    First club experience, amazing!

    I visited Hiroshima for the first time in 30 years and was amazed by how it has transformed into a wonderful metropolis. For my stay, I chose ANA Accommodation, and it was absolutely fantastic! The accommodation perks with access to the Club Lounge were very appealing, but everything was filled with a sense of hospitality. I enjoyed a relaxing time, a serene atmosphere, and plenty of delicious food (laughs). The service at the front desk and in the Club Lounge was excellent. I will definitely choose this accommodation again for my next visit!

    Second Stay

    This was my second stay at the Hotel, this time with a friend visiting Hiroshima for sightseeing, as my previous experience was excellent. The service at the Club Lounge was as outstanding as ever, with thoughtful attention to detail that made it easy to welcome my guest with confidence. My friend was delighted, which made me very happy. The Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the menu featuring local ingredients but felt that a bit more variety would make it even more appealing. The location is also extremely convenient, and I look forward to staying at this Hotel again in the future.

    Junior Suite Accommodation

    I enjoyed relaxing in the spacious Room! It was a bit disappointing that there was no upgrade, but everything else was very satisfying. I had lunch at the Chinese restaurant "Tao-Li," and it was delicious. Having steak at the breakfast buffet was rare and a nice touch, though I would have been even more satisfied if the meat quality were slightly better.

    We enjoyed a relaxing time with our family this year as well.

    This June, as it is both my and my mother-in-law's birthday month, we enjoyed a relaxing family getaway. The Room was the same as last year—a Junior Suite Imperial on the 21st floor (72 sqm). This was our second stay, and staying in such a spacious Room feels truly extraordinary. This year, we were familiar with the process and checked in directly at the Club Lounge on the 22nd floor via elevator from the entrance. There was no waiting time, and checking in while seated comfortably on a sofa felt very elegant. The room key had been upgraded from a plastic card to a wooden card, adding an extra touch of luxury. After completing check-in, we placed our luggage in the Room and immediately headed to the Club Lounge for Afternoon Tea Time. Here, Afternoon Tea is served with sweets and savories beautifully arranged on a tea stand for an authentic experience. Having tried various Hotel Club Lounges' afternoon teas before—many of which mainly offer dry snacks like nuts or cookies—the IHG Group's Afternoon Tea stands out significantly. After enjoying Afternoon Tea, we relaxed in our Room before heading back to the lounge at 5:30 PM for Cocktail Time. We toasted with champagne while admiring views of Hiroshima city at sunset—a truly surreal experience. The food selection complemented drinks perfectly as well! While I recall last year's menu being more diverse, everything this time was delicious too. After champagne came white wine followed by red wine—and even Japanese sake "Kamo Kinshu"—making it an incredibly satisfying cocktail night. For breakfast, we dined at "Unkai," which serves Japanese cuisine. It seemed there had been some sort of conference held recently because it was quite crowded that morning; two staff members were rushing around trying their best despite how busy they were—it looked challenging! Since we're here seeking relaxation away from reality though ideally graceful service would enhance things further—but seeing them work hard under pressure deserves appreciation nonetheless; I look forward to continued excellent service ahead. Before late checkout during lunchtime—we enjoyed dining at Chinese restaurant "Tao Li." Using IKYU.com Diamond Member benefits (vouchers usable within facilities), alongside ordering Beijing Duck separately beyond set lunch courses added delightfully indulgent touches! Spending an entire day away from worldly hustle allowed us peaceful rejuvenation—and left me looking forward eagerly toward next year's visit again!

    Steak in the morning is delicious.

    I stayed with the breakfast-included plan, and every dish was so delicious that I had to be careful not to overeat. The variety of options was overwhelming in a good way. What stood out the most was the freshly grilled steak prepared by the chef upon order. Although I thought having steak in the morning might be unusual, it proved once again that meat is always delicious no matter when you eat it. There were also Hiroshima specialties like okonomiyaki, as well as Chichiyasu yogurt and milk, all of which were delightful. Beyond meals, my stay was comfortable throughout, and I sincerely thank you for such a pleasant experience.

    Hot days after the rainy season

    On the day when the earliest end of the rainy season was declared, I was able to check in early. Thanks to this, I could refresh myself from travel fatigue and a heated body, making my stay comfortable. This time, I made reservations for a multiple night stay with different plans and requested it to be treated as one continuous stay, which was kindly accommodated. At the club floor, I enjoyed cakes, cookies, various drinks, and later in the evening savored alcohol and snacks while admiring the night view. I sincerely thank you for ensuring a comfortable stay throughout my visit. I look forward to reserving your hotel again and staying during my next trip to Hiroshima.

    Checked in and enjoyed afternoon tea at the Club Lounge, which was not only delicious but also visually delightful. It was a Club Lounge experience that truly satisfied my afternoon time at a hotel after a long while! The staff provided kind and attentive service, making it an excellent Hotel. However, it was disappointing that there were no explanations or benefits for Diamond members, as if they had been forgotten. Still, this has become a Hotel I would love to visit again!

    Overall, I had a comfortable stay. However, regarding amenities, I strongly hope that the basic items will continue to be provided as before. This time, amenities were selected at the front desk, which I understand is an effort to reduce waste and address cost issues. The afternoon tea in the lounge and breakfast were both delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful views. The guest room was spacious and allowed us to relax fully. We especially appreciated the convenient layout of the bathroom area. Although we stayed as a group of three, our request for a mattress on a raised platform instead of an extra bed was accommodated, ensuring a good night's sleep.

    Enjoyed the Club Lounge.

    Check-in was on a rainy evening, and my sneakers were soaking wet. When I asked the front desk for help, they quickly provided old newspapers to dry them—such prompt and thoughtful service was greatly appreciated. The use of the club lounge was also excellent, though it was a bit disappointing that it closed at 7:30 PM. With such a lovely atmosphere, I wished I could have enjoyed drinks there for a little longer. The location is convenient, and all the staff provided attentive and considerate service.

    Diamond Member Accommodation during Golden Week

    This is my review after a 2-night stay. First, I was unable to use the Diamond Member benefit of early check-in. I left my luggage at 11:00 AM and planned to check in at 1:00 PM, but I was informed on the day that check-in would only be available from 3:00 PM, which completely disrupted my plans. There was no mention anywhere that the benefit might not be available during Golden Week (GW). Since I chose this accommodation specifically for the early check-in benefit, it felt like a scam; however, as the staff's response was good, I decided not to say anything further. For those who wish to use Diamond Member benefits, I recommend confirming in advance. The room showed signs of age with peeling wallpaper, but areas like the entrance were well-maintained and clean. The highlights were the staff's excellent service and strong water pressure in the bathroom.

    I will stay at ANA Crowne Plaza again.

    It was my first visit to Hiroshima, and I was amazed by the urban scenery. The hotel's location was excellent, allowing me to quickly visit the Peace Memorial Museum. Knowing the history of this city, it brought a touch of sadness to see its reality. The cleanliness of the hotel and the cheerful service from the staff completely changed my initial impression of Hiroshima. I was satisfied with my room and didn't feel overwhelmed by being on the 19th floor. The club lounge had a calm atmosphere, and check-in/out was smooth. Although I didn’t have a chance to enjoy meals there, it seemed like a great spot for those who enjoy drinks. Breakfast on the first floor of the hotel was enjoyable but crowded; unfortunately, my family missed out on trying live-cooked morning steak or omelets as they didn’t notice them—this was slightly disappointing. There were many canned fruits; having seasonal fresh fruits would have been appreciated. However, there were two types of Chichiyasu yogurt (including lemon flavor), which were very delicious and made us very happy overall! Thank you so much for everything! Next time, I’d like to book ANA Crowne Plaza along with another accommodation for our stay again!

    With Club Floor access, I enjoyed afternoon tea right after check-in. It was delightful to have Ronnefeldt tea available. I tried the cocktail service a bit later, but I heard there were menu items only available at the beginning. At other Hotel club floors I've visited, the same menu was available anytime, so it was a bit disappointing that services varied depending on the time of use. For breakfast, I wanted yogurt, so I used the restaurant on the first floor. The variety of dishes and local specialties were great. I also peeked into the Club Floor breakfast, which had more of an American breakfast style. The omelets there looked tastier. The Room felt smaller than expected with a compact bathroom—suitable just for staying overnight rather than relaxing in-room. If you want to unwind comfortably, heading to the lounge might be better? There’s no large public bath and with a small bathroom space it felt slightly cramped; perhaps larger Rooms like suites would offer more comfort. Amenities were not provided in-room but only for members—it was surprising! The Hotel staff's service was excellent and made my stay pleasant overall. Its convenient location also makes it easy to use!

    A Long-Awaited Visit to Hiroshima

    After visiting my parents' graves, I stayed at the ANA Hotel with my sister and son for the first time in a while. We had access to the Club Lounge and enjoyed using it. The afternoon tea was delightful. The staff at the lounge reception were kind and helpful. For dinner, we dined at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor, which was delicious. I would love to stay again on another occasion.

    More satisfying than expected.

    Surprisingly better than expected. The Room was spacious enough for three people, with a large and convenient bathroom and bathtub. The lounge had a great view, and the staff provided excellent service. A special thanks to the staff member who kindly helped us with dinner recommendations. Thanks to the IKYU Diamond benefits, we were able to keep the Room until 2 PM, which was very helpful as we could use it even after lunch. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    The club floor service and the view from the window were wonderful. The amount of sweets in the afternoon tea service was just right. I wanted to have ochazuke at Unkai, but it was temporarily closed (unfortunately, I had soba at Momozono instead... The thin noodles were delicious). I hope to stay again someday. Thank you to the concierge for all your help and guidance!

    Are we almost there?

    The Room was upgraded for the price, which was very nice! The Room itself is comfortable. However, there are a few points I would like to mention. The cleaning of the toilet in the Room was not satisfactory. Also, when I tried to make coffee in the morning in the Room, I found that a used coffee pod from a previous guest was still inside the machine. At breakfast, the labels for mackerel and salmon were switched, so I corrected them! The egg dishes in the morning were not prepared on time at all and only arrived when we had almost finished eating. My sunny-side-up egg had one yolk broken when cooked, which surprised me a little. This aspect does not feel like a star-rated Hotel experience. That said, it is still a good Hotel with delicious food overall. While there are some concerns, it remains one of my favorite Hotels!

    An extraordinary experience awaits at a local Hotel.

    I stayed here looking forward to the highly-rated club lounge. In the club lounge, my favorite was "Haimurubushi" in the Yaeyama Islands (though it's the only one I know), but this hotel is also wonderful. My elderly father's request for a washbasin and chair in the bathroom, which are essential at an Onsen Ryokan, seemed challenging for a city hotel. However, I truly appreciate your prompt response. The room was spacious and comfortable. If I may say so, it would have been even more relaxing if there were tatami flooring on the raised area. However, it seems that additional beds are placed there for groups of three or more guests, so it might be difficult to implement. The hospitality was excellent, and my purpose of seeking an extraordinary experience through this stay was fully achieved. Thank you very much!

    Conveniently located near Peace Park.

    I chose this location for my first stay in Hiroshima because it is close to Peace Park. The spacious and clean Room allowed my whole family to relax, and the Facility was excellent. Having two sinks was very helpful for morning preparations. It would have been nice to have a chair as well. We used the club lounge in the evening and morning. The food was replenished quickly when it ran out, and breakfast included options like an omelet you could choose from three types, which was great. The lounge staff were very polite. There are several okonomiyaki restaurants nearby, so finding dinner wasn’t an issue. The tram station is also close by, making it convenient to get around.

    We stayed at the accommodation with our family at the end of the year. The beds were spacious enough for children sharing existing bedding. While the bathroom and toilet felt a bit dated, the water pressure and temperature were excellent. Breakfast was very delicious, and we were thrilled to find Chichiyasu yogurt! The illumination in front of the hotel was beautiful, and we are glad we chose this hotel.

    Captivated by the Club Lounge...

    I was unsure about which hotel to choose for my first trip to Hiroshima, but I decided on this one because of the great reviews about the club lounge. It exceeded all my expectations and was absolutely wonderful. The view from the top floor and the warm smiles of the staff were exceptional. The reviews were spot on! The room was spacious, clean, and had a fresh feel. Its convenient location within walking distance to Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome was a big plus. I also enjoyed riding the cute "Maple Loop" bus. The high level of awareness and gentle service from the hotel staff left me deeply impressed. Although it was just a 2-night stay, there were so many options available that I look forward to coming back again. Thank you for everything!

    Great value for money

    I used the club floor and it was a wonderful lounge. Although the selection was modest, it felt even better than InterContinental. The view of Hiroshima from the large windows was amazing, and the staff were very pleasant, making it quiet and relaxing. For breakfast, I could choose a restaurant, but I wanted to eat in peace so I had it in the club lounge. It was perfect for me. They offer Japanese cuisine as well; many lounges seem to only have Western food. It was really great, and the chef's omelet was just perfect. The omelet with Hiroshima greens and conger eel (anago) was served perfectly. My first visit to Hiroshima made me love this city.

    I stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza for the first time in a while. The service was the usual standard. The front desk staff's attentive service, the wonderful service in the lounge, and the consistently thorough hospitality were befitting of a first-class hotel. The lounge was crowded as it was a Sunday, but I was able to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere thanks to the attentive care. Unfortunately, during check-in at the lounge, I was informed in advance that the lounge would be crowded for breakfast the next morning. When I conveyed my room number at the breakfast venue on the 1st floor, I was asked if I was on a breakfast-included plan, and was repeatedly asked for my room number, which caused a delay at the reception. This left me feeling very disappointed and unpleasant from the morning. It was very unfortunate, especially since the service had been thorough until then. I understand it is challenging to ensure all guests have a pleasant experience, but please continue to share information and strive to provide better service. Thank you.

    When going to Hirosh...

    When going to Hiroshima, I always choose ANA. The Room being small was just right for us, so it wasn't a problem. Since the price is low, it's understandable that the bath is also small. It is clean. There are many Japanese staff, which is favorable. I recommend choosing a stay with lounge access. The breakfast was particularly delicious. I will visit again.
