    Good location

    Stayed for the purpose of using the Sogetsu Hall. Since it was Setsubun Day, the nearby Toyokawa Inari was bustling, and with Toraya next door, it was easy to enjoy tea. The Hotel itself felt a bit old, but I thought that added to its charm, and I had a comfortable stay. I was happy to find Mirable and YA-MAN available.

    I will use it again.

    The staff's service was excellent. The washbasin was difficult to use, so I rated the bath 3 stars. I enjoyed the breakfast, but since I couldn't finish everything, I rated it 4 stars, hoping they could reduce the variety a bit and lower the price.

    The location is excellent.

    We stayed for two nights and three days from New Year's Day. The location is excellent. In front of the HOTEL is Toyokawa Inari, within walking distance are Hie Shrine and Akasaka Hikawa Shrine for a three-shrine visit. It's also easy to get to TBS. Right next door is Toraya Akasaka Store. You can visit the café every day. There are many shops nearby. It's about 8 minutes to Tokyo Station. I regret not noticing this great location and cost performance until now. I will make it my regular Stays in Tokyo. Thank you for your hospitality. Although USB is not supported, power outlets can be borrowed at the front desk.

    Breakfast is good.

    Upon entering the Hotel, you are greeted by a tree and a pair. The retro staircase and hallway are adorned with paintings, giving a sense of a long-established Hotel. The twin Room was spacious with a good view, allowing for a relaxing stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety, with freshly made omelets and bread brought to your table. Everything was delicious, making you want to try it all. We were told that drinks could be taken back to the Room. The staff were all kind. Within walking distance, there are attractions like Akasaka Geihinkan and Toyokawa Inari, as well as Akasaka Sacas, which was great. We were very satisfied.

    Reasonably

    I have stayed at several Stays in Monterey, but this one has a few flaws here and there. The location, reception, room size, and price are good. There were some concerns such as the lack of outlets and some contact issues, dirt on the bottom of the bathroom door, and the weakness of the hairdryer, but overall I was satisfied. I will use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Wonderful Room

    Triple use for 3 people for 2 nights. The room was spacious with plenty of space between the bed and the wall. It was a room on the Akasaka Gyoen side, and the vast greenery spread outside the window, offering a very nice view. The welcome drink was also well-chilled tea, and since it was in a small plastic bottle, it lasted long and was very handy. The front desk staff were very kind and pleasant, and the stairs to the second floor were solid, and I liked the paintings displayed. I use the Monterey Hotel if it fits my budget, and Ginza, La Soeur Ginza, Hanzomon, and Akasaka all exceeded my expectations. I would like to stay again.

    The reception includ...

    The reception included foreign staff, and everyone provided courteous service. There was also a service of bottled tea. The cap contained powdered tea, which mixed in when opened, and it was very delicious. They kindly accommodated all our requests, such as receiving luggage sent in advance and lending us an iron. The location was very convenient, being close to the Akasaka Police Station, and it felt safe and secure. The breakfast was varied and everything was delicious. It was my first time having beef stew for breakfast, and I was very satisfied. Thank you very much for taking care of us during our stay.

    If you don't mind,

    It would be convenient to have a microwave on the floor to warm up items purchased the day before, especially for early morning departures... It would be nice to have one, even if only on the upper floors where there are many regular guests.
