    I have decided that this is the only place I will stay in Hiroshima.

    This time, I stayed with the Club Lounge Plan. I was satisfied with the welcome at the main entrance, but the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding! Although I had a folding umbrella, there was a spare umbrella in the Room, which I was able to use. The Room was also cleaned beautifully, and while the Property itself is old, I had a very comfortable stay. The lounge concierge provided us with an efficient route explanation for our early morning departure, and when we safely arrived at our destination, the concierge's face came to mind. For breakfast, I always have okonomiyaki. The morning steak and omelet were also great. It seems I will be visiting Hiroshima a few more times this year, so I will choose Crowne Plaza.

    I stayed for the fir...

    I stayed for the first time and used the club lounge. The staff were very pleasant, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time with peace of mind. The bath was average, so I would rate it 3 stars, but I would definitely like to stay at the Property again.

    You can relax.

    I have stayed here several times since the ANA Hotel days. The age of the building is undeniable, and recently there are many newer hotels with separate bath and toilet, so I sometimes choose those. However, this time I stayed here because it was convenient for a late-night check-in and early-morning check-out. I was also impressed that I could have breakfast without waiting even on a Sunday morning, and the omelet, with its rich flavor and possibly special dough, was very delicious.

    It was very comfortable to stay.

    I chose to stay on the club floor without much thought, but the staff's response was very gentle and friendly, allowing me to have a very pleasant stay. Although it's not a city known for its night views, the daytime scenery from the club lounge was picturesque, offering a view of the Seto Inland Sea. The Antipodes soap (Fig & Feijoa) placed in the room and restroom had a very nice fragrance. It doesn't seem to be generally available (?), and it looks like you can't buy it online, but I wonder if it was possible to buy it at the hotel...? The attached gym is Anytime, a Silver Plate store (the condition was that more than 15 models of Life Fitness's HAMMERSTRENGTH series are installed, I think?), and the weight training area was extremely well-equipped, which was excellent. For the morning buffet, I deliberately chose the all-day dining downstairs instead of the club lounge, and they even offered steak at the live kitchen, making me reflect on my underestimation of it as "just a slightly better business hotel." It was a wonderful Stays that seemed almost disproportionate to the price. When traveling to the region, I would definitely like to use other ANA Crowne Plaza Hotels as well.

    I have been continuously captivated by various things. Thank you.

    I intended to drop off my luggage first, but I was pleased to find out that I could check in early and relax. When I consulted about a minor issue for a more comfortable stay, it was resolved immediately with prompt action. Needless to say, I was able to enjoy an even more comfortable stay afterward. I would like to express my gratitude once again to the front desk staff for their assistance. The club lounge always had a calm atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy the leisurely flow of time and ambiance. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, making it hard to decide what to eat, and everything was delicious. I was once again captivated by the Sleep Advantage, the sleep support program, and was thoroughly satisfied with my comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    Hmm

    Stayed for one night during the New Year holidays for travel. I was looking forward to it because it's my favorite Hotel brand, but honestly, the level of the staff was... The greetings and responses were generally gloomy and businesslike, which might be a matter of perception, but the most shocking was the breakfast venue staff. They didn't actively clear the empty dishes and chatted with each other whenever they had the chance. When they did clear the dishes, they did so in silence... I've never experienced a Hotel like this before. Is it allowed for staff to chat with each other in front of guests at this Hotel? I felt a significant difference in the level of staff compared to Hotels of the same class in the city. Revisiting might be difficult.

    Very satisfied with the accommodation plan

    This was my first time using the service. I stayed in a Club Floor Room with a collaboration Plan with Onomichi Roman Coffee, which was very appealing to a coffee lover. I visited Onomichi Roman Coffee and enjoyed delicious coffee and waffles in a lovely space, which was very satisfying. After exploring the surroundings, I used the club lounge in the evening and the next morning, and both times the food and drink menus were extensive and delicious. I also enjoyed the night view and the gradually rising sunrise in the early morning. The Room was spacious and comfortable. I would like to use the Club Floor Plan again next time.

    I am very satisfied with this price.

    In terms of value for money, I am very satisfied. I believe it was an IKYU Diamond benefit, but I had no use for the 1000 yen restaurant voucher, so I would be happy if it could be used at Onomichi Roman Coffee.

    This was my fourth stay this year. Since last year, I have been using the club floor. Therefore, I have always had a comfortable stay. However, I have some thoughts about the breakfast in the lounge, though it's not a complaint. I understand that the number of items is fewer compared to the buffet on the 1st floor, but it seems like there has been no change in the variety of dishes as far as I can remember. In fact, it seems that the exclusive soups that were initially available are no longer there. And, Since there is a chef on-site, I always feel it would be nice to have an additional dish that can be chosen from the menu, whether fixed or changing daily. I would like to see such changes. I will use your services again.

    Three Grandmothers

    We stayed with three women, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. The Chinese dinner was very delicious and we were very satisfied. Breakfast was steak in the morning. It was tender and delicious. There were many other things I wanted to eat, and I was full. Next time, we plan to stay with Japanese food.

    It has become my regular Stays in Hiroshima.

    I liked it very much the first time I stayed, so this was my third visit. This time, I probably got a larger Room. Thank you very much! The club lounge was a bit crowded, perhaps because it was a Sunday stay, but after waiting just a little, I was able to sit down immediately. All the guests were very calm, and the atmosphere was nice, so I was glad I came. The cakes and jellies during tea time were all delicious. This time it was strawberry. The scones were crispy, light, and easy to eat. I always use the loop bus from Hiroshima Station. It runs every 10 minutes, and the Hotel is right in front of the bus stop, so it's very convenient. For someone like me who doesn't use a rental car, this is very much appreciated. It's a very relaxing Hotel. I'll come again next year! Thank you very much.

    I stayed on the Club...

    I stayed on the Club Floor. The top-floor Club Lounge offered a great view, and both the afternoon tea time and cocktail time were excellent. Truly great value for money! However, there was some filming near the window in the evening, possibly for advertising purposes? The lighting was distracting, which was a bit disappointing. A brief notice from the lounge staff would have been appreciated since some guests seated nearby ended up leaving. The location is fantastic, being very close to Peace Memorial Park, making it perfect for walking around. If I may suggest one improvement—it would be great to have a shuttle bus service to Hiroshima Station!

    It is undoubtedly a Hotel, but

    As expected from ANA, the walls were thick, and I couldn't hear any noise from the neighbors, so it was quiet. However, the amenities are given at the front desk during check-in, which seems a bit stingy. I wanted a drink at night and looked for a vending machine in the Hotel but couldn't find one... I had no choice but to quench my thirst with the welcome drink in the Room. What bothered me were the other guests. There were people who looked like businessmen in suits and some who seemed aloof, which gave a bad impression.

    View of Hiroshima from the Club Lounge

    I used the club floor. The Room was not spacious, but the Facility and amenities were well-equipped. The bed was high-grade, and the sleepwear was very comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The club lounge was not crowded, and all the staff were kind, allowing for a pleasant time. I would definitely like to repeat my stay when visiting Hiroshima.

    The level of the club lounge is high.

    My family home is in Hiroshima, so I stay here every time I have errands recently. The club lounge is of a high standard. The view is also wonderful, providing a refreshing change of pace. It's a bit disappointing that the provided shampoo and conditioner are in bottles, but I love the club lounge, so I will visit again.

    Ideal for sightseeing

    It is in a very good location, close to the Peace Memorial Park and downtown. We used the club floor, and the view from the 20th floor was wonderful during afternoon tea, cocktail time, and morning. I was not used to driving in Hiroshima for the first time, and I didn't know how to enter from the left-turn-only lane. Also, the Hotel was not facing the main street, so I passed by and finally reached it after asking for directions over the phone. This is my second time staying at ANA Hotel, following my stay at Appi ANA Intercontinental last month. The service is excellent. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    The club floor was great.

    The club lounge benefits were excellent. Starting with breakfast in the lounge, the services for afternoon tea and cocktail time were all wonderful. The fried oysters and omelets with Hiroshima specialties we had for breakfast were truly delicious. As for afternoon tea, it was nice that the menu was slightly changed over the two days. I seem to recall that there was a stollen service when I visited before, and I think it would be even better if there were such seasonal services. I think it would be more relaxing if the timing of clearing the plates could be delayed a little.

    The view was great.

    I was pleased with the view from the club lounge, where I could see the sea and islands. The Room was also on a relatively high floor, so I was happy to have a view of the sea. The staff were attentive and courteous, allowing me to have a pleasant stay.

    It was my first stay...

    It was my first stay. At the check-in counter, I was told to pay in advance, so I settled the bill and went to the room. There were hardly any amenities, so it's better to prepare various things. The breakfast was freshly made omelets, which were very delicious, and needless to say, the bread and smoothies were also tasty. The lounge use was wonderful, with a great view of Seto, and having breakfast while gazing at Miyajima was the best.

    It was too early for...

    It was too early for the autumn leaves in Miyajima, which was disappointing, but when I came to Hiroshima, the street illuminations were very beautiful and impressive. The Ebisu-sama festival was also lively, and the whole town was bustling and enjoyable. The Hotel lounge had a great view and the breakfast was delicious. It would have been perfect if the room's bath and toilet were in separate rooms.

    Lack of amenities

    This was my first stay, but I found it inconvenient that the amenities provided in the room were limited, and I had to go to the front desk to get what I needed after entering the room.

    The parking lot security guard's manner of speaking is poor.

    When I tried to park my car in the hotel's parking lot before check-in, a security guard asked me "What do you want?" in a strong tone. It was disappointing. The room was very clean, with no mold in the water areas and no dust in the room, which was great. I was able to use the premium lounge, but the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. It would be nice to have a few sweet items. I was grateful for the help with loading my luggage into the car after check-out.

    It was a wonderful hospitality.

    Anyway, the service was excellent, and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The elevator stops at the accommodation floor when you hold the card key, so security is also reassuring. The breakfast buffet was all delicious, but I especially liked the morning steak. When I requested aroma at the front desk, they brought it to me, and I was able to spend time enveloped in a pleasant scent, which was comfortable. The pillow originally placed in the room was comfortable to sleep on, but there is also a pillow selection service, so I would like to try it next time. I felt like I wanted to visit again when I stay in Hiroshima next time. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. Thanks to you, my impression of Hiroshima has improved greatly. On the day I visited, there happened to be a kagura performance at the neighboring shrine, and I was very satisfied to see something rare.

    Enjoy your Hotel stay

    The room was spacious and clean, allowing for a relaxing stay. Next time, I would like to stay in a room with a separate bath and toilet, which I believe would increase my satisfaction even more. Although the check-in process took some time, I was able to sit and wait, so I regret not waiting more patiently. However, the view from the top floor was soothing. From check-in to check-out, I had a pleasant stay and felt very rested, so I would like to stay again for a break from daily life.

    Stays on the 20th floor!

    The club lounge was available, and the next day we visited nearby attractions such as the Atomic Bomb Museum and the Atomic Bomb Dome, had lunch, and returned to check out by 14:00, which was very convenient. Thank you. However, I think the club lounge closing time of 19:30 is a bit early.

    We were upgraded and had the best stay. No negative points. The staff had wonderful smiles. We didn't speak with the concierge, but if I had to say, I would have liked some guidance about the neighborhood. Still, it was excellent.

    I was able to spend time elegantly by myself~

    I had business in Hiroshima and wanted to relax, so I stayed for two nights. The view from the club lounge was amazing. You can see the sea in the distance, which is soothing. The club lounge was so well-stocked that it could serve as dinner in the evening, and the sweets were excellent! I was very satisfied with the breakfast as well! I think the service was good too. It was comfortable. I will visit again.

    It was excellent.

    I was able to take a paid day off on a weekday, and wanting to escape reality, I was torn between this place and a certain foreign hotel, but ultimately decided on this one. It turned out to be the best time. Although the check-in was not in the lounge and was a bit slow, and the room was not the view I requested, it didn't matter because I spent most of my time in the lounge. Both the afternoon tea and cocktail time were truly wonderful. I also loved the room amenities, which had a nice scent. The towels were fluffy, and of course, the bed and pillows were clean and just the right firmness, making it really comfortable. I think they did a great job renovating the parts that showed their age. Above all, the staff's kind smiles and thoughtfulness were the best. From the phone response to the person who came to my room because I didn't know how to use the coffee maker, to when I requested oil, and of course in the lounge, every staff member was courteous and provided wonderful service. In an era where many hotels have been simplified to cut labor costs and I no longer have high expectations, the warm service made me want to stay again even if I have to stretch my budget. Thank you very much.

    Satisfied

    The staff are friendly. The room was upgraded. Even though it's an old hotel, the rooms have been renovated. The Onomichi coffee shop in the lobby was nice. I will use it more from next time.
