought me immense joy and comforted me greatly. Every time before meeting them, I resolve to express my gratitude properly; however, when we meet in person, I'm so happy that words fail me. I have plans to stay again in August and hope that if we meet then, I'll finally be able to convey my thanks and appreciation properly. Though it seems like this heat will continue for some time longer, please take good care of yourselves!

    I have stayed here many times, and it’s always amazing! The club lounge and the room were both excellent. Upon check-in, we were welcomed with matcha and adorable Japanese sweets. Our routine is to enjoy deep-roasted or light-roasted coffee from Mikafeto instead of a machine, along with cakes and sandwiches. During cocktail time, we indulged in champagne and a main meat dish! Since it was crowded during our weekend stay, we soon moved to the Capitol Bar for the first time in a while. Recently, my wife has been into keeping bottles at various hotel bars, so we decided to try it here as well. The counter is non-smoking, and the clientele is pleasant, making for a comfortable experience. We had another enjoyable stay this time too. We’ll be back again soon—thank you for everything!

    A Hotel You'll Want to Stay at Again and Again

    It was my first stay in about a year, and I had a truly wonderful time. The rain shower in the room was incredibly refreshing and felt like the best rain shower I've ever experienced. The lounge's sweets and drinks were carefully crafted, each one tasting absolutely delicious. The cocktail time dishes were also very tasty, leaving me impressed beyond words.     A soothing retreat from busy and hot days

    I made a reservation to relax and unwind. Upon mentioning that it was our wedding anniversary, we were delighted with thoughtful gestures such as commemorative gifts and surprise performances by the lounge staff, for which we are deeply grateful. The food was incredibly delicious, and we enjoyed it immensely—it’s one of the highlights of staying at this accommodation. The room was also lovely. However, I was a bit disappointed not to meet the male and female staff members who used to be in the club lounge before. This time, I noticed young staff members working earnestly in various areas of the hotel, which left a refreshing and positive impression. I support their efforts wholeheartedly. At breakfast in ORIGAMI, I overheard extended guidance being given to younger staff members; perhaps keeping such discussions more discreet would be preferable.

    Enjoy the Lounge

    I had a very satisfying stay. The lounge staff were kind and friendly. The drinks and food were plentiful and enjoyable. The steak prepared in the lounge was especially delicious. For breakfast, I chose the Japanese set meal without hesitation, just like last time. There were many dishes, all of which were delicious. From the room, I could see the National Diet Building and the Prime Minister's Office—a view unique to this accommodation. It was another comfortable stay this time as well. I look forward to staying again in August!
