    A little disappointing

    We stayed as a three-generation family with my mother and daughter. The free drinks, large public bath, and facilities within the property were excellent and very comfortable. This time, we stayed in a modern Japanese room with an open-air bath, which was comfortable, but I was a little disappointed with the service during meals, perhaps because my expectations were high. When I recently visited Senkei, I was very impressed by the attention to detail and the polite service from the staff, including the maid, front desk staff, and meal service, so I decided to stay at Kaho this time, but I was a bit disappointed. The property is very impressive, but the satisfaction level was low.

    I was able to relax very much.

    I used it for a family trip, and the Facility was gorgeous. There were clean facilities such as a large public bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, and we could relax in a private room for meals. After dinner, we enjoyed playing table tennis with the family. We had a very good holiday.

    I went on a trip to Niigata with my mom for the first time, and the Stays truly had meticulous attention to detail. It was a Property where everyone, including babies and families, could enjoy a time filled with smiles due to the thoughtful service. It was a Stays that made me want to visit again.

    It was good.

    The hotel was a very lovely place. The food was delicious, and the room amenities were well-equipped. The drink service and snacks were also plentiful. The staff during meals, as well as the front desk and other staff members, provided very courteous and excellent service. However, one point is that during my multiple night stay, there were not many restaurants around, which made lunch difficult. I thought it would be nice if there were more souvenir shops and dining options around the hotel. Other than that, it was perfect. The farewell at the end was wonderful!!! It was a farewell that made me want to come again, and I was able to leave feeling great!

    I stayed with my parents and aunt, and it was a Property with thoughtful consideration for the elderly, allowing us to have a wonderful time. The Property is also well-prepared for stays with small children, and if given the opportunity, I would like to visit again with my grandchildren. Thank you very much. m(_ _)m

    The building and the bath are very luxurious.

    The building and furnishings are all luxurious and wonderful. Regarding customer service, I would like more detailed explanations about the Room facilities and usage. The staff in charge of meals are young and pleasant, but it's unfortunate that they lack knowledge and cannot explain the dishes or ingredients. Since it is a large Hotel, the young staff are indeed young, but overall the service feels rushed and rough. I have used the Hotel several times and have written in the survey each time, but it is disappointing that there has been no improvement.

    It was indeed a wonderful Stays.

    This time, I wanted to relax and relieve my daily fatigue by soaking in the onsen, so I returned to Kaho, which I had visited before and was greatly impressed by. It is indeed a wonderful property. In-house Service I understood that the lounge service was excellent, but I remember there was no alcohol service like beer before. I was delighted to be able to enjoy beer this time. I indulged in it after getting out of the bath. Meals Dinner was a beef kaiseki, so luxurious that I couldn't finish it. They even took photos for us, and the attentive service was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was also full of delicious items and was wonderful. Bath I believe the sulfur onsen here is the best in Japan. My skin became smooth immediately. I was also surprised to find the showerhead and hairdryer were Refa. The high quality and attention to detail everywhere are remarkable. Overall, the service level is really high, and although we paid a considerable amount, I wondered if they were making a profit. I hope they continue to provide services as a regular stay for many people in the future. *On a minor note, there was dust accumulated under the basket in the men's bath, so I hope they pay attention to that. I look forward to future visits.

    The room was spaciou...

    The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were pleasant, the service was good, and the food was delicious. The hot spring had really nice water, and I was satisfied. Just one point, there were plenty of bath towels in the bath, but personally, I wouldn't mind bringing a bath towel from the room, so I would appreciate it if there were more face towels available in the bath.

    We visited on September 19th with our dog. When you welcome a dog into your family, your travel destinations are often limited to cottages. But sometimes, you really want to stay at a Japanese inn. Last time, we stayed at Izumi Ke and used the Wanwan House, which was very nice, so this time our whole family unanimously decided on Kaho. Upon check-in, we were delighted by the hospitality, with a variety of welcome drinks and sweets in the lobby that left us spoiled for choice. The interior is like an art museum. We were captivated by the magnificent exhibits and beautiful flower arrangements. The Japanese garden was also beautifully maintained and truly breathtaking from every angle. This time, we were taken care of by Koshinosato, and it was truly, truly wonderful. The expansive view of the countryside from our room was so soothing that we could watch it forever. The large public bath had a sulfur smell, which is irresistible for hot spring lovers. The emerald green bath was not only open and made our skin smooth, but it also seemed to improve our metabolism, keeping us warm and comfortable for a long time. The meals were also superb. Our whole family are big eaters, but we were able to enjoy a full stomach of delicious food. The fatty, melt-in-your-mouth nodoguro, Murakami beef grilled with rock salt, fresh sashimi, and more were a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Unfortunately, it was rainy, but we were able to take a walk in Tsukioka Onsen during a break in the weather. There are more stylish shops now. The dog run at Kaho was truly appreciated for our dog. Since it was artificial turf, we could let our dog play without getting muddy even after the rain. Lastly, thank you very much for all your various considerations. We borrowed insect repellent for the Wanwan House, and you kindly drove us and sprayed insecticide around the area. You also brought us an umbrella when it started to rain. Additionally, when my daughter was upset about forgetting the lipstick she received as a birthday present, we received a call saying it was found, and a concierge ran to deliver it to the entrance. Thank you very much. The proprietress's response during our send-off made everything clear. We felt that she was truly attentive, and that this attentiveness was thoroughly instilled in the staff. For our family, this is the best inn in Japan. It was truly the best. We will definitely visit again.

    I was looking forward to it, but I feel sad.

    It was our first stay with my husband and our 1.5-year-old son, but I felt disappointed by the difference in service compared to when I stayed with my parents (in their 60s, living on the same property). (I have previously stayed at Koshinosato, Kahou, and Senkei.) After check-in, the staff member who guided us to our room remained silent without any small talk, which made it awkward. Upon reaching the room and receiving an explanation, we were asked if we wanted to push the beds together for our son who would be Child Sharing Existing Bedding. We requested this arrangement but found it had not been done even after returning from dinner as promised. Additionally, I had called in advance to request a child’s chair for the room; however, there was dirt on the table which made me uncomfortable. At dinner time, while other guests had their slippers placed on shelves by staff members upon arrival at the venue, we carried ours ourselves. Despite having a baby with us, our room was located at the farthest end of the accommodation area. When checking for a restroom with a diaper-changing station nearby during dinner time seating arrangements—surprisingly—I was told that I needed to return all way back near entrance area instead! Regarding meals: My husband commented about overly salty flavors despite being his first visit here; personally speaking too—it lacked previous experiences' delicate dashi taste quality enjoyed before! Furthermore—the highchair provided showed visible cracks making unsafe usage concerns arise immediately upon inspection itself—not asking new replacements necessarily—but surely damaged ones should get replaced promptly? During meal service timing adjustments weren’t coordinated well enough considering feeding baby simultaneously alongside dining ourselves unlike past visits where such considerations existed including tea served post-meal completion remembered fondly earlier occasions missing entirely now altogether sadly noticed absence thereof today unfortunately instead... Payment-wise: Son's charges couldn’t process via IKYU.com requiring onsite settlement directly yet unclear why points couldn’t accrue similarly unlike purchases within souvenir shop eligible earning system-related limitations perhaps unavoidable though still puzzling aspect overall noted observation therein mentioned contextually relevant instance example cited above accordingly stated herein described situation elaborated further details provided explanation purposes clarification intent conveyed message communicated effectively intended audience addressed appropriately mannered tone     The accommodation provided a high level of satisfaction.

    - The quality of the hot springs was good, and the design was excellent. I entered several times and felt healed. - The rice, of course, and the food were delicious. I, who usually don't have seconds, ate three bowls. - There were touches of hospitality here and there, especially the free drinks in the lounge, which included a lot of alcohol. Since you can drink until late, I was able to enjoy a leisurely drink with the members I stayed with after dinner. I've traveled a lot, but this was a highly satisfying accommodation. I would like to stay again.
