    The lounge is excellent.

    Spacious lounge! A favorite place where you could relax and enjoy luxurious moments no matter how many times you visited. It’s truly disappointing to hear about its closure this year. I sincerely hope to visit once more before it closes. Thank you so much.

    Very satisfied.

    The Room was spacious and clean. It included access to the club lounge, where the quality of snacks and dishes was excellent. Although breakfast had a limited selection, the French toast was outstanding. The front desk staff provided attentive service, making for a pleasant stay. There is a convenience store next door and dining options in Kitashinchi, making the location convenient. However, it is slightly far from the station, which may explain its relatively affordable price range. This was my first time staying here as I usually choose hotels near stations, but it turned out to be a well-established luxury Hotel. I believe this offers the best value for money in Osaka. It's truly unfortunate that it will close temporarily in October.

    The next best place to relax after your home.

    I have greatly enjoyed my stays at ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Osaka. It is very relaxing, and the food in the Club Lounge is delicious. I will visit again until its closure. Thank you very much. It is truly disappointing.

    It's unfortunate that the facility is closing.

    It is very unfortunate that the Hotel is closing soon, as I recently found out about it. Although it may not mean much now, I wanted to share my experience. The noise from the TV on the upper floor and next door was loud. Perhaps due to the building's age, the noise continued past midnight. It was also noisy early in the morning. The TV sound persisted throughout my stay and seemed to come from Japanese-speaking neighbors. I came here not for sightseeing but to enjoy Hotel life, so this was very disappointing. If possible, I would have appreciated an earlier check-in time at 7 AM instead of 9 AM. The location is excellent, and it's a shame that it's closing down. Had I known about this place earlier, I would have visited multiple times! The club lounge was great as well—thank you!

    It is a great Hotel, so it is truly unfortunate that it is closing. The location is excellent, making it feel like such a waste.

    It's a shame that it will be closing soon.

    I stayed on the club floor. The calm atmosphere and spaciousness allowed for a relaxing experience. When I mentioned the Blue Impulse at the front desk, it seemed they informed the club floor, and I was kindly guided to a window-side seat—such thoughtful hospitality. I wish I had come here sooner!

    Club Floor

    I made a reservation knowing that the accommodation will close in October. It's rare to find such a relaxing club floor. Even if you arrive early, drinks are provided, and the attentive service is excellent. The balance of attentive yet unobtrusive hospitality is very comfortable. Thank you to all the staff members!

    A Beloved Iconic Hotel You Don't Want to Miss

    The Facility may be outdated, but the excellent service made it unnoticeable. I stayed with my two daughters, one in middle school and one in elementary school, and they were deeply impressed by the staff's attitude of treating them equally to adults. I hope to stay here at least once more before it closes.

    The building is old, but the renovated bathroom area is convenient to use, and the Room is spacious and very satisfying. The view from the club lounge was breathtaking and impressive. It’s unfortunate that it will close in October, but I would like to stay again before then.

    The service at the club lounge is excellent.

    I stayed at the ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel for three nights to prepare for my daughter's childbirth. It was my second visit in 40 years, having previously attended a senior colleague's wedding there. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by the Assistant Manager of the Club Lounge and other staff members. They went out of their way to bring meals to my pregnant daughter, recommended comfortable seating in the spacious lounge, and even escorted us to the elevator hall. Their thoughtful care was truly remarkable, and I am deeply grateful. Although I had planned to stay again this autumn, I heard about its closure and sincerely hope that such excellent service will be carried on elsewhere. I look forward to meeting all of you again at ANA Hotels in the future through other group hotels. Thank you very much!

    The lounge service hours in the evening are puzzling, set from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Guests might consider this time to be dinner time. Wouldn't they prefer to relax on a sofa with a view of the outside scenery, enjoying wine or whiskey after their meal? The purpose of this service is unclear.

    It was a comfortable Hotel stay.

    The property is so well-maintained that it doesn't feel aged, especially the water facilities, which were very clean. I enjoyed spending quiet and relaxing moments here. The club lounge offered a wide variety of items, and I used it both before and after dinner. Unfortunately, it seems the hotel will close after the Expo. The interior design reflects elements of the Showa and Heisei eras, which added a nostalgic charm.

    You can enjoy a relaxing breakfast at the Club Lounge on the 24th floor, which will surely lift your spirits in the morning. The egg sandwich was exceptionally delicious.

    Thank you for the room upgrade. The breakfast was refined and delicious. The breakfast venue was crowded, and there was a wait at the entrance, but since I went right after it opened, it was understandable.

    The club lounge was wonderful.

    We stayed on the club floor as a group of three adults. Since we each had different plans, I returned first and checked in at the lounge while enjoying tea time. The selection of several cakes, one Japanese sweet, and a few pastries was more than sufficient. Recently, I’ve been overwhelmed by the volume and sweetness of afternoon teas elsewhere, but here the sweetness was subtle, and the petite size made it easy to finish everything. During cocktail time, cold meats were the main focus—perfect for drink enthusiasts—but it might have felt lacking for children or those who don’t consume alcohol. Breakfast was served in the lounge instead of what seemed like a banquet hall at first glance; however, it offered an extensive variety that left me very satisfied. The lounge was spacious with a luxurious atmosphere, and since there was ample space between tables, we could relax and enjoy conversations without feeling rushed. I look forward to staying here again next time!

    I always stay here when I visit Osaka. I love the lounge and spend hours chatting with my friends there. This time, I fully enjoyed the lounge. However, I heard it will close in October. Since there's still some time left, I'd like to visit again. Yes! I'll come back one more time! It felt like the variety of items in the lounge has decreased a bit, but please keep up the great work! The staff's warm hospitality was wonderful, and since I visited the lounge so often, they even remembered my name... Thank you very much. It truly felt like being at home.

    I had a relaxing time.

    It was a one-night stay. The staff's service was excellent. I was looking forward to the Club Lounge based on the good reviews. The cocktail time offered light snacks, but breakfast was very filling. The mixed juice was delicious. As for the facility, it does show some age, but I had no issues and enjoyed a relaxing stay. Thank you very much!

    It was excellent.

    The staff were kind, the cakes in the lounge were delicious, and while there wasn’t a main dish at night, the appetizers were more than sufficient. Breakfast in the lounge was also delightful with tasty sandwiches, fluffy omelets, and exceptional side dishes for rice that left a lasting impression. The pool and sauna were compact but very comfortable to use. I would love to visit again!

    We visited on our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised with a celebratory plate from the Hotel. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The tea time and cocktail time were delightful and very satisfying. It is unfortunate to hear that operations will only continue until this autumn, but it became a wonderful memory for us. It is an extremely convenient accommodation for those visiting the Expo. Additionally, the service is attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay.     I stayed on the club...

    I stayed on the club floor, and the service was excellent, making it a hotel I would love to visit again. At the breakfast buffet, it seemed there was no soup available; having corn soup would make it perfect.

    It seems the facility will be closing, which is unfortunate. This time, I stayed on the Club Floor and was able to enjoy amenities like cocktail time. The meals were great, and the space was spacious with a nice view. The location near Kitashinchi offers good access, so overall I was satisfied. However, it was a bit disappointing that the walls seemed thin as I could hear conversations from the neighboring Room.
