It was very good, but the noise echoed.
The service and the view from the Room are excellent, and I stay here every time. However, noise from the floor above—doors closing and footsteps—carries quite a lot. This time, voices from the next Room continued until 2:00 a.m., and I couldn’t sleep. If it’s noisy again on my next stay, I may consider switching Hotels. It would also be helpful to have grab bars in the Room toilet. The staff service and the view are truly wonderful.

Thank you very much for staying at Shirahama Koganoi Resort & Spa again. We are also truly grateful for your continued patronage. We sincerely apologize that noise from footsteps on the floor above, doors opening and closing, and voices from the neighboring Room prevented you from resting comfortably until late at night. Although you chose our Hotel, we deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations. Thank you as well for your valuable feedback regarding installing handrails in the Room toilet. While it may be difficult to address immediately, we will carefully keep your comments in mind as a reference when considering future Facility improvements. We will continue striving to be a Hotel where guests are satisfied with their entire stay—not only our service and views.
