    I stayed on the final day after learning about the closure of the accommodation. I had a very relaxing and wonderful day. I'm truly glad I was able to stay. Looking forward to meeting again someday.

    I will miss you.

    This was my final stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel. As I love ANA, I feel deeply saddened. I had many conversations with the staff at the Club Lounge, but during check-out, I felt so sad and emotional that tears came to my eyes. Thank you so much for taking care of me over such a long time. I hope to meet everyone again at another hotel someday. Thank you for everything. Staying with ANA was truly enjoyable. Thank you all very much!

    Last Accommodation

    It was a Hotel we wanted to visit repeatedly. We were always able to relax and heal the fatigue from caring for my father with my mother.     I stayed at the accommodation for work in Osaka. Since I made a reservation without specifying a room, I was curious about what kind of room I would get, but it was more spacious than I expected and very nice. The breakfast had good reviews, so I had high expectations, and it was delicious. It's a shame that the facility will be closing.

    Last Accommodation

    Upon hearing about the closure, I decided to stay one last time, even though I had no plans in Osaka. I have used ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka for both business and private stays. Hearing about its closure fills me with great sadness and disappointment. I especially loved the night view from the Club Lounge on the 24th floor. The smiles of the staff always brought me comfort and energy. I heard that many of the staff members have already found their next workplace. I sincerely wish you all success in your new endeavors. Thank you very much for all your hospitality over the years.

    Stayed here while visiting Hyogo Prefecture.

    Convenient access, previously visited for the Expo and had a great experience, so decided to return. Glad I could visit again before it closed.

    My most relaxing Hotel.

    This is my favorite hotel where I feel most at ease. I have been staying here for a long time, and I absolutely love the room's bath, which always allows me to relax and unwind. I look forward to visiting again. Thank you in advance!

    Ah, impermanence!

    The exquisite design of the club lounge, including its fixtures, is truly remarkable, and it is heartbreaking to think of it being dismantled. I am deeply grateful for being able to relax wholeheartedly during my stay this time as well.

    I will miss you.

    I used the facility this time as it is closing soon, but compared to the previous services, it was a bit disappointing. Despite parking service being included, I was charged for parking. Additionally, amenities like bath salts and eye masks that were previously provided were now available only upon request (I found out when I happened to ask while reporting a facility issue for repair). I hope the staff can make an extra effort for their guests until the closure.

    Last Accommodation

    I stayed here for the last time as the facility is closing. Since my workplace used to be nearby over 20 years ago, I often stayed here, so it feels a bit sad. Upon staying, I couldn't help but notice the age of the facility—traces of where a video deck might have been and worn-out chair upholstery surprised me as it seems there hasn't been much renovation. As I stayed on the club floor, I also used the lounge. However, I felt that the selection of alcohol was limited compared to other hotels. The breakfast was very delicious. I'm not sure what this place will become in the future, but I hope it turns into a facility that can be enjoyed again someday.

    Beloved and cherished.

    This hotel holds many memories for me, from meeting parents and friends while working in Dojima to company events. Upon hearing about its closure, I felt I had to stay one last time. While the aging of the accommodation is undeniable, it has been very well-maintained, allowing for a pleasant stay. The French toast and adult egg sandwich at breakfast in the lounge were absolutely exquisite. As I left the hotel with a sense of gratitude and farewell, I reflected on the passing of an era.

    An Urban Resort...

    I use it for leisure rather than business, and the removal of the sauna and bath was quite significant. I really hope they will be reinstated in the future.

    Last Stay Before Closing

    I learned about the closure this October and decided to make a last-minute stay during the Obon holiday. I booked a 30-hour long-stay plan that included access to the 24th-floor club lounge, which I had always loved. The premium room allowed one accompanying guest to use the lounge for free, so I also used it for a meal with an old friend. The south-facing window seats offered stunning views of Nakanoshima, including Osaka Castle in the distance beyond landmarks like the Bank of Japan Osaka Branch, Osaka City Hall, and Nakanoshima Public Hall. To the south, Abeno Harukas was also visible. Swimming in the pool was always something I looked forward to during my stays; however, unfortunately, this service ended in June and I couldn't enjoy a final swim this time. Instead, I spent time exploring around Umeda and relaxing at the lounge on both days until check-out at 9 PM on my departure day. It turned out to be a fulfilling holiday overall. I'm glad I had one last chance to stay here!

    Closed, unfortunately.

    I stayed during the May holidays and had such a comfortable experience that I decided to return. Knowing I would be tired from visiting museums and navigating the unfamiliar crowds of Osaka, I chose this accommodation for its quiet environment. After a long day of walking, I used the room service, which was delicious with excellent service, making it a truly satisfying holiday. I heard that this accommodation will close in October, which is disappointing. I'm uncertain about where to stay next time.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    I stayed at the accommodation as it is closing soon. The voices from the neighboring room were quite loud, to the point where I could understand what they were saying. You can also hear noises from the hallway. Footsteps echo quite a bit as well. I would not recommend this accommodation for those concerned about outdated facilities or noise issues. The service was satisfactory with no problems.

    This was my first stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the nearest station, Umeda, and the beautiful Nakanoshima area. The building and facilities have been appropriately renovated, and the bathroom was very comfortable. A slightly larger closet and table would enhance comfort for work purposes. The club lounge was very pleasant, allowing me to enjoy a wonderful time. The staff at the front desk and club lounge were also exceptional. Thank you very much!

    The lounge was excellent.

    The Club Lounge was very spacious, offering a variety of light meals during café time, cocktail time, and morning hours, which left us extremely satisfied. We ate so much that we didn’t even need dinner. The French toast in the morning was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! We visited for our wedding anniversary and were touched by the surprise plate prepared for us. The staff's service was excellent as well. The interior was beautiful, and the high water pressure in the bathtub allowed it to fill up quickly, making our stay very comfortable. Additionally, by registering an email address, we were able to extend our checkout time by two hours to 2:00 PM, allowing us to fully enjoy a relaxing Hotel stay. It’s truly unfortunate that this Hotel will close in October. If given another chance in the future, I would definitely love to stay here again!

    Highly satisfied

    I stayed at the accommodation after a long time, hoping to celebrate my daughter's birthday on the club floor. The sweets time, cocktail time, and breakfast were all incredibly delicious. The staff were always smiling and showed exceptional attention to detail. Thank you for your thoughtful gestures for my daughter's birthday. I was able to relax and unwind in elegance, forgetting about daily life, and I am extremely satisfied with choosing this hotel. (It was so comfortable that I am planning to stay again later this month.) Thank you very much. I look forward to my next visit!

    I had a truly relaxing time at the club lounge.

    Since it was Sunday, the club lounge was quiet, and for a while after entering, I had it all to myself. The staff were very pleasant, and I was able to relax completely. After enjoying cake time for about an hour, I spent some leisurely time in my Room before heading to cocktail time at 6 PM. Sitting by the window with a glass of wine while watching the sunset was truly wonderful. Living in the countryside makes it refreshing to occasionally enjoy city views. Breakfast was also served in a very calm atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy it at my own pace. Although I couldn’t eat much, the signature French toast was delicious as expected. What stood out even more was the grilled salmon hidden among other dishes—it was surprisingly flavorful and rich with fat. I'm so glad I could visit before closing down. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

    Extremely poor service.

    At 12:00 PM, I went to the counter for check-out, but two foreign guests were being assisted, causing delays. Two idle staff members kept repeating "Please wait," while only two employees were at the counter—one organizing documents. When I asked the idle staff to increase personnel, they falsely claimed "No one is inside" (despite people coming in and out). After waiting over 10 minutes, I mentioned that my payment was already settled by card and that I needed to leave as someone was waiting for me. One staff member took my card key and disappeared into the back office. Frustrated, I left without further resolution. I have never experienced such unkind service at an ANA Hotel or any other hotel before. My trip ended on an unpleasant note due to this experience.
