    Club Floor...

    I was disappointed that the selection of light snacks on the Club Floor and breakfast at the 1st-floor restaurant had decreased compared to my previous stay (about a year ago). Also, even a standard Business Hotel provides items like bath salts and cleansing products, so I would like these amenities to be offered here as well.

    Club Floor Afternoon Tea

    It was my first time having afternoon tea. Everything was so cute and delicious. We could see the ocean in the distance, and time passed peacefully. The breakfast smoothie was also delicious. I really loved the banana one in December, and this month’s strawberry one was easy to drink as well. I’d love to come every month.

    It was comfortable.

    I booked a Room with lounge access, and it was spacious enough for three people to relax comfortably. I used the lounge cocktail service, and it wasn’t overly crowded, so I could enjoy drinks at a leisurely pace. Breakfast was served in the restaurant; there was a wide selection and everything was delicious. The Hiroshima ramen was a nice touch as a local specialty. If I had to mention anything, the extra bed felt a bit small, and the toothbrush bristles were quite firm.

    The lounge...

    I have used this place multiple times, but for the past two years, both the cocktail time and breakfast menus have remained the same, leaving me feeling a bit unsatisfied. The main advantages of staying here are the relaxing atmosphere and great views, but I always feel that it could benefit from a signature menu item or something with a little more creativity. Looking forward to future improvements.

    Chinese dinner...

    I was satisfied with everything else, but I was surprised by how salty the Chinese course dinner was. It wasn't just strongly seasoned; it felt like only the saltiness was overwhelmingly strong. Honestly, I wondered if there had been a mistake in seasoning or if anyone had tasted it beforehand. I wanted to say something but hesitated as I didn’t want to seem like a complainer. (Despite this, I tried my best to avoid the sauce and finished without leaving anything.) This was my second stay here. During my previous visit, when I chose the Chinese course for dinner, one dish (dim sum) from the accommodation guest menu was forgotten and never served, which was also disappointing. (At first, I thought there were fewer dishes than expected but realized after paying that one item had been missed.) Even so, since I love Chinese cuisine, I'll give it one more try next time and hope for improvement!

    A somewhat disappointing stay.

    Recently moved to Hiroshima, I have been using several club floors in the city. Positive points: - During lounge tea time, allergy-friendly options were prepared for my son with a milk allergy. - Convenient location near Peace Memorial Park with easy access by bus and train. Areas for improvement: - At breakfast in the first-floor restaurant, I asked if there was any bread suitable for milk allergies. They kindly brought out rice flour bread from the back. It would be helpful to indicate allergy-friendly options at the bread corner or provide an informational sheet about such options. - Due to IHG policies, amenities were limited to toothbrushes only—no combs, cotton swabs, or skincare products. While this might not bother Western guests, it felt lacking compared to other accommodations. Suggestions include setting up an amenity bar or providing clear guidance on what is available at reception. Since we checked in on the club floor, there was no announcement about this and we were surprised upon entering our room. - The concierge on the club floor seemed primarily focused on restocking lounge supplies and managing entry rather than creating a welcoming atmosphere for casual tourism consultations. - My husband mentioned that some guests on the club floor displayed questionable behavior during cocktail time, such as piling large amounts of food onto their plates. - The same floor as the club lounge appeared to host wedding receptions; a welcome board for newlyweds was left unattended for some time. Improving pathways or concealing such items with partitions might enhance overall impressions.

    I stayed here again for my work in Hiroshima.

    I stayed at the Hotel for this year's New Year's ceremony, and I use it every time. It is conveniently located for business, but also highly recommended for sightseeing.

    Very satisfied with ...

    Very satisfied with the afternoon tea and breakfast on the club floor. Although there was a slight wait during check-in, the service was excellent. I would like to stay again when visiting Hiroshima. Had the New Year buffet for dinner at the first-floor restaurant, but it did not meet expectations for its price. I don't think I will revisit this restaurant.

    Had an unpleasant experience.

    I had an unsatisfactory experience. The focus seemed to be more on the Hotel's convenience rather than the customer's. 1. There was a crack in part of the ceramic sink in the bathroom, which felt unhygienic. 2. While waiting for check-in, I was instructed to form a line without being called by name. 3. My request for a low-sodium omelet at breakfast was declined (a similar request is accommodated at ANA Hotels).

    A Wonderful Holiday

    As middle-aged travelers with limited energy, we appreciated the relaxed schedule and the comfortable lounge where we could unwind. While we couldn't eat much, enjoying tea or aperitifs while taking in the Seto Inland Sea views made for a delightful experience. Thank you very much!

    Delicious breakfast

    The selection may not be extensive, but it's delightful to enjoy live-cooked steak in the morning! The live egg dishes like omelets were also delicious.

    "Eco" and "Cleanliness" Misunderstood

    During our stay, one of my companions fell ill: - When I inquired at the front desk via internal line about the availability of a thermometer, I was told, "We will check the stock and bring it to you if available!" However, shouldn't they inform us if it's not available after checking? - At the Club Lounge reception, I consulted about urgently booking another Room. They mentioned that only one Room was left (also with Club Lounge access) due to the holiday weekend and that it would be at regular price. However, when I searched on IKYU.com, there were several Rooms available at much lower prices than what was quoted... - Late at night, while trying to refill water in the humidifying air purifier, I found mold all over inside the tank and lid (it was promptly replaced—thank you for that). Still, for several hours amidst illness, we were exposed to mold circulating throughout the Room... The light above the bathroom mirror was dusty; glasses had cloudiness and stains; there were no cards provided for requesting sheet changes—is this part of your advertised eco-friendly initiative? - As others have mentioned as well regarding your Club Lounge: breakfast and cocktail time offerings are identical with limited variety. That said though—it wasn’t crowded so we could relax comfortably. - During checkout: instead of expressing concern about our health condition first thing—they asked whether we returned their borrowed thermometer... Overall—it’s hard to say these experiences made me genuinely want another stay here again anytime soon—but perhaps this reflects your Hotel's current limitations? Thank you for hosting us nonetheless!

    The lounge cuisine was excellent, but the noise management was disappointing.

    I stayed for a few nights in a Club Floor room. The food at the Club Lounge was excellent, with a great variety during breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time. The view from the top floor was stunning both day and night, and I was very satisfied. However, in the room, loud footsteps from the floor above echoed for over an hour. When I contacted the front desk about this noise issue, I was instructed to wait for more than 20 minutes to see if it would subside. Since it didn’t stop, I had to call the front desk twice more and wait again for several tens of minutes—resulting in nearly an additional hour of waiting while already enduring over an hour of noise. As I was very tired and wanted to sleep early, this response left me quite disappointed. Eventually, after my request, my room was changed; however, there were no apologies from the hotel staff who assisted with this process. When moving our luggage to the new room, they almost placed a baggage rack on top of our belongings. Additionally, when exiting the elevator during relocation assistance, they stepped out first without holding open the door for us (which is typically expected). Upon reaching our new room as well as during their explanation about it being "problem-free," their attitude felt dismissive—as though we were being treated as troublesome complainers. I understand that noise issues are often caused by other guests rather than accommodations themselves; however—and especially given how unbearable these disturbances were—I reached out desperately hoping for support from your team. Noise problems can arise at any accommodation; therefore proactive measures should always be considered essential so guests feel secure throughout stays—especially considering premium pricing paid here compared against expectations regarding comfort levels provided overall service quality standards met accordingly too! This review reflects both dissatisfaction experienced due handling encountered alongside constructive hope improvements made future guest relations management practices implemented better outcomes achieved going forward!

    Everything was excellent.

    Check-in at the lounge was smooth, leaving a great first impression. I received various Diamond benefits, including a discount for lunch, which allowed me to enjoy it at half price. The afternoon tea in the lounge was delightful. While it wasn't enough for dinner, I had already made a restaurant reservation and used it as an additional treat—perfect choice. Breakfast was plentiful, though I opted to eat on the first floor. The location is convenient with bus access to Hiroshima Station. The view from the room was excellent, and it was quiet with a perfectly comfortable bed. There were absolutely no complaints—it's perfect! I'd love to visit again, but since there's also a Hilton nearby, I'll have to decide between the two hotels next time I'm in Hiroshima.

    Late Summer Stay

    Stayed here the same time last year and had a wonderful experience, so I decided to return this year. This is a historic hotel that has been beautifully renovated. The public areas retain their classic charm, while the guest rooms feature modern and functional designs. The crisp white sheets and pillows on the bed exude cleanliness and simplicity—absolutely my favorite! They truly understand what guests want! There’s also a BOSE speaker for enjoying music, and the WIFI connection is excellent. I spent time reading until the 2:00 PM late check-out, enjoyed lunch at Toh Lee, and then headed home feeling refreshed. It was just what I needed to recover from summer fatigue.

    Stay for the Lounge

    I occasionally visit to enjoy the lounge. Afternoon tea starts at 3 PM, so I had a small taste since I'm not fond of sweets and then left. In the evening, alcohol is available, so I enjoyed a relaxing time. I look forward to visiting again.

    The breakfast buffet is extensive.

    Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast is excellent. It would be even better if the power outlets in the Room were placed in more convenient locations. The water pressure and temperature of the shower are very good and comfortable.

    A wonderful memory.

    The club lounge was as good as the reviews mentioned. The view of Hiroshima city and the Seto Inland Sea mountains from the lounge was wonderful. It was also convenient due to its proximity when using the World Heritage Route. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Hiroshima and Miyajima.

    A Breakfast Buffet Full of Local Pride

    Okonomiyaki with Otafuku Sauce and Miso Soup with Masuya Miso! Dishes named after these ingredients were served. It was heartwarming and delightful. The lounge hors d'oeuvres were delicious, and we fully enjoyed the Hotel along with the night view. It would be perfect if there was a large public bath, but we will visit again.

    Delicious Breakfast at ANA Crowne

    The hotel accommodates many international tourists, yet check-in and check-out were smooth without any delays. The staff provided excellent service with pleasant and courteous responses. The location is ideal, being very close to the Peace Memorial Park and various restaurants. Breakfast was delightful; I had an omelet freshly made on the spot with just cheese added—perfectly melted and incredibly delicious. The curry and beef stew were exceptionally flavorful as well. Yogurt from Chichiyasu and milk were also available. We enjoyed a luxurious breakfast for an hour at a relaxed pace. To finish, we had fruits, pudding, and drip coffee, leaving the whole family completely satisfied!

    I would like to use it again.

    This is my second time staying at an ANA Hotel, and overall, it gives the impression of being a well-managed hotel group. When I was looking for the lounge check-in sign in the lobby, staff approached and guided me, which was very helpful. Similarly, at ANA Manza Beach, staff provided assistance and guided me to the lounge, leaving a solid impression. Among the accommodations I have stayed at recently, this one seemed to be the most thoroughly cleaned. As for improvements, using a round table in the lounge for two people during breakfast felt cramped.

    The club lounge was excellent.

    The staff at the Club Lounge were all very pleasant, and I was able to relax comfortably. Since I’m not a fan of noisy lounges, this calm lounge is highly recommended. During tea time, even though I forgot to mention my food preferences, they accommodated me as much as possible on the day, which was very helpful. The makeup mirror in the Room was difficult to use without instructions and only showed a fisheye-like magnified reflection, so I could only do my makeup in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Breakfast at the first-floor restaurant included local specialties as well as steak and an egg station, offering a satisfying variety. I’d like to try breakfast at the Club Lounge next time too, so when visiting Hiroshima again, I plan to stay here.
