    The welcome drinks and sweets were plentiful and enjoyable. The bath was also very nice.

    A little disappointing

    We stayed as a three-generation family with my mother and daughter. The free drinks, large public bath, and facilities within the property were excellent and very comfortable. This time, we stayed in a modern Japanese room with an open-air bath, which was comfortable, but I was a little disappointed with the service during meals, perhaps because my expectations were high. When I recently visited Senkei, I was very impressed by the attention to detail and the polite service from the staff, including the maid, front desk staff, and meal service, so I decided to stay at Kaho this time, but I was a bit disappointed. The property is very impressive, but the satisfaction level was low.

    I was able to relax very much.

    I used it for a family trip, and the Facility was gorgeous. There were clean facilities such as a large public bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna, and we could relax in a private room for meals. After dinner, we enjoyed playing table tennis with the family. We had a very good holiday.

    I went on a trip to Niigata with my mom for the first time, and the Stays truly had meticulous attention to detail. It was a Property where everyone, including babies and families, could enjoy a time filled with smiles due to the thoughtful service. It was a Stays that made me want to visit again.

    It was good.

    The hotel was a very lovely place. The food was delicious, and the room amenities were well-equipped. The drink service and snacks were also plentiful. The staff during meals, as well as the front desk and other staff members, provided very courteous and excellent service. However, one point is that during my multiple night stay, there were not many restaurants around, which made lunch difficult. I thought it would be nice if there were more souvenir shops and dining options around the hotel. Other than that, it was perfect. The farewell at the end was wonderful!!! It was a farewell that made me want to come again, and I was able to leave feeling great!

    I stayed with my parents and aunt, and it was a Property with thoughtful consideration for the elderly, allowing us to have a wonderful time. The Property is also well-prepared for stays with small children, and if given the opportunity, I would like to visit again with my grandchildren. Thank you very much. m(_ _)m

    The building and the bath are very luxurious.

    The building and furnishings are all luxurious and wonderful. Regarding customer service, I would like more detailed explanations about the Room facilities and usage. The staff in charge of meals are young and pleasant, but it's unfortunate that they lack knowledge and cannot explain the dishes or ingredients. Since it is a large Hotel, the young staff are indeed young, but overall the service feels rushed and rough. I have used the Hotel several times and have written in the survey each time, but it is disappointing that there has been no improvement.

    It was indeed a wonderful Stays.

    This time, I wanted to relax and relieve my daily fatigue by soaking in the onsen, so I returned to Kaho, which I had visited before and was greatly impressed by. It is indeed a wonderful property. In-house Service I understood that the lounge service was excellent, but I remember there was no alcohol service like beer before. I was delighted to be able to enjoy beer this time. I indulged in it after getting out of the bath. Meals Dinner was a beef kaiseki, so luxurious that I couldn't finish it. They even took photos for us, and the attentive service was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was also full of delicious items and was wonderful. Bath I believe the sulfur onsen here is the best in Japan. My skin became smooth immediately. I was also surprised to find the showerhead and hairdryer were Refa. The high quality and attention to detail everywhere are remarkable. Overall, the service level is really high, and although we paid a considerable amount, I wondered if they were making a profit. I hope they continue to provide services as a regular stay for many people in the future. *On a minor note, there was dust accumulated under the basket in the men's bath, so I hope they pay attention to that. I look forward to future visits.

    The room was spaciou...

    The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were pleasant, the service was good, and the food was delicious. The hot spring had really nice water, and I was satisfied. Just one point, there were plenty of bath towels in the bath, but personally, I wouldn't mind bringing a bath towel from the room, so I would appreciate it if there were more face towels available in the bath.
