  60th Wedding Anniversary

  We splurged a little to celebrate my parents' 60th wedding anniversary. The Room was large and spacious, and the food was delicious. We also had our photo taken for the 60th anniversary celebration, making it a wonderful keepsake.

  A trip for four women

  The staff were very kind, courteous, and provided pleasant service. The meals were served in a private room, allowing us to dine without hesitation, and the food was delicious, visually appealing, and plentiful. At the front desk, they took care of everything from the reservation for the river cruise to the shuttle service and even held our luggage, and as a bonus, they delivered us to the station by bus. The person in charge was also helpful with a smile and kindness. Thank you very much.

  The Room is spacious, and the food is delicious with nothing to complain about. However, it was unfortunate that a slight chlorine smell was noticeable in the bath.

Regarding our rooms, all rooms are designed to be over 74 square meters, allowing you to relax without feeling cramped or pressured. We are also grateful for your kind words, "The food is delicious, nothing to say." Our kaiseki cuisine uses seasonal ingredients to prepare creative Japanese dishes that reflect the seasons. We are relieved to hear that Sennin 2 was satisfied as well. However, we apologize for the chlorine smell you experienced in the bath. We will review the chlorine concentration once again. Although there are still many areas for improvement, we will continue to strive as a team to become a hotel that exceeds everyone's expectations. We look forward to the day we can meet Sennin 2 again.

  The hospitality is excellent.

  The service from check-in to check-out was excellent. The dinner was hearty and delicious, and above all, I was impressed by the birthday hospitality. Thank you very much. I also enjoyed the shampoo bar and luxury amenities in the bath. However, the Room temperature was a bit high, so I would appreciate it if it could be lowered a little.
