    The cakes in the lounge were delicious.

    I chose to stay here because I wanted to visit the lounge before it closes. The cakes and meals were delicious, and I enjoyed them very much. It was relaxing to spend time in this lounge, so it's unfortunate that it will no longer be available. However, the front desk staff's attitude felt condescending and mechanical. As an IKYU Diamond Member, I read that late check-out until 2 PM is possible if there is availability. When I asked about it just in case, they responded: "Since your reservation was made on the same day, upgrades or late check-outs are not usually allowed. However, as a special exception this time only, we have upgraded your room and extended your check-out by one hour." I clarified that my reservation was not made on the same day but rather in advance. They then replied: "You're right; however, you can only stay until 1 PM." Their response made me feel as though I had done something wrong, which left me disappointed. On a positive note, I was impressed with how clean the room was!

    The Long-Awaited Club Floor

    Stayed at the club floor I had always wanted to visit before its closure in October. The king-size double room was spacious enough, and the firmness of the bed was comfortable for me. The bathroom had a washing area, filled with hot water quickly, and the shower pressure was sufficient, allowing for a stress-free bathing experience. The meals at the club floor were delicious; however, it was disappointing that the quality seemed lower than what I had seen on IKYU or Reviews before. Still, ANA's meals are highly recommended as they offer both Japanese and Western options and are very tasty. I also enjoyed using the pool and gym to fully embrace my hotel life. Thank you very much!

    The facility is closing soon, isn't it?

    This is a long-established Hotel located in Kitashinchi. The service is excellent, making it a comfortable place to stay. While the Facility shows some aging, maintenance is well-managed, so there were no inconveniences. The breakfast at the lounge was also delicious.

    Too Relaxing!

    I stayed for just one day, but it was very comfortable. I also enjoyed using the lounge. I wish the body lotion provided in the Room was available for purchase at the front desk.

    For a relaxing and luxurious experience,

    This was my first time staying here, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the Club Lounge. The 3 PM tea time, 6 PM cocktail hour, and the luxurious breakfast in a relaxing space were all wonderful experiences. Although this stay was for a business trip, I would love to enjoy a private hotel stay next time. I heard that it will be closed for renovations on October 15th this year. I hope to find another opportunity to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    It was a one-night stay.

    The property felt older than expected. The carpet was also old and not very clean. The water pressure in the bath was good. The amenity bags seemed unused and had been there for a long time, but perhaps this is acceptable from an eco-friendly perspective. However, I was concerned about the expiration dates of the tea bags and beverages provided.

    Club Lounge

    I stayed on the Club Floor, and the evening appetizers at the Club Lounge were surprisingly on par with those of a luxury hotel. This hotel is very famous among our generation, known as the "bubble era." Every night, people would gather from all around, and lively banquets would begin here and there in this glamorous hotel. Perhaps continuing the culture of that time, even a single appetizer was meticulously prepared, and I was very satisfied with the staff's thoughtful service. I heard that this accommodation will close this autumn, which makes me feel sad; however, I hope to visit again before then.

    It is truly regretful that the Hotel will close this October. Conveniently located near Umeda, it has been perfect for shopping trips to Osaka. The Club Lounge offers a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff's hospitality is excellent, making it my favorite Hotel. Manager Ms. T's exceptional hospitality has always been inspiring, further enhancing my fondness for this Hotel. This time, I particularly enjoyed the unique and delicious croissant with melon cream in the lounge. I hope to visit once more before its closure.

    It was okay.

    The room showed signs of aging, but it was quiet inside with a calm interior, making the stay fairly comfortable. However, there were few power outlets, and adjusting the bathwater temperature with two faucets was not very convenient. Breakfast met expectations as per the reviews. The staff's hospitality was excellent. Thank you very much for your kind service.

    Highly Satisfied

    We stayed with a plan that included club lounge access. Our room was upgraded and even had a TV in the bathroom—amazing! We enjoyed a relaxing and fun time at the lounge during afternoon tea and cocktail hours. Since it was our wedding anniversary, we were also treated to an anniversary cake plate. It was perfect! We had delightful conversations with the staff as well. The morning French toast and gourmet sandwiches were delicious! There were also beautiful paintings on display. It truly felt like a luxurious space, leaving us with unforgettable memories of our stay. However, we heard the sad news that this accommodation will close in October this year, which is disappointing. If possible, we would love to visit again. Thank you so much for everything!

    The bathwater could not drain, causing an overflow and flooding the floor.

    As the facility is closing this year, further investment in upgrades may be difficult, but it might be better to stop using the affected Room. The bathwater does not have enough capacity to flow properly and caused backflow issues.

    I wanted to stay at the accommodation once more before it closed.

    I learned from a news article that ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel will close in October, and I hope to stay there one more time before then. I previously enjoyed the Club Lounge Accommodation Plan and was very satisfied. Watching the Tokyo Olympics surfing event on the lounge TV is also a great memory. I have also dined at all the restaurants, including Karin, Tankuma, the French restaurant, and the buffet restaurant in the past, and I was very pleased with each experience. It is unfortunate that it will close, but thank you for all the wonderful experiences so far. Much appreciated!

    Location

    Located in Kitashinchi, it is very convenient. The Hotel's Facility is simple yet satisfactory. I think it is a cost-effective Hotel.

    Attracted by the lounge, said to be the largest in Western Japan,

    This was my first visit. I initially stopped by during cocktail time, and I found the spacious and quiet atmosphere very relaxing. However, I felt that the variety of dishes was a bit limited compared to other ANA locations. I also had breakfast here, and the egg dishes were all hearty and satisfying. Thank you for upgrading my Room to the top floor; I slept very well. I heard it will close in October, but I hope to visit once more before then.

    Unchanging Hospitality

    I frequently use this Hotel when visiting the area. The building shows some age, but regular renovations keep it very clean and satisfactory. Will there be any renovation for the bathing Facility? It would be great if the sauna could be a bit cleaner. The lounge is of a high standard. I would appreciate an improvement in toothbrush quality; even at the same price, higher-quality options should be available. Personally, if I like it, I take it home and use it instead of discarding it, which might also benefit the environment. Overall, this is a very good Hotel that I highly recommend.

    The club lounge offers a pleasant atmosphere.

    The club lounge is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of window-side seating, which I really liked. The staff's service was excellent, making my stay enjoyable and pleasant. It is very disappointing to hear that it will be closing in October.

    I will miss you deeply.

    ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka is my favorite hotel that I use most frequently. I always enjoy the delicious meals at the Club Lounge, and even with masks on, the staff recognize me, which makes me very happy. Hearing about October's news was very disappointing. I'm wondering how to proceed from here... I will make many reservations until October, so thank you in advance for your continued hospitality.

    Perfect for a relaxing stay.

    This will be my second stay. The afternoon tea time on the club floor offers a great selection of sweets, and both food and cocktails during cocktail time are excellent. I always order the French toast for breakfast. However, this is the only accommodation where parking fees are charged separately. At other accommodations like Royal Hotel or Imperial Hotel, parking is free when staying with a club floor plan. I hope this can be improved.

    The closure is bittersweet.

    This Hotel, a long-standing establishment in the area, has its charm despite showing signs of age. I particularly enjoyed the character of the lounge and the underground shops. I hope to visit once more before it closes.

    I always have a satisfying time using the club floor. Thank you very much. As I mentioned in my previous comment, I understand that enhancing the sauna facility takes time, but closing at 8:00 PM feels too early.     I always enjoy a stress-free stay, but considering the rising accommodation costs, it would be great if complimentary mineral water and shoe cleaners (paper) provided by other hotels of the same class were available.

    The service provided by the front desk and lounge staff is excellent...

    I stayed on the Club Floor this time, and the lounge staff's service was excellent. They guided me with a smile, making my experience very pleasant. The front desk staff during check-in also provided a very thorough explanation and were wonderful. However, I was disappointed with the bell desk staff. Some male staff members were seen talking with their arms crossed, and others seemed to ignore guests arriving with luggage by pretending not to notice while using their phones. For such visible roles in the Hotel, this behavior negatively impacts the overall impression. Although it is not a new Hotel, it has an air of tradition and prestige, which makes this all the more unfortunate.
